Source: Scott Olson / Getty Attorney Michael Avenatti is prepping to turn over a second R.Kelly sex tape to Cook County prosecutors Monday. According to TMZ , the 55-minute VHS video is much more shocking than the first sex tape that Avenatti procured in April 2018 . The 45-minute long VHS recording was uncovered after multiple clients came to him alleging Kelly had sexually assaulted minors. He claims the video clearly shows Kelly engaging in multiple sex acts with a girl. Related: R. After that, he urinates on her. CNN says the girl is seen on tape referring to her body parts as “14 years old.” Now, in regards to this second tape Avenatti is preparing to turn over to prosecutors, sources say R.Kelly is seen on camera having sex with the same 14-year-old girl seen in the aforementioned video. Sources tell TMZ , R. Kelly is seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. There’s also a part where he takes some sort of lotion and “sprays” it all over her face. They say that love happens when you least expect it, and that was definitely the case for Jessica Share who recently met her daughter’s biological father and ended up falling in love with him. Share and Aaron Long have been dating for a little over a year now, but their genetics were introduced nearly 13 years ago when Jessica chose him as her sperm donor back in 2005. GMA reports, Long was a sperm donor in the mid-90s, and in 2005, Share selected his sperm to have her daughter with her female partner in Ohio, saying she was initially attracted to his sperm donor profile. Share and her wife split up a couple of years ago, and at around the same time she says her daughter started poking around on the DNA testing site 23 and Me. There, Alice connected with her biological father, who soon began talking to her mother. After Share and Long met, the rest was communal home history. Jessica, Aaron and their daughter Alice all live together in Seattle along with Jessica’s other children. No word on how many of the kids Aaron may be the papi of.
Source: Larry Busacca / Getty Amar’e Stoudemire Files For Divorce From Wife Alexis Welch Former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire has filed for divorce from his wife of almost six years, Alexis Welsh. This news comes a little over a year after it was revealed that he fathered a love child with another woman. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Stoudemire filed a petition for dissolution of marriage with minor children against Welch. The Florida native had been dating Alexis since the early 2000s, but the couple finally made things official when they got married in 2012. Stoudemire and Alexis share four kids together: Ar’e. Amar’e Jr., Assata and their youngest son, Alijah, who was born in 2013. Despite Amar’e’s petition, this case is still open and the divorce has yet to be finalized. Alexis has yet to file a response to the baller’s divorce petition, nor does she have a lawyer listed as representing her as of yet. This split comes after it was revealed that Stoudemire fathered a child with a Florida woman named Quynn Lovett. Back in April 2017, Lovett sued Stoudemire for paternity and sought child support for a baby named Zoe Renee, who had been born the previous year. Stoudemire responded to the suit by admitting he could be the father and revealing he had been paying the woman temporary child support without a court order. Lovett accused him of not being involved with the pregnancy and demanded he be ordered to pay support. The case dragged on for months but eventually settled in October 2017 once a DNA test came back confirming that Stoudemire was indeed the father. The terms of their settlement were sealed from the public. After leaving the NBA, Amar’e Stoudemire signed a deal to play for an Israeli pro basketball team in Jerusalem.

Apparently, some so-called fans are still confused over what Chicago West being born via surrogacy really means. When Kim Kardashian posted an innocuous photo, some very confused troll claims that Kim and Chicago aren’t actually related at all. It fell to Khloe to set the fool straight, and she did not mince words. Take a look: Kim Kardashian shared this throwback of her as an adorable young girl. “Always gorgeous just like both of your baby girls!!!!” Khloe gushed in the comments. “Blessed!!!” (Apparently, Saint can just choke, or Khloe is weirdly fixated on gendering her compliments) Kim’s family weren’t the only ones to take notice. Her fans raved over the throwback pic, and some of them observed how much young Kim looks like her youngest daughter. But a comment that attracted a lot of attention came from none other than Kylie Jenner. “Omg Chicago,” Kylie wrote sweetly. One followers — and it’s unclear if they’re confused, a troll, or a conspiracy theorist — didn’t care for that comparison. Instead, they tried to “correct” Kylie over seeing a similarity between mother and daughter. The commenter wrote that Chicago “would either look MORE like Kanye or the surrogate mother.” That is, of course, not accurate. As we all know, Kim had a gestational carrier — often colloquially referred to as a surrogate. Kim’s egg and Kanye’s sperm were used to create the zygote that eventually became Chicago. The “surrogate” contribute a womb, not chromosomes. Khloe took it upon herself to educate this misguided soul. “If you don’t really know about someone’s situation,” Khloe suggests. “Then maybe you shouldn’t comment.” That’s good advice for most circumstances. “Try informing yourself