Nike had already delivered them to stores to be sold but, soon after Nike had asked for the shoes to be returned and that they would not be released. the shoe would’ve cost its customers $140. There have been other instances where the athletic and fashion giant decided to cut the design to be more inclusive. In case you’re not caught up, here’s a brief rundown of how it all got started: In a move that surprised many industry insiders Braun — who is best known as the manager who “discovered” a talented Canadian kid named Justin Bieber — purchased Big Machine Label Group, which owns the masters to Taylor’s first seven albums. In a lengthy Tumblr post, Swift described the news as her “worst case scenario.” “For years I asked, pleaded for a chance to own my work. Instead I was given an opportunity to sign back up to Big Machine Records and ‘earn’ one album back at a time, one for every new one I turned in,” Swift wrote. “I walked away because I knew once I signed that contract, Scott Borchetta would sell the label, thereby selling me and my future. I had to make the excruciating choice to leave behind my past.” Swift went on to reveal that she learned of Braun’s acquisition by reading about it online after the news was made public Sunday morning. It’s an awful situation and a nightmare for any artist with such a sizable and valuable body of work. And it’s not at all surprising that Taylor is lashing out at the parties responsible. In the same Tumblr post, she went on the offensive against Braun’s longtime friends, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. “Like when Kim Kardashian orchestrated an illegally recorded snippet of a phone call to be leaked and then Scooter got his two clients together to bully me online about it,” Swift wrote. “Or when his client, Kanye West, organized a revenge p0rn music video which strips my body naked. Now Scooter has stripped me of my life’s work, that I wasn’t given an opportunity to buy.” Yes, as you may recall, Swift’s beef with Kanye led to a feud with Kim Kardashian that has yet to be settled. And apparently, Kim regards the events of the past 24 hours as a personal victory. A source tells Radar Online that Kim “has been telling her sisters that she feels vindicated now.” “She loves the fact that she played a part in Taylor’s takedown,” the insider claims . “Taylor got the rug swept from under her, and regardless of if she lied or not, Kim thinks Taylor still lost big.” Taylor is undeniably in the right from a moral perspective, but the public may never see it that way thanks to the A-list names who are fighting on Braun’s side. Already, Bieber has lashed out at Swift and accused her of bullying Braun and attempting to sic her sizable fan base on his mentor. Demin Lovato echoed those sentiments, writing, “Please stop ‘dragging’ people or bullying them.” Swift has the support of several fellow artists, including Halsey, who promptly spoke out on her behalf. Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff just shared some pretty exciting news with their fans!” The Little People, Big World stars are happy to announce that their world is about to get even bigger as they are expecting their second child together. That’s right, Audrey Roloff is pregnant and shared the big news online Monday as she held her belly bump and showed off the new baby’s sonogram. She, Jerem and 22-month-old daughter Ember all smiled big for the Instagram pic, as you can see above. “Baby #2 is coming in January!!!” Audrey wrote in the caption, keeping it simple and straightforward. “Ember is gonna be a big sister! We are so grateful and excited for this little blessing to join our family.” This good news is a major shift from Audrey’s recent post where she opened up about her and Jeremy’s marriage issues. Faking sick. When you’re a kid it’s a marvelous strategy that can get you out of everything from household chores to algebra tests. But one of the many, many things that sucks about being an adult is that whether you’re faking it or you’ve actually been laid low by illness, you’re still expected to keep your appointments and meet your obligations. That’s a lesson that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are learning the hard way this week. As we’ve reported in the past, Tori and Dean are broke . And we don’t mean “fire the live-in acupuncturist” Hollywood broke. No, these two are flat-out coupon-clipping, mayonnaise sandwich-eating destitute. Okay, so maybe the situation isn’t quite that dire, but Tori and Dean are being sued by creditors left and right, and insiders have claimed that the couple’s debts are far greater than their combined earnings last year. We’re guessing such deep debt is particularly difficult to endure when you’ve spent most of your life in the lap of luxury, as is the case with these two. Anyway, one of the many organizations that claims to have been fleeced by the deadbeat McDermotts is the City National Bank of Los Angeles. The bank alleges that Tori and Dean have failed to pay back a six-figure loan, which has amassed a considerable amount of interest in the 18 months since Tori and Dean made their last payment. The couple was scheduled to appear in court this morning to respond to a lawsuit filed by the bank but they requested a postponement due to McDermott’s sudden illness. The actor posted the above photo over the weekend with a caption reading: “So this happened last night. “I got admitted to hospital with pneumonia, possibly meningitis. “I’ve never been so sick in my life!!!! Thumbs up and spirits up though. And don’t forget to listen to @daddyissuesshow this morning at 9am.” Yes, Dean was healthy enough to plug his podcast, which we assume was pre-recorded. Radar Online has confirmed that Tori and Dean were on the docket at LA County Court, and apparently, they were scheduled to testify in two separate hearings, both of which have been postponed: The appointments were listed as “Hearing on Application for Order for Appearance and Examination of Dean McDermott,” and “Hearing on Application for Order for Appearance and Examination of Tori Spelling,” respectively. The site reports that those hearings have been pushed back in response to Dean’s illness: “Lawyers on both sides agreed to push the hearing to September,” says one insider. The timing of Dean’s hospitalization combined with the fact that he was well enough to post selfies and promote his podcast has led many commenters to speculate that he’s faking it. To be clear — that’s probably not the case. However, if Dean really went to such great lengths to postpone a bankruptcy hearing, then he deserves our undying respect as a master bullsh-t artist. According to The Courier-Journal , Tyrese Garvin was taken off life support at University of Louisville Hospital, the same place his twins were born just two weeks earlier. Garvin was shot while walking in the streets of Smoketown, Kentucky. He had just finished visiting his newborns, who were born prematurely, when he was shot by three teenagers, according to community activist Christopher 2x. When family members decided to take him off, the mother brought the newborn twins from the maternity ward to Garvin’s bedside for his final breaths. “He was just a random choice that these teenagers chose to shoot,” 2X told The Courier-Journal . “This kid was loving life, and there’s no reason for him to be shot like that.” The Louisville Metro Police have arrested three male teens between the ages of 14 and 17, who allegedly shot Garvin. “Tyrese was taken from us way too soon, as he was a victim of the ongoing gun and gang violence surrounding the Louisville area,” Garvin’s family wrote on a GoFundMe page they started to help raise funeral costs and medical bills. “May god bless this beautiful soul,” his family concluded in their loving tribute. “We love you Tyrese.” Balling for a Cause , a group started to help get at-risk kids off the streets, is also collecting baby items and clothes to help the mother of Garvin’s newborn babies. Items can be sent or dropped off at the Chestnut Street Family YMCA.
