Beetle Juice Knocked Jake Gyllenhaal Out of the Day

So the freak from Howard Stern Beetle Juice was getting interviewed by TMZ paparazzi where he apparently said he knocked Jake Gyllenhaal out….I guess on set of Bubble Boy ….I can’t be too sure because I don’t understand anything that he’s saying, other than that Jake Gyllenhaal is a prick…or gay….and I have to agree… Some of you don’t know this, but Gyllenhaal is the only celebrity I almost had a physical altercation with when he was filming in Montreal Canada. He was dancing like a princesss in a restaurant with some groupies….and I walked up to him and asked if he killed Heath Ledger or something to that effect…I was drunk…and dude went nuts, got in my face, security pulled me away before it was actually a fight and he ended up pushing the girl I was with….aggressively…like a mental case…. It was a story that got on all the mainstream media. His legal team and the team at Disney came at me to change my story on the site….to which I said “I’ll just post the video instead”…and that was the end of the Jake Gyllenhaal story…. But after that experience, I agree that he’s a prick, likely gay, craves attention like a girl..while dancing like a girl, and is probably 140 lbs and as intimidating as a girl….and I know there’s no doubt that Beetle Juice could knock him out…probably with one bitch slap….and that’s the end of this post.

Michelle Williams for Another Magazine of the Day

Michelle Williams is doing some modeling…for Another magazine….and I wish it was another model…. I had the misfortune of watching one of her movies the other day….thanks to a vagina I was trying to have sex with…and I could not get over how swollen and under allergic reaction her face looking…making me wonder if Heath Ledger knocked her up one night thinking she was Jake Gyllenhaal….in one of her medicated stupor….but more importantly…why the industry gives her work….and now she’s moved into fashion modeling…and it’s fucking confusing…but what is more confusing is that I am posting this shit….

I could not be more pleased on behalf of our gang.” Jack Black , actor, Bernie (Best Actor – Comedy or Musical) “OK…I’m only doing Richard Linklater movies from now on. I’m so proud of our little engine that could. Thank you HFPA!” Emily Blunt, actress, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen (Best Actress – Comedy or Musical) “I’m so incredibly thankful to the Hollywood Foreign Press for recognizing our little movie that could. Ewan and the entire cast and crew could not be more deserving of this honor, and I’m thrilled that I’m able to share this moment among such a fantastic group of nominees.” Ben Affleck , director of Argo (Best Director, Best Motion Picture – Drama) “I want to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for honoring Argo with five nominations. These nominations reflect the courage and determination of real life heroes in the US, Canada, Iran and across the globe. They honor more than 120 actors with speaking roles in multiple languages, thousands of extras in the US and abroad as well as hundreds of extraordinary crewmembers who poured their heart into the film — including the great Alan Arkin, brilliant Chris Terrio and extraordinary Alexandre Desplat, who were nominated today as well and who have my congratulations and gratitude. Thanks again to the HFPA for their support.” Kathryn Bigelow , director/producer of Zero Dark Thirty (Best Director, Best Motion Picture – Drama) “It’s an honor, sincerely, and very humbling to be singled out this way by the HFPA. We’re grateful, and encouraged by their support, especially since our film has such a diverse, international cast, and as the HFPA represent so many countries across the globe. And a big congratulations to the amazing Jessica Chastain and my producing partner and screenwriter Mark Boal.” Anne Hathaway , actress, Les Miserables (Best Supporting Actress) “What a great way to wake up! I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for this news. Congratulations to Hugh and everyone who worked on Les Miz for their contribution to the best picture nomination!!!” Judi Dench, actress, Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (Best Actress – Comedy or Musical) “This is lovely news… Having had such a glorious time in India, I’m so happy for John Madden and Graham Broadbent and delighted to be included in such a wonderful group of fellow actors.” Richard Gere, actor, Arbitrage (Best Actor – Drama) “This was a complicated and challenging role. It’s nice to have the HFPA acknowledge the performance and for me to share the nomination with such brilliant actors.” John Hawkes, actor, The Sessions (Best Actor – Drama) “I’m so honored by these nominations and excited that the film is receiving this recognition.”  Alan Arkin, actor, Argo (Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture) “I am deeply grateful for this honor and particularly moved in being in the company of Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Tommy Lee Jones who I deeply admire. I am also thrilled that Ben is getting the attention he so much deserves, as is Argo .” Mark Boal, writer/producer of Zero Dark Thirty (Best Original Screenplay and Best Picture – Drama) “We’re very grateful to the HFPA. It means so much to us that press representatives from around the world have reacted with such praise. It’s especially flattering as we’ve seen the film from the beginning as a global story, one that involved and impacted much of the world. Congratulations to Kathryn Bigelow and Jessica Chastain on nominations much deserved.” Tim Burton, producer/director of Frankenweenie (Best Animated Feature Film) “I’m thrilled to be recognized by the HFPA. Frankenweenie is a very personal project for me and the nomination goes as much to the animators who labored frame by frame to bring this film to life.” Mark Andrews, director of Brave (Best Animated Feature Film) “The adventure of Brave began in Scotland, where the mystery and majesty of the land fueled our imaginations. From haggis to highland games, creating this film truly changed our fate. On behalf of everyone at Pixar, we would like to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press for the incredible honor of this nomination.” Graham Broadbent, producer, Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (Best Picture – Comedy or Musical) “ Marigold seems to be turning in to the ‘little film that could’. We’ve had a wonderful ride — it’s been hugely enjoyed by audiences around the world, and that’s really enough for any filmmaker. We couldn’t be happier that the HFPA and SAG are remembering our film, all our cast, and particularly our two ‘international treasures’ Dames, Judi and Maggie. Ol Parker’s script and John Madden’s vision made an experience in the cinemas that was both emotional, transforming and very funny, and reminded audiences of an important universal message, ‘there’s more life to live’ — whatever your age. We are so pleased with our passionate partners at Fox Searchlight and Participant for the care they’ve given our film.” Chris Terrio, screenwriter, Argo (Best Screenplay) “Having a screenplay produced for the first time is a tremendous gift for any writer. To see the script directed by Ben, with the brilliant cast and crew he assembled, and then honored by the HFPA, feels like winning the screenwriter lottery.” Alexandre Desplat, composer, Argo (Best Original Score – Motion Picture) “It is an honor to be nominated again by the HFPA. Writing the score for Argo was a rare experience and I wish to thank Ben Affleck, George Clooney, Grant Heslov and Chay Carter for taking me onboard their flight to Iran. I want to share my nomination with all the brilliant musicians from all over the world who performed on my score.” RELATED ARTICLES: Golden Globes Unveil 70th Edition Nominees Globes Analysis: Hooper, Russell, De Niro Snubbed & Is Waltz Really A Supporting Actor? Matt Damon And Michael Douglas Mapped Out Their ‘Behind The Candelabra’ Love Scenes Like Football Plays

