Teresa Giudice: After Joe, I Just Want a Mega-Rich Sugar Daddy!

It’s not super surprising that Teresa Giudica doesn’t give a flip about Joe’s deportation . She’s processed that reality and moved on. In fact, she moved on to a boy toy nearly half her age — but that’s not her endgame. A new report says that Teresa is looking to be taken care of. She’s looking for, well, a sugar daddy. An insider close to the The Real Housewives of New Jersey  star spoke to RadarOnline to shed some light on Teresa’s new romantic goals. “Teresa has said that she wants to date a rich man now,” the insider reveals. The source explains: “She wants someone to take care of her.” “Teresa says she needs a guy with his own money,” the insider adds. “And a lot of it.” “She is not going to support a guy,” the source adds. “Teresa has said she wants to find a new companion,” the insider emphasizes. The source describes her dreamboat as “a wealthy man who has the means to give her the lifestyle she wants.” Speaking of that lifestyle, the insider adds: “and thought she had with Joe.” Ouch. It’s pretty standard to want to continue living in the manner to which you have become accustomed — so long as that manner is good. Now, Bravo shells out massive six- and seven-figure paychecks for Housewives. But maybe that’s not enough. “She doesn’t really want to work as hard as she is working,” the source reveals. According to the insider: “She wants to enjoy life.” The source adds that she wants to do so “with a man who can afford to do nice things with her.” Plenty of people want to be taken care of — especially in this hellish economy. But Teresa isn’t just a Millennial desperately treading water in the hopes of one day attaining financial stability. She has set her sights higher than getting her rent and student loans paid. “Teresa wants a guy who is going to shower her with jewelry, cars, trips,” the insider states. In other words, the source says, she wants “all of the things she hasn’t had in years.” The insider notes that Teresa has gone without “because Joe has been locked up.” And while having fun with a young hottie was, well, fun, she’s getting serious about the lifestyle that she wants to lead, and prioritizing it over sex appeal. Again, the insider emphasizes: “Teresa wants something new, a rich man.” We do want to take a moment to clarify that it doesn’t sound like Teresa is literally looking for a sugar daddy. In terms of sex work, sugar daddies are professional sexual relationships involving exchanging sex, photos, videos, and attention for money and gifts. While some may cynically view dating and marriage through that lens, marriage is usually intended to be a union based upon love. Not everyone is looking for love, and that’s valid. But we imagine that Teresa’s alleged statements have been taken out of context. Of course she misses her old lifestyle and wants a man who wants to treat her and has the funds to do so. But she probably also wants love , you know?

Auntie O Claps Back At Troll Telling Her To Pay Off College Students’ Loans Too

Source: Sara D. Davis / Getty In the wake of billionaire Robert F. Smith paying off the student loan debt of the entire 2019 graduating class of Morehouse College, someone thought it was a good idea to try to guilt Oprah Winfrey into the doing the same thing. On Monday, one woman learned the hard way: Don’t come for Auntie O unless she sends for you. See, the iconic talk show host and billionaire posted a picture on Instagram of her speaking at Colorado College’s recent graduation. But then user @ spiritualceo111 had the audacity to tag Oprah in the following comment: “Should have paid off their student debut @oprah lol @morehouse1967.” While many celebs would simply ignore this type of nonsense, Oprah had some choice words for Miss Thing. “Already paid 13m in scholarships,” she wrote. “Have put over 400 men thru @morehouse1967.” Welp! A post shared by The Shade Room (@theshaderoom) on May 19, 2019 at 6:17pm PDT   Not surprising, the troll’s Instagram profile is now on private. It’s always so funny how people want to roast celebrities for not doing enough without doing their own research. Over the years, Oprah has been one of the most generous celebrities giving to thousands of students here in the U.S. and abroad, including her Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy For Girls in South Africa.  Since its inception in 2007 , more than 400 young girls have graduated from the institution. But @spiritualceo111, go awf, sis. As we previously reported , during a speech he gave on Sunday, Robert F. Smith, the founder and CEO of Vista Equity Partners, announced that his family was creating a grant to eliminate the nearly 400 Morehouse graduates’ nearly $40 million debt. “On behalf of the eight generations of my family that have been in this country, we’re gonna put a little fuel in your bus. This is my class, 2019. And my family is making a grant to eliminate their student loans,” the 56-year-old told the crowd in Atlanta on May 19. Adding, “I know my class will make sure they pay this forward…and let’s make sure every class has the same opportunity going forward because we are enough to take care of our own community.” Apparently, this was a total surprise to both Smith’s staff and Morehouse’s administration. In the end, we want to commend Smith, Oprah and the countless others that donate their money to good causes and help put our youth through college and better their lives. We appreciate you. Taylor Swift Fans Fold 1,989 Paper Cranes in Honor of Idol’s Sick Mother

No celebrity does more for her fans than Taylor Swift. Incredible case in point: the singer once paid off a woman’s student loans . So it’s only appropriate that a couple of fans have paid Swift back… and what a way in which they have paid Swift back! Taylor Swift Fans Send Amazing Message Meet Salt Lake City residents Sam and Jo Brady. The little girls started folding paper cranes a few months ago because Japanese folklore says this allows one to be granted one wish. In honor of Taylor’s smash hit album, Jo and Sam actually folded 1,989 cranes – but then they changed their wish from tickets to a Taylor Swift concert to something far more important and profound. Once the 11-year old and 8-year old learned that their Swift’s mother had been diagnosed with cancer , they decided to use their gesture to wish her well instead. “We thought that we should probably wish for her to get better and kick cancer’s butt,” says Sam in this home video, addressing her idol and adding: “My mom will be shipping the cranes to you to give to your mom.” How amazing is that?!? We then see 1,989 paper cranes get dropped on to the heads of these selfless children. Who, we’re just guessing here, will end up receiving tickets to a Taylor Swift concert from Taylor herself once she sees this video. We love it. View Slideshow: 13 Fun Facts About Taylor Swift!

Bride Rips Guest For "Low" Wedding Gift Amount: You Gotta Read This!

The term “Bridezilla” is typically used to describe brides-to-be in wedding planning mode, but apparently this behavior can extend beyond the big day. A wedding guest recently shared a Facebook message she got from the bride, not thanking her but calling her out for not giving more money. Seriously. The guest, Tanya, and her date gave $100 to the newlyweds, which earned a stinging rebuke from the bride (not pictured below, but that’s how we envision her). Tanya shared the story with The Huffington Post: “Last weekend I attended a wedding of a not-close friend with my boyfriend and as a gift we gave $100 cash. This was generous considering my financial situation. I just finished university with $40,000 in student loans, and have only found part time (12-18 hrs per week) minimum wage work. I gave as much as I could and attended to show my support. Today I received a rude, condescending message from the bride via Facebook messenger: ‘Hi Tanya, how are you? I just want to know is there any reason or dissatisfaction of Mike’s and I wedding that both you and Phil gave $50 each? In terms of the amount we got from you both was very unexpected as a result we were very much short on paying off the reception because just for the cocktail + reception alone the plate per person is $200 (as per a normal wedding range with open bar is about) and Mike and I both have already paid for everything else including decor, photography, attire etc and didn’t expect we had to cover that huge amount for reception as well. As I know you both live together and work, so I did not see any reason for that amount, when it comes to your wedding hopefully you’ll know what I mean. I hope for the best as from what we receive is what we will give back. Anyways, good luck on everything. [all sic]’ It’s infuriating that she had the nerve to make assumptions about my finances, and assume that I or my boyfriend had an extra $400 lying around. Those $100 were hard-earned and she didn’t show an ounce of gratitude for what she did receive. That money didn’t grow on a tree. If she had a minimum gift requirement, she should have specified it… or asked everyone for income statements before inviting them.” Yeah … To call this “inappropriate” would be the understatement of all time. Thank goodness we weren’t invited to “Mike’s and I wedding,” are we right THGers?

Fawk A Sallie Mae: Anonymous Good Samaritan Pays Off Mother Of Five’s $35,000 Student Loans

Must be nice ! Donor Pays Of Woman’s Student Loans Via NewsOne reports: When mom of five Starlie Becote (pictured with her children) was interviewed by USA Today back in December about how she lacked the funds to buy her children Christmas gifts, an anonymous donor came to the rescue in a major way. The Rhode Island single mother, who only makes $13.65 an hours as a case manager for a community mental health facility, was deep in debt. Becote owed $35,000 in student loans and just could not afford to pay the whopping $400 a month loan payment with incurring $6-per-day interest, in addition to her other monthly expenses. As a matter of fact, when Becote was on her way to the USA Today interview, she ran out of gas and had to borrow money in order to fill her tank. Last month, a businessman who had read the USA feature on Becote was so touched by her story that he decided to not only pay off her student loans; he wired her an additional $5,000 to help with her financial difficulties. The man asked that his name not be released, as he wanted to remain anonymous. Becote, who had hoped to put away the extra $5,000 for a rainy day, had to use much of the funds sooner than expected when her 2-year-old son contracted pneumonia and the potentially deadly staph bacteria, MRSA. The child remained in intensive care for two months and has recovered. Becote would have had to default on the loan if she could not pay it. The loan’s nonpayment would have put the kibosh on her chances of ever enrolling in grad school. Since Becote wants to become a licensed social worker, grad school is mandatory and thanks to the generous stranger with the huge heart, she is on her way to realizing her dream. Always pay it forward folks!

Money Makin’ Mitt Adds Paul “Put Grandma In A Home” Ryan To His Ticket As VP And Accidentally Intros Him As Next Prez Of The US!

Mitt Romney Chooses Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan As Vice Presidential Running Mate Moneymakin’ Mitt has made his choice for VP running mate and it’s 42-year-old, seven term Congressman from Wisconsin, Paul Ryan: With the political world watching, Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney misspoke while introducing his running mate. Romney mistakenly introduced Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan on Saturday as the next president of the United States. Ryan, of course, has been tapped to serve as Romney’s vice presidential nominee. A sheepish Romney puts arms around Ryan and clarified his mistake before Ryan took the microphone. Romney says that he makes a mistake every once in a while. But he says he didn’t make a mistake with his selection of Ryan The ticket made its debut at a naval museum in Norfolk, Va., the initial stop of a bus tour through four battleground states in as many days. The USS Wisconsin, berthed at the museum, was their bunting-draped backdrop, a symbol of the nation’s military strength as well as an obvious reference to Ryan’s home state. First Romney, then Ryan, a generation younger than his patron, jogged down the ship’s gangplank to the cheers of hundreds and the stirring soundtrack from the movie “Air Force One.” As his family came on stage, Ryan knelt to embrace his daughter and two sons before kissing his wife. While word of Ryan’s selection leaked late Friday night and was posted by the campaign to its phone app before the speeches, Obama’s campaign withheld its reaction until the Republicans had spoken. “The architect of the radical Republican House budget, Ryan, like Romney, proposed an additional $250,000 tax cut for millionaires, and deep cuts in education from Head Start to college aid,” Jim Messina, the president’s campaign manager, said in a written statement. “His plan would also end Medicare as we know it by turning it into a voucher system, shifting thousands of dollars in health care costs to seniors,” he said Here’s more about Ryan and his policies: At 42, Ryan is a more than two decades younger than the 65-year-old Romney. His conservative credentials are highly regarded by fellow Republican House members, while numerous polls during the primaries of winter and spring found that Romney’s credentials were suspect among the party’s core supporters. A seven-term congressman, Ryan is chairman of the House Budget Committee, and primary author of conservative tax and spending blueprints that the tea party-infused Republican majority approved over vociferous Democratic opposition in 2011 and again in 2012. They envision transforming Medicare into a program in which future seniors would receive government checks that they could use to purchase health insurance. Under the current program, the government directly pays doctors, hospitals and other health care providers. Ryan and other supporters say the change is needed to prevent the program from financial calamity. Critics argue it would impose ever-increasing costs on seniors. Other elements of the budget plan would cut projected spending for Medicaid, which provides health care for the poor, as well as food stamps, student loans and other social programs that Obama and Democrats have pledged to defend. Do you think this “middle class” guy from “Wisconsin” can help old Money Mitt out??? Source Source 2 AP Images

