Bristol Palin Blasts Farrah Abraham: We Are NOTHING Alike!

As you’ve likely heard by now, Bristol Palin will be joining the cast of Teen Mom OG for the show’s upcoming eighth season. Bristol is one of two new cast members replacing the fired Farrah Abraham , the other being former The Challenge star Cheyenne Floyd. But Farrah has become desperate in her efforts to remain relevant as of late, so perhaps it should come as no surprise that she decided to launch an attack against the more high profile of her usurpers. Yes, for about a month now, Farrah has been talking smack about Bristol every chance she gets. And of course, she’s been favoring the old “why are you so obsessed with me?!” card and accusing Bristol of biting her style. Bristol appeared on Jenny McCarthy’s Sirius XM show earlier this week, and the unhinged host showed little interest in vaccinating Palin from the infectious disease that is Farrah:  “Farrah had said something about you, saying, ‘She looks like she wants to be me,’” McCarthy said At first, Palin was sympathetic and allowed for the possibility that she and Farrah have suffered similar mistreatment by the press: “Girlfriend. I watch the show. I kind of felt bad,” she said about Abraham. “I know how it feels to be judged off the bat. I feel like I walk into a room and people just whisper.”  From there, Bristol went into mild shade-throwing mode, stating that she pities poor Farrah for the obvious difficulty she’s experiencing in her post-MTV life: “I watch the show. Maybe she’s just misunderstood. Poor girl, I feel so bad.” When McCarthy directly quoted Abraham as saying, “She’s trying to be me,” Palin finally lost it. “Girlfriend, you could not pay me to want to be anything like you,” Bristol said. “Honestly. No, I’m not trying to be like her.” From there, Bristol was off on a rant, confirming that those who have had actual interactions with Farrah share the opinion of those who have only watched her from afar — the girl is batsh-t crazy. “This is the only time I’m going to address it. I can’t stand people like that,” Bristol raged. “They are just searching for attention. So, it’s poke, poke, poke. No. You’re like that on the show because that’s how you are.” We didn’t think Farrah could sink any lower than she already had, but amazingly she’s found a way to look like the psychotic one in a feud with a freakin’ Palin. Cory Wharton Takes Aim at Farrah Abraham: Thanks for Your Money, Loser!

In case anyone was wondering… … it looks like Cory Wharton will fit in just fine as a member of the Teen Mom OG cast. How can we say for certain? Because the fitness coach is already firing shots at deposed MTV star Farrah Abraham. Speaking to the Domenick Nati Show this week, Wharton – who cable network viewers might recognize from his days on Ex on the Beach and The Challenge – opened up for the first time about his casting on Teen Mom OG. As previously detailed, Wharton is joining the series this fall as the baby daddy (not boyfriend!) of fellow newbie Cheyenne Floyd . Wharton has the opportunity to do so, of course, because MTV fired Abraham several months ago due to her ongoing participation in amateur pornography videos. Does Wharton wish Abraham were still around? Does he yearn to spar with her on air or just interact with her in various ways? Nope, not really, he says. “I could give two sh-ts less if Farrah was on this season,” Cory said during the aforementioned interview, elaborating a bit as follows: “I think it would be great, more ratings, more exposure for us. I could care less. If she’s happy doing what she’s doing, I have no problem taking her spot this season.” And then here comes the shade: “You can pass her check right over here and I’ll be okay with that.” HA! We love it. And we love it even more because we’re guessing Abraham will hate it and respond in some crass manner on social media. Wharton is following a long tradition of slamming Abraham, as Maci Bookout recently took aim at Farrah herself via a recent Instagram caption. It also appears as if Wharton will be following the even longer-running tradition of getting into major arguments on air, considering the way he teased what fans can expect when Teen Mom OG premieres on October 1. “There’s probably be some type of physical fight,” he said in the interview. “There’s going to be lots of tears.” Sounds par for the MTV course. Here’s a closer look at what’s to come on Season 8: Teen Mom OG Trailer: Are You Happy in Your Marriage? Finally, Wharton explained his relationship with Floyd a little clearer. Folks had been under the impression in the past that Cheyenne didn’t tell Cory he was the father of little Ryder until the girl was six months old. But that isn’t exactly how it played out, he now says. “Cheyenne did tell me she was pregnant right away,” according to Wharton. “She told me there was a chance that it could be mine, but it wasn’t really likely because you know, we hooked up in New York. We weren’t really a thing at the time… We hooked up and after that she started seeing somebody else… They were dating. “We didn’t think it was mine beause it was only one time.” Ah, okay then. At this point, however, Cory and Cheyenne co-parent amicably and, as anyone who follows Wharton on social media knows well, Cory gets to spend a lot of time with his child. “Had a fun day at the apple orchard with the family,” he wrote as a caption to the first image above, concluding: “I just wanted to say thank you guys for all the positive comments and messages, I’ve gotten after letting everyone know we are joining the Teen Mom series. “THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! Farrah Abraham Lands Spot on MTV Reality Show … With Her Ex-Boyfriend Simon Saran

