According to TMZ: Deongelo Holmes — one half of the rap duo Ying Yang Twins — was busted in Georgia … after Holmes’ wife accused him of punching her in the head. Prosecutors say Holmes socked his wife Porsche Holmes in the head back in November … and the rapper hit her so hard she got a big bump over her left eye. Authorities charged Holmes with “family violence” and two counts of simple battery. Deongelo was released on bond after agreeing to stay away from his wife — among other restrictions. A rep for Deongelo had no comment. D-Roc needs to be in the same anger management class as Kanye and Chris Breezy.

Texas Girl Stabs Mother 9 Times Via DailyMail An 11-year-old Texas girl was arrested over the weekend for stabbing her own mother nine times in the head, neck and shoulder as the woman slept. While the unnamed minor is currently in a juvenile center, 41-year-old Toshia Edmonson, a single mother of two, is in a serious but stable condition in a Dallas hospital. The girl told police she that she attacked her mother as she was ‘so, so angry and frustrated with her.’ Officers say she was upset that she had to be home at 11.45pm on Friday. According to a police report, the girl said that Edmonson pushed her into a sofa and told her that she was going to ‘give her away.’ The girl then waited for her mother to go to sleep, got a knife from the kitchen, went to her bedroom and stabbed her nine times, as reported by CBS 11. The report stated that Edmonson’s other child, a younger boy, told police that his mother woke up screaming and shouting her daughter’s name. Edmonson was eventually able to get the knife out of the 11-year-old’s hand and fall on top of her to stop the attack, according to reports… …The girl has been charged with family violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. According to the Athens Banner-Herald: Athens-Clarke County police said they arrested a woman and her father early Monday following an altercation in which the woman allegedly bit her boyfriend’s peen. Officers responded to a home on Magnolia Terrace at about 12:45 a.m. on the victim’s complaint that he was attacked by his girlfriend and father at the residence where all three live, police said. The victim alleged that 27-year-old Sade Rene Greene “scratched him in the chest, neck, and also bit his peen through his pants,” according to a police incident report. During the fight, 52-year-old Ricky Levell Greene allegedly punched the victim in the mouth. When officers arrived at the residence they found the victim shirtless in the street, with scratches on his body and bleeding from a split lower lip, according to police. The victim did not say what instigated the fight. Ricky Greene told officers his daughter and the victim had been arguing earlier in the day. After telling them to knock it off, he went somewhere with a friend, according to police. When he returned home, police said Greene claimed his daughter told him she had been attacked by her boyfriend, who allegedly pulled her by the hair and pushed her onto a bed. The elder Greene claimed that while he and the victim argued, his daughter tried to get between them when the victim pulled a gun and pointed it at him, according to police. Ricky Greene, who reportedly was highly intoxicated, stated that the boyfriend fled from the home after he told him “if he was going to point a gun on him that he needed to pull the trigger,” according to police. The daughter told police that a gun was never involved in the altercation. Sade and Ricky Greene were each charged with battery under the state Family Violence Act and later released from the Clarke County Jail after posting a $1,500 bond. SMH. Shutterstock

According to Mail Online A couple and their three children have been found dead inside their Texas home in what police now believe is an apparent murder-suicide. The father of the slain children, Israel Alvarez, was arrested on a domestic assault charge less than two weeks before his body and that of his wife Guadalupe Ronquillo-Ovalle and their three young children were discovered. Alvarez’s father was the one to call police on Sunday night and report the slaying inside the family’s home in Rice, a town about 40 miles south of Dallas. The five bodies were all found with gunshots in their abdomens, and police are still awaiting autopsies as they try to determine who fired the fatal shots. Navarro County Sheriff Elmer Tanner said a rifle was found at the home. Investigators were trying to determine when the shootings took place, Tanner said, saying the children, ages 4, 8 and 12, were in school Thursday afternoon but missed classes Friday. Given the nature of the crime scene and Alverez’s criminal history, police do not believe that the killer is on the loose. ‘We have not seen anything yet that makes us think we need to go outside this location,’ Sheriff Tanner said early into the investigation. Alvarez was arrested September 11 on a misdemeanor family violence charge for pushing Ronquillo-Ovalle and taking away her phone because he thought she was talking to another man, she told deputies. ‘I don’t care where you are. Any time there’s five losses of lives in one location, that’s shocking and traumatic. ‘It doesn’t make any difference where you are. It’s a horrible, horrible thing to see, witness or be a part of. ‘As far as looking for a suspect, what I’m saying at this point in time is that we are concentrati.ng our efforts on the investigation at the residence.’ So sad.
