Chris Bukowski: Cast on Bachelor Pad!

Chris Bukowski was sent packing by Emily Maynard on The Bachelorette last night, leaving Arie Luyendyk, Jr., Jef Holm and Sean Lowe to vie for her heart. The Bachelorette spoilers we posted earlier today reveal who (allegedly) wins if you’re curious. In any case, Chris will be moving on … to Bachelor Pad! Bukowski, a 25-year-old Chicagoan, decided to join Bachelor Pad 3 and the quest for $250,000/15 more minutes of fame after Emily rejected him. Of that decision, Emily Maynard recently wrote in a blog for People: “I had a hard time sending him home, but wanted to stay true to the promise I made to his sister that I wouldn’t keep him away from his family if I didn’t see him at the end.” Chris will be joining 19 other Bachelor and Bachelorette veterans – as well as five “super fans” of the franchise – on the Monday, July 23 premiere. A month after revealing the majority of the Bachelor Pad 3 cast , ABC finally announced the name of the summer show’s final contestant in Bukowski. Kalon McMahon and Tony Pieper from this season are also in. The Bachelorette season finale and first-ever live After the Final Rose show air on a special night: Sunday, July 22, starting at 8 p.m.

Pink Releases New Track: Listen Now!

Raise your glass to Pink, readers. The singer has finally released a new track! The first since “Bridge of Light” (off December’s Happy Feet Two soundtrack), “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” will be the first single off Pink’s upcoming album. It will hit a radio station near you on July 9 and its lyrics include: “You’ll be calling a trick/’Cause you no longer sleep/I’ll dress nice, I’ll look good/I’ll go dancing alone/I will laugh, I’ll get drunk/I’ll take somebody home.” Give the breakup anthem a listen now and let us know: What do you think? Deena Nicole Cortese: Fined For Drunken Antics, Failure to Use Sidewalk

Jersey Shore’s Deena Nicole Cortese won’t face criminal charges for disorderly conduct following her arrest for acting like a drunk jackass in the middle of the day last month, however the hot mess will be forced to pay a fine . For failing to use the sidewalk. Deena was briefly jailed in Seaside Heights, N.J., for dancing in the streets and “slapping cars” … seriously. Her parents sprung her later that day. A disorderly conduct charge was dropped today in court, but Deena must pay a fine after pleading guilty to what is known as a “Title 39” instead. That would be failure to use the sidewalk and instead walking in the middle of the street, which is technically a crime but hardly ever enforced. She apologized for “causing any trouble,” paid $139 and was let go, free to help Snooki push beer in a stroller until her guidette heart’s content.

During Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee celebration in June, Kate Middleton appeared to be fully embraced as a member of the royal family … only to receive the equivalent of a DIRECT SLAP IN THE FACE from the BITTER QUEEN herself! Yes, Life & Style claims that one of the longest-reigning monarchs in European history is jealous of Kate Middleton . How, you ask, was Kate supposedly dissed and dismissed? In an official revision to the Royal Household’s Order of Precedence, Kate is required to curtsy to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s two daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie, as they’re both considered blood princesses. Whereas Kate merely married into the royal family, obviously. “It’s a total humiliation for Kate,” a source in Kate and William’s social circle says. “It’s like a demotion for her, and the queen is the one who ordered this.” When William’s with her, no curtsy is necessary, but if she encounters them without her husband, she has to bow down, in public or private. Degrading. “These queen’s moves are designed to remind Kate that just because she’s popular, she isn’t as important as any other royal-born family member,” the friend says. The horror? What’s next, calling Kate Middleton a gold digger ?

Prometheus Holds Second Place in Summer U.K. Box Office

The Ridley Scott-directed Sci-Fi thriller awaits its U.S. bow this weekend and momentum appears to be on its side. Across the Atlantic where audiences have already flocked to see the movie, Twentieth Century Fox is already cashing in, with a £6.24M gross last weekend, which translates to just over $9.7M. That figure outshines any of the Alien movies, according to The Guardian which reported the figures. Of course anyone with a television in the English-speaking world and beyond knew last weekend was Britain’s Diamond Jubilee extravaganza and the government tacked on two bank holidays Monday and Tuesday so crowds could join in on the festivities. And while they did, some clearly took a break for some big screen good times because Prometheus tacked on an additional £3.68M ($5.73M) those days, making the pic bigger than the total gross across the pond than any of the Alien movies, according to The Guardian. The longer term impact is challenging to determine since prequels and sequels tend to muster fans to head to the theaters in bigger droves than a film first out of the gate. But for comparisons sake, Gladiator opened in May 2000 with £3.56M ($5.54M) and eventually tallied £31.2M ($48.56M), though Robin Hood opened with £5.75M ($8.95M) but it eventually totaled only £15.6M ($24.28M).

Will Prince William and Kate Middleton Reenact "The Kiss"?

Prince William and Kate Middleton, now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are headed back to the balcony that saw the kiss seen ’round the world. When they stepped out onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace last April 29 as husband and wife and kissed for the first time, it was a magic moment. Soon, the royals are set to return to that location in honor of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee anniversary marking her 60-year reign, on June 5. Royal Wedding Kiss and Highlights Prior, the family will attend a service at St Paul’s Cathedral followed by two receptions, a lunch at Westminster Hall and a carriage procession to Buckingham Palace. Somehow we doubt William and Kate will upstage his grandmother with another kiss, but the royal wedding was a day many in the UK will remember. Taking the moment up a notch, after the much-anticipated public display of affection, a Royal Air Force flyover took to the skies to seal the spectacle. The Queen at least deserves that.

Solo Kate Middleton Holds Her Royal Own

Absence has made Kate Middleton ‘s heart grow fonder. With her husband off in the Falkland Islands on military duty, the Duchess of Cambridge confessed she has been “missing him terribly,” but is keeping busy. Among several successful solo engagements , Kate held her own for the first time as a member of the royal family, celebrating with Queen Elizabeth herself and the Duke of Edinburgh, as the family kicked off the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee tour. Kate isn’t entirely alone with William in the Falklands. She has also had special company to keep her from being lonely in recent days: her new puppy, Lupo . “I’ve got a dog keeping me occupied,” the Duchess told interfaith worker Riaz Ravat at a lunch in Leicester. “I’m getting a lot of me time with the dog!” Lupo, an adorable black cocker spaniel puppy that the pair adopted over the holidays, recently accompanied Kate on a walk through Kensington Gardens. Royal Hush: Prince William to Propose to Kate Middleton?

Their relationship has been as up-and-down as that of Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian . But Prince William and Kate Middleton got back together last year, and a new report suggests they won’t be breaking up ever again. According to TheDailyBeast.com, the prince will likely propose to his girlfriend this summer. “A high-placed source in royal circles tells me that two days in June have been mysteriously blocked out on the palace diaries — June 3 and 4,” said Tina Brown, who runs The Beast and has written a biography Princess Diana. Brown adds that a wedding would follow in November, the timing of which makes sense because: “Philip will be 90 in June 2011, and the Queen celebrates her diamond jubilee — 60 years on the throne — in February 2012. Their closeness to their grandson, especially Philip, makes them eager, I am told, to see William settled in matrimony.” Last summer, other sources echoed this sentiment, stating that William and Kate would be headed down the aisle some time in the next two years. Might that time be near? If so, expect a wedding that would make Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s look like a small affair.
