Florida Man Accused Of Killing Mistress And Her Unborn Son A married father from Florida is being accused of killing his mistress, who was 8 months pregnant with a child authorities say he fathered, according to reports from PEOPLE . 41-year-old Jose Soto-Escalera is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the death of Tania Wise, 23, whose body was discovered in a ditch on August 24, St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Bryan Beaty confirmed to the publication. Beaty reports that Wise suffered blunt force trauma to the back of her head as well as trauma to her throat, though authorities have not yet released her official cause of death. An arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE states that a witness told police that Soto-Escalera had given Wise $500 for an abortion, and was very angry that Wise didn’t end up getting one. According to the affidavit, the Florida man denied to police that he was in a sexual relationship with Wise and said instead that he was at another person’s home fixing a car battery on the night she was killed. Soto-Escalera was arrested on September 21. A statement from the sheriff’s office states that digital forensic evidence connected the suspect to the crime, along with an eyewitness’ confirmation of seeing his truck near the crime scene. Authorities believe that the man’s wife was unaware about his relationship with Wise, the affidavit states. Sheriff Ken Mascara told  Treasure Coast Newspapers , “We know that he was the father of the baby, we know that she had some other individuals in her life, men in her life. We don’t know if jealousy was a motive, we don’t know if there was other motives involved.” Mascara also told the paper that the woman was scheduled to have a C-section the week after her body was found, also saying that Soto-Escalera did not seem remorseful what-so-ever to police when he was arrested. Wise was pregnant with what would have been her second child. Soto-Escalera is now being held without bail in St. Lucie County Jail, according to jail records. He has not yet entered a plea, Beaty says.

Texas Teacher Extorted For $28,000 In Student Sex Scandal We’ve done A LOT of stories about teachers who decided to let their students smash them to smithereens , but we’ve never heard of a situation like this. The NYPost is reporting that a Texas teacher was forced to pay $28,000 in a blackmail scheme. Thao “Sandy” Doan arrested for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at Raul Quintanilla Sr. Middle School. The boy’s mother told investigators earlier this month that he was receiving “large amounts of money” that he was using for “illegal purposes,” which created problems at home, according to the affidavit. The boy’s mother told administrators the payments needed to stop and provided investigators with screenshots of messages showing that her son asked for money. “… watch ima start getting the pics and everything ready … to show the cops right I anit [sic] playing,” one message read. According to DallasNews , Doan was a soccer and cross-country coach for the school. She told the cops that she contacted the boy via Instagram, Kik and text message before they ended up having sex in a park back in 2015. They had sex several other times in November and December of the same year. ‘She did very bad. She did bad,” the mother said, “and I’m not condoning what he did because I know he was wrong at what he also did because blackmailing is not acceptable.” Of all these students who have chopped down their teachers, this kid was the only one who thought to squeeze some bread out of her to keep s#!t on the low. A man was charged with two counts of child abuse after using pepper spray on two children, police said. Florida Man Arrested After Pepper Spraying Kids Playing In His Yard Two boys, ages 8 and 10, were playing by mailboxes in the 300 block of Country Club Oval shortly after 5:45 p.m. Wednesday when they were confronted by resident Wilbert Vreen, according to a police charging affidavit. The boys told police that Vreen sprayed their faces with pepper spray, which a witness confirmed, according to the affidavit. “They displayed signs consistent with being sprayed by pepper spray, which were watery eyes and mucous on the upper lip,” according to the affidavit. Vreen, 58, told police that, while he did own pepper spray, he had not used the spray on the boys, but did say they were bothering him, according to the affidavit. Records show Vreen was being held Thursday at the Volusia County Branch Jail on $10,000 bail. Only in Florida !

Rihanna just keeps breaking records. Rihanna Tied With Michael Jackson Rih Rih said fawk releasing a suprise album at midnight like Bey…let me match the King Of Pop’s record. According to Idolator: Well, Rihanna‘s really startin’ somethin’ now (ba-ziiiiiing!). Thanks to her feature on Eminem‘s second Marshall Mathers LP 2 single “The Monster,” which bumps Miley Cyrus‘ “Wrecking Ball” off the top of the Hot 100 this week, the Barbadian songbird has now tied Michael Jackson‘s string of 13 #1 singles in the US, according to Billboard. This puts MJ and RiRi behind only The Beatles (20) and Mariah Carey (18) as far as the most #1s, and it has them now just ahead of Madonna and The Supremes (both have 12). Of course, it should be noted that 12 of Michael Jackson’s #1s were billed to the King Of Pop alone (only “Say Say Say” was a pair-up, with Paul MCartney). Three of Rihanna’s chart-topping singles are features: T.I.‘s “Live Your Life,” Eminem‘s “Love The Way You Lie” and, now, “The Monster.” Rih’s next song will be about puffin’ on that sticky icky and that’ll probably break records too.

