Shemar Moore Suing Former Criminal Minds Costar For $60,000

Shemar Moore Sues Criminal Minds Costar A lot of drama going on on the set of Criminal Minds this week! First, actor Thomas Gibson was fired for kicking a writer …now, Shemar Moore is suing one of his former castmates for $60k after stealing it from his nonprofit. Via E!News : Shemar Moore was in a Los Angeles court yesterday to testify against his former Criminal Minds co-star, Keith Tisdell. Moore claims that Tisdell owes him approximately $60,000 and demands that his former colleague and friend repay him, E! News can confirm. “We became friends…We went into business together,” Moore explained to Judge Hayden Zacky yesterday. Moore started a charity organization to help those who battle Multiple Sclerosis, a disease that plagued his mother. Tisdell was involved in the charity, titled Baby Girl LLC. According to court documents, Tisdell was arrested in January on suspicion of embezzlement but he subsequently admitted to grand theft. Moore told the judge that the theft went unnoticed on his part for a long time, however, an audit revealed that cash from Baby Girl LLC was missing. As a result, Moore confronted Tisdall about the missing money and Tisdell—according to Moore—vehemently denied any wrongdoing. “In my mind, he wasn’t man enough to look me in the eye and fess up. I’ve done a lot for him because he had me, my friends fooled. I’m not here for money. I’m here because he betrayed a friendship. This is not OK. You don’t do this to people.” SMH! Can’t trust anyone out here. Hopefully Shemar gets every cent back… AKM-GSI

President Obama to Mitt Romney: Lunch and Awkward Conversation?

President Barack Obama has invited vanquished rival Mitt Romney to lunch at the White House on Thursday. The food should be first-rate. The conversation? Exchanging substantive and constructive ideas isn’t really the point, of course; both parties likely just want a post- 2012 election public burying of animosities. White House spokesman Jay Carney announced the meal Wednesday in a statement: “It will be the first opportunity they have had to visit since the election.” There will be no press coverage, of course. Following his reelection, Obama said nice things about his ex-opponent, including that he’d like to sit down with him and hear Mitt Romney’s ideas about the economy. “He presented some ideas during the campaign that I actually agree with,” said Obama. It behooves Obama to be gracious, of course, having won just 51 percent of the vote. With large margins of Americans telling pollsters they want Democrats and Republicans to work together, the lunch offer is at least a nice gesture to that effect. It could set a tone of civil discourse that the administration may want to continue to project in the months ahead … okay, maybe not, but wishful thinking? For Romney, the White House lunch must be a far easier, and yet more difficult task. Only weeks ago he thought the Oval Office would be home. Now it’s just an exclusive club that deigned to admit him for an hour, and he can’t exactly turn down the offer. From his days as Massachusetts Governor, Romney clearly knows that Americans want their politicians to work together, and bolsters the Republican brand by appearing. Romney also needs to rebuild his status within the GOP, as well as within the country, following his loss and the claim that Obama won by giving people gifts . What we wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall …

Gabriel Aubry-Olivier Martinez Brawl Deemed "Mutual Combat"; Criminal Charges Unlikely

Forget the He Said/He Said behind last week’s brawl between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez . Here is what the police reportedly say: Aubry will NOT face any criminal charges as a result of the incident, which he swears under oath was instigated by Halle Berry’s fiancé on Thanksgiving morning – and which the recent batch of bloody Gabriel Aubry photos make clear was especially one-sided. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the fight has been labeled ” mutual combat ,” meaning neither party is to legally blame. Elsewhere, Aubry was shot down in court yesterday in his attempt to overturn a restraining order against him. He is still barred from getting within 100 yards of Berry, Martinez or daughter Nahla. But that document expires tomorrow, at which time the actress and the French actor are expected back in court to fight for an extension.

Child Endangerment Charges Dropped Against Gabriel Aubry

Gabriel Aubry is off the legal hook. The Canadian model was in court yesterday to hear a judge give him the good news, that he would not face any legal repercussions for allegations that he’s a danger when around three-year old daughter Nahla. A dependency court case had been brought against Halley Berry’s ex after he allegedly shoved a nanny while she held his child and after an investigation revealed that Nahla is sometimes afraid of her father’s temper. Still, the battle between Aubry and Berry is far from over. The former is still not allowed to spend time with Nahla outside of an adult supervisor and the ex-couple will soon attend family court again to continue working on custody rights.

Lindsay Lohan’s Breasts Head To Court

Lindsay Lohan was back in court yesterday for yet another appearance before the judge, and she brought her sweet big sweater puppies along with her. Apparently the judge was impress with how well she’s been doing and told her to keep up the good work. One look at those mounds and any judge would be quick to let this hottie go, but not before sitting in on a private viewing of her strip search of course. How does one go about becoming a judge?

Report: Jada Pinkett Smith Hires Divorce Attorney

Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are on the verge of a divorce. While this rumor has been out there for months, and while the famous couple has issued a statement saying it is “still together, and our marriage is intact,” talk of a break-up persists – and In Touch Weekly claims to have found more proof that one is imminent. The tabloid reports this week that Jada recently met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented stars such as Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, and Kim Kardashian . She’s also currently working with Vanessa Bryan t. The magazine also quotes an insider who says the Smiths have “finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage.” Not exactly hardcore evidence, we know. But the longer the chatter goes on, and the less Will and Jada say, the more we start to wonder if Willow and Jaden will be splitting time between two households in the near future. Kanye West to Launch New Production Company, Likens Self to Steve Jobs

Watch the throne … Steve Jobs. Kanye West, who has never been accused of thinking small, or having a modest opinion of himself, detailed plans for a new production company on Twitter Wednesday. In a three-hour rant, the 34-year-old rapper / hip-hop mogul outlined his plan for Donda, a brand-new, far-reaching company named after his late mother Donda West. Donda will “pick up where Steve Jobs left off,” West said of the late, visionary Apple CEO / founder. Way to set manageable expectations. How will it do that, exactly, Kanye? With 22 divisions of writers, DJs, publicists, designers, musicians, scientists and SO much more, the company headed by the musician will strive to “make products and experiences that people want and can afford,” West Tweeted . He will “help simplify and aesthetically improve everything we see hear, touch, taste and feel,” and “dream of, create, advertise and produce products driven equally by emotional want and utilitarian need… To marry our wants and needs.” Again, no baby steps for Mr. West. West hinted that Donda is releasing a “semi sci-fi” film in 2012 called “2016 OLYMPICS.” And that’s not all. West told fans he may become creative director of a Jetsons film and wants to “design” the MTV Video Music Awards. Beyond the worlds of design, film, music, technology and product development, the “N*ggas in Paris” rapper also wants to fix America’s schools, he wrote.

Amber Portwood: Evicted From Home While in Jail!

Amber Portwood’s 2012 has not started off on a positive note. The Teen Mom star’s landlord is evicting her, which isn’t an issue now, as she’s got an indefinite place to stay in the county jail – but could be a problem down the line. The company that owns the home in Anderson, Ind., filed notice with the court yesterday that it wants Amber, who is due in court Jan. 13, out ASAP. Happy new year! According to court documents, Portwood somehow violated her lease agreement. No specifics are listed, but she violates probation like it’s her job, so no shock there. The landlord delivered a “notice to vacate” on December 20, the day after Amber was hauled off to jail for a battery of alleged probation violations. Gonna be rough. Portwood’s hearing in her probation case is set for Jan. 13, with her eviction case scheduled for mediation Jan. 25. If she misses that, she’s evicted immediately. Hey, at least she’s not pregnant again. Sorry Leah Messer .
