Earlier, we reported that Jon is not allowed to see the kids and gunning for Kate in court. Now a new report suggests he’s after something besides custody: A cut of Kate Gosselin‘s paycheck for the new season of TLC’s Kate Plus 8! Although Jon isn’t on the show, and reportedly signed away control of his kids’ TV future in exchanged for reduced child support obligations, he wants to cash in . “Jon’s trying to get a percentage of Kate’s TLC salary for the new Kate Plus 8 episodes,” the insider said. “He has no stable job, no steady income.” “Now he’s trying to tell Kate that if she doesn’t give him a cut of the money, he will claim the kids hate filming and they are being forced to do it.” Kate’s calling that bluff, however. We have no doubt Jon is livid about their return to TV , but legally, he has no leg to stand on and she knows it. “He’s all bark and no bite,” the source said. “Kate has absolutely no intentions whatsoever of giving him any money. He doesn’t have any right to it anyway!” “He’s waived all his rights as a parent by forgoing all child support payments,” the source said. “Also, he isn’t going to court to fight for custody of the kids.” “He just uses that tactic to victimize himself so that the public feels bad for him.” Jon’s also banned from her home, apparently, so he’s got a lot to feel sorry for himself about. The ugliness has finally come to an end. Following a VERY bitter custody battle between the estranged couple, Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy have settled their legal differences and will both be closely involved in daughter Bryn’s life. The case was settled today in court, though specifics are unavailable at this time. Bethenny Frankel vs. Jason Hoppy: It’s Ugly! Said Hoppy’s lawyer, Bernard Clair, to People: “My client is delighted that this custody battle has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties’ child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle.” Late last month, details of Bethenny’s tear-induced testimony leaked out, with the former Real Housewife claiming Hoppy is out to destroy her . Clair told a judge that Bethenny only cares about herself and only uses her four-year old as a “prop” to help with publicity. Frankel, meanwhile, accused her ex of verbal abuse; of hacking into her email; and of recording their conversations. He would also leave “pee and poop in the toilet” as a nuisance, Frankel actually said. Bethenny, of course, rose to fame on The Real Housewives of New York City and then started her own very successful line of Skinnygirl Products. Tamra Barney Judge isn’t giving up hope when it comes to becoming a mom again with new husband Eddie Judge … even if he’s sort of lukewarm to the idea. The Real Housewives of Orange County star, whose ex-husband Simon Barney says she’s an unfit mother, is basically begging for another baby with Judge. Last night on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 9 Episode 4 , the topic came up and Tamra was adamant about where things stand. “I was thinking about our talk we had the other day about the baby,” she said. “You don’t have any children of your own and you’re okay with that?” Judge replied, “I think I will be.” When Barney pressed the issue and asked him, “What if I wanted to have one? Would you be okay with that?” Eddie hesitatingly replied, “Probably.” This is where it got awkward. Tamra Barney told the cameras that Judge had had a “$h!tty childhood” because he wasn’t raised by his own parents and is “afraid to be a father” as a result. Judge asked Tamra – mother of three minor children by Simon Barney as well as an adult son, Ryan Vieth – if she was serious about wanting another one. Barney said, “I kind of do.” Judge said , “Then let’s figure it out. What I’m not okay with is having to raise the child. I don’t have time for that. It’s not like his BMW.” Eddie quickly added, “You are talking about a lifetime commitment.” Barney said, “I know. I’ve had babies since I was 18 years old. You can thank Simon Barney for that. “I would love to have my kids with me all the time and sometimes I feel if Eddie and I had our own baby, that nobody could take it away from me,” she said. “I don’t have to share it and I wouldn’t only get to see it 50 percent of the time. I just want something of ours that Simon’s not going to take away from me.” As the episode ended, Judge told Barney he didn’t know how to raise a child and he’d need “100 percent of you to help me to raise a kid.
