You won’t find much about Kendrick and his high school sweetheart (they attended Centennial High School in Compton) turned wife to be, and that’s all good. With that said, details are scarce beyond the make-up artist the delivering of a healthy baby girl, per US Weekly . Keeoing things super private, there wasn’t even a formal announcement that she was pregnant. The couple did attend the 2016 Grammy Awards together, though. It turned out Prince showed up at Nas’ I Am… album release party and he figured it was his opportunity to make a song with the Purple One. “I sought him because he came to my ‘I Am . . .’ release party,” Nas recalled to NORE. “I said, ‘Yo, look, man, let’s do this. Let’s do this song.’ And he was like, ‘Do you own your masters?’ But he blew my sh*t because I was like, ‘I don’t. And I’m far from it, because I owe this label like four, five albums’. . . I was like, ‘Damn.’” Prince told Nas to give him a call after he handled his business, but unfortunately a collab didn’t manifest before his untimely passing. Swae Lee went out of his way to issu an apology to Kimora Lee Simmons following a heated back-and-forth on social media between his ex-girlfriend Marliesia Ortiz and her daughters Ming Lee and Aoki Lee Simmions. Last week, after Ming Lee posted a photo of herself and Swae on her Instagram Story, Ortiz started to attack her. Aoki came to her sister’s rescue with the quickness and immediately clapped back at Marlie, which is what set off the Instagram beef and some insane bars from Aoki. Kimora Lee Simmons posted a screenshot of a lengthy message Lee sent her apologizing for what went down between his ex and her daughters. “Hey I’m just writing to apologize if I came off the wrong way with the ex situation and having that blown out of proportion especially with your daughters getting involved,” he wrote to Kimora. The rapper also added that he treats her daughter with nothing but respect and would never intentionally do anything to make her look bad. If you keep up with the Duggars, then you know that earlier this month, the family announced a devastating loss. Joy-Anna, who was 20 weeks pregnant with her second child with husband Austin Forsyth, had lost her baby. As Joy and Austin explained in an Instagram post, they had gone in for an ultrasound to find out the baby’s gender — she was pregnant with a little girl. But during the scan, it was discovered that the baby’s heart was no longer beating . In their post, they said that they’d named the baby Annabell Elise — Annabell meaning “God has favored me” and Elise meaning “God satisfies.” They also told their followers that although the loss was so huge, “God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time” because “we know that we can trust the Lord.” “We don’t grieve as those who have no hope because we trust that we will see this little one again.” “What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus,” they added. So sad, right? Things got even sadder a few days later when Joy and Austin shared photos they took with their late daughter . In the pictures they posted to Instagram, you couldn’t see much of the baby besides the top of her tiny, tiny head, but they were just heartbreaking to see. They were controversial, too — lots of people thought they shouldn’t have shared something so personal . After that, they went back to posting photos of their son, Gideon , and their family adventures, but in their most recent post, Joy decided to touch on their loss once again. And again, it’s just really, really tough to read. For the image, she shared a bible verse that read “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” She wrote the same verse in the caption, along with another that says “The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.” But in additional to the verses, she also wrote a little message of their own. “Our hearts are healing,” Joy began. “Yes, those days come that I miss my little girl so much. Wishing I could have met her, seen Austin love on her and Gideon play with her.” “Yet,” she wrote, “God has given us so much comfort.” “People say that I am strong, but I am not.” “It is Jesus’ strength that has carried me through,” she insisted. “He’s given me a peace that passes all understanding and he has given me His JOY.” It’s so lovely that she’s able to find such comfort throughout this whole tragedy — and whether you love or hate the Duggars, this is clearly a terrible thing for someone to go through. Source: Scott Olson / Staff / Getty Woman Leaves Restaurant Bill For God To Pay For A New Mexico woman took the phrase “Won’t He Do It” to a whole new level on Monday when she ordered food from a Sonic in Las Cruces and fled the scene after telling the server “This one’s on God.” According to police , 30-year old Delia Hernandez rode her bike to the Sonic drive-thru, got her food and dipped off when the waiter asked for payment. Officials say the server also told Hernandez, “That’s not how this works,” but gave her the meal after she charged toward him. Shortly after, police found Delia at a nearby park and arrested her on felony burglary charges, which will most likely be reduced to a petty misdemeanor of under $250. Reports say she will also be forced to pay back the restaurant and will possibly fined an additional fee. All of that for a burger, girl. SMH.

The couple welcomed their first child together on Friday, July 26, Us Weekly confirmed . A source told the mag that the 33-year-old makeup artist gave birth to a baby girl last night. Kendrick is known for being quiet about his private life, so it’s really no surprise that he didn’t announce his high school sweetheart’s pregnancy ahead of their daughter’s arrival. Even though he doesn’t give the public much info about what’s going on back at home, the Pulitzer Prize winner did acknowledge his was engagement while promoting To Pimp a Butterfly on The Breakfast Club back in April of 2015. “At the end of the day, you want to always, always have real people around you, period. Whether it’s male or female, and everybody that’s been around me, they’ve been around since day one,” Kendrick said when being asked about Alford. “I always show respect when respect has been given, and people that have been by your side, you’re supposed to honor that.” The couple met while attending Centennial High School in Compton, California and have been together ever since. Fans noticed a few months ago that this 2 year stretch has been the longest we’ve gone without a new Kendrick Lamar album since his debut–but it looks like this new bundle of joy could be part of the reason why. After touring for what seems like forever following the release of DAMN , Kung Fu Kenny definitely deserves a break and some time off with family. Big congrats to the new parents!
