For Discussion: Amanda Seales Says White Chicks With ‘Fat A$$e$’ Are Feeling Superior To Black Queens…And Black Men Are Making It WORSE

Source: Noel Vasquez/Splash News / Getty Let’s Discuss How Black Men Keep Going Ga-Ga Over Thick White Women Who Spite Our Sistas Happy Friday everyone! This week’s biggest story has left a bad taste in the mouths of Black women all over. Just an update for you — Daniel Caesar remains UNAPOLOGETIC about his drunken lecture where he basically said Black folks being “mean to white people”  was the reason we don’t progress. He tweeted and deleted that he was sorry, nor did he feel “ugly” after being dragged.  Caesar’s comments stem from him defending dubbed culture vulture YesJulz after she was dragged for shading Karen Civil and Scottie Beam on a podcast. YesJulz has a history of slandering Black women in spaces reserved for fans of Black music and culture…and also on Twitter. But whyyy is she still even a thing in OUR spaces??? Welp, Amanda Seales has chimed in with her own theory, and she may be right. It seems like every time YesJulz is called out for her attitude towards Black women, Black men are jumping in to save her. Murda Mook , Daniel Caesar, random black dudes with razor bumps on Twitter. They can’t seem to let her take the heat from her actions alone. View this post on Instagram . Why do you think Black men keep giving her a platform?

Source: Patrick McMullan / Getty The Internet is taking it back this month as we settle into the last year of the decade. It seems like it was just yesterday 2009 was about to break us into the 2010s, but now we’re only eleven short months away from the 2020s. A lot has changed over the past ten years, and some major stars and influencers are proving the come-up is real with the #10yearchallenge. Over the weekend, various social media gurus, celebs and artists have been posting side-by-side pictures of themselves today vs. ten years ago. Some comedic favs are already hot on the challenge with pics that’ll have you nostalgic about the 2000s. Just take Insecure ‘s Yvonne Orji who joked that she went from youth pastor to first lady!   We ain’t mad. Even her Insecure co-star Amanda Seales had to get in on the challenge. “2009/2019 Amanda Diva to Amanda Seales,” she wrote on Instagram. “Still rockin my ‘diva’ nameplate ring! More innocence to more wisdom. From the curls to the mic, living my life like it’s golden!”   Then there were those celebs who literally look stunning today, yesterday and forever such as La La Anthony .   There were also couples who were boo’d up since ’09 and are still going strong today like  Papoose and Remy Ma.    Of course, some people didn’t follow directions and went further back than 2009 just for the sake of showing off (*ahem* Nick Cannon ).   You got it Nick! Finally, there were those celebs and social media stars who had jokes when it came to the #10yearchallege. Hit the next pages for some more side-by-side comparisons, including some hilarious twists on how things changed in a decade!

Triggered: 7 Stages Of Grief When You Get Ghosted By Bae (‘Insecure’ Thoughts)

Read the rest here:

Source: Charley Gallay / Getty This week’s episode of Insecure probably left anyone in the dating scene traumatized and triggered (spoilers below). Surprisingly, it most likely wasn’t because of the return of Lawrence ( Jay Ellis ). In episode five, Issa Rae ‘s character ran into him at the store on her Coachella trip and in episode six, they see each other again at Tiffany’s ( Amanda Seales ) baby shower. Their conversation seemed to go smoothly and Issa made it clear by the end of the episode that she was ready to move on. Only problem is, her new potential bae went missing in action! That’s right. Earlier in the episode, her new starry-eyed boo thang, Nathan (played by Kendrick Sampson),  was making it seem like he had feelings for Issa when they were snuggled up in her bed. But when Issa texted him about a Lyft investigation pertaining to the night they met, Nathan didn’t respond for a day in a half. So in millennial dating years that’s like…a week!   There could only be two explanations for this. Either Nathan’s on the run from the law…   Or he completely ghosted Issa.   For anyone who’s been left stranded and alone by a potential bae, I’d imagine you had some traumatic flashbacks when watching episode six. To help you get through this moment, we’ve decided to list the seven stages of being ghosted in hopes that you can heal, be mad, then get right back in the dating game. Hit the next pages to find out what words people utter during these emotional stages!

Lil Wayne Explains How Failed Juelz Santana Collabo Became Human Being II

‘ I Can’t Feel My Face has now turned into I Am Not a Human Being, ‘ Wayne confirms to ‘Hip Hop POV.’ By Rob Markman Lil Wayne Photo: Hutton Supancic/ Getty Images It seems like we’ve been talking about a Lil Wayne / Juelz Santana collabo album forever. But when the much-ballyhooed I Can’t Feel My Face will actually drop is anyone’s guess. While Weezy’s 2010 jail stint definitely postponed the project, now Tunechi says when he got home, he reached out to his Dipset buddy to finally put their plans in motion. “I actually got at Elz when I got out and told him, ‘Man, I think it’s time we really capitalize on that,’ ” Wayne recalled to Amanda Seales of MTV’s “Hip Hop POV” in an outtake from last week’s episode. It’s more than six years in the making, but for a time, I Can’t Feel My Face was one of rap’s most-anticipated projects. Now that Weezy has put his legal troubles behind him, it’s Santana who’s facing drama after his New Jersey recording studio was raided in January 2011. “He can’t work how he wants to work because they shut down his studio,” Wayne explained. “I sent him some music and he didn’t send them back in the time-fashion that I work.” Never one to remain idle, Tunechi took the songs that he had set aside for the joint album and repurposed them for his upcoming I Am Not a Human Being II solo LP. “I started putting extra verses on those songs and I’ve moved on,” he confirmed. “Now what probably would’ve been I Can’t Feel My Face, has now turned into I Am Not a Human Being. ” During a June 2011 interview on “RapFix Live,” Juelz gave his own reasoning for the delay. “It wasn’t no one reason it didn’t happen. Me and Wayne always was on the same page, musically, as far as friendship-wise,” he said. “I’m just happy we didn’t let that get in the way of us being cool, being able to do things in the future; we ain’t let it get to us.” Would you still like to see a Wayne/Juelz collaboration album?
