Source: Taylor Hill/FilmMagic / Getty Cutely coupled up… Ashley Graham Speaks On Her Justin Ervin Marriage In ELLE Ashley Graham is bringing her yummy yams to the cover of ELLE magazine and speaking candidly on her marriage. The popular plus-size model is the cover star for the publication’s February issue and inside she’s speaking on her sweet swirly coupledom with director/cinematographer Justin Ervin. According to Ashely who met Justin in the elevator of her church, when they have issues they “fix them” by having smash sessions—LOTS of smash sessions. “Just have sex,” said Ashley. “Have sex all the time. Even if you don’t feel like it, just have sex. I have found that if we haven’t had sex, we get snippy, and then if we are having sex, we’re all over each other. For us it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s have sex.’ And then we’re just right back in a great mood.” Ashley also once again noted that they waited till they were married to have sex. According to her it helped solidify their friendship—but it was admittedly hard. No pun intended. “Something that it did for us was build up our friendship, and it also built up our trust and communication,” said Ashley in ELLE. “Of course we were sexually attracted to each other; we would make out heavily. All those things were there. I wasn’t worried about, ‘What’s sex gonna be like with him?’ It was more, ‘Do I trust him? Is he someone I want to be with for the rest of my life?’ Ashley’s one of several celebs to admit that abstinence was key for them in their relationship. Would you try it out? The couple who’s faith-based also apparently fasts one day a week together to keep their connection to God strong. “When you fast and you pray, it’s bringing more sensitivity to hear from God,” she explained. “That’s exactly what we wanted; we were like, ‘Okay, we want more sensitivity to be able to hear from God in the big decisions that we’re making.’ We do it together because there’s a verse in the Bible that says, ‘Where two or more are gathered, He is in the midst.’ So as we do it together, it just makes it even stronger.” Clearly having strong Christian values and even stronger Christian coitus works for these two. They always look so happy together. Source: Ivan Nikolov/WENN.com / WENN See more from happy and heavily sexed Ashley Graham’s ELLE magazine shoot on the flip. Continue reading →
Blac Chyna has made it very clear that she doesn’t feel that she’s getting enough money from Rob Kardashian . So she is now endorsing a line of skin-bleaching creams, which she plans to promote in person in Nigeria. Twitter is positively livid that she could stoop so low. The product that she is hawking is “Whitenicious X Blac Chyna Diamond Illuminating & Lightening Cream.” That’s quite a mouthful. And also problematic as hell. Each and every cream cream jar features a Swarovski crystal stud design. Those simple jars sell for $250 each. And Chyna is traveling to promote the products in person in Nigeria. Chyna claims that she has been using Whitenicious dark spot corrector on herself for years. Her alleged use of this product has been to deal with darker, hyperpigmented areas of her skin. Now she has her own line of the products to promote for a hefty sum. Next week, while most of us are finishing up our Thanksgiving leftovers, Chyna will be in Lago. This is not earning her a lot of love here in the States. Colorism is basically racism’s less famous sibling, but it’s just as insidious. In colorism, even people of color may dismiss or discriminate against members of their own ethnic communities over skin tone. While European colonizers did not bring colorism to Africa, centuries of racist occupation, oppression, and influence have made things worse. Now, Chyna is capitalizing — literally — on the self-hatred that dark-skinned women may feel towards themselves. A lot of beauty products seek to exploit the insecurities of consumers. Skin-bleaching products take that a step further, exploiting racism and colorism to turn a profit. Nigeria already has a problem with people using skin-bleaching, as people both in the US and in Nigeria have pointed out. “Blac chyna is so gross for this,” tweets one outraged Nigerian. The tweet continues: “She’s targeted nigeria because it has one of the highest rates of skin bleaching, so so trash” Because of this, Chyna’s name trended on Twitter on Tuesday as people responded to her new business venture with horror and disgust. It is understandable that many people would feel that they are being betrayed by a member of their own community. However, some believe that people are wrong to point the finger at Chyna. “Yall really mad at Blac Chyna for signing a deal that supports skin whitening,” begins another tweet. The post continues: “but ain’t mad at the company that signed her(African) or the people who are buying it(also African).” This person believes that the blame resides elsewhere. “Chyna isn’t the culprit in this,” the tweet concludes. “Skin whitening had been a thing in Nigeria for years!” So, who is right? The answer is as complicated as the problem, and, as a white man, it’s ultimately way out of my lane. But it seems clear that a sizable and vocal portion of the black community in America and in Nigeria is upset. They feel like Chyna is exploiting the worst of people’s instincts to fill her pockets. It is also clear that a lot of people were buying this anyway, and that if Chyna didn’t have this deal, someone else would. Chyna is no stranger to controversy, and is probably counting on her payday being worth any backlash. View Slideshow: Blac Chyna to Rob Kardashian: Pay Your Child Support, Broke-Ass!