Young Gingrich Supporter Explains Her Political Conversion

‘I don’t think that Barack Obama is really looking out for my interests as he said he would,’ 26-year-old law student tells MTV News. By Becca Frucht Newt Gingrich campaigns in Georgia Photo: Getty Images ATLANTA — When we showed up at the pseudo-ritzy Renaissance Hotel in suburban Atlanta last night for Newt Gingrich’s victory party — looking like a hot mess after 12 hours of Super Tuesday shenanigans at Georgia Tech and Georgia State — we were planning to chat with die-hard young Republicans who’d been reppin’ their party since they were in Reagan-themed diapers. And sure, there were plenty of GOP geeks in full Newt regalia spittin’ campaign lines like whoa — but then I met 26-year-old law student Kimberly Roholt and I learned there’s way more to Gingrich’s young voter base than many people think. That’s because Roholt is a civic convert. “Well, I actually voted for President Obama in the last election but I voted for Newt Gingrich today,” she told me. That is pretty much a full-on political 180. I clearly had to know more, so I asked her to explain her “transformation,” and she quickly pointed out that wasn’t exactly what happened: “I wouldn’t call it a transformation so much as a realization,” Roholt said. “I voted for Barack Obama last time. I was very hopeful. I gave a lot of credence to hope and change. However, I was very young and in the past few years since I’ve graduated, the economy’s difficult, getting jobs is difficult. I’m in law school, I’m living off student loans at the moment until I graduate and I’m very concerned about what the outlook is for me. And I don’t think that Barack Obama is really looking out for my interests as he said he would.” Ironically echoing the same sentiment of broken trust that fueled the liberal Occupy Wall Street movement, Roholt went on to detail how Obama’s failure to keep some of his campaign promises ultimately led to her Democratic defection: “So I switched to Newt Gingrich,” she said. “I think he’s extremely intelligent. While there are some things we differ on in some of our policies, I think he could lead this nation in the right direction, so I voted for him today.” When I pressed her to reveal where she disagreed with her new GOP BFF — asking if the differences were based in economic or social policies — she was understandably a bit reticent to talk cons on a night that was all about Newt’s comeback: “Social, not all of them and not greatly, but there are a few things that we differ socially on. Some of that might be generational, and some of it might be my own ideas,” she said. The question is: Are there more young people like Roholt who are kicking Obama to the curb after four years of recession, unemployment, rising tuition and jacked-up student loan payments? MTV had Super Tuesday covered, with reporters on the scene in Georgia, Ohio and Massachusetts! Stick with Power Of 12 throughout the presidential election season for more from the ground.

