The rapper pled guilty to one count of harassment for threatening and menacing “Love & Hip Hop” star Emily B. and her father, according to a spokeswoman for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Under a plea deal, Fab pled guilty in exchange for no jail time. Instead, he’ll have to complete a pre-trial intervention program for one year, according to the Prosecutor’s Office. If he completes the program, he’ll have the charge expunged from his criminal record. Days later, a video emerged of the father of two brandishing a sharp object at his partner and her father and threatening to kill them. Earlier this month, we exclusively revealed that the “Breathe” rapper would take a plea deal, but was ironing out the details with the county’s top cop. We’ve reached out to Fab’s attorney, Brian Neary, for comment.

In The Vault: Mac Miller Reportedly Recorded A Whole Album With Madlib Before His Passing

Source: Jessica Alexander/Future Image/WENN.com / WENN Mac Miller And Madlib Have A Whole Album Together As with most artists who leave us too soon, the untimely death of  Mac Miller back in September has a lot of fans wondering how much unreleased music–if any–he left behind. Luckily for us, it’s starting to look like the rapper could have a lot of material left in the vault, and what’s even better–a big chunk of those tracks could be on an unreleased LP he reportedly recorded with superstar producer Madlib. In an interview with DJ Booth , producer Thelonious Martin revealed that Madlib told him about a full album that he and the late Pittsburgh performer recorded before his passing. “When we was working on ‘Guidelines,’ he was always excited about all these other songs. He had this Madlib album, called  Maclib . I opened for Madlib in Chicago last summer, at Pitchfork. So I’m opening for Madlib, and about 15, 20 minutes left in my set, Madlib pulls up. Pete Rock walks up as well.” Martin continued, “So I’m trying to focus and DJ, and Madlib gets on and 15 minutes into his set he just randomly plays a Mac Miller joint. And I turn to him, I’m like, ‘There’s more of these, right?’ He’s said, ‘Oh, yeah, there’s a whole album. Maclib . ’ What! What! He just kept moving on with his DJ set. If Madlib decides to bless the world with that project, he should.” Any unreleased Mac Miller tunes–especially accompanied by some Madlib beats–would be a welcome release for fans hoping to hear something new from the rapper. His last album, Swimming, was released in 2018 and earned a nomination for Best Rap Album at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

Real Hero: Pilot Legendarily Lands Helicopter On High Mountain Range To Save Injured Skier [Video]

All heros don’t wear capes — some of them are just pilots with a keen sense of direction.  Like one helicopter aviator who bravely landed his chopper on The Alps, a.k.a. the highest and most extensive mountain in Europe, in order to save an injured skier. Nicolas Derely , who’s a friend of the fallen skier, miraculously had enough bars on his phone to call for help and to record the pilot’s epic landing. CNN reports, A helicopter from the Peloton de Gendarmerie de Haute Montagne (French Mountain Police) delicately nudged its nose towards the steep slope. The pilot managed to plant the aircraft’s right landing skid into the snowy incline to allow three members of the rescue team to disembark and treat the injured man. The medics fitted a leg brace on Bruno before the helicopter returned to perform the daring procedure again. With the helicopter’s rotor blades just inches away from smashing into the snow, the skier was winched away to a nearby hospital. The injured skier is safe and recovering from his failed kneww. His friend, Nicolas, now has over 1 millions hits on Facebook thanks to the video. #WinWin