That’s it for this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County . The season finale aired , and all that remains is the reunion. Shannon Beador’s feud with Tamra Judge has replaced what was once a solid friendship. In fact, it sounds like Shannon isn’t getting along with any of her castmates these days. RadarOnline reports that Shannon is really feeling the heat from her fellow Housewives. According to an inside source, Shannon is feeling “more victimized than ever” by her castmates these days. To be fair, she did watch a number of them talk about her behind her back recently. That has to sting. “Shannon believes everyone is against her,” the insider reports. Part of that problem may be that she’s just not close to any of them right now. Shannon feels alone against the world, a source explains, “and is so separated from the cast right now.” That can be a chilling feeling that can suck the fun right out of life — and out of being on a reality show. There is a huge silver lining — a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. “But,” the insider notes. “She knows that she is coming back next season.” That was never really in doubt. Even before this season began, Shannon was a hot topic because of her acrimonious divorce. And during the season she was a frequent center of attention. There is one person in particular towards whom Shannon is feeling especially bitter. “Out of everyone,” the source says. “She feels most betrayed by Tamra.” Shannon and Tamra have been on the same side for a long time. Shannon’s a Real Housewife, so she knows that people talk. She just never expected for Tamra to be part of it. “This season really put a damper on their friendship,” the insider explains. “And,” the source says. “Watching the past couple of episodes was really hard on Shannon.” It made those months-old conflicts fresh again, and showed Shannon an ugly side of her “friends.” “By watching the episodes of RHOC that came after Jamaica,” the insider says. “Shannon was able to see how wrong she was about Tamra.” Even good friends vent about each other, but Tamra was questioning Shannon’s mental state. It struck a nerve. And it also didn’t mesh with Tamra’s explanation of events. Reality shows may be edited, but they aren’t conjured out of nowhere. They’re based on real footage. Shannon knows that better than most “and she knows that Tamra is a f–king liar.” Shannon and Tamra were once fast friends, but no longer. An insider does take a sympathetic tone when describing Tamra — that’s not something you hear very often. “Tamra cannot work things out with her,” the source laments. The insider continues, saying that it’s impossible to fix things “when the friendship was so one-sided.” Tamra viewed Shannon as selfish for worrying about her own struggles when Tamra’s husband had a health crisis. “The fact that Shannon ignored everything that Eddie was going through really hurt Tamra to the core,” the source claims. Apparently, the drama that we’ve seen on screen is just a taste of what is to come. “The s–t hits the fan at their reunion!” the insider announces. Well, that’s why they have them. “The reunion made things even worse for Shannon and Tamra,” the source shares. “And,” the insider concludes. “Since then, Shannon has been focused on her friends that are not television stars.” We will note that we’ve heard elsewhere that people left the reunion on more or less good terms. Well … except for Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson. Tamra has refused to take any real responsibility for her own words and behavior. Just last week, Tamra blamed Gina Kirschenheiter for ruining her friendship with Shannon . Combine that with what we’ve seen on The Real Housewives of Orange County and Tamra’s daughter’s words, and that seems to be who Tamra is as a person. No one is saying that Shannon is perfect — least of all Shannon. But even after her blowup in Jamaica, Shannon comes across as the sympathetic party, here. It sounds like she’s taking a bit of a break after the reunion, and we don’t blame her. Next season sure sounds interesting. We wonder who will return and who won’t. The Housewives sure have some opinions. View Slideshow: Kelly Dodd: Fire Has-Been Vicki Gunvalson! Bish is Past Her Expiration Date!
Source: gradyreese / Getty Having a sister is one of the coolest, most dramatic, loving, emotionally taxing experiences you can have in this life time. Having a sister is like having a built-in best friend, if you get along with them. Whether you’re sisters by blood, through marriage, sorority or friends who call themselves sisters, the bond is unlike any other human relationship. Even on the grander scheme of life, women are starting to band together more as a larger sisterhood, standing together against forces that try to tear us down —i.e. the male dominated government, entertainment industry, workforce, etc. Unity is key when it comes to sisterhood. Just ask Oprah who stressed the importance of sisterhood in her campaign speech for Georgia Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams . She proclaimed, “Only when we unite as sisters – and I don’t just mean ‘sistas’ – I mean sisters – black sisters, brown sisters, white sisters, Asian sisters, LGBTQ sisters. When we all unite, I know for sure a change is going to come.” Tyler Perry tapped into the unbreakable bond of sisterhood with his latest film Nobody’s Fool starring Tika Sumpter and Tiffany Haddish as siblings with totally opposite morals, values and goals in life. Tiffany revealed to Bustle what it was like working with Tika, saying, “I feel like we knew each other in a past life, and we finally met up in this life, and we making money now girl! Because we was poor in the other life,” Haddish says. Sumpter laughs, and adds, “We was stomping roaches together.” Don’t get us wrong — there are some downsides to having sisters that people without siblings can’t relate too. Like constantly being compared to them, the fights can get pretty catty and not to mention they steal your clothes. @WeeGeeFiji from Twitter tweeted, “The best thing about having 3 younger sisters is that we get to share everything from clothes to makeup which tbh is also the worst thing about having 3 sisters.” But the pros of being apart of a sisterhood can outweigh the bad. In the words of Cali Rae Turner, “The best thing about having a sister was that I always had a friend.” Facts, Cali! Be sure to check out Nobody’s Fool hitting theaters this weekend, and hit the flip for more films that you and your sister should watch together.

