Will Britney Spears Have Another Baby?

That didn’t take long. Britney Spears and Jason Trawick got engaged this month, for real, after over a year of rumors that they would do so. Everybody is really happy for them (maybe not Jason Alexander , but everyone else it feels like). That said, some celebrity gossip publications have already moved onto the next round of rumors: When will they have a baby together!? The two have not set a date yet that we know of, and don’t appear to be in a rush with things, which is probably smart. The same likely applies to having children. Britney already has two sons, Sean Preston (6) and Jayden James (5), with her former spouse K-Fed. That may be enough to handle for herself and Jason Trawick . One thing we hope is that with her tour finally over with, she takes the time to relax and enjoy her engagement. Family first – whether it’s a growing one or not. What do you think? Will she have another baby? Should she?

Trio of X Factor Finalists Land Record Deal

The X Factor may have crowned Melanie Amaro as its first champion, but that talented singer isn’t the only contestant to benefit from her time on the show. Sources confirm that Josh Krajcik, Chris Rene and Astro will all sign recording contracts with Sony Music, encouraging news for the second, third and seventh place finishers, respectively. Astro – Show Me What You Got Krajcik, of course, quickly became a fan favorite after viewers both heard his soulful voice and learned he had been working at a fast food Mexican restaurant. Rene, meanwhile, earned a large fan base due to his dancing and energy on stage, while Astro – real name: Brian Bradley – was the most controversial crooner on the show, a rapping savant with a cocky attitude that turned off many viewers. 50 Cent Performs With Astro, L.A. Lakers on X Factor Finale

Rapper 50 Cent, never one to be accused of family friendly entertainment, saw half of his performance bleeped out, but still rocked the house on The X Factor finale. Astro may not be the inaugural X Factor winner , but the young rapper did make his way onto the finale, rapping alongside Fiddy. That’s a feat in and of itself! Also, L.A. Lakers guard Derek Fisher introduced Mr. Cent, his good friend, and other Lakers – Matt Barnes and Steve Blake – also made it up on stage somehow. We can’t explain it either. Just watch the performance below. 50 Cent Live on X Factor In case the censoring rendered it all unclear, 50 performed his latest single “Wait Until Tonight” followed by his 2003 smash hit, “In Da Club,” featuring Astro. The kid’s got game … unlike Barnes, Blake and Fisher, who just waved their arms a lot … with Kobe Bryant hurt, maybe they’re getting in shape to play extra minutes?

Lady Gaga to Be Honored For LGBT Advocacy

Lady Gaga ‘s message, songs, videos and performances have made her something of a gay icon for some time, so it’s not surprising she’s about to be honored for her contributions. On December 4, she will receive the Trevor Project’s Trevor Hero Award for her advocacy on behalf to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. “Our young people are at the center of a health crisis, and vocal leaders like Lady Gaga have stepped up to the challenge of helping change our culture,” said David McFarland, interim executive director and CEO of the Trevor Project. “Our honorees are working with the Trevor Project to make a better today and a brighter tomorrow. We are proud to honor Lady Gaga with the Trevor Hero Award for her work to encourage young people to express their true selves with pride.” True to form, the 25-year-old Lady Gaga recently announced the launch of the Born This Way Foundation with her mother, Cynthia Germanotta. The foundation aims to promote “youth empowerment and equality by addressing issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development and will utilize digital mobilization as a means to create positive change.”

Greg Halman, Seattle Mariners Player, Stabbed to Death

Greg Halman, a Dutch baseball player with the MLB’s Seattle Mariners in 2010 and 2011, was stabbed to death in his native country of The Netherlands today. His brother has been arrested in connection with the crime, according to reports. “A 24-year-old was killed this morning in a stabbing and authorities have arrested the 22-year-old brother of the victim,” a Rotterdam police spokesman said. News organizations later identified the deceased as Greg Halman. Of the brother, a police spokesman told the AP: “He is under arrest and right now he is being questioned. It will take some time to figure out what exactly happened.” Police found Greg Halman bleeding from a stab wound at a home in Rotterdam after responding to a call early today. They were unable to revive the baseball player. Halman hit .230 for the Mariners in 2011, with two home runs and six RBI. The outfielder appeared in 44 career games with the club in a reserve role. R.I.P.

Astro Apologizes for X Factor Outburst

On last Thursday’s X Factor results show, Astro was voted into the bottom two – and then nearly got himself eliminated by initially refusing to sing for the judges’ vote. It was a disgraceful show of poor sportsmanship . But it also came from a young rapper who is only 15 years old, as Astro took to Facebook over the weekend and apologized for acting like a spoiled brat. Astro Sings for Survival “What I do, I do for the love of Hip-Hop and my fans, and I would never doing anything to hurt either,” he wrote. “I believed I was being mistreated… My guards are always up, and maybe I took the situation too heavy. I seriously apologize to my fans, what I said and my emotions weren’t directed toward you. I’m 15 and I think I know everything, but the truth is, I don’t, and I handled the situation wrong! Win or lose next week, I will make you all proud!” Astro added that he wants to be the “new ambassador” for hip hop, while Simon Cowell said he’s met with Astro and his father and everything is “much calmer now.” If true, that’s too bad. The X Factor was just getting exciting!

Astro Busts Rhymes on X Factor Rock Night

Like Chris Rene , Astro interpreted the theme to last night’s X Factor episode as loosely as possible. This young, extraordinarily talented rapper didn’t really do rock ‘n roll in any sense of the term. Instead, he stuck to what he knows/does best and brought the crowd to its feet with a take on “I’ll Be Missing You (Every Breath You Take).” Simon made it very clear that he believes Astro “has a shot at winning this,” while Nicole Scherzinger agreed: “You are ready for a $5 million contract,” she said.
