Witnesses from the video say Earl was drinking and buying drinks for others. X will be sentenced in March, his judge chided him saying Dark Man told him a “great big lie” when agreeing to bail terms. Earlier this year, Montana was seen in a super embarrassing DUI arrest video where she was seen peeing on the side of the road. Montana is now getting her life together at Wavelength Recovery. According to court papers, the celebrity daughter will undergo a 60-90-day program that will serve to resolve her court case. This chick clearly needs this rehab. DUI Suspect In Stolen SUV Rams A Police Car A High Speed And Doesn’t Get Shot By Cops Sandra Bland couldn’t even smoke her cotdamn cigarette, there is no way in HELL that a person of color would have lived to be arrested and stand trial for attacking a police officer with a vehicle. But according to the TulsaWorld, 41-year-old Stacey Ann Bunsey drove a stolen truck 50 mph into a police officer who was trying to stop her. Miraculously the officer survived, and when he came to his feet he found Stacey screaming “I’m God, bit¢#!”. By her own admission, Stacey had been snorting methamphetamine the night before. Alleged Drunk Driver Crashes Through Delaware State University Homecoming A man believed to be under the influence of alcohol was arrested this weekend after he injured 7 people, one critically, at Delaware State University’s homecoming festivities. Police report that Gregory Ligon drove a Mercedes Benz through the school’s yard and pinned a woman against a tree after trying to stop it from going into reverse. Delaware State News reports: A woman was critically injured and six others injured when a car crashed into a crowd of people gathered on the Delaware State University campus Saturday evening, according to Dover Police. The remaining homecoming activities planned for the evening were canceled, police said in a Sunday morning news release. Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Dover Police public information officer, said the incident occurred at approximately 7:28 p.m., when Gregory Ligon, 28, of Mitchellville, Maryland, was driving a Mercedes Benz sedan in the area of the fraternity picnic area. Police said Mr. Ligon attempted to park his vehicle in the area and exited it once he did so, forgetting the vehicle was still in reverse. According to police, Mr. Ligon returned to the driver’s seat to stop the vehicle, but allegedly pushed the gas pedal instead of the brake. The vehicle accelerated over a curb and across a grassy area full of people. Police said the driver side door was open. Police said the vehicle struck seven people. The most serious of the injuries occurred when the driver door hit a 21-year-old female and pinned her against a tree. This victim was later flown to Christiana Hospital with major injuries. Police said the vehicle then continued as the driver door broke off, until it struck another tree and came to a stop. At that time Mr. Ligon was removed from the vehicle by several bystanders. Police said Mr. Ligon was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and will be charged with the following crimes:first-degree vehicular assault, six charges of second-degree vehicular assault, DU, and no proof of insurance. This is so scary. Don’t drink and drive folks, it’s just not worth it.

Donnell Rawlings In Police Custody After Being Caught Driving Drunk One of our favorite funny guys, Donnell Rawlings, is being held by police after driving the wrong way down a one way street while allegedly intoxicated. According to Page Six reports: Comedian Donnell Rawlings is in police custody after he was caught allegedly driving drunk the wrong way down a one way street in Midtown, police sources said. The 43-year-old comedian was pulled over at 11th Avenue and 47th Street about 3:50 a.m. Friday and taken into police custody under suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Ten minutes beforehand police were in the process of arresting someone else for driving drunk down the same one-way street in the wrong direction, the sources said. These two young men just threw their life away … 2 University Of Miami Players Suspended And Arrested After Admittance Of Teen Rape Via NYDailyNews Two University of Miami football players have been kicked off the team after they admitted to raping a 17-year-old in a dorm room, Florida police said. Alex Figueroa, 19, and JaWand Blue, 20, were arrested Tuesday on sexual battery charges for the Saturday attack, CBS Miami reported. The two men were both linebackers for UM. Figueroa and Blue told police that they bought alcohol for the victim on Saturday night and then took her to Figueroa’s dorm room on the Miami campus. That’s where they performed sexual acts on her without her consent, they told police. According to the arrest report, the victim had been drugged before the attack and was incapable of resisting. UM’s Director of Athletics Blake James said in a statement that both men had been removed from the school’s football team. They have been suspended from the university, too. “Any allegation of a sexual assault is extremely serious, and the University will not tolerate conduct that threatens the sanctity and safety of our students and our campus,” he wrote. “We hold all of our students — especially student athletes — to the highest standards of moral conduct.” If you play football for University of Miami then you should have access to all the willing and consensual sex you want. Indiana Pedophile Sentenced 187 Years For Sex With Teenage Girls Via ABCLocal A northeastern Indiana man has been sentenced to 187 years in prison for luring teenage girls into sex acts by throwing alcohol- and drug-fueled parties and giving some tattoos. A DeKalb County judge ordered the sentenced Monday against 31-year-old Jason Schwartz of Butler. A jury convicted Schwartz in early March of 10 felony charges, including child molesting and sexual misconduct with a minor. Authorities say the six girls were 13 to 15 years old when the crimes happened in 2012. The Star of Auburn reports Schwartz didn’t testify during Monday’s hearing, but when Judge Monte Brown called him a predator, Schwartz replied “I’m not.” Several of the girls testified they attended parties Schwartz’s rural home and one girl said she had sex with Schwartz in exchange for a tattoo.
