Source: Anthony Harvey / Getty Rihanna  may have delivered one hell of a halftime performance for Super Bowl XLIII in Atlanta next February but she reportedly declined the offer. Her reason? Her support of  Colin Kaepernick and his fight against racial injustice and police brutality. In regards to the NFL versus Kaepernick, Rihanna is “I’m With Kaep” through and through. “The NFL and CBS really wanted Rihanna to be next year’s performer in Atlanta,” an insider told Us Weekly . “They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesn’t agree with the NFL’s stance.” RELATED:  Rihanna Named An Ambassador Of Barbados RELATED:  All The Atlanta Based Artists Who Could Have Played Super Bowl LIII Instead Of Maroon 5 Kaepernick has not played in the NFL since the 2016 season and is currently suing the NFL for alleged collusion to keep him out of the league. The dudes in Wedding Crashers have nothing on these guys. The entire wedding party fleeing a squad of Imperial AT-AT Walkers a la The Empire Strikes Back? Probably the best idea for a wedding photo ever … Photographer Lisa Wiebe tried to creating a nerd-tastic chase scene for bride and groom Leslie Seiler and Paul Kingston, both diehard Star Wars fans. Safe to say she succeeded. Wiebe halted traffic while a horde of screaming bridesmaids and groomsmen ran for their lives down a Toronto street in order to get this shot. “Our philosophy as photographers is to keep true to our couples,” Tony and Danielle Lombardo of Little Blue Lemon photography told Mashable. “To get to know them so that we can shoot their wedding in a way that is unique to them … I don’t think you could do this shot for just anyone.” “For this shot, all the ingredients were there to make it awesome. Most of the bridal party are professional performers and really knew how to ‘sell it.'” Can you think of an idea that would top this? If so, share! Was 2 Chainz shot at during his recent robbery in San Francisco? In his first incident since he was held up at gunpoint , not only does the rapper say shots were fired, but at close range – he had bullet fragments in his hair. Chainz says tons of people believed he’d been shot and/or killed. 2 Chainz Robbed The wild incident in which a pair of goons robbed 2 Chainz and his crew dispersed like cockroaches from a flashlight took place last weekend. Speaking out for the first time since, the Atlanta-based rapper took to that city’s Hot 107.9 to share his side of the story – and it’s quite something. Chainz describes the moment he saw one of the two gunmen approaching, explaining that the assailant wasn’t skipping for fun, as it appears above. Rather, the gun was so big and heavy, the guy struggled to wield it. “I saw the gun before I saw him,” Chainz recalls. “It was so heavy he couldn’t really hold it … the gun was so big, that’s what made me take off running.” He says he knows it was a coordinated effort because another armed gunman was right there to cut him off immediately after he made his escape. The remaining 48 are children that Monyetta Shaw (Ne-Yo’s Girlfriend and Baby Mama) agreed to “adopt.” Now, the “adopted” kids won’t be living with the couple, but Monyetta has agreed to pay for their living costs for a year, totaling $20,000! Access Atlanta Reports Shaw, the girlfriend of Atlanta-based R&B star Ne-Yo, won’t actually bring the children home to live with her, but she will pay their living costs for a year — estimated at $20,000, TMZ says. Shaw, who has had roles in such films as “Major Movie Star” and “Soul Men,” and Ne-Yo (Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr.) have two children together.