It’s been almost ten months since Farrah Abraham was fired from Teen Mom OG . The reasons for her dismissal vary, depending on whose version of events you believe, but whether it was Farrah’s work as a camgirl or her notoriously horrendous attitude that got her canned, the upshot remains the same: Ms. Abraham is no longer a cast member on the show that made her famous. But that doesn’t mean she’s through working for the network that gave her her big break. According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Farrah is currently in her second week of filming for MTV’s Ex on the Beach Season 2. She’ll be joined on the notoriously drama-packed series by her most volatile ex, Simon Saran. The news may come as a shock to TMOG fans, due to the fact that when Farrah and Simon broke up  last year, it was not on the best of terms. In fact, these two took shots at each other on social media for months after they parted ways. Now, they’ll do battle and plot revenge hookups with other pseudo-celebs on the sunny beaches of Malibu. According to The Ashley , Saran revealed his involvement with the show in a recent social media post. And we think it’s safe to say he sounded less than enthused about the experience.  “MTV appearance, f-ck it, why not,” Saran wrote on Instagram this week. In a way, this is a double-reconciliation of sorts for Farrah. In addition to crossing paths with Saran again, Farrah is once more working with Viacom, the network that owns MTV. It’s a bit of an unexpected reunion as Abraham sued Viacom for wrongful dismissal after she was fired from TMOG. Maybe the company decided to throw her a one-off gig as part of her severance package. Or maybe they’ve finally figured out what fans have known all along — obnoxious as she may be, Farrah is ratings gold. Whatever the case, we applaud the decision to re-introduce one of the most memorable trainwrecks in the history of reality TV. Teen Mom OG Has Officially Replaced Farrah Abraham With …

At long last, months and months after we learned that Farrah Abraham had been fired from Teen Mom OG, we finally have news that MTV has officially replaced her. And the mom they picked … well, you’re not going to believe it. Really, you’re not going to believe it, because it doesn’t make any sense. It’s not Mackenzie McKee, even though she was the obvious choice, and we’d been hearing over and over again that she was going to be taking Farrah’s place . It’s not any of the other Teen Mom 3 girls. It’s not even someone from any of the seasons of 16 and Pregnant. Nope, according to a new report from The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Cheyenne Floyd will be rounding out the Teen Mom OG cast going forward. And if your only thought is “Who?”, then you’re not alone. There’s a chance you may be familiar with Cheyenne though — she has appeared on other MTV reality shows like Are You the One? and The Challenge. She’s 25 years old, and she shares a one-year-old daughter named Ryder with Cory Wharton, another cast member from The Challenge. You don’t have to be great at math to realize that that means she was never a Teen Mom, but sure, MTV, great choice. It’s going to be weird because not only is she going to ruin the “original girls” thing the show has going on now, and not only is she going to be unfamiliar to many, if not most viewers, but she’s also never had the experience of being a teen mom. Which, you know, is what the entire show is supposed to be about. Sure, things are different now that the OG cast members have been famous and pretty wealthy for several years, but still … it’s weird. The Ashley says that while MTV was considering Mackenzie McKee or even Mackenzie Standifer, Ryan Edwards’ wife, for Farrah’s replacement, those options “fizzled out.” A source claims that they “realizes that the fans weren’t going to be excited about either option . So they continued to look.” If fans weren’t excited about either Mackenzie, they’re sure not going to be excited about Cheyenne though, right? Even worse, the report states that Mackenzie McKee was “very interested” in joining the show — and you know it could have been helpful for her to have that MTV money to help with her mother’s medical bills . But apparently it’s already a done deal, and MTV will start filming Cheyenne next week. As a source explains, “It’s official. The only way this doesn’t happen is if Cheyenne or Cory backs out, but contracts have likely already been signed so it’s highly unlikely.” Another source says that Cheyenne and Cory “have been playing up the ‘happy co-parents’ role” for a while now, ever since they were approached for the show. However, “Their co-parenting relationship is nowhere near as happy as they try to make it out to be on social media. They will fit in perfectly on Teen Mom.” So there it is. Honestly, MTV shouldn’t have been so worried about replacing Farrah — many fans thought the show worked well with just Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood. With all the Ryan Edwards drama , Amber’s new baby , and Catelynn’s mental health struggles , there was more than enough material to make for a good reality show. Sure, some people might grow to enjoy Cheyenne, and there may be some people who tune in for the first time to watch her. But several viewers are already complaining about the choice, and more than a few are already prepared to skip her scenes altogether. MTV … why? Farrah Abraham: It’s Everyone Else’s Fault I Got Arrested!