Matt Damon says Michael Douglas is a “wonderful” kisser. He also tells Playboy magazine that he and the veteran actor strategized their onscreen make-out sessions for Steven Soderbergh’ s Liberace movie for HBO, Behind The Candelabra , “like a football plan,” which scarily brings to mind John Madden and Al Michaels cavorting in Speedos while diagramming a play-action pass.  The Promised Land actor tells interviewer Stephen Rebello that he usually says no to nude scenes, “but I just did a lot of it playing the long-term partner of Liberace, Scott Thorson in Behind the Candelabra .”  He took the plunge, he explains, because Soderbergh, who directed Damon on the Oceans films and The Informant! was behind the camera and the scenes in question were “tastefully done.” And, really, who could resist being held firmly in the masculine arms of the silver-maned actor who played Gordon Gekko ? Damon, who plays the much younger lover of the flamboyant piano showman — the Norman Jean Roy photograph above, which appeared in Vanity Fair, shows them in character — says the movie will make some people uncomfortable because “you’re witnessing something really intimate you would normally see with a man and a woman, but instead it’s two men”. He, on the other hand, found the dynamic “thrilling” even though some of the more intimate scenes weren’t “the most natural thing in the world to do, though. Like, for one scene, I had to come out of a pool, go over to Michael, straddle him on a chaise longue and start kissing him. And throughout the script, it’s not like I kiss him just once. We drew it up like a football plan.” At least he didn’t make a pitcher/catcher reference. Damon goes on to say that he once asked the late Heath Ledger  how he managed the scene with Jake Gyllenhaal in Brokeback Mountain where to two men hungrily suck face.  Ledger’s response: “Well, mate, I drank half a case of beer in my trailer.”  Damon add that when he laughed at that response, Ledger told him: “No, I’m serious. I needed to just go for it. If you can’t do that, you’re not making the movie.” The conversation leads Rebello to ask Damon what it was like “when you and Ben Affleck were constantly asked if you were gay, back when you were starting your careers” “I never denied those rumors because I was offended and didn’t want to offend my friends who were gay—as if being gay were some kind of fucking disease,” Damon responds. “It put me in a weird position in that sense. The whole thing was just gross.” [ Playboy ] Follow Frank DiGiacomo on Twitter.  Follow Movieline on Twitter.

