Nueces County Jail Texas Woman Arrested After Selling Her Child A Texas mother has been arrested after allegedly selling her child. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Texas Department of Public Safety obtained a warrant to search the home of a Nueces County Woman, and when authorities arrived and searched the home, they found a 7-year-old boy. The woman says she purchase the child from the his mother, Esmeralda Garza. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to USA Today, the transaction totaled $2,500. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Garza stated that she and her boyfriend owe drug money and gave her child to (the woman) who pay $500 cash and clear the owe debt and and extra $700 when the ‘custody paperwork’ was signed,” a report states. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to DPS Sgt. Nathan Brandley, the woman was in the process of selling her two and three-year-old daughters as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The 29-year-old is facing third degree felony charges for selling a child. She is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Shucking Sad: Texas Woman Dies After Gulping Down Raw Oyster Covered In Flesh Eating Bacteria

(Photo by Derek Davis/Staff photographer) Dirty Raw Oysters Kill Texas Woman Some cautionary health related news is coming out of the south and seafood lovers might want to take heed. A woman from Texas named Jeannette LeBlanc ate raw oysters while on a trip to Louisiana with friends and family in September, reports news station  KLFY-TV  and the dinner ultimately cost her life. LeBlanc reportedly developed a rash and had trouble breathing for over 36 hours after consuming the Oysters. After spending 21 days in the hospital fighting the infection, caused by vibriosis,she died on Oct. 21. Now her wife, Vicki Bergquist, is raising awareness about the cause of her death. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states most people who become infected with vibriosis do so by eating raw or undercooked shellfish, particularly oysters. It is also possible to contract vibriosis by exposing an open wound to brackish or salt water.

The G-Unit head/”Power” producer is once again ranting about the show not receiving the recognition he thinks it deserves. According to 50 the Starz show got snubbed (once again) by the Golden Globes and he pettily posted about it on Instagram. “GOLDEN GOLBES [sic] S*** ON ME AGAIN, no POWER. SMH SO F*** ‘EM,” wrote 50 on a picture of toilet paper covering a Versace toilet seat. Oh boy. Back in 2016 50 Cent ranted about the Courtney Kemp production being left out of the Best Television Series category. “I’m on the move again, Golden Globes can suck a d***,” said 50. “I accept my series POWER was not intended to be a signature show for the network but its the highest rated show!” Fif, PLEASE. Texas Woman Blames Spike Chic-Fil-A Drink For Fatal Crash And Crime Spree This sound like some s#!t that was supposed to happen in Florida , not Georgia… Via NYDailyNews A Texas woman who went on a fatal crime spree in the Atlanta area is using the defense that a spiked Chick-Fil-A drink made her snap. Kristie Nesby, 43, is charged with murder and a slew of other crimes after she carjacked multiple vehicles and fatally struck 71-year-old pedestrian Luci Turner in a bizarre May rampage. Nesby appeared in court this week and told a judge as she was led out of the courtroom that a spiked fast food beverage accounted for her actions. “I went to Chick-Fil-A, I told someone, someone put something in my drink,” she said to the judge while court officers escorted her out of her hearing, according to an NBC affiliate. So what exactly did this lady do? Welp… The day of mayhem started on May 11 outside of Atlanta when Nesby robbed a dry cleaning business. When she fled the scene, Nesby careened her car off the roadway onto the sidewalk where she struck the elderly pedestrian who was on her way to work. Turner later died of her injuries. Nesby then carjacked a woman at gunpoint but quickly abandoned that car, CBS reported. The crazed woman then stole another car that she crashed into a fence and fled on foot. Texas Woman Hides Semi-Automatic Pistol Inside Her Vagina A Waco, Texas woman might have dodged a deep bullet after hurriedly cramming a handgun with bullets loaded in the chamber into her vagina while being pulled TX police on Monday night. 31-year-old Ashley Cecilia Castaneda, was already in the back of the squad car, getting carried to the county jail after getting taken in on drug charges, when police say she confessed to officers that she had stuffed her box with a loaded .22 caliber semi-automatic Smith and Wesson pistol. Police immediately pulled over and called a female officer to the scene to complete a cavity search — after which she safely retrieved the locked and loaded coochie accessory. Police also confiscated digital scales and 29.5 grams of meth…but at least she was able to fit those things in her purse. We can understand her panic with all those drugs and paraphernalia on her, but damn! Hopefully she at least had the safety on… Waco Police Department / NYDN