On Tuesday night, Farrah Abraham was arrested on battery and trespassing charges following an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel. According to police reports and eyewitness accounts, it all started when a highly intoxicated Farrah began arguing with other guests at the hotel. A male employee of the hotel attempted to get Farrah to leave the premises and she responded by striking him. At that point, cops were called, and if you think she went quietly in order to avoid further damage to her reputation, then you don’t know Farrah. After telling the arresting officers to go f–k themselves , Farrah was taken into custody. She remained behind bars overnight and most of the next day, and we’re guessing staff at the county jail were very happy to see her released on $500 bail Wednesday afternoon. Most public figures would keep a low profile and allow the dust to settle after such a humiliating incident. But Farrah being Farrah, the former Teen Mom OG star was quick to vomit up some meaningless word salad that she probably thought was insightful commentary on the situation: Farrah Abraham Talks Arrest: I Was Targeted! “I was targeted, things were made up, It was fine,” Farrah said in a video recorded for TMZ. “I don’t know who called the cops, why people called the cops … I was focused on my friends and then someone was trying to be involved, another guest.” She added: “I don’t know if the guest was intoxicated [editor’s note: LOLOLOL]. I don’t know who he even is or what he looks like.” Then, as is her M.O. Farrah made a lame attempt to turn the whole thing into a feminist issue, saying: “I hope no other female finds herself in this position or situation, and I know it’s very hard being a public figure or ‘celebrity,’ if you will, but that is what happens when you are targeted.” Those closest to Farrah have also been sounding off on the situation. Her mother, Debra Danielsen, wept for Farrah’s 9-year-old daughter, who was in the hotel at the time of the incident. (It’s not believed that Sophia witnessed the incident, but still … not a great look.)  And now, Farrah’s most recent ex, Simon Saran , is also offering his two cents: “Jail time will be good for her,” Saran told Hollywood Life on Wednesday. Farrah fired back in response to that remark in baffling fashion, saying: “I have no online profiles, I do not date at the moment and I do not have time for fake stories as these.” She added: “Exes should stop trying to make up derogatory things about a hard working woman who is focused solely on TV, movie projects, along with running three stores,” Reps for Farrah have issued multiple statements maintaining her innocence. “This situation has been blown out of proportion,” reads one such document issued last night. “Farrah has not been charged and was released this afternoon. A misunderstanding occurred and there was no battery or trespassing. Farrah is the hardest working individual I know and sets very high standards for herself.” To be fair, Farrah has not yet been charged — but prosecutors still have until the end of this week to make a decision on that matter. Maci Bookout Naked and Afraid Preview: Watch The Teen Mom OG Star Battle the Elements!

