Scott Olson/Getty Images Grandma Accused Of Stabbing 20-Month-Old Granddaughter A shocking story is coming out of Mississippi. A grandmother named Carolyn Jones was arrested this week after the body of her 20-month-old granddaughter was found inside an oven. The baby had been stabbed and burnt. WREG reports that Jones, 48, was taken into custody Monday night after a family member called the police to report the crime. When authorities arrived on the scene they found the baby who they believe was stabbed before being placed inside the heated oven. The grandmother has been charged with first-degree murder. So far they haven’t established a motive for the heinous crime but we’ll keep you posted on any updates. Prayers to the family of this sweet baby, this has to be absolutely devastating.

The trio of new seasons will be available for viewers exclusively via Facebook Watch, the streaming service that houses other series like Kim Kardashian’s You Kiddin’ Me and Ball in the Family . Mexico, Thailand, and the United States have been announced as the locations from which the original MTV mainstay will explore different themes like “friendship” and “social environments.” “MTV’s The Real World helped to define a generation and created a new genre of television with a simple yet powerful idea of connecting people from wildly divergent backgrounds to find common ground on the issues that often divided them,” President of MTV Chris McCarthy said during the Facebook Watch presentation at MIPCOM 2018 in Cannes this week. “By partnering with Facebook Watch and BMP, we have the opportunity to impact culture and create a new genre of television all over again, while engaging the next generation of content consumers around the world.” With Facebook, viewers are going to be given the chance to vote one housemate onto the show in addition to the pre-selected cast. The new episodes are set to begin rolling out in Spring of 2019. News of a digital reboot of The Real World initially broke back in June via Deadline . This upcoming Real World return arrives during a particularly nostalgia-driven programming period for MTV in particular. Just earlier this week, it was announced that Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s son Brandon Thomas Lee had joined the cast of the Mischa Barton-starring revival of The Hills . Apple has an upcoming streaming service launching soon featuring original scripted and documentary content, however, they’ve yanked Dr. Dre’s new series Vital Signs , because it’s just a little too much for their vision. Word is, Apple exec Tim Cook wants to keep their new streaming service as family-friendly as possible, and Dr. Dre’s dramatized life story is, unsurprisingly, far from PG-13. According to Complex , a Wall Street Journal story confirms that the semi-autobiographical drama centering Dr. Dre’s life features characters doing lines of cocaine, drawing guns, and even features an extended orgy scene — pretty much all the stuff you’d expect from Dre’s NWA days and beyond. But apparently, Apple is seeking to separate itself from streaming services like those of Netflix and HBO by focusing on family-friendly, middle-of-the-road content and shying away from violence, graphic sexual depictions, or hot-button societal issues. The show has been in production since 2016, so it’s not as if the powers that be had no inkling of the content therein…but Cook personally pulled the project to keep the streaming service “pure.” SMH. Rapper and gift to humanity Snoop Dogg has laid into Donald Trump before, verbally excoriating the man for his behavior and politics. Now, Snoop is doubling down on that, and also giving Trump’s supporters a piece of his mind. Snoop is singling out one Trump supporter in particular: Kanye West. In an appearance on DJ Suss One’s SiriusXM, Snoop Dogg did not mince words. Not when he spoke about Donald Trump, and not when he spoke about Trump’s fans and supporters. “F–k you,” Snoop said to address any Trump supporters who might be listening. “And,” Snoop continued. “F–k him.” While many Americans may share that sentiment in one form or another, not everyone is willing to be so blunt. Snoop made it clear that his ire extends to his fellow celebrities. Snoop added: “Kanye, too.” “Don’t forget about him too,” Snoop repeated. “F–k you too!” As we mentioned, Snoop has excoriated Kanye for his bizarre support for Donald Trump in the past. Now, Snoop is doubling down on it. “Throw him in the bag too,” Snoop said in reference to Kanye. “Because he’s right there with the motherf–kers.” Most of us vividly remember Kanye’s multiple declarations of support for Donald Trump. Earlier this year, Kanye had what many assumed was a mental breakdown, and began tweeting things that made little to no sense to his millions of followers. “We are both dragon energy,” Kanye said of Trump. “He is my brother.” The man who had declared in 2005 