Woman Admits She Lied About Father Having Forced Sex With Her According to The NY Daily News Nearly 16 years after a New York man was jailed for having forced sex with his 9-year-old daughter, that victim has publicly come forward admitting that she lied all along. Chaneya Kelly, now 24, says the graphic stories she told about her father that sentenced him to 20-to-40 years in prison were never true. “I’m 24 years old and I made this mistake when I was 9 years old,” she told NBC, “but it’s never too late to try and right your wrong.” It was October, 1997 when Chaneya says her mother, a former drug abuser and occasional prostitute for drug money, pulled her aside while she was leaving their bathroom in Newburgh. “She repeatedly asked me, has my dad touched me,” recalled Chaneya. “I was like, ‘What do you mean, did he touch me?’ And she was like, ‘Did he touch you in your no-no spot?’ And I would repeatedly say no.” Her father, Daryl Kelly, a Navy veteran and married father of five, had been trying to kick a drug habit himself at the time but never harmed her in any way, she’d later say. But her mother, not hearing what she wanted, became demanding, until allegedly threatening her: “If you don’t tell me the answer that I want to hear, I’m going to beat you.” The 9-year-old succumbed to her threats, allowing her mother to call the police and take down her daughter’s statements, after allegedly going over exactly what her father had allegedly done to her. Since then Daryl Kelly has filed multiple appeals that have been denied. After Chaneya was permitted to visit her father in prison at the age of 16, she says she’s been fortunate enough to renew their relationship after he accepted her apology. A photo of the daughter’s visit to New York’s Green Haven Correctional Facility in January shows the pair together, Daryl Kelly holding Chaneya’s newborn son, Julian. Recalling the first time she was able to see him, she says he told her that he still loves her dearly. “The first thing my dad did was that he hugged me and he told me that he loved me and … that he doesn’t blame me for anything,” Chaneya recalled. “It was priceless to me.” State prosecutors are said to be currently reviewing his case. Bet he didn’t see this coming… Mother Calls Police On Her Son After He Admits To Murdering Girlfriend A 20-year-old Florida man is set to face murder charges after he allegedly admitted to his mother that he killed his girlfriend, which prompted her to call the police on him. via WESH Orlando A man is in the Orange County Jail facing second-degree murder charges for allegedly killing his girlfriend and dumping the body, police say. Officials with the DeLand Police Department said the victim, Alyssa Oakes, 19, had moved into the Hunters Creek Apartments on Spring Garden Avenue with her boyfriend, Khambrel Hadley, a few weeks ago. Investigators said Hadley told his mother Friday that he had killed Oakes and disposed of her body. DeLand police then went to the couple’s apartment and said they found what appeared to be a homicide scene. Oakes’ body was found Saturday Hadley is being held in the Orange County Jail on charges of second-degree murder and resisting arrest without violence. He’s also charged with stealing a car from the Hunters Creek Apartments. This was probably the hardest thing this mother has ever had to do. Man Calls 911 Over Burgers According to Mail Online Lorenzo Riggins proved that the customer is not always correct when he called police because his McDonald’s order was shorted by one burger. Riggins said he was hungry Tuesday night when he entered a McDonald’s in East Albany, Georgia. He ordered seven McDoubles, one McChicken and a fries. But when he got out to his car he realized that they got his order wrong: there were only six McDoubles in the bag. So he went back in and asked for his order to be corrected, but the person behind the counter wasn’t giving out service with a smile. ‘She was trying to get an attitude with me and I said I’m going to call the police,’ Riggins told WALB. Riggins carried out that threat relaying his story to 911 operators. They heard out his story, asked him where he was and asked him to wait at the McDonald’s. When officers showed up, instead of confronting the McDonald’s employees they arrested Riggins for misusing 911. ‘I called the police and thinking that everything all cool by calling the police, I didn’t know I was misusing 911,’ he said. Riggins was booked and spent a night in the Doughtery County Jail. The next morning, a judge dropped his case saying the night in jail was enough punishment for the crime. ‘It’s really not funny. It’s not,’ Albany EMA and 911 Deputy Director Jim Vaught said. ‘A person who was waiting to get a call in for an ambulance of a car wreck is having to wait – possibly.’ Vaught told KSDK that calling 911 is no joking matter, and does come with the threat of arrest if you misuse the line. ‘The thing you need to understand is that we have their telephone number and we have their voice recorded and we will turn it over to the police department and you will be prosecuted,’ Vaught warned. While he’s upset about the incident,Riggins said that it won’t stop him from eating at McDonald’s again. ‘I would like to say check your food before you leave, always be careful when you go buy food anywhere you go,’ advised Riggins. The ex of NBA Baller Dwayne Wade just gave a very detailed interview where she spit about her marriage, the abuse, and nasty divorce/custody battle. Siohvaughn basically alleges that Dwyane’s public persona is bogus and that he was abusive during her pregnancy with their child… Though the pair began dating in their teens, Sioh, with her arm in a cast, says their love went downhill shortly after he got drafted and had a few dollars in his pocket. Her mother later joined in the conversation and talked about the sacrifices she and her family made once Dwyane moved in with them….and how he now treats them poorly. On Dwyane abusing her while pregnant: I was pregnant with Zion. Shortly before being hospitalized I was in Florida and I woke up in the middle of the night because I was sick, obviously with the pregnancy. I noticed that Mr. Wade wasn’t in the house. I was calling him and calling him because it was probably like, two or three o’ clock in the morning and we went to bed together which means he must have gotten up out of the bed and just left in the middle of the night without telling me. I was looking for him. I looked around the house. I was calling his phone he didn’t answer. He finally got back several hours later, it was well into the next day and I was very upset. I was asking where was he and why he [would] just leave without saying anything. His response was at first to be verbally abusive. He was cursing, he was calling me names, he was telling me to shut the ‘f’ up.He picked me up and held me over his head literally in midair and threw me down in our bathroom. We had an ottoman in the bathroom and he slammed me down so hard that when my back hit the ottoman it broke into four pieces and my back and head hit the concrete, the marble floor, excuse me, in the bathroom. After that I got up and immediately went — there’s a cordless phone in the bathroom, I immediately went to that phone and I was crying, I was hysterical, I went to go call the police. At that point more hell broke lose because I suppose he was in fear of being exposed because I certainly was going to call the police. I picked up the cordless phone, he snatched it out of my hand and he threw the cordless phone against my body so hard that the phone literally broke into pieces. On when the relationship went downhill: It started to get really bad the summer right after he’d been drafted. I was over the phone with him and he had said something to me very, very, angrily, and I had something to him about speaking to me and being disrespectful and he told me, ‘Do you wanna go and live in your mother’s house? ‘Cause that’s what’s gonna happen. You’re gonna end up back living in your mother’s house.’ I was very shocked. It was a very, very awful feeling. We stayed together but now that I can look back, from that moment it went downhill. Siohvaughn’s mom speaks about Dwyane moving in: The night he came to me, he had two black garbage bags and he knocked on the door late at night. He asked me, did I mean what I said when I said that I would never let a kid be out in the street with no place to go. ‘You would never let a kid go hungry and you would always help them if they needed something for school’, and I said yeah, I meant what I said. And he said, ‘Mama, I’m home.’ So I was like, okay. Siohvaughn On Dwyane and Gabrielle Union dating AND the lawsuit: Separated and divorced are two different things. I’m not certain when it happened or when she happened but I know that I was very married. I know that me and Dwyane at that time had talked about reconciliation going back and forth. I was still even intimate sometimes with my then husband. So, does that constitute sleeping or having an affair with somebody’s husband? Yes. To me, divorce and separation are always two different things. The lawsuit was about her having a negative effect on my children….That’s what that lawsuit was about. I follow Aubrey O’Day on Instagram, so I saw these pics as she posted them, and I commented on them calling her out for being a pig rolling in the mud and other fun, mean spirited jokes that don’t represent the fact that I’d totally let her smother me to death with her fat ass, even if I find her fat ass a disappointment as far as asses go, because I am used to disappointment, and the fact that she’s been on TV makes her relevant enough to be a good story….I mean pretty much the same reason I’d bang Oprah, Rosie, Whoopi Goldberg and all other gross pussy that’s been labeled a celebrity for whatever glitch in the universe reason….