Several months ago, Teen Mom OG viewers started getting excited about reports that Maci Bookout shot an episode Naked and Afraid . But until Sunday night, we knew very little about Maci's experience on the show. Now, information is beginning to trickle in, and fans are more hyped than ever. We still don't where in the world Maci will be battling the elements, but we do know who she's partnered up with and — most importantly — when her episode will air. Check out the gallery below for the all the information on Maci's foray into the wilderness, as well as two exciting sneak peeks of her appearance on reality TV's most unforgiving series: 1. No Half Measures As we learned on the preview that aired during Sunday night’s Naked and Afraid: XL, Maci won’t be coddled just because of her celebity status. She totally stripped down, just like the show’s previous contestants, and you can expect she’ll be pushed to the point of severe dehydration, exhaustion and disease, like everyone else. Sounds awesome!! 2. Total Badass In Maci’s introductory clip, the mother of three describes herself as a badass – perhaps not what you’d expect given her MTV star pedigree. But, as Teen Mom OG fans know, she is no shrinking violet. Badass is a title she earned well before she embarked on her latest wilderness adventure. 3. First Look Last week, Maci took to Instagram to give several million of her closest fans their first glimpse of her episode. The show lives up to its title, clearly, and we’re just getting started. 4. Eeek, Indeed “Eeek! Everyone has been asking about my episode of Naked and Afraid,” Maci captioned the picture, and for good reason. What she’s going through is clearly one of the craziest ordeals in the world of reality TV. 5. Sneak Peek Tease “Watch the sneak peek inside the new episode of Naked and Afraid XL: All Stars this Sunday night at 10 p.m. on @discoverychannel,” Bookout added, and with obligatory anticipation, we have done just that. 6. It’s Finally Here Sunday night, the Discovery Channel dropped not one, but two preview clips from Maci’s episode. Maci Bookout: Ryan Edwards is Still Doing Drugs!

If you've been keeping up with the comings and goings of Ryan Edwards, you'd probably have some serious doubts that he's currently clean and sober. And that's for many, many reasons. Ryan was shooting up heroin, and that's not exactly known as an easy habit to kick. He did go to rehab, but he left before completing even 30 days. When he got home, he promptly began drinking, and we've seen him with a beer in hand in quite a few Teen Mom scenes since then. None of that is great, but in the past few weeks, things have seriously begun falling apart for him. He was arrested late last month for violating the probation he was on for an arrest last April — possession charges — and it was also revealed that he'd been creeping on ladies on Tinder again. Both of those things are especially bad since right at that same time, the news came out that Mackenzie Standifer is pregnant with their first child  together. What else … oh, Maci Bookout and her family filed orders of protection against him because he'd been threatening to kidnap Bentley, and also because he threatened to murder Maci's husband . So yeah, you may have had an inkling that Ryan isn't exactly drug-free these days. But in this sneak peek for the season finale of Teen Mom OG, Maci is confirming it. In the clip, Maci and her mom sit down for a nice little lunch together, and she breaks the news that Ryan is going to be a father again. “Uh, I'm sorry, what?” Mama Bookout says in response, which is pretty much what we all said when we heard the news, too. She also says that she “thought Ryan wasn't about that life right now,” which is still true. Mackenzie is pregnant, but Ryan told her to call him when the is about three, so it feels safe to say that he's still not about that life. Maci shrugs and says that she has no clue, and her mom tries to look on the bright side by speculating that maybe having a baby “is what Ryan needs.” Bless her heart. “Maybe, maybe not,” Maci replies. “I feel like if this don't do the trick then absolutely nothing will.” “He's 30,” her mother tells her. “Ryan's going to do what Ryan wants to do. Babies and wives and baby mamas and stuff aren't gonna do it for him.” She then asks if he's passed the drug test to see Bentley yet, and Maci says that he hasn't, which they agree is a good sign that he's not clean. “My people know people,” Maci says. “I mean, he's not clean. He's not. Like that's just it, he's not.” The people she's talking about are probably the same people that told her last year that his drug problem had escalated, and we all saw proof of that on the show, so it's likely good information. And the proof for that is what's been happening for the past few weeks. Maybe having a baby will help Ryan straighten up, but he wasn't doing heroin when Maci had Bentley, and he was a deadbeat then, so we can't imagine heroin would make it easier. Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout Discuss Miscarriages in Heartbreaking Teen Mom OG Clip