that George W. Bush had no compassion for black people or their well being seemed to have shifted his own priorities. But Snoop had his own theory for why Kanye was seeing orange. Snoop Dogg says that Kanye West needs a black woman to set him straight and to talk sense into him. He says that Kim Kardashian humors Kanye too much when she should be influencing him to be a better, less self-sabotaging person. Snoop believes that, were Kanye’s late mother still among the living, Kanye would not have said and done the stupid things that have become a huge part of his brand for the past decade. That means that Kanye would have voted in 2016 and would never have voiced or felt support for Trump. Still, others say that perhaps Snoop is just making excuses for Kanye, just like the people who are saying that Kanye is mentally ill. Maybe Kanye isn’t mentally ill and maybe he isn’t lost without a black woman in his life. Maybe he’s just … bad. And it sounds like Snoop may have come to that conclusion, because he is no longer suggesting things that Kanye needs. A simple “f–k you” may be what Kanye deserves — at least, that seems to be how Snoop feels. Unlike many people, who walk on eggshells while discussing Trump’s supporters but are perfectly blunt when discussing Trump, Snoop isn’t making allowances for “economic anxiety.” If you support Trump, Snoop has made it very clear where you stand in his eyes. Kristen Bell currently stars on The Good Place. And it may be the best show on network television. But the beloved actress is about to head back to a wonderful place, a place where she truly became a popular household name. That place is the city of Neptune, California. Following a few weeks of rumors that seemed too amazing to be true, Hulu has now confirmed that Veronica Mars really is returning to the air. The former UPN/The CW drama will air eight brand new episodes on this streaming service in 2019. Series creator Rob Thomas will write the first episode of the revival and serve as an executive producer; while Bell, of course, will reprise her title role in the series. At this point, we need to stop with the official background information and quickly add: EEEEK! YES! WE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING!!!!!! Veronica Mars ran for three seasons and was canceled way back in 2007. The series starred Bell as a high school student who suffered a major personal trauma and then worked alongside her father (or often in defiance of her father) as a private investigator, uncovering various crimes and secrets in her posh home town. The show had such a rabid fan base that a Veronica Mars movie was released in 2014. Along with this incredible revival news, we can confirm the following: – All past episodes of the original Veronica Mars will also be headed to Hulu. Fans can stream seasons 1-3 (as well as the 2014 fan-funded feature film) starting in summer 2019. – A synopsis for the return in general has been released! Source: Pool / Getty George Zimmerman , the same man acquitted with the 2012 death of Trayvon Martin , is being charged with stalking a private investigator working on a documentary about the unarmed slain tee According to The Washington Post , the charges handed down last Thursday (May 3) claim that Zimmerman was “willfully, maliciously and repeatedly” cyberstalked and harassed the PI, Dennis Warren ,”who had contacted Zimmerman in September on behalf of Michael Gasparro , who produced the film series alongside the rapper Jay-Z, according to court documents.” WKGM reported the claim that Zimmerman called Warren 55 times, left 36 voicemails, texted him 67 times and sent 27 emails over a nine-day span. In addition, an example of his alleged stalking included texting, “Help Mrs. Warren out and give him a heads up, I’m going to find him. And I’m bringing hell with me.” That, and he suppodesdly sent a message saying: “Dennis is a [expletive] who bothered my uncle in his home … local or former law enforcement officer he’s well on his way to the inside of a gator as well. 10-4?” CBS News reported , police found Zimmerman knew about Warren and his family’s whereabouts and that “coupled with the direct references to do personal harm,” and that Warren was afraid for his safety. As we previously reported , when it comes to this documentary Zimmerman had words to Jay-Z. He also claimed that he would feed the 4:44 rapper to the alligators too. Apparently, The Blast sat down with Zimmerman who complained that two weeks ago the film’s production team, including its producer Michael Gasparro, made unannounced visits to his parents and uncle’s homes in Florida in an attempt to get them on camera. Of course, he wouldn’t elaborate on what constituted harassment or whether his family agreed to be interviewed. That, and he didn’t say whether or not his ex-wife received payment for being interviewed. Well we will see how this al shakes out.
