3 Philly Men Shot While Putting Up Christmas Decorations In the streets of Philly you never really need a legit reason to get shot. You could be minding your own damn business and some fool wants to pull out the Roscoe on you and send you to the ‘spital. That said, one would think that hanging Christmas lights would literally be the safest, most innocuous thing one could do to, yet somehow 3 Philadelphia men spent their Thanksgiving with gunshot wounds according to TulsaWorld . Three men, ages of 28, 34 and 36, were shot by an unidentified motorist as they were adorning their home with festive accoutrements. The report states that the driver stopped and asked if one of the gentleman was involved with an accident that damaged his vehicle. Upon denying such involvement, an argument ensued, an handgun was produced and the men were rushed to the emergency room with non-life-threatening injuries. Merry f**kin’ Christmas. Smh. Man Pees On Man’s Lawn Then Shoots Him For Complaining Via NY Daily News : A Florida man caught urinating on a man’s lawn allegedly pulled a gun on the homeowner and shot him when he complained. Giberto Martinez, 28, was taken into custody Thursday, nearly three months after police say he shot Jose Diaz Martinez multiple times outside his Miami home. Martinez, who NBC Miami reports is not related to his alleged victim, is now facing an attempted second-degree murder charge for that March 9 shooting. According to police, Martinez was confronted by the homeowner for urinating on the sidewalk and was told to stop and leave. Instead an argument ensued and Martinez brandished a firearm and shot at the victim several times. “The victim was struck and collapsed in front of his home,” police said in a release. Martinez managed to get away, leading to an active search for the suspect. He was being held on $50,000 bond on Friday. You can’t be serious!

You’re single.” Emilio Masella was confused and tried to call her back, but she hung up on him. What he didn’t expect were the allegations of infidelity. “I’d never cheat on her, I love her,” he says, and he is not pleased with Snooki hooking up with her costar Mike “ The Situation ” Sorrentino. “I talked to her yesterday and was like, I’d never do something so low,’” he says. “She said she hadn’t hooked up with anybody either – but she freakin’ lied. She put out there that I cheated, and now the tables have turned . It sucks.” Indeed. And for the record, Masella assumed she’d be supportive, not critical, of his Real World audition: “I never asked for anything. She’s the one that pulled me into the spotlight, bringing me all these places. It seems like she’s jealous.” Masella adds that Snooki was also worried that he was hanging out with girls, although he claims 80 percent of his friends are female. “I talked to her yesterday afternoon and I fought with her,” he says. “I [told her] she has no reason to be mad – and she hung up on me. I told her, ‘You can’t expect me to stay home and never go out if you’re gone for two months.’” “I’m not a scumbag. She’s being jealous and spiteful. I don’t know if she [broke up with me] on purpose so she could hook up with Mike … I knew [her time on set] was going to be crazy, but I didn’t think it was going to be this crazy.” We just can’t wait for Season 2 to air.
