Lindsay Lohan’s Big Polka Dot Breasts

Lindsay Lohan was back in court yesterday to find out wether or not she’s going back to jail to see all her inmate girlfriends, I bet the lady inmates were licking their chops in anticipation. I don’t know what the judge finally ruled, I can’t keep track of every one of her sentencing so I’m not even going to bother to try, but I do pay attention to her large breasts and what they happen to be wearing that day so here we go. Lindsay decided to cover the girls up with a conservative polka dot ensemble and it looks to me like she didn’t where a bra. FInally a wise decision.

T.I. Reprimanded in Prison After Tiny Attempts Hand Relief

Oft-incarcerated rapper T.I. got in serious trouble with prison officials after guards caught the famous inmate taking things too far during a visit from the wife. TMZ reports and T.I.’s wife Tiny (a.k.a. Tameka Cottle ) confirms that they were in a room alone together at the Arkansas State Prison when she made like MJ. We’re saying she started to beat it. It being him. BEST VISIT EVER : Unfortunately for T.I., it was soon cut short by pesky prison guards. No word if she also baked him a cake with a file inside . According to state prison guidelines, inmates are allowed to kiss and embrace at the beginning and at the end of a visit as well as hold hands in there. However, “the inmate’s hands must remain in plain view of staff at all times.” Same goes for the visitors. In his pants doesn’t cut it apparently. Tiny confirms that as a result of this stroke of bad luck, T.I. was sent to a

Ill. Inmate Died in Agony While Pleading for Help

For days before he died in a federal prison, Adam Montoya pleaded with guards to be taken to a doctor, pressing a panic button in his cell over and over to summon help that never came. An autopsy concluded that the 36-year-old inmate suffered from no fewer than three serious illnesses — cancer, hepatitis and HIV. The cancer ultimately killed him, causing his spleen to burst. Montoya bled to death internally. But the coroner and a pathologist were more stunned by another finding: The only medication in his system was a trace of over-the-counter pain reliever. That means Montoya, imprisoned for a passing counterfeit checks, had been given nothing to ease the excruciating pain that no doubt wracked his body for days or weeks before death. “He shouldn't have died in agony like that,” Coroner Dennis Conover said. “He had been out there long enough that he should have at least died in the hospital.” The FBI recently completed an investigation into Montoya's death and gave its findings to the Justice Department, which is reviewing the case. If federal prosecutors conclude that Montoya's civil rights were violated, they could take action against the prison, its guards, or both. A Justice Department spokesman declined to comment, saying that the matter was still being investigated. The coroner said guards should have been aware that something was seriously wrong with the inmate. And outside experts agree that the symptoms of cancer and hepatitis would have been hard to miss: dramatic weight loss, a swollen abdomen, yellow eyes. Story continues below More below Advertisement | ad info Sponsored links Marketplace During Montoya's final days, he “consistently made requests to the prison for medical attention, and they wouldn't give it to him,” said his father, Juan Montoya, who described how his son repeatedly punched the panic button. Three inmates corroborated that account in interviews with The Associated Press. The younger Montoya was taken to the prison clinic one day for “maybe five, 10 minutes,” his father said. “And they gave him Tylenol, and that was it. He suffered a lot.” The federal prison in Pekin will not discuss Montoya's death. Prison spokesman Jay Henderson referred questions to the Bureau of Prisons, which denied an AP request for information on Montoya's medical condition, citing privacy laws. It isn't clear whether the prison system, relatives or even Montoya himself knew the full extent of his illness. Montoya's father had no idea his son had cancer or hepatitis. Inmates who knew him said he told them he had cancer, but they knew nothing of his HIV. (a lot more @ link) added by: Omnomynous