‘Surviving R. Kelly’ Doc Screening Evacuated After Gun Threat

Source: Chance Yeh / Getty A screening of Lifetime’s forthcoming Surviving R. Kelly documentary was evacuated due to a gun threat. Reportedly, a pair of threatening phone calls were received which caused the precautionary action.   According to Variety , the threatening phone calls came in about 15 minutes into the screening which was scheduled to start at 7 pm, following by a panel at 8:30 pm. However, a pair of anonymous phone calls came into the venue, NeueHouse Madison Square, which contacted the NYPD, and the authorities recommended the evacuation. Said Lifetime via a statement, ““At tonight’s premiere of Lifetime’s documentary series ‘Surviving R. Kelly’ at NeueHouse Madison Square, several anonymous threats were called in. As a precaution, the network elected to evacuate the building. The safety and security of our panel, guests and staff is of paramount importance to Lifetime,” the network said in a statement.” The venue also released the following statement: “NeueHouse has always existed to celebrate creatives, entrepreneurs and activists with important and meaningful stories to share. The safety of our storytellers and of our members is always our first priority. Tonight was no different. Despite non-credible threats called in during tonight’s screening, we followed appropriate safety protocols in collaboration with the NYPD and elected to postpone the event. We stand by the creative women bringing these heroic stories to light.” The panelists included seven women who are R. Kelly accusers— Drea Kelly, his ex-wife , Kitti Jones, Asante Jones, Faith Rodgers, Lizzette Martinez, Lisa Van Allen and Jerhonda Pace—all who were also in the film. Also in attendance was #MeToo founder Tarana Burke and panel host Angela Yee of The Breakfast Club . Nevertheless,  Surviving R. Kelly is a six-part, three-night documentary series that features numerous women accusing the R&B crooner of sexual assault and abuse. The series will premiere on January 3, and Twitter will be lit. Now, the late Pittsburgh rapper’s family is requesting documents to examine the value of his estate. The Blast reports : On November 26, documents were filed in the “Small World” rapper’s estate requesting a judge to appoint a probate referee who can appraise the assets of Miller’s estate, including cash, real estate and personal property. The documents reveal the estate has not been able to figure out how much money was left behind, the value of his royalties or how much his name and likeness is worth in death. The appraiser is also expected to give an estimate of how much Miller’s music royalties may be worth in the future. Once a value is given, the estate may be closer to figuring out which beneficiaries, including the late rapper’s brother and parents, will receive. The outlet adds that an attorney has been hired to oversee the process and that Miller’s parents and brothers are the known trustees. — Photo: WENN

Credit: Dennis Van Tine/Future Image/WENN.com Alec Baldwin Arrested In New York Over Parking Dispute Parking in New York is some serious ish, and tensions around someone stealing your spot can make people do some crazy things–which just might have been the case for Alec Baldwin on Friday morning. Baldwin got arrested in Manhattan on Friday, according to reports from TMZ . According to the publication, witnesses say that the actor got into an argument with another man over a parking spot near 10th Street and 5th Avenue. TMZ’s law enforcement sources revealed that Alec had a friend holding the spot for him, but the other man swooped in before Alec returned, causing the dispute. That’s when Baldwin became irate and an argument ensued, which caused Baldwin to allegedly punch the other man in his jaw. The alleged victim is a 49-year-old male, and was taken to the hospital immediately after the fight . One witness says that Alec yelled “f**k off” during the dispute. Cops were called and Alec was subsequently arrested. Alec Baldwin lives in the area where the fight occured.

Now back in full control of his Young Money music imprint, the Lousiana artist revealed the long path to releasing his long-awaited Tha Carter V album and much more. In a sit down with Billboard , the artist born Dwayne Michael Carter shared some insight about his creative process and isn’t putting too much pressure on himself as it relates to Tha Carter V . As it stands, Weezy F. Baby has finally settled into his status in the game but also approaches his craft with a measured sense of carefulness. A lot is riding on his upcoming album, which is anticipated to drop this year. In the chat, Wayne dropped several thoughts, such as being inspired by his four children as he and his former business partner and father figure Bryan “Birdman” Williams engaged in a years-long legal battle while trying to patch up their longstanding connection damaged by their fallout. While he said that he and Birdman do speak, mostly about sports, he’s keeping his distance as he focuses on tightening up his album. From Billboard : Wayne and Birdman are back to talking every day, usually about the Red Sox. But Wayne is less trusting and focused on his album. “Not even just with him, but my relationships with a lot of people have become different, just because of how different I work now,” he says. “I’m submerged in everything about myself, trying to be better at who I am. It’s something where you have to cut some things off.” Four months ago, Wayne moved into this new space, with the skate park and ESPN playing on mute around the clock in the recording studio. Soon after, he injured his heel, which kept him off his board for a month and forced him into the studio full time. It was, he says, “God telling me, ‘You have to go to work, bro.’” After experiencing a series of widely reported seizures between 2013 and 2017, Wayne has cut his marathon recording sessions from what he says were 26-hour runs down to “12 or 14” hours. “That’s the main thing that friends and family and the doc and all them recommend,” he says. “Just get you some rest.” Read more from Billboard here . — Photo: WENN