first before you make such silly statements doll,” Khloe writes. Khloe uses some terms of endearment in otherwise hostile messages and … she really missed her calling as a southerner. She continues: “Your passive wanna be petty comment is simply uneducated.” “Chicago is completely Kimberly’s biological child,” Khloe affirms. We all knew that, but allegedly this commenter did not, even though it was explaineda bajillion times in 2017. “Praise the lord she was able to have a surrogate,” Khloe exclaims. Not every family has the means to do so. “And,” Khloe concludes. “That we are blessed with sweet gorgeous Chi Chi.” The fan — or troll — seemed to still not get it. “I never said the baby wasn’t beautiful [face with tears of joy emoji],” the commenter replied. “SHE DEFINITELY IS,” “But,” the commenter insisted. “She did have a surrogate.” “So,” the commenter doubled down. “The baby would either look MORE like Kanye or the surrogate mother.” “That’s all love,” the commenter signed off. That is just … still wrong. The womb doesn’t magically imbue genetic characteristics upon a baby. “I am not saying you said that love,” Khloe replies. Khloe continues: “I am saying you must be more informed before speaking on something that you don’t know anything about apparently.” “Chicago is Kimberly’s DNA,” Khloe oh-so-patiently explains. “Her and her husband made embryos,” Khloe spells out. “And then they were blessed enough to have a surrogate carry their child for them.” If you heat up chili with cheese in a microwave, it doesn’t come out microwave flavor. The gestational carrier is the microwave in this analogy, folks. Kim and Kanye are the chili and cheese. Khloe notes that this was important “since Kimberly is unable to.” “God bless modern medicine,” Khloe concludes. L egal Aid Society lawyers urged Staten Island’s district attorney to prosecute two New York City cops who appeared in body camera footage to plant drug evidence after a traffic stop of four Black men in February. However, the prosecutor and police officials have denied seeing what’s obvious to many in the video, and they won’t reassess the case in light of the officers’ record of targeting Black and Hispanic drivers. McMahon , the legal advocacy group claimed that video evidence suggested that Officer Kyle Erickson planted a joint in Lasou Kuyateh ’s car after he and his partner Officer Elmer Pastran originally searched but found no drugs, SILive.com reported on Friday. NYPD body camera footage “revealed criminal acts and misconduct by NYPD officers planting false evidence, arresting an innocent person, making false sworn allegations and assisting in the prosecution of manufactured charges,” the letter stated. “We cannot condone illegal acts by police to bring false charges against members of our community.” NYPD pull over 4 black guys in BMW. The reason given for the stop was that the vehicle turned without a signal and its windows were heavily tinted. The New York Times obtained footage of what happened next. The men admitted to smoking marijuana earlier but insisted there was none in the car. Pastran replied, “I don’t appreciate being lied to. I know there is weed in the car. I smell it.” Pastran and Erickson originally declared that they found nothing. However, Erickson’s camera turned off as the search continued. Shortly after, Kuyateh is heard yelling that Erickson put something in his car. Erickson said he found a joint on the car floor behind the driver’s seat, in the same area where Pastran already searched. The officer’s camera had suddenly turned back on right before discovering the marijuana cigarette. Kuyateh, who was 19 at the time, was arrested and spent two weeks in jail before making bail. A criminal court judge dismissed the charges in October during pre-trial hearings over the gap in the police body camera video. Police officials and the district attorney’s offices told SILive.com that they cleared the officers of wrongdoing after internal investigations. They will likely be unmoved by the Legal Aid Society’s findings that 80 percent of the drivers stopped by the two officers were either Black or Hispanic. About 54 percent of their marijuana arrests involved Black people while arresting just four white people for drugs. This time, it all stemmed from Alexis Skyy’s back and forth with Fetty Wap , and his apparent refusal to acknowledge her baby girl Alaiyah as his own. During the episode, Alexis claimed that the main reason that Fetty was reluctant to claim his child is that her ex-boyfriend and fellow LHHH castmate Solo Lucci has been running around claiming the baby could be his. We had a chance to chat with Solo Lucci recently and asked him directly if he believed he is the f ather of baby Alaiyah . Here’s what he exclusively told us about it. Are you Alexis Skyy’s real baby father? Don’t nobody know but her and God. I’ve reached out to her multiple times about taking a test, but she was so adamant to me that it wasn’t mine. She told me over and over that it wasn’t. At this point, I figure she knows. It’s her body. I don’t really know what’s happened since then, I‘ve been trying to get to the bottom of it. I think kids need their fathers, so I still do plan to take a DNA test. I tried to go take one, flew in, but when I got there she had left town for an appearance or something. So I’ll just have to try to find a time to go back and handle it. If Alaiya is indeed yours, do you plan to help take care of her? Absolutely! If she’s mine I’ll definitely step up and be a father.
