Tyler Perry Says He’s Still Friends With Oprah Are bosom buddies Tyler Perry and Oprah still best friends or nah? We recently reported on the rumors swirling that the twosome were on the outs over constructive criticism of Perry’s shows on Oprah ’s OWN network. Now according to ET Online reports: Tyler Perry has a pretty cut-and-dried response to the rumors that he and Oprah Winfrey are fighting. “It’s completely false,” the 46-year-old director told ET regarding a report claiming he’s involved in a brewing feud with the media mogul. “Nothing is accurate in the article except for my and Oprah’s names.” Oprah even posted this photo of her and Perry together with the crew from his studios: All is right in paradise!!!
Most people know Pauley Perrette as the goth forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on NCIS. Officers of the LAPD, however, are getting to know her as the woman who keeps randomly getting attacked by homeless people. Back in November, Perrette claimed she was assaulted outside her house by a homeless man who was later arrested based on her description. Now, the 46-year-old actress has taken to Twitter to share yet another lengthy account of a bizarre run-in: Perrette says it all started when she was stopped in traffic and spotted a homeless man asking drivers for change. “He came to my window, to take my dollar. I said God Bless You,” Perrette wrote. “He grabbed my wrist and put his whole inside my car. “He was in my car and I was scared. I looked at my dashboard and first said, ‘I rebuke you satan (sic) in the name of Jesus Christ.” Perrette says the man then asked for the time, she replied, “It’s 5:37,” and he walked away. She also suggested that there were several witnesses who could have intervened, but chose not to. Pauley adds that she had a taser and tactical knife in her car, but chose not to use them. Not surprisingly, Perrette’s story has been met with a fair amount of skepticism online, as violent attacks from homeless men and women are statistically quite rare, and both of Pauley’s stories feature some downright bizarre details. Of course, we have no way of knowing if the incident actually went down as she described it, so we’ll just advise the actress to invest in a can of mace and play it as safe as possible going forward. Father Of Sexually Assaulted 5-Year-Old Girl Calls For Justice These worthless pigs deserve everything that’s coming to them. via MSNBC The father of a five-year-old who was gang-r*ped and dumped on a road in Pakistan’s second largest city wept as he called on officials to find and punish those responsible for the attack. “l want justice and for the culprits to be punished severely,” the 46-year-old told NBC News from the hospital in the Lahore, the capital of the province of Punjab, where his daughter was being treated. “I have talked to my daughter a little bit,” the man added. “She talks and then closes her eyes.” NBC News is not naming the five-year-old or her father in order to protect the victim’s identity. A report commissioned by Pakistan’s Chief Justice found that the child had been r*ped by a number of people. The case became front-page news nationwide after CCTV footage emerged on Saturday showing a man dumping the girl wearing a white dress on a road outside a hospital. Local police confirmed to NBC News the CCTV footage from Friday night was genuine. A hospital security guard then found the girl, who had gone missing a day earlier, and took her into the hospital.

Rainn Wilson took to Twitter to apologize after an admittedly “poorly conceived” joke about getting date raped to Led Zeppelin yielded some online criticism. The man behind so many great Office quotes , whose Twitter is usually a must-read, wasted no time in realizing the error of his tweet-first, think-later ways. “Apparently my poorly conceived date-rape tweet upset a lot of folks,” he wrote this morning. “Not a good topic to joke about. Sorry & won’t do that again.” Starting late Monday, and leaking into the early hours of today, a minor uproar mounted against the comedic actor’s seemingly out of character comment. What was the offending Tweet-missive? “If I were ever date raped I would want it to be to ‘Whole Lotta Love’ by Led Zeppelin,” the 46-year-old wrote. Not hard to see how that didn’t go over well. However, Rainn has since deleted the Tweet, replacing it with his apology, so … lesson learned, we’re guessing. Should Wilson have apologized?