Defense: seeing my clients tattoos violates his right to fair trial

SALT LAKE CITY — Defense attorneys believe that the tattoos that have become synonymous with Curtis Allgier — who is accused in the killing of a corrections officer — may put the man at risk of an unfair trial. Allgier, 30, “is covered from head to toe in tattoos,” the defense motion states. His eyes peer out in the midst of the words “Skin Head,” numerous swastikas and myriad other white supremacy and neo-Nazi symbols. Defense attorneys want to cover up his many tattoos, and defense attorney Ralph Dellapiana said they're “pretty much stuck with heavy makeup” when it comes to options. It is the tattoos on his face, neck, chest, arms and hands that the defense is concerned about, saying that allowing the tattoos to remain visible would be “prejudicial and would violate his due process right to a fair trial.” Dellapiana said the motion was filed because they want to avoid associations with Adolf Hitler, which they believe may be triggered by the swastikas. “If that's how they start off the case, thinking about Curtis Allgier like he's some monster equivalent to Adolf Hitler, then they're not going to be able to keep an open mind about the facts of the case,” he said. The defense want the jury to be able to hear the facts of the case and come to know Allgier as a person without being distracted by the tattoos. Dellapiana acknowledged, though, that there isn't a lot of guidance from similar cases and he isn't sure what the judge will do with the motion. The defense was apparently alerted to the issue by way of reader comments on Internet news stories. “Counsel for defendant have noted that since defendant was arrested on this case, numerous public comments to news stories about defendant have focused on defendant's neo-Nazi and white-supremacy tattoos and made comments that were vulgar and derogatory,” the motion states. Allgier's appearance and his white-supremacist beliefs caused a stir as recently as April after the inmate scheduled a wedding on Hitler's birthday that was later canceled. The defense then states that while covering the tattoos would “substantially change Allgier's appearance from the way he looked” on the day he allegedly shot and killed officer Stephen Anderson, 60, and potentially impact the state's case, the potential prejudice in Allgier's case would outweigh the issues a cover-up would cause the state. Allgier is charged with capital murder in the death of Anderson, and prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty. He is facing a number of other charges, including aggravated escape, aggravated robbery and three counts of aggravated attempted murder — all first-degree felonies. Prosecutors contend that Allgier stole Anderson's gun, shot him, carjacked a vehicle and then led police on a chase in which he twice tried to run over a deputy who was setting up road spikes before trying to kill a restaurant worker and customer at an Arby's restaurant. No trial date has been scheduled, but his next court appearance is set for Sept. 1. http://www.deseretnews.com/article/700037680/Defense-wants-Allgiers-tats-covered… added by: Stoneyroad

Who Can Visit Lil Wayne In Jail, And When?

Inmates at Rikers Island can refuse visitors — fans take note! By Jayson Rodriguez New York’s Rikers Island Prison Photo: MTV News Once Lil Wayne has turned himself in to begin his one-year prison sentence in New York, his label, the Miami-based Cash Money outfit, is expected to relocate its operations to the Big Apple both to be closer to its franchise artist and to show him support. That support, one assumes, will include plenty of visits to Wayne on Rikers Island, where the rapper will reside at the Eric M. Taylor Center, according to a corrections officer who spoke with MTV News. According to the New York City Department of Correction Web site , the rapper is afforded a number of visitation options during his incarceration. Each week, inmates are permitted two visits, which can last up to an hour and occur any day of the week except Monday and Tuesday, when the facility is closed to all visits. On those days when visitors are welcomed, hours for visits range from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Within those options lie scheduling blocks dictated by a sliding-scale that is determined by the first letter of a prisoner’s last name. The schedule is available by accessing the DOC Web site. For instance, next week (the week of March 14) inmates whose last names begin with the letters A-L, which would include Lil Wayne (real name: Dwayne Carter), are permitted visitors on Sunday and Wednesday only (on Friday each week all prisoners are permitted visitors). The following week (beginning March 21), inmates whose last names begin with the letters A-L have just Thursday allocated for visitors. During the following week (beginning March 28), Lil Wayne will have Sunday and Wednesday available for visitors. People who wish to visit inmates on Rikers Island don’t have to register ahead of time to schedule trips to the prison. The DOC advises visitors to take public transportation to the compound, although a small amount of parking spaces are available. And while anyone can visit, the inmate must approve the visitation, and the facility’s security personnel have the authority to reject any potential visitor (fans take note). Once visitors arrive at the facility, they are directed to the Central Visit Control Building, where they must complete a registration form and pass through a number of security clearances. Visitors must go through a metal detector and all of their items will be searched. In addition, visitors may also be selected for an ION Scan Test, which checks for the presence of narcotics or explosives. Canine searches may also be performed as well. Once the security posts are cleared, visitors then wait to be transported by shuttle to the specific prison (there are nine different jail houses on Rikers Island) that houses the inmate they came to see. Three visitors at a time are permitted to visit inmates; visits by an attorney, counselor, religious adviser or member of the media do not count toward the imprisoned person’s visits per week. Conjugal visits are not permitted unless the inmate is married to the visitor. During visits, inmates and family or friends can chat, and items can be given to incarcerated individuals; clothes are primarily permissible items. For Wayne, his visits may be the the only time he gets to interact with individuals beyond the guards assigned to protect his safety. A corrections officer, who didn’t wish to be identified because of the classified information he shared, told MTV News late last month that the rapper will be placed in a unit with inmates that meet a certain classification. “He’ll be housed with inmates who are classified in his category, and he’ll be able to be a regular inmate,” the guard said. “He’ll be able to watch television, go into the day room and congregate with people of his classification.”It’s a high-class area where he will be segregated from [the general] population,” the guard added.