At this point, if you follow Teen Mom gossip even the tiniest little bit, you're familiar with Catelynn Lowell's recent mental health woes. She's struggled with anxiety for several years, and things got worse when she gave birth to her daughter Nova three years ago. She had a particularly bad case of postpartum depression that she's still dealing with, she suffers from panic attacks, and she just revealed that she was also recently diagnosed with PTSD . Last fall, she and Tyler learned they were expecting another child, but then she had a miscarriage, and it affected both of them deeply. It was so hard on Catelynn that she began having suicidal thoughts, and so made the decision to check herself into a treatment center to get a handle on things. She spent several weeks there, and a few weeks after completing her treatment, she went back for another round because she still didn't feel well. Right now, she's been home for nearly a month, and it seems like she's doing well. But as always, Teen Mom OG is a bit behind real life, so we're just now seeing the beginning of Cate's stay in rehab. And as we see in this sneak peek for the upcoming episode, she definitely dealt with some rough issues there. In the clip, Catelynn receives a visit from Tyler, Nova, and Maci Bookout, which is really nice to see — we knew they were close, but not close enough for Maci to fly across the country to see her! Catelynn gives out some hugs, and then they all sit down for a little chat. After Cate asks Maci about her flight and remarks about Taylor staying home with all three kids, Maci asks her what she's been doing during her treatment. “Tons of therapy,” she answers, “and group therapy, trauma classes. It's been really good though, honestly.” We can believe her — it does look like she's feeling better already. “So what was going on?” Maci asks next. “Anything happen, just life?” “Well, no, really,” Catelynn tells her. “Me and Tyler actually got pregnant and I had a miscarriage.” Here's where it gets extra rough, because as we learned earlier in the season, Maci and Taylor had a miscarriage recently as well. She tells Catelynn that, and it's really just a very sad moment. Cate tells her that she's sorry, and Maci says that they haven't told anyone about it yet. “I think it's another one of those things that makes it … it doesn't make the pain easier, it just makes the experience easier, to talk about it,” Maci says. “It doesn't help anybody to pretend that it didn't happen, or that that baby didn't exist.” Tyler, who's been looking so sad during the entire conversation, adds “it may not have been a fully developed baby in the womb, but it was in our hearts.” Watch the full scene in the video below, but be warned — it really is pretty intense:

Amber Portwood Reveals Name of Unborn Child!

Way back at the beginning of the year, Amber Portwood revealed her baby’s name … sort of. It wasn’t an official reveal or a full name, and she never actually confirmed much of anything about the child she’s having with Andrew Glennon. Until now, that is.  The Teen Mom OG Reunion was missing two of its stars. Farrah Abraham was absent because, you know, she got fired from Teen Mom . That whole story was a huge mess. It’s the end of an era — the Farrah era — and we can all sleep a little easier. Amber Portwood, in the mean time, has not been fired — but she still couldn’t attend the reunion special in person. Why? Because she’s super pregnant with her second child . Just because she wasn’t up to flying out didn’t mean that she couldn’t attend. She spoke and answered questions through FaceTime. One Twitter user’s question got asked: “Amber I’ve been dying to know, have you picked out a name for the baby?” Without a pause, Amber replied: “His name is going to be James Andrew Glennon.” She then goes on to explain that they’re naming their son after not only his baby daddy (obviously), Andrew Glennon, but after Andrew’s father. IMDB notes that James Glennon “died unexpectedly on October 19, 2006, from a blood clot resulting from surgery for prostate cancer.” If you’re wondering why Andrew Glennon’s dad’s death is described on IMDB instead of on some old obituary page from a newspaper, it’s because Andrew is not the first Glennon in show business. James Glennon was a famous cinematographer, whose most recognizable works include About Schmidt and Deadwood . Not for nothing, but James’ father, Bert Glennon, was also a world-famous cinematographer. And James’ mother was Mary Coleman, a script supervisor. As we all remember from when we first learned that Andrew and Amber were a couple, they only met because Andrew was working as a producer on Marriage Boot Camp . James Andrew Glennon will carry the names of his father and grandfather. At the risk of wishing him into a career months before he’s even expected to be born, one cannot help but wonder if Amber’s second child will go into the entertainment industry in some capacity. Obviously, though, no child should ever be pushed into following in their parent’s footsteps. None of Andrew’s children need to be involved in cinematography at all in their professional lives. Just like none of Amber’s children need to, um, become parents while they’re in high school. We’re not saying that those are equal things, we’re just saying that each person has a right to choose their own destiny. Amber Portwood also used her FaceTime interview to refer to Andrew Glennon as “the best rebound ever.” She laughed afterwards and was clearly, clearly joking. (Sure, one could argue that Andrew is, by definition, a rebound, since Amber basicallys tormed away from Matt Baier and into Andrew’s arms, but it’s clear that they’re serious about each other) Amber also says that her family has been really accepting of Andrew, which she says is a good sign. Honestly, if Andrew could watch Amber flip out on Marriage Boot Camp before they were in a relationship and he was still crazy about her, he’s definitely a keeper. if somebody’s seen you at your worst and loves you, that might be the real deal.