Beware of a woman scorned. Woman Tries To Kill Ex-Boyfriend With Rat Poison And Urinates In His Mouthwash Dayum. She got him good. According to Pekin Times: A Pekin man told police he wanted the woman living with him out of his house, then asked a friend to see if she had come back while he was at work. The friend found Amanda Pollard, 28, had returned with a plan, according to charges filed in Tazewell County Circuit Court. She put rat poison pellets in Joshua Brewster’s coffee container, tucked an electric blanket’s cord she had severed under his mattress and urinated in his bottle of mouthwash, the charges allege. “Payback’s a b***h,” Pollard reportedly told the friend. A felony charge of unlawful tampering of food and misdemeanor counts of trespassing and criminal damage to property await her when she next appears in court Dec. 26. Pollard, now of 219 Hamilton St., was ordered held on $50,000 bond last Friday. Three days earlier, Pollard returned to Brewster’s home at 311 Catherine St. to set her traps of revenge, according to a prosecutor’s court affidavit. Brewster’s friend summoned a police officer, who discovered rat poison pellets in a coffee container and the severed cord, the affidavit stated. Brewster, 33, had called police Dec. 1 to help him evict Pollard. The next day, when he allowed her to return to retrieve some belongings, she threatened to burn down his residence with him in it, he told police. He asked his friend the following day to check his home while he was at work, the affidavit stated. The friend reportedly found Pollard cutting the blanket cord. She told him of her “payback” intent, her mouthwash sabotage and the rat poison she said she also put in a cereal box, according to the affidavit. Questioned later by police, Pollard acknowledged she laced Brewster’s coffee with the poison but denied the other acts. She said she was “hurt and angry” over her eviction, the affidavit stated. 2-Teens Killed By Male Neighbor For Trying To Extort Him For Gay-Pedo iPhone Footage [Video]

A Colorado man has confessed to shooting and killing two teenage boys who allegedly tried to blackmail him for $20,000 with a video of him asking a boy for sex, according to a police affidavit. The accused murderer is William Otto, 43, of Adams County, Colo., and the victims are Gustavo “Danny” Espinosa-Gamboa, 16, and Jonathan Gonzalez, 15. The boys were last heard from on Friday and when Gonzalez’s sister couldn’t find him, she spoke to some of the boys’ friends who told her that Gustavo and Jonathan had recorded a video on Gustavo’s phone of a man in the neighborhood named “Billy” who Gustavo and his friends frequently visited, the affidavit said. Billy would turn out to be William Otto, according to the police. A friend of the boys told police that Otto was known to allow teenage boys from the neighborhood to come to his house and drink alcoholic beverages, the document states. Gustavo’s friends said that, “the video was of Billy asking Gustavo Espinosa-Gamboa to let Billy perform oral sex on Gustavo Espinosa-Gamboa. The video also showed Billy touching Gustavo Espinosa-Gamboa inappropriately,” the police report states. Man Pretends To Be Ex-Girlfriend And Posts Ads On Craigslist According to Mail Online A former Library of Congress employee accused of using a work computer to post fake sex ads on Craigslist has pleaded guilty to stalking and identification fraud. Kenneth Edward Kuban, 61, of Reva entered his plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Charlottesville. Kuban also pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. Kuban admitted during the plea hearing that he posed online as his ex-girlfriend and posted more than 160 false ads on Craigslist directing men to her home with the promise of sex. Kuban was arrested in March in connection with a protracted stalking campaign of a 64-year-old woman who had dated him for about six months before ending the relationship in February 2011. According to the affidavit, after the break-up Kuban began stalking the woman. She took out an order against him which prohibited any further contact, but Kuban continued to harass the woman, calling her five or six times daily. The woman changed to an unlisted number, after which Kuban called her service provider, Verizon, and told them she had died. Her phone, internet and television services were cut off and it was a month before she could restore them. Other pranks followed, including calling a meeting the woman was in to tell her that her property was on fire when it wasn’t, before he began posting ads posing as the woman in the Casual Encounters section of Craigslist. According to the affidavit acquired by The Smoking Gun, Kuban posed as ‘a senior lady’ who was looking for a ‘hung’ man who could ‘give me some pleasuring.’ FBI agents responding to the ad were given the woman’s personal home address and instructed to ignore the locked gate and come right to the front door. Some of the ads posted included a photograph of the woman. Kuban’s ads were so effective that men turned up at all hours of the day to the woman’s house, some even flying in from out of state. According to the Culpeper Times, the woman had to install a locked gate and security cameras. She put up signs telling potential suitors the ads were a hoax, but they were often ignored. Local law enforcement was called to chase men seeking sex away, sometimes several times a day, according the the Times. Between January 1 and March 20 of this year, Fauquier sheriff’s deputies had 46 calls at the woman’s home, Lieutenant James Hartman, spokesman for the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office, told the Culpeper Times. ‘They would pull up to the gate, find it was locked, climb over the gate and walk up the driveway,’ Hartman said. Kuban’s sentencing is set for November 15. He faces up to 15 years in prison. He could have seriously sent a serial killer to her front door. It’s phucked up he for posted the ads, but how dumb were the men to actually believe they were real?

