Usher And August Alsina Kick Off The UR Experience R&B veteran Usher kicked off his winter-lon g UR Experience tour over the weekend in Canada and needless to say, he and tourmate August Alsina are definitely setting out to give the ladies a memorable set in each city they touch. Usher christened  the tours’ opening night with a bang and a smile… …while August switched up his steez to accommodate the cold weather. August is having an impressive first-tour run and gearing up to hit the road with Usher August Alsina Confirms Upcoming Tour With Usher Rising R&B crooner August Alsina is working harder than most to make his mark on the industry and stay ahead of the competition. Officially making his way out of the newcomer category with the success of his debut album Testimony , August is currently headlining his first tour with fellow songstress Teyana Taylor as his opening act and he recently took to his Instagram with evidence that his hard work is paying off. Pretty impressive for a first tour, riiigght? In addition, August also confirmed earlier this week that he will be teaming up with Usher to hit the road for his upcoming “ UR Experience Tour” and will soon be dropping a video for the  “No Love” remix featuring YMCMB first lady Nicki Minaj . Rachel Jeantel Graduates High School The prosecution’s star witness in the George Zimmerman trial is now a high school grad. Via Yahoo News: In a Miami auditorium less than three miles from where slain teen Trayvon Martin is buried, his friend Rachel Jeantel on Friday was presented her high school diploma, fulfilling the promise she said she made him. The moment was even more poignant with Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, looking on. “Her coming is like having Trayvon there saying, ‘You did it. You proved people wrong,’” Jeantel told Yahoo News. Jeantel was talking on the phone with Martin, 17, in the last moments of his life on Feb. 26, 2012. The unarmed black teenager was shot and killed by George Zimmerman, then 28, as the two fought on a dark neighborhood sidewalk in a gated community in Sanford, Florida. The case roused a national conversation about racial profiling, self-defense, gun control, vigilantism, civil rights and more. Zimmerman, the community’s volunteer crime watchman, maintained he shot in self-defense and was found not guilty during a nationally televised trial last July. Jeantel was a key prosecution witness, but her demeanor and speech on the stand often detracted from her testimony. Then 19, she used terms such as “creepy” and “cracker” to describe Zimmerman, whom she said was aggressively following Trayvon before their phone call was silenced during the scuffle. Get it girl! This is good news, riiiiiight?

Oscar Pistorius Vomits in Court; Reeva Steenkamp Injury Description Makes Killer Sick

Oscar Pistorius threw up in court today, often, as a pathologist detailed the injuries Reeva Steenkamp sustained when Oscar shot her through a locked door . The Olympic track star, currently on trial for murder, was given a bucket to vomit into during the testimony in South Africa, and he used it quite frequently. Oscar Pistorius Throws Up in Court When he wasn’t booting, Oscar Pistorius was seen rocking back and forth in his seat, crying and covering his ears with his hands throughout the testimony. The graphic testimony was pretty gruesome stuff by any measure. Professor Gert Saayman detailed the bullet wounds he found on Reeva Steenkamp , Pistorius’ girlfriend who he killed on Valentine’s Day 2013, following her death. The prosecution witness testified in detail about how the 29-year-old model was shot on the top of the head, in the right elbow, in the right hip and left hand. The judge asked Pistorius’ lawyer if he was going to be able to compose himself and stay in court. Oscar said he wanted to continue … and was allowed to stay. Saayman said the head wound incapacitated Steenkamp immediately, which isn’t surprising, given the hardcore ammo used by the man who gunned her down. He also said the bullets used by Pistorius, who claims he mistook her for an intruder, were Black Talons, the kind that “expand and mushroom” on impact. The 27-year-old Olympian faces life in prison if convicted.

Some guy became a viral star this week after denying his girlfriend ice cream not once, but twice at an NBA game … hey, it was mint chocolate chip, okay? The poor girl just wanted a small taste, but without ever taking his eyes off the enthralling Magic-Pacers tilt, Ice Cream Guy and his beard were NOT having it. The NBA “analysts” back in the studio had way too much fun deconstructing this clip, and the duo’s clearly troubled relationship, afterward as well. Bobby Brown Already Out of Jail: WTH?!

Bobby Brown is already a free man. He’s out of jail, already. So much for that 55-day sentence … guy didn’t even last 55 hours in there, or even close. Despite turning himself in to jail for his third DUI conviction (and second in just seventh months), he just served a grand total of NINE HOURS in jail. He checked in at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday and was out by 6:58 p.m.  An L.A. County Sheriff’s spokesperson said Brown would likely serve nine days of his 55-day sentence, but due to jail overcrowding , this is what happens. Days … hours … who’s counting, right? Brown is on four years probation and has to attend alcohol education classes for 18 months. If he screws up, back to jail he goes … for a few hours. On the plus side, it’s clear that the legal system is not just a joke when it comes to Lindsay Lohan never serving any sort of actual punishment. On the down side, it’s a joke in general.

Kim Kardashian Deposed, Swears True Love for Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian truly loved Kris Humphries back in the day and never had any intention of frauding him into marriage. So the reality star swore Tuesday in her nine-hour deposition, which took place in Los Angeles at the office of her attorney, Laura Wasser. Details are still leaking out regarding the testimony in this terse Kris Humphries- Kim Kardashian divorce case, but sources tell TMZ that the former did not even show up for the proceedings. Kardashian testified that her family’s E! series played NO role in her decision to exchange vows with the Nets power forward. Reportedly, Humphries’ attorney did not press very much on the issue of Keeping Up with the Kardashian s, despite an oath from its producer this month that various segments related to Kim and Kris were staged . Perhaps the lawyer was aware that the staging and re-creating of these scenes simply proves that his client was in on the scripted nonsense all along. A hearing is set for May 6, where Kim hopes a divorce is granted, while Humphries and his legal team are still hoping for an annulment. On what ground? No one really knows.
