The body of Rodney King was discovered at the bottom of a pool by his fiancee last month, with the cause of death listed as “accidental drowning.” That may technically still be the case, but the official death report has come out and it’s undeniable now that the man whose 1991 beating sparked riots in Los Angeles stumbled to his demise at the result of numerous substances in his body. It’s unclear if he jumped or fell into the water, according to the coroner, but King was “in a state of drug and alcohol induced delirium” at the time of his passing. “The effects of the drugs and alcohol, combined with [King’s preexisting heart condition] probably precipitated a cardiac arrhythmia and [King], thus incapacitated, was unable to save himself and drowned,” reads the report, which adds that King was lying naked in the deep end of the pool by the time EMTs arrived. Cynthia Kelly attempted to rescue her fiance with items such as a pitchfork, a hoe and a vacuum pool sweeper – all of which surrounded the area, the report confirms – because she considered herself a poor swimmer and was afraid of jumping in.

Britney’s lawyers filed documents in court today relating to her four-and-a-half year conservatorship, requesting that certain records remain sealed because they are “highly sensitive” and would cause “irreparable harm and immediate danger” if released. Sources tell TMZ the documents in question are of medical nature and they concern Spears’ condition and treatment . Yes, Britney is doing “extremely well” these days, the insiders confirm, but her unidentified disorder can affect her personality and state of mind. As a result, there are no plans to end the conservatorship, which consists of Jamie Spears and Jason Trawick sharing responsibility for Britney’s personal life, while a more general business conservatorship handles the star’s fortune and career opportunities.

In the documents, Cena says the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” The couple signed a prenuptial agreement in 2009, TMZ reports, but Liz has hired the same attorney (Raymond Rafool) used by Linda Hogan when she recently fleeced Hulk Hogan after their union dissolved. “Although it is indeed unfortunate that John Cena decided to divorce his high school sweetheart Liz Cena; particularly, after they have come so far in their lives and in his career together, Liz will and really has no choice but to pursue all of her rights and entitlements,” Rafool said in a statement. “Sadly, divorce is not the way Liz thought her perfect love story would end.” Blah… blah. Terrence Howard’s estranged wife, Michelle Howard, was granted a restraining order against the actor this morning, saying beats and threatens to kill her. Michelle filed court documents claiming Terrence began making threats and beating her up just seven days after the couple got married in January 2010. She filed for divorce in February 2011. He denies any of this . In the documents, Michelle claims Howard “slugged me across my face and neck” and threatened to throw her off a balcony, and that the actor also … Said, “If you tell anyone about my business, I’ll kill you and no one will ever know.” Smacked her in the face, chipping her tooth with his wedding ring. Yelled, “B!tch, walk home. That’s my car, I pay for it.” Said, “I’ll hit a woman quicker than I’d hit a man.” Threw her to the ground in a parking lot. Howard denies he ever threatened Michelle, who he accuses of trying to “release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain.” The material in question: A video of Terrence Howard nude, singing in the shower. Obviously. That would fetch MILLIONS on the market tomorrow. In any case, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near or contacting her.

According to PEOPLE reports: Rush Hour star Chris Tucker’s $6 million Florida mansion is in foreclosure, with more than $4.4 million owed to the bank, reports the Orlando Sentinel, citing papers filed in Circuit Court in Lake County. Tucker, 39, bought the 10,000-sq.-ft. waterfront home on Lake Apopka, near Orlando, in 2007. The newspaper says the residence contains five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool, and a basement outfitted to resemble a pirate ship, including the sail. Court documents reportedly show an $11.5 million IRS lien on the home in 2011 in order to collect federal income taxes from Tucker, whose monthly mortgage payment, the documents also show, was $25,812.50. There has been no comment from Tucker, but the Times Union of Albany, N.Y., reports that his comedy show scheduled in the city for this Sunday – and was a rescheduling of a postponed Sept. 3 performance – has been canceled because of “unforeseen circumstances.” Damn shame… This just goes to show, it’s hard out here for everybody. But at the same time, what was this dude doing buying a home with a $25K mortgage in 2007??? But the troubled celebrity is still fighting mad, aiming her anger at a treatment facility where she spent time in March of 2010. Mueller has filed a lawsuit against The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu because she believes staff members there leaked confidential medical information to the press. It’s no secret that the Jackson family doesn’t practice the most effective financial habits. But with what TMZ is reporting Michael’s estate brought in since his death, his kids better be taken care of forever! The Michael Jackson estate has made more than $310 million since MJ died back in 2009 … this according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. TMZ has obtained the first accounting that MJ executors filed … showing exactly how much money Michael owed when he passed away on June 25, 2009 … and how much the estate has made since — and the numbers are astounding. According to the documents, MJ had more than $400 million in various debts when he died … but the estate has already made more than $310 million since. Documents show excecutors have already spent roughly $159 mil paying back various debts, income taxes and other expenses such as providing “uninterrupted support for Mrs. [Katherine] Jackson and Michael Jackson’s children as Michael intended.” The estate has also paid for Katherine to make “substantial improvements” to the family’s famous Havenhurst estate in Encino, CA. Executors have also shelled out cash to “pay last illness and funeral and memorial service expenses.” In addition to the $400 million in debt — MJ’s estate had $40 million in liabilities to concert promoter AEG stemming from the “This Is It” tour … which MJ was rehearsing for when he died. The documents show the estate received more than 65 creditor’s claims — with some of the debt accruing interest at “extremely high” rates. The MJ executors admit the estate still faces several lawsuits in multiple countries. Man, listen. We’re only going to say this one more time: we better not EVER hear ANYONE say Michael’s kids are broke.
