Kanye West has already been named a felony suspect by the authorities the following his latest attack on a photographer , which went down earlier today. Law enforcement sources believe ‘Ye may have committed attempted ROBBERY as well as assault at LAX, where he freaking lost it on a paparazzo. Paramedics arrived on the scene and the victim, who was knocked to the ground, was taken to a hospital following the attack, after which Kanye fled. The Robbery Homicide Unit and LAPD are investigating. The victim wants to press charges against Kanye West, TMZ reports, and has already been interviewed by the police regarding the incident. They determined he did indeed suffer injuries during the attack, but police will reportedly refer the case to the D.A. as a felony attempted robbery. Standard operating procedure is to go after a suspect on the most serious charge he may have committed, even if he also committed another (battery). Throughout his career, T.I. has delivered various types of records, catering to different audiences, and though he has continually messaged that his next album, Trouble Man , will be a return to his aggressive style of rap, Tip has a little something for everyone. “All of my albums are basically a reflection of where I am in my life at that moment in time,” T.I. told MTV News’ Sway Calloway when he appeared on “RapFix Live.” “So the biggest difference in the man that I am today and the man that I was then, I guess musically, it’s gonna be more aggressive than Paper Trail . Back in 2008 when Tip dropped Paper Trail, the album that housed two of his biggest hits — the Justin Timberlake-assisted “Dead and Gone” and “Live Your Life” featuring Rihanna — he purposely stayed away from his usual trap music because he was facing federal weapons charges at the time. Now that he has completed his prison sentence, the Atlanta rapper doesn’t have the same constraints, so fans can expect to hear hustle-heavy tracks not unlike his 2003 single “Rubber Band Man.” Still, on the upcoming Trouble Man, Tip plans to satisfy fans who not only appreciate his underground work, but those who crave his Top 40 hits as well. Not only is Jason Trawick set to marry Britney Spears, he may soon take over for her father in maintaining legal control over her professional affairs. E! News confirms that Spears’ fiance has petitioned to be added by the court as the pop singer’s co-conservator, along with her father Jamie Spears. Jamie has held legal control over Britney since early 2008, when her downward spiral left her incapable of handling her finances or medical decisions. Now Jason Trawick , Britney’s former agent, will be added into the mix, but sources say he will only have control over her well-being, not her money. Britney’s father doesn’t feel like Jason’s treading on his toes or anything like that. In fact, he has been pushing for the court to give him the authority . As for why Bristol Palin hasn’t tried to enforce the supposed order via wage garnishment or other means to make Levi, who got girlfriend Sunny Oglesby pregnant earlier this year, she says it’s a complicated situation. Bristol’s lawyer told TMZ that the younger Palin declined to “pursue child support collection in the (perhaps naive) hope that Mr. Johnston would do what men are supposed to do and pay his support obligation voluntarily.” The lawyer adds, “We were also concerned that garnishment or other aggressive collection efforts could exacerbate an already strained relationship.” Probably true, but there must be more to it. And once again, asked about NeNe’s out of pocket a**, Star stayed classy… and said what every Black woman has been saying since it became CNN-level news that NeNe wouldn’t put a Star bonfire out with a spit ball. The show is getting a ton of pre-press mainly because Nene Leakes has been doing interviews about you. What went wrong with you and NeNe? This actually saddens me. Black women trashing other black women all for the sake of personal aggrandizement. When the cast was first announced, I was both excited and concerned. Excited that this was going to be the most diverse cast in prime-time reality programming and concerned because the media immediately started the drumroll of “can this many black women get along?” The four of us actually chatted about the unique opportunity we had to influence the perception of black women and the way we interact. We each brought something different to the show, so I had hoped we could avoid falling into the typical “snake charmer in your face loud bombastic black woman” stereotypical box that was expected. Some of us were more successful at our quest than others. I knew I wanted to approach the game intelligently, professionally and strategically, while keeping in mind my true purpose for being there – winning money for my charity. You have a lot of black female friends – Vanessa Bell Calloway, Natalie Cole and Holly Robinson Peete to name a few. Were you surprised at Nene’s personal attack on you and the implications that you don’t gel with other black women? Who are you telling! You know my girlfriend gatherings are legendary! But you’ll see this season on the show, at some point Nene attacked all the black women on the show and scared the other women to death with her aggressive approach. But to be fair, it is an approach that works for her kind of television interaction, as evidenced by the great ratings they generate. But it isn’t an approach that works in the professional environment and it isn’t an approach that most sisters use in interacting with each other. I would hope, as she becomes more exposed to a variety of professional situations, she will tone down the vitriolic emotional reactions and learn to express herself in manner that is more reflective of the majority of black women in America.
