Getty Images Nelly Under Investigation For Sexual Assault In England Nelly is under criminal investigation for yet another sexual assault. This time, the accuser comes from across the pond, and claims that Nelly got nonconsensually frisky with her after a show just outside London. According to TMZ , the latest incident supposedly occurred last December after Nelly’s performance in Essex. The woman claims she went to take a picture with Nelly, and he gripped her tightly and asked if she’d hang back to speak with him. She says that she and her friends all went to his dressing room. Next thing she knows, he asked her to come with him into a room next door. She claims that once in the adjoining room, he immediately dropped his pants and began masturbating, then reached to try to pull her top off. She claims he also attempted to kiss her. Next, the woman says Nelly gripped the back of her head and her shoulder, forcing her head down and shoving his erect penis into her mouth. She says she broke free and ran from the room, and he called her a “c***” as she did so. She claims she declined to call authorities over the incident because she doubted that anyone would believe her account of what happened. Of course, Nelly calls BS on all of this. In a statement, his lawyer says that Nelly welcomes this criminal investigation because he is sure that it will turn up nothing. Rumor has it (yet again) that Beyonce and Jay Z are expecting their second child…but this time the buzz is that she’s using a surrogate and planning to be very upfront about the process. As an inside source close to the Carters revealed to InTouch Weekly : “[Jay Z and Beyonce] are in the process of having a baby through a surrogate.” “They were trying for several months, but Beyoncé was having trouble. She was scared about another high-risk pregnancy, so surrogacy became the best decision for them.” “They didn’t want to take any more risks, so after all the ironclad legal documents were drawn up, it took them about two months to find the perfect woman to carry their child.” So why haven’t we heard anything from Beyonce’s own lips on the matter? “The surrogate is still in the early stages of the pregnancy, so they have yet to announce it to the public.” The source goes on to say the the Carter’s rumored marital issues really had Jay pushing for Bey to give Blue a sibling, so they could tighten their bond as a family and as a couple. “Jay’s been pushing Beyoncé into having another baby to bring them closer together, but he’s also been very protective of her and didn’t want her to take any chances. He wants to make sure everything goes smoothly.” Hmmm…the Carters seem slightly more careful than to have people in their circle that would blab their business this way, so we’re taking this news with a HEFTY grain of salt. Bey managed to drop an entire album and 16 videos without anyone being aware — we’d think that if this were true she’d be able to keep things under wraps until SHE made the announcement.

President Obama Scolds White House Heckler President Obama is getting more and more gutter in the twilight of his second term. The POTUS had to put a recent party guest in her place when she repeatedly interrupted his speech on LGBTQ civil issues by a transgender woman who decided it was time for him to switch gears and talk about immigration. Via MailOnline : President Obama shut down a heckler who tried to interrupt him during a speech at the White House Wednesday evening, then had her removed from the room. Obama was half-way through delivering an address about civil rights for lesbian, gay and transsexual Americans at a reception in the presidential mansion Wednesday night when he was interrupted by one of his guests. Jennicet Gutiérrez, a transsexual Mexican woman and campaigner, started yelling at him to close deportation centers until she was escorted out by security. According to the woman who invited Gutiérrez as her plus-one, the heckle was a pre-planned stunt to raise awareness. Gutiérrez shouted out that she was an undocumented immigrant and a trans woman and was ‘tired of the abuse’ she claims immigration officials are carrying out on minorities. Obama tried to ask her to stop, but turned sour when she wouldn’t stop shouting. He said: ‘Hold on a second I – OK, you know what? No no no no no. You’re in my house.’ SMH. Amanda Bynes appeared in court Friday, offered a classic excuse for the antics that got her arrested last night, and was released on her own recognizance. She will be back in court in July. Amanda Bynes in Court What began with a disturbance call ended with Amanda Bynes arrested for marijuana possession, evidence tampering and reckless endangerment late Thursday. The latter two offenses were allegedly committed when she tossed a bong out of her 36th-floor window … though she claims it was “just a vase.” Seriously, she said that. As for the pot charge, that stems from her allegedly blazing up in the lobby of her building, which led a doorman to call the cops. Shortly after 11 a.m. this morning, the former child star showed up in court in a blonde wig, gray sweats and a baggy black sweater, looking blase. That wig was also evident in the viral arrest video taken on the street as she was hauled out of her building, and in Amanda Bynes’ mug shot . Her lawyer, Andrew Friedman, said his client denies throwing a bong out of a window and claims that police illegally followed her into her apartment. Prosecutors pushed to hold her in lieu of bail, but the judge cut her loose. Bynes told the judge to “have a nice day” and jumped into a waiting cab. Amanda Bynes Arrest Video As for the insanity last night, the criminal complaint from the incident says officers responding to the lobby incident found a bong on her kitchen counter. According to the report, the law enforcement official, wearing a “full police uniform,” asked Amanda about the bong and the actress flipped out. It’s not clear whether her door was open or she invited the police in. The officer said, “I observed [Amanda] grab said bong, run to the westbound-facing window, and throw it out the window where numerous pedestrians were walking.” Thirty-six floors down, on 8th Ave. and West 47th Street. Bynes was then arrested for reckless endangerment, drug possession and evidence tampering. Bynes has a history of DUI and other automobile-related cases, not to mention provocative Tweets and almost daily media accounts of unusual behavior.

After a speech that saw a surprised President Obama heckled by an anti-war, anti-drone, and anti-Gitmo activist, the Internet was the big winner. As Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin interrupted and harassed the POTUS during his speech on Thursday, Obama repeatedly told her: “Let me address it!” She was eventually removed from the room, and Obama went off-script to acknowledge her concerns and even urged people to “cut her some slack.” And that was about it, which means we can move on and laugh at the obligatory auto-tuned musical version of events that someone made online. Bruce Beresford-Redman is no longer merely a suspect in the murder of his wife. The television producer has finally been arrested for this heinous crime. Beresford-Redman – who was detained in April after wife Monica turned up dead in Mexico, near where the couple had been vacationing – was arrested in his home outside Los Angeles yesterday. He’s in federal custody and, according to documents obtained by TMZ, will be extradited to Mexico. The tragic murder of Monica Beresford-Redman has made for tabloid fodder for months now. Monica’s body was found in a sewer at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun earlier this year. It later came out that Bruce had been having an affair , and authorities have spent the time since building a case against the former producer of Survivor . An arrest was made yesterday because Mexican police now believe they have compiled enough evidence against the alleged murderer. This includes: Email confirmation of Bruce’s infidelity. Forensic experts finding blood stains on a pillar in the hotel room Bruce and Monica shared, as well as on the sheets and on a railing. Two teenagers in the room below Bruce’s who are on record as saying they were awakened by “screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room above… it sounded like a woman in extreme distress.” Marks found by authorities on Bruce’s hands, behind his ear, on his left shin and on his right ankle shortly after his wife went missing. Beresford-Redman will appear in a federal courtroom in Los Angeles today.