MTV’s ‘True Life’ To Explore Occupy Wall Street Movement

MTV embeds in Zuccotti Park to get real story in ‘True Life: I’m Occupying Wall Street’ airing November 5 at 6 p.m. ET. By Gil Kaufman Bryan in “True Life: I’m Occupying Wall Street” Photo: MTV News It’s one thing to watch footage of the Occupy Wall Street protests on TV and hear the nightly news pundits give their two cents on the global movement. But what if you could live among the protesters for weeks at a time and get a real sense of how the Occupy movement is taking shape and why it’s become a phenomenon? MTV did just that, embedding with the protesters for an upcoming “True Life” special set to air Saturday, November 5, at 6 p.m. ET. “True Life: I’m Occupying Wall Street” will visit the financial district sit-in and profile a group of 20somethings who’ve pitched their tents amid the skyscrapers of Wall Street to see how they’re feeling about the event. The special episode will take you to the front lines as MTV cameras follow four young people who get swept up in the political movement that has quickly grown into a global phenomenon. Viewers will be introduced to Bryan, one of the leaders of the Occupy sanitation team. You’ll watch as he steels himself against a potential fight with the city when he fears that their request to clean the park is an excuse to evict the protesters. “This needs to happen now, or it’s over,” Bryan is seen telling his fellow protesters about cleaning up the park before the city’s mandatory deadline, which helps motivate them to collect trash, sweep up and scrub graffiti from the ground with hand-held brushes. “As worried as I was,” he says, “it was amazing to see that as it really came down to the wire, people were willing to just do whatever it took to get the park clean.” The protests come at a time when the future seems grim not just for the millions who’ve been out of work and looking for jobs for several years, but for a younger generation that is just entering their prime earning years. In fact, 72 percent of young people surveyed by MTV over the past two years are afraid they won’t live up to their potential, with nearly three-quarters of those age 18 to 29 feeling “things are unfair for my generation because we have to start our careers during this economic crisis.” They’ve found that the game has changed and the old equation for success that promised that college plus extracurriculars, summer internships and huge student loans would lead to a fulfilling job that helps pay off those loans — just doesn’t compute. Many feel as if the rules have been altered on them and that they’ve been cheated. David Banner , Tom Morello , Kanye West and Talib Kweli have also joined the Occupy Wall Street protesters throughout their monthlong demonstration. The problem for young protesters like Bryan is who do they turn to? Their parents, the government? Many believe it no longer matters who’s in charge in Washington because none of those big money politicians has any answers. That might be why this group sees Occupy as a kind of war their generation must wage, one that might not end soon, but which they support because it allows them to speak out against corporate America and voice the concerns they have about not being able to find work. That also explains why nearly half (45 percent) have postponed a major life milestone (marriage, having children) because of the economy or their employment situation. Click through to “Voices From Occupy Wall Street” — our interactive photo gallery — and get to know 20 young demonstrators’ motivations, hopes and goals. A recent MTV survey of young adults (ages 18 to 29) about economic conditions, the government and its impact on their generation found that 93 percent feel that the current economic situation is having a personal effect on them; 72 percent don’t trust the government to take care of their well-being. A whopping 76 percent said they’re worried about the future of our country. And they’re not just fretting about themselves. More than 62 percent said they feared for their parents’ ability to retire in this economy and 66 percent said they wish there was some leader, outside of a political one, who could speak to their generation’s needs. “I feel stressed out about it,” 18-year-old Adalee recently told MTV News. “As a [Hispanic] college student relying on financial aid to get through school … and with all the budget cuts, it’s a stressful situation … But if the economic crisis worsens or is not resolved soon, it won’t matter how much financial aid we get, more than likely it won’t be enough to cover tuition.” The nation has watched this anxiety amplified by Occupy demonstrations across the country, as a small gathering of activists in Zuccotti Park in lower Manhattan has spread across the globe spanning hundreds of cities. When it came to those MTV surveyed, among the 69 percent who said they were aware of the Occupy protests, 57 percent supported the movement. “True Life” viewers will also meet college students Kait and Caitlin, who are so worried that they won’t be able to find jobs after graduation that they set out to recruit their friends to join the cause as they work to keep spirits high among the occupants. The episode will also spotlight Jen, an experienced protestor who struggles to strike a balance between organizing a successful anti-Afghanistan war demonstration and keeping her job as a paralegal. What do you think about the Occupy Wall Street movement? Let us know in the comments.
