Everyone’s talking about Amanda Bynes, but the only person she wants to discuss is Lindsay Lohan. According to friends of the troubled star, she’s got it out for her. “She obsessively hates Lindsay ,” says a pal of Amanda’s. “She rambles about ‘that bitch Lindsay’ all the time.” While a rep for Lohan insists “there is no feud” between the two actresses, both 26, the former child stars and current troublemakers certainly know how to stir the pot. “Why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?” Lohan tweeted September 16, in reference to Bynes’ supposedly better treatment. Bynes Tweeted at President Obama to fire the cop who arrested her for DUI this year. She is also facing two hit-and-run charges, as well as a charge for driving on a suspended license. Police impounded her BMW last month, thank goodness. Says an insider close to the troubled star, ” Amanda Bynes is spiraling out of control. She won’t accept help from anybody … She’s completely lost.” Lohan, for her part, has had her share of legal troubles in recent years: The Canyons actress is on probation through May 2014 for her 2011 theft of a $2,500 necklace. Will designed a sports car made from Chrysler parts for Iamauto, which is based in his hometown, the troubled Boyle Heights neighborhood in East Los Angeles. He admits he’s trying to boost the area and give back something to locals now that he is a successful artist. Will says now that he and his family are out of the ghetto, he wanted to go back to his ghetto and build a car company. “We all complain about underdeveloped communities, but who’s the developers in the first place? So I thought, ‘Shucks, I’m tired of complaining about the figures, why don’t I, you know, aim that finger to me and say hey, what are you doing to change the ghetto you’re from?’” Iamauto is due to launch later this year.

But the troubled celebrity is still fighting mad, aiming her anger at a treatment facility where she spent time in March of 2010. Mueller has filed a lawsuit against The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu because she believes staff members there leaked confidential medical information to the press. It is true that Brooke’s patient admissions forms were submitted to websites such as TMZ last spring, though that celebrity gossip outlet did not publish the documents.
