Why Calabasas, California? That’s where Justin Bieber resides. And where Kourtney Kardashian , Travis Barker and other celebrities live. According to TMZ sources, the docu-series would center on a gated community known as “The Oaks” and the goal would be to provide fans with “an inside look at the true Calabasas life and all that it entails,” according to a letter from the producer. As you might expect, residents are not happy about the proposed intrusion into their lives and a legal battle may be brewing. The working title, meanwhile? Calabasas 91302 . The show should be sued for that uncreative idea alone.

Band’s drummer is recovering following a tonsillectomy. By Gil Kaufman Travis Barker Photo: MTV News The Blink-182 reunion tour has hit a snag. On Wednesday, the group announced that it was cancelling a string of live dates this month due to a medical emergency involving drummer Travis Barker. “Blink-182’s drummer, Travis Barker, required an urgent tonsillectomy with a recovery period expected to extend beyond the scheduled tour dates,” read a note on their official site . “The band apologizes for any inconvenience as a result of these cancellations and thanks their fans for their ongoing support. ” Though two upcoming dates at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma, have been rescheduled for September 13 and 14, the other six dates on their itinerary will not be rescheduled. Damn it must feel good to be a Bieber! Justin Bieber Is Close To Buying L.A. Dream Mansion According to TMZ reports : 18-year-old Justin Bieber won’t be able to enjoy his L.A. dream mansion to the fullest — at least for the next three years — because one of its coolest amenities … is strictly for the 21+ crowd. As we previously reported, Bieber has put an offer on a 9,000 sq. ft. Calabasas estate way outside Hollywood — and among its awesome features … a fabulous wine cellar. Bieber won’t be able to avail himself of the cellar’s services — unless he plans to store Pepsi down there — but he WILL be able to enjoy the 6-bdrm mansion’s GIANT outdoor pool, spa, sauna, separate guest house, and private movie theater. As for the real selling point — the Calabasas community where the house is located is a veritable anti-paparazzi fortress … with several highly-guarded security gates.
