Farrah Abraham is … well, she's just a lot. And sure, they may not be very descriptive, but you know exactly what we mean. It's been two years since she left Teen Mom OG, and since then, things have definitely taken a turn, which is impressive since it's not like she was the most stable human when she was still on the show. But now that she no longer has the steady MTV gig, she's doing all sorts of wild and crazy stuff for money. Like this new thing where she's pretty much just asking dudes to pay her $5,000 for an evening with her … 1. Such a History There have been rumors about Farrah being an escort for a good long while now — years, really. 2. A Stroll Down Memory Lane We’re not sure exactly when and how they started, but it probably had something to do with the career move she made in releasing a sex tape. After that, she started doing all sorts of things in the adult entertainment industry — she did some work as a stripper, released sex toys, etc. 3. Cam Girl For the past few years, she’s done less of that sort of stuff and focused her efforts more on being a cam girl — it’s even part of the reason why she left Teen Mom OG. 4. Makes Sense So really, going from all that to being an escort is a pretty natural progression, right? 5. Hmm … Think about it — she travels constantly, she flies first class and stays in expensive resorts all around the world, but how? She doesn’t have MTV money coming in anymore, all her businesses have failed, and she owes a few people money for a few different lawsuits. How can she afford all that she does? 6. Well … Prostitution, that’s how. That’s the theory, anyway. View Slideshow
Just when you think you know everything about absolutely everyone on This Is Us, it turns out… … you do not. This simple, yet surprising, message was at the heart This Is Us Season 4 Episode 4, an installment titled “Flip a Coin” that taught viewers about Kevin and The Manny , Randall and Beth in college during a parental visit, baby Jack and music and a whole lot more. Let’s start with KATE , shall we? In the past, fans saw a teenage version of this character still struggling with a purpose after her brothers went off and she remained home. When she finally turned off Buffy the Vampire Slayer (good taste in TV shows!), Kate ventured to the record store and bought some new CDs — and also got a job! In the present, tensions between Kate and Toby continued to fester, which had been a theme of the previous two episodes . They took young Jack to a music class, which didn’t turn out well because he kept getting scared by the instruments and singing. After going back and forth each other, the couple took their son to the beach. While he was frightened by the class, viewers do at least know he goes on to have quite a bit of success in music — and, as Kate noted, music is something he can do even without his sight. What about RANDALL and BETH ? The first question: Do these two owe everything to Rebecca? In the past, she visited Randall at college and got the sense that he longed for Beth… which, granted, was rather obvious. She proceded to take matters into her own hands by getting up and asking if they could join Beth and her mother for lunch. Such aggression paid off, notably, when Randall gave Beth a slice of lemon without her even asking. On their one and only date (at the time), Beth ordered a Coke with lemon. At lunch at school, she didn’t have a lemon for her drink. Rebecca ended up bonding with Beth’s mom over their shared widow status, as Carol inspired Rebecca to start getting her life back in order following Jack’s death. Time jump back to the present — and Carol visited for Beth’s dance studio opening. Once there, Carol said she didn’t like Randall for Beth at first… but only because she didn’t really see the strength he needed to be a proper partner for her daughter. Randall and Beth also met Malik and discovered he has a daughter. Watch This Is Us Season 4 Episode 4 Online We’ll end with KEVIN . Alternating between the present — where Kevin found out The Manny was canceled 00 and the pilot shoot for this same, This Is Us revealed quite a bit about the character. Almost more than we had ever learned before. In the present, Kevin attempted to distract Cassidy and Nicky when their planned Alcoholics Anonymous meeting was incorrectly scheduled. How so? By talking about shopping for a new RV. While out and about, Kevin and Cassidy discussed her possible divorce, his experience with The Manny and Nicky revealed the origins of his trailer. Prior to the war, you see, there was Sally, someone Jack asked out on a shy Nicky’s behalf. They planned to trek across this great nation after he returned from war — but eventually he simply stopped writing to her. After all that transpired in Vietnam, Nicky said he was “pretty broken.” Therefore, one day he figured he would just go for it, using his savings on the trailer and heading to Sally’s house unannounced. She wasn’t home, though. So, he drove off and, well that was it. He said he realized it wasn’t meant to be. In a parallel moment, past Kevin revealed his doubts about The Manny pilot to Kate and said he really wished it didn’t make it to series so he could go off, stop acting and just have a family somewhere. That was all he truly wanted. However, he then had a moment at the conclusion of the pilot filming where he connected with his baby costar and the “stupid character” on a show with a “stupid premise” wasn’t a joke anymore. He made a baby laugh and it changed his life. After relaying that story to Cassidy, Kevin did indeed buy an RV…for himself. And he moved in next to Nicky.
Jennifer Aniston accomplished two milestones on Tuesday morning: 1. She joined Instagram. 2. She broke Instagram. And we mean the latter in a literal sense, not in the way Kim Kardashian meant it when she placed a champagne glass on her butt . After many years of remaining off the social media radar, Aniston surprised fans by sharing a picture on Instagram today — and the platform was so overwhelmed by the popularity of said photo that the star’s page immediately went down. “We are aware that some people are having issues following Jen’s page — the volume of interest is incredible!” a spokesperson for Instagram said in a statement, adding: “We are actively working on a solution and hope to have the page up and running smoothly again shortly.” The company did quickly find a solution, getting Aniston’s account up and running within an hour. As for the image that stirred up such chaos in the first place? Here it is: Oh, yes, Aniston came in strong, folks. She posted a selfie of her smiling face — and those of ex-Friends co-stars Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc. “And now we’re Instagram FRIENDS too. HI INSTAGRAM,” Aniston captioned the post. In under an hour, she had racked up more than 116,000 followers — and had followed dozens of famous pals, such as David Spade, Julia Roberts, Adam Sandler, and ex-husband Justin Theroux. Heck, Theroux even commented on the picture. “Woot-Woot! #first,” he wrote, along with a hands-up (praise) emoji and a heart. The possibility of a Friends reunion has, of course, been rumored for many years. This, despite there never really being any strong talk of any such event happening on the big screen or the small screen. Aniston has told Ellen DeGeneres in the past that she’d be open to some sort of reboot or revival or, more likely, one-off event of some kind. But nothing has ever been in the works, which actually may explain why this Instagram actually broke the Internet: Fans may have thought it was a teaser for a confirmed reunion. Alas. Aniston now has an opportunity to amass a million followers faster than any human being to date. Or two million. Or 10 million. By sharing more pictures with Cox, Perry and company? Sure, maybe. But if she wants to guarantee her place in social media history? Aniston simply has to post a picture of herself and Brad Pitt. View Slideshow: Jennifer Aniston Finally Fights Back Against All the BS
Usually, Duggar controversies are pretty predictable in nature. They tend to come in one of two varieties: There are the instances in which a member of the family intentionally posts something controversial on social media, such as when Derick Dillard bullied a transgender teen and was fired by TLC as a result. And then there are those cases in which a member of the family behaves in such a way that one is reminded they never learned the basics of human interaction as a result of their profoundly sheltered upbringing. For examples of this, look at any aspect of Josh Duggar’s dating profiles . But the latest scandal involving Jill Duggar is sort of an uneasy combination of these two previously-established types: On Monday, Jill posted the above photo to her Instagram page. “Today has been a really hard day as I watched a couple do what no one should ever have to do…bury their little baby,” she captioned the pic “Although our hearts break here on earth, we look forward to the day when we will see Jesus face to face, he will wipe every tear from our eyes and we will be reunited with those we miss so much,” Jill continued. “Until our race on earth is over, let us live intentionally, glorify God through our lives, serve Him well, fulfilling His purpose for our us until we draw our last breath.” Yes, Jill posted a photo of an infant’s casket. And it would be a massive understatement to say that the decision didn’t sit well with many of her fans. While Jill unquestionably posted something controversial on social media, it seems she did so not with the intention of stirring the pot, but rather as a result of a major blind spot with regard to proper social media etiquette. Jill’s heart may have been in the right place, but followers made it clear that they found her post to be in poor taste: “Not everything has to be an Instagram post, even with the purest intentions. This is insanely tacky of you to post,” one person wrote, as pointed out by OK! magazine. “Why would you post a picture of someone’s baby in a casket? You are so tacky,” another fan added. “Hopefully she got permission to post this,” a third commenter remarked. “With the Duggars being in the spotlight & [having] more than the average person viewing their profiles, it’s certainly not appropriate to post stuff like this unless given permission.” Other fans were even harsher in their criticism: “This is someone else’s deepest heartbreak. I hope you rethink this post and delete it,” one user commented. “Oh boy hope you rethink this post…this is such a private heartbreaking thing…not your story to tell,” another wrote. Many also pointed out that the post is poorly-timed, as it may well trigger painful memories for one of Jill’s sisters. Joy-Anna Duggar suffered a miscarriage in July, and is still so distraught by the loss that was forced to leave Amy Duggar’s baby shower in distress. Again, we imagine Jill’s suffering on behalf of her friends is genuine — but her post may not have been the best way to express her compassion. From Desperate Housewife to Anxious Inmate! Last month, actress Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison for her involvement in the now-infamous college admissions bribery scandal. Today, the 56-year-old actress turned herself over to authorities to begin her two-week sting behind bars. In a way, the sentence is the sort of compromise that satisfies no one. Prosecutors initially pushed for a much harsher sentence of four months for Huffman. Her lawyers were able to whittle that recommendation down to one month, and in the end, the judge in her case dealt out a shockingly light slap-on-the-wrist sentence of just four months. The decision left Huffman in tears in the courtroom, but also led to widespread outrage among the many who (rightly) believe Huffman was a beneficiary of white privilege. In short, she’ll suffer the indignity of spending two weeks in a county-orange jumpsuit, but the consensus will remain that she got away with it and never paid her debt to society. Huffman’s sentence is a very short one — but in all likelihood, her reputation and career prospects are irreparably ruined. Huffman will serve her time in a detention center just outside of San Francisco — and her team is already spinning this into a case of her bravely facing her punishment. You know, the punishment she desperately tried to wriggle out of. “Ms. Huffman is prepared to serve the term of imprisonment Judge Talwani ordered as one part of the punishment she imposed for Ms. Huffman’s actions,” Huffman’s representative said in a prepared statement released today, “She will begin serving the remainder of the sentence Judge Talwani imposed — one year of supervised release, with conditions including 250 hours of community service — when she is released.” Huffman was convicted of paying a fraudulent proctor to help her daughter cheat on the SATs, thus ensuring admission to the college of her choice. Fifty other parents were ensnared in the FBI’s Operation Varsity Blues sting operation, but along with fellow actress Lori Loughlin, Felicity became one of the two faces of the college admissions bribery scandal. Unlike Huffman, Loughlin did not accept a plea deal, and is now gearing up to fight the charges against her in criminal court. She stands accused of doling out $500,000 in bribes in order to ensure her two daughters’ admission to USC. At this point, it seems highly unlikely that Loughlin will avoid prison time. “I don’t think I’d be giving away any state secrets by saying we would probably ask for a higher sentence for her than we did for Felicity Huffman,” U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling of the District of Massachusetts told NBC News today. We’ll have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available.
Disneyland is known as The Happiest Place on Earth. And yet, following a Dancing With the Stars episode that took place at this resort and during which the contestant performed Disney-themed routines, not everyone walked away with a smile on his or her face. Starting with Carrie Ann Inaba. The veteran judge went viral on Monday night shortly after she gave her critique of Kate Flannery’s jazz routine to “A Spoonful of Sugar” from Mary Poppins with her partner, Pasha Pashkov. When Tom Bergeron pointed out that one of the dancing duo’s broom props was near the judge’s table, Inaba bent over to get a closer look at the item. And then? TIMBER! As Inaba went to sit, her chair moved backward and she fell down, prompting Flannery and Pashkov to rush to her side. Thankfully, Inaba was just fine and the show continued. Who exceled and who nearly embarrassed themselves as much as Inaba? Scroll down to find out… Sailor Brinkley-Cook & Val Chmerkovskiy : The Viennese Waltz was Sailor’s best dance yet, as she did Cinderella proud with a total score of 24. Karamo Brown & Jenna Johson : Brown still has some technique issues to work through, but the African elements added to his Samba helped it stand out and gained a 21. Kate Flannery & Pasha Pashkov : This jazz routine went up a notch when the actress shifted into the quickstep portion. She remains a front-runner after notching a 24. Sean Spicer & Lindsay Arnold : This Quickstep wasn’t all that quick, but Spicer loosened up just a tiny bit, thanks to his partner yelling at him throughout. They earned a 19. Ally Brooke & Sasha Farber : Bravo all around! The partners were totally in sync for their Contemporary routine, prompting the judges to hand out their first 9’s of the season — each! 27 points! Lauren Alaina & Gleb Savchenko : The country singer never seemed totally comfortable with her Samba, most notably lacking enthusiasm when it came to her hip action. Lack of sensuality led to a score of 23. Kel Mitchell & Witney Carson : What an entertaining Jazz routine! Kel came out with tons of swagger and his smile was contagious. Dude also breakdanced at one point. 26 points! Hannah Brown & Alan Bersten : This was an elegant Foxtroy. The Bachelorette was practically floating through the air as she gracefully earned 25 points. James Van Der Beek & Emma Slater : They closed the night with a strong Paso Doble, as the actor embodied his character with confidence and showmanship, garnering 26 points. Talk about a competitive season, huh? No duds, not definitive favorites — and no one eliminated on Monday. Who will be the next to go when the time comes? You tell us!
Jeremy Renner has often been in the news of late due to his hobby of flipping houses. But new details regarding the alleged ways he used to flip out on his ex-wife were made public on Monday morning… … and they offer a very frightening look at the actor’s life and his failed marriage to Sonni Pacheco. According to legal documents filed by Sonni , as part of her custody battle with Renner over six-year old daughter Ava, Pacheco cites a disturbing incident from just this past November. She says that the veteran actor was at a club at the time, totally high on coke and drunk on alcohol, when he starting talking about murdering Sonni, telling someone he “could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone.” Pacheco also points to a separate incident in which Renner stuck a gun in his mouth… threatened to kill Sonni… and then fired a bullet into the ceiling, all while Ava was asleep in her bedroom. It’s unclear exactly when this alleged incident took place. Wait, however, there’s more to be extemely concerned over. Pacheco claims that The Avengers star has a history of substance abuse, verbal and emotional abuse. In these legal papers, Sonni says Jeremy repeatedly has been under the influence when spending time with Ava — and that he once left cocaine on a bathroom counter, making it easily reachable by the toddler. In one instance, Sonni alleges that a nanny overheard Renner state he was going to Sonni’s home to kill her and then kill himself, because “it was better that Ava had no parents than to have [Sonni] as a mother.” Seriously scary stuff. Renner and Pacheco got married 2014… and Pacheco filed for divorce later that year, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the break-up. Pacheco has filed a request for sole legal and physical custody of Ava with the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. She is also asking for monitored visitation when Renner is with their daughter. A court hearing has been scheduled for November 7, with the exes having been ordered to attend child custody mediation in the meantime. In response to this horrific allegations, an attorney for Renner has released the following statement: “The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. “This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.” We’ll update this story with more news as it breaks.
Last week, Amy Duggar welcomed her first child — a bouncing baby boy named Daxton. Obviously, there’s no way to gauge this sort of thing, but the arrival of little Dax seemed to elicit more excitement than the usual Duggar birth. Perhaps it was the fact that at 32, Amy is considerably older than most new moms in her family. Maybe it’s a testament to Amy’s popularity with fans, many of whom admire her stubborn individualism in the face of intense pressure to conform to her uncle’s ultra-conservative views. Whatever the case, the denizens of Duggar Nation are psyched about baby Dax. And Amy is more than happy to oblige them with regular updates about her brand new bundle of joy: Over the weekend, Amy posted a photo of Dax’s long-awaited homecoming. (As many fans commenters pointed out, it appears that Amy spent 4-5 days in the hospital, which means either there were some mild complications, or she has really great health insurance.) Naturally, she documented the occasion for her 400,000 Instagram followers. “Headed home!!! King: Party of 3!” Amy captioned the pic. “Our son has his own IG account! We wanted to grab it before it wasn’t available for when he’s older!” she added. Yes, Dax has his own Instagram page already. We’d make fun, but like gender reveal parties, infant IGs are probably a trend that’s already becoming the norm, if it hasn’t already. “Can you believe I was sideways in mommy’s stomach and now I’m here!?! Let’s go home! In time to see my first Razorback game!” Amy (we assume) captioned the first photo from Dax’s page (below). Daddy Dillon King posted the same pic, with a caption reading: “[Daxton] and I are ready for the @razorbackfb game tonight! [Amy] we just have to get him into his #arkansasrazorbacks gear!” As with all things Duggar, the whole thing seems wholesome enough, but there are rumors of something seriously unpleasant lurking just beneath the surface. As we reported last week, Jill Duggar is the only member of her family to visit Amy thus far. The other Duggars have a pretty good excuse for not dropping by, as they’ve been visiting Jinger in Los Angeles . Still, their absence has raised a lot of questions about the new mom’s standing with the rest of her family. Conflicts between Amy and Jim Bob Duggar have made tabloid headlines several times over the years. Now, many believe that the rumors of a reconciliation were bogus, and JB still does not approve of his niece’s lifestyle. In recent months, there have been reports that Jill is not on good terms with the rest of their family. The situation has led to a fan theory that she’s joined forces with her outcast cousin in a sort of rebel alliance. That’s probably not true, but we really love the idea that two women of the younger generation are going head-to-head with the all-powerful Jim Bob. View Slideshow: The Duggars: Who’s Courting? Amy Roloff has seen her life flipped around and turned upside down over the past several weeks. And now — based on an Instagram update from the Little People, Big World star — it doesn’t look like things are about to calm down any time soon. First, a Amy Roloff recent refresher, bringing followers up to date on what’s been going on with the reality star: Just about a month ago, the mother four announced that boyfriend Chris Marek had proposed after three years of dating and that the two were finally engaged . He did so during a romantic dinner, prompting Amy to tell People Magazine a day later: “I’m excited, I’m so surprised, I’m thrilled! “I never in a million years thought I’d be getting married again, but I also hoped for it! Now that it’s happening, I couldn’t be happier or more excited.” Sadly, about 10 days later, Amy’s mother passed away after a lengthy illness . In her first comments after the tragedy, Amy acknoweldged the “roller coaster” of “happy and sad” emotions that has comprised her universe of late. Truly, we can only imagine. Fast forward about three weeks and Amy was posting pictures from her family’s Oregon farm in celebration of pumpkin season. This is when she alerted fans to the next significant life change about to take place. “Wow! How can Roloff Farms Pumpkin season be here already? And 20 plus years? It’s been a blast and full of wonderful times and memories,” she wrote as a caption to a photo of her and Chris, adding: “And more memories to make. What a family legacy I’ve love sharing w/ you. The Fall season is here, and there is So Much to love about Fall. My favorite season.” Roloff went on to write about the farm in the past tense, mentioning how many people she has “met,” and how much it has “impacted” her life, as it “gave me the gift of raising my kids here for through out their growing up years.” Wait a minute , some fans, asked: Is Amy still living on the farm? “Yes but not for long [we’ll] see what Matt and I can decide on about the farmhouse,” Roloff replied to this question. A few months ago, following some contentious back and forth that aired on TV, Amy agreed to sell Matt her portion of Roloff Farms . She still has some say over how the property is run, but she confirmed in this post six days ago that she’ll soon be moving away. “I finally found one I can make my home for a while. Woohoo!” Amy told followers last week, not offering up many other details about her new residence. We’re not even sure if she’s buying or renting, just that she’ll be living at a different address for the first time in decades. “I have chosen to buy (and Amy has chosen to sell) me only one side of the farm at this time,” Matt explained back in June. “Not the original farmstead… not the side with the pumpkin patch or her house… for now she is only selling me her partial share of ownership in the side (DW) that I live on… “She will remain in her house (and on the farm) and 1/2 owner of our original farm until she decides to leave … At that time we will jointly work to sell the side she lives on together. “This may happen in the future, but it’s not happening yet.” UPDATE: It appears as if this may soon be happening. We’ll keep readers apprised when we learn more about the situation. View Slideshow: Little People, Big World: The Roloffs’ Shocking Scandals… Exposed! [Updated]
Of all the Duggar children, no one has blazed their own trail quite like Jinger. Jinger first earned the “rebel” label when she began wearing pants, a violation of the strict Duggar dress code , which requires women to wear long skirts at all times. (Jinger committed her first act of sartorial defiance only after she was married and only with her husband’s permission, but hey — given her parents’ famously low tolerance for non-conformity, that pair of Levi’s must have felt as dangerous as any mohawk.) Since then, Jinger has broken with the Duggar belief system in a number of subtle, but significant ways. For starters, she married a man her father openly disapproved of. After her wedding, Jinger waited more than a year to get pregnant — a customary practice in most parts of the world, but the stuff of scandal in a community in which girls are taught from a young age that procreation is their primary reason for being. Most recently, Jinger moved to Los Angeles with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, and her daughter, Felicity. Even though the family relocated so that Jeremy could attend a divinity school in the area, Jinger’s parents reportedly disapproved. In fact, the move prompted rumors that Jinger had been disowned by her parents . Last week, however, something remarkable happened. With no advanced notice, Jim Bob and Michelle — along with 16 of their children — made the trip out west and visited Jinger in LA for the first time. Some flew, some drove RVs, and Jinger was reportedly overjoyed to see her parents and all but two of her siblings. (Jill and Joy-Anna were unable to make the trip for reasons that remain unclear.) Obviously, Jinger did not have to do any traveling, and she wasn’t able to accommodate dozens of guests in her home. (It’s unclear how many Duggar children and in-laws made the journey.) But that doesn’t mean nothing was required of her. According to a new report from Radar Online, Jinger made a major concession to her parents’ belief system and re-adopted the Duggar dress code during their visit. “Just last week Jinger was wearing ripped jeans, and before that, short shorts,” an insider tells the site. “The moment her parents come to town she goes back to wearing dresses,” Yes, we suppose it’s easy to be a rebel when your parents are 1,500 miles away, but a bit more difficult when they’re staying at the Marriott down the street. It’s unclear if Jim Bob and Michelle requested this favor of Jinger, or if she simply chose to surprise them with her return to “modest attire.” Some folks are taking this as a sign that Jinger really was disowned by her parents and is currently working hard to get back into their good graces. That’s a bit of a stretch. But whatever the case, it seems Jinger is still very much concerned with remaining on Jim Bob’s good side.