According to NBC News: A married father of two who coaches girls’ softball is accused of having a sexual relationship with his teenage daughter’s best friend — a girl who looked up to her coach as a father-like figure, according to a criminal complaint obtained by NBC10. Kevin Jones, 34, of Fairless Hills, Pa., northeast of Philadelphia, is accused of having intimate contact with the girl starting when she was 14, according to Falls Township Police. Police say that Jones would text and Facebook message with the girl, whom he coached on the same softball team, the Levittown Bulldogs, that his daughter played on. The girl and Jones would tell each other that they loved one another and he would refer to her as his “baby doll” and she would call him “daddy,” according to a criminal complaint. Jones allegedly told the girl, whose father left the picture about seven years ago, that she could consider him a father. “I’ll be your dad from now on and I’ll protect you like I’m your dad,” Jones told the girl, according to the affidavit. According to the criminal complaint, the relationship between the two started in the spring of 2012 with “flirting” as Jones would put his arm around the girl and hold her hand while speaking to her. Over time, the girl told police that their relationship progressed, first to kissing then to sexual activities and eventually to intercourse about two weeks ago. The affidavit said that Jones’ children were in his home during many of the alleged sex acts. The girl, now 15, told police that all the alleged sex was consensual and that no drugs or alcohol were involved. Jones denies any sexual contact with the alleged victim outside of hugging and kissing that happened only in front of the girl’s mother. The criminal complaint states that during questioning Jones told police, “I don’t know if she thinks I touched her, we play fight.” The relationship was uncovered after the teenager confided in her sister about the relationship and the girls’ mother in turn reported it to Falls Township Police on Jan. 9. Around that time, the victim allegedly tried to warn Jones that her mother knew of their alleged relationship in a series of texts and Facebook messages that are referenced in the affidavit. Those Facebook messages date back to June of 2011, when the girl was just 13, and include messages where Jones threatens to kill any boy the girl has interest in, according to the affidavit. Police planned to serve a search warrant at Jones’ home on Jan. 25, but around 2 p.m. the home burned down. Jones and his family escaped the blaze and the cause of the fire remained under investigation. Jones was arrested Monday and charged with six counts including indecent sexual intercourse with a minor, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and related offenses. He was arraigned and held on $2 million bail, according to court documents. Wow, and these are the types of people we trust and leave our children with…so sad.

Alexis Wright Charged With Running Prostitution Ring Out of Zumba Studio

Alexis Wright, a Zumba instructor in Maine, was charged this week with running a prostitution business out of her studio and secretly videotaping her encounters. Wright, 29, pleaded not guilty in Portland to 106 counts of prostitution, violation of privacy, tax evasion and other charges for allegedly providing sex for money. Alexis’ alleged business partner, 57-year-old Mark Strong Sr., pleaded not guilty to 59 counts of promotion of prostitution and violation of privacy. Prosecutors haven’t detailed why Wright was videotaping her encounters, but they gathered more than 100 hours of video and nearly 14,000 screen shots from seized computers. Police have begun issuing summons to Wright’s customers and will release the names. Townspeople in Kennebunk, Me., say they’ve heard that lawyers, doctors, law enforcement officials, a TV personality and other well-known people in town are connected. The superintendent of schools issued a memo to teachers and staff last week about students who have relatives on the list of names and may be teased or have trouble coping. Wright opened her Pura Vida fitness studio in 2010 teaching Zumba, a Latin-inspired fitness program that combines aerobics and dance, about 25 miles south of Portland. She later rented a one-room office across the street, above a hair salon and a flower store. That same year, an anonymous blog wrote that Wright was not who she claimed to be: “She’s living a double life and is a porn star. She may be a prostitute for all I know.” Police began investigating after hearing reports of cars coming to the studio and the office at all hours of the day and night and men going in for a half-hour or hour at a time. The landlord who rented the office space to Wright told investigators one of his tenants sometimes heard “moaning and groaning” coming from Wright’s office, the affidavit said. When the landlord checked the office himself, he found a massage table and a video camera on a tripod. He told police he later found an online porn video of Wright that was recorded in the office, which he recognized by the walls, the floor and the window. When police raided the studio and office in February, they seized electronic ledgers of sexual acts, video recordings and records of clients and the sexual acts performed by Wright. Police said that judging by what they found, Wright’s alleged sexual activities generated up to $150,000. Investigators said there was both a “business and personal” connection between Strong and the studio. Video footage showed Wright and Strong having sex, according to the affidavit.