Christian Bale Gets Emotional Seeing Heath Ledger In ‘Dark Knight’ Montage

Actor chokes up after seeing late ‘Dark Knight’ co-star Ledger in clip at 2012 MTV Movie Awards. By John Mitchell Christian Bale on stage at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards Photo: Kevork Djansezian/ WireImage The cast of “The Dark Knight Rises” took the stage at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards to introduce an exclusive clip from the hotly anticipated summer blockbuster, but things took an unexpectedly emotional turn following a montage of director Christopher Nolan’s first two “Batman” films, which included scenes of the late Heath Ledger’s iconic performance as the Joker in “The Dark Knight.” At the clip’s conclusion, Christian Bale, flanked by his co-stars Gary Oldman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, stepped up to the mic and said, “Wow, great to remember Heath at that moment. Wonderful to see Heath Ledger there.” The Oscar-winning actor then lowered his head and appeared to get choked up as the audience applauded for Ledger, who died in January 2008 at age 28 from an acute intoxication from the combined effects of several prescription medications. A few months after his passing, “The Dark Knight” arrived in theaters to critical acclaim and enormous box-office success. Ledger’s performance in “The Dark Knight” won the actor a posthumous Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. After stepping back from the mic for a moment of silence, the actor wiped his nose and soldiered on. “The final chapter of ‘The Dark Knight’ has been written,” he continued, before deferring to Gordon-Levitt, who brought Nolan onstage to introduce the exclusive new peek at “The Dark Knight Rises.” Jaw-dropping, heart-pounding, gut-busting moments galore. Joker-Only Dark Knight Cut Really Showcases Heath Ledger’s Overacting

I know that it’s absolute heresy to so much as whisper the possibility that anything at all might be wrong with The Dark Knight , but a new supercut from the folks who brought us The King’s Speech: Just the Stammering goes a long way to spotlight one of the blockbuster’s weakest links: Heath Ledger. The late actor’s Oscar notwithstanding, is there any more glaringly showy, scenery-scarfing, overindulgent, “I am so bad! Look how bad I am!” villainy in the modern comic-book canon than Ledger’s turn as the Joker? How brainwashed were all of us four years ago when we walked out of Christopher Nolan’s spectacle thinking we’d seen the genre’s definitive evildoer, only to look back at this 10-and-a-half-minute showcase of cackling, lip-smacking, hand-clapping camp and wonder, “What was that? ” I mean, it’s fine! The movie’s good! I’m looking forward to The Dark Knight Rises , etc. etc. But keeping it to Academy Award-winning supporting actors alone, something tells me that we wouldn’t be cringing as much at all of Christoph Waltz’s bits standing apart from Inglourious Basterds , or every longing, bittersweet note of Christopher Plummer’s performance drawn out from Beginners . (Hint, hint. Someone should get on that.) [via thecussingchannel ]

SXSW’s Hot New Tech Trend: Homeless Wi-Fi Hubs

What could go wrong? Also: Ugh : “South By Southwest 2012 can be summarized thusly: An impossibly named marketing company called Bartle Bogle Hegarty is doing a little human science experiment called Homeless Hotspots . It gives out 4G hotspots to homeless people along with a promotional t-shirt. The shirt doesn’t say, ‘I have a 4G hotspot.’ It says, ‘I am a 4G hotspot.’ You can guess what happens next. You pay these homeless, human hotspots whatever you like, and then I guess you sit next to them and check your e-mail and whatnot. The digital divide has never hit us over the head with a more blunt display of unselfconscious gall.” [ ReadWriteWeb ]

Javier Bardem’s Skyfall Baddie Takes a Page From The Joker

In a step up from previous Skyfall publicity memes like #Banal007 and James Bond’s Big Gay Resort brochure , the Daily Mail has a glimpse at Javier Bardem in character as the film’s as-yet-unnamed villain. The catch: He’s in costume as a police officer. Where have we seen this before? As other observers have pointed out , the blockbuster-franchise-baddie-as-cop routine perhaps reached its zenith in The Dark Knight , featuring Heath Ledger’s Joker impersonating one of Gotham City’s finest before busting loose with an assassination attempt. Bardem’s character has the same malevolent scowl; I doubt he’s charged with issuing parking tickets on double parked Aston Martins, but who knows? [ Daily Mail via Cinema Blend ]