Stranger things are going on in the world to be worried about, according to Millie Bobbi Brown her friendship with Drake isn’t one of them. The 14-year-old actress raised Twitter’s eyebrows triggering the predator alarm when she mentioned during an interview that the Canadian rapper sends her “I miss you so much” texts and gives her advice on boys. Well, Eleven has heard enough and has responded to the criticism via her Instagram account. Brown states: “Why u gotta make a lovely friendship ur headline? U guys are weird…For real. I’m lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance. “I’m very blessed to have amazing people in my life. U don’t get to chose that for me. It’s nice to have people understand what I do. Now get back to talking about real problems in the world other than my friendships…jeez.” Well, there you have it. Now again there is no big deal with being friends with each other, but the optics of a 31-year-old rapper sending text messages saying ‘I miss you more” and giving “advice on boys” to a 14-year-old girl looks very suspicious. The reaction that news drew should come as no surprise, the world is currently in the “upside down,” so can’t blame people for being worried. Now that Brown has spoken and cleared the air, Drizzy has other things to worry about at the moment like Southside Ye , his lawsuit and finishing up the rest of his tour. — Photo: Kevin Mazur / Getty
Source: Charley Gallay / Getty This week’s episode of Insecure probably left anyone in the dating scene traumatized and triggered (spoilers below). Surprisingly, it most likely wasn’t because of the return of Lawrence ( Jay Ellis ). In episode five, Issa Rae ‘s character ran into him at the store on her Coachella trip and in episode six, they see each other again at Tiffany’s ( Amanda Seales ) baby shower. Their conversation seemed to go smoothly and Issa made it clear by the end of the episode that she was ready to move on. Only problem is, her new potential bae went missing in action! That’s right. Earlier in the episode, her new starry-eyed boo thang, Nathan (played by Kendrick Sampson), was making it seem like he had feelings for Issa when they were snuggled up in her bed. But when Issa texted him about a Lyft investigation pertaining to the night they met, Nathan didn’t respond for a day in a half. So in millennial dating years that’s like…a week! There could only be two explanations for this. Either Nathan’s on the run from the law… Or he completely ghosted Issa. For anyone who’s been left stranded and alone by a potential bae, I’d imagine you had some traumatic flashbacks when watching episode six. To help you get through this moment, we’ve decided to list the seven stages of being ghosted in hopes that you can heal, be mad, then get right back in the dating game. Hit the next pages to find out what words people utter during these emotional stages!
A Star is Born is the new movie from Warner Bros that’s getting a lot of Oscar buzz after a successful premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper and Dave Chappelle come together to tell the story of a seasoned musician Jackson Maine who discovers a struggling artist Ally who works at a restaurant while doing side gigs at bars around town. Jackson who was on a search for another drink stops in a drag bar where Ally is performing and it’s love at first site. During one of his shows, he coaxes her into the spotlight and Ally becomes a big star. But as their relationship plays out to find out that Jackson’s demons will end up haunting the both of them. I headed to Toronto to discuss their new film A Star Is Born for an episode of Extra Butter. Bradley and Gaga discuss their on-camera chemistry as well as the price of fame. Bradley Cooper explained, “Fame is a result of being able to do what you… Fame comes from the success of being able to tell your story and have it be healing or entertaining and that’s the goal in life.” Gaga, who plays Ally says that her friendship with Bradley Cooper provided a sacred environment on set, “He used to tell me in the movie to Ally, all you have to do is trust me. That was very easy to do because he is so kind and so loving. He’s a brilliant filmmaker and I just wanted to give everything I had to him in this film.” Dave chimes in about how much he enjoys Bradley Cooper’s directing style. “The way he directed me and the way we would talk about the scene, and the way he would create an environment that gave me the courage to actually be vulnerable in a way that comedy would never let me be. I never felt threatened or unsafe,” Dave Chappelle said. The movie is in theaters everywhere October 5th, 2018, be sure to keep checking back to GloblGrind for more Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine
