Makaveli’s friend is now accused of setting him up. As spotted on  HipHopDX (Riker’s Island isn’t a state prison by the way) Dexter Isaac alleges that Pac’s one time ally orchestrated the hit which left “I Get Around” rapper shot five times. In a recent interview with Gully TV  he reveals Live Squad member Randy “Stretch” Walker was paid by Jimmy Henchmen for his participation. “Stretch set the whole thing up. He was in cahoots and was giving us the play-by-play” he asserted in the audio clip. “He was in communication with Jimmy [Henchman] who had promised him a quarter brick of cocaine.” Later in the interview he also says he approached Walter “King Tut” Johnson for lying that he took part in the robbery. “We sat down and talked and he couldn’t answer. What jewelry was taken m*****f*****, describe the jewelry, what was taken? How did it go down? And this m*****f***** couldn’t say s***.” On November 30, 1994 while entering the lobby of the facility Tupac was robbed and shot by three men. It should be noted that Stretch was with Tupac but was not armed and therefore could not intervene. He was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. The next day he checked himself out of the hospital against doctor’s orders. He then showed up court in a wheelchair to receive his sentencing for the sexual assault case. In an interview with Vibe Shakur would later point blame at Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy for letting him walk into certain doom since they were recording there that night too. Later he would hint at Jimmy Henchman’s involvement on “Against All Odds”. Additionally it is widely believed Stretch was addressed on “Holla At Me” for his betrayal. “How could you do me like that? / I took your family in / I put some cash in your pocket / Made you a man again / And now you let the fear put your ass in a place / Complicated to escape, it’s a fools fate / Without your word, you’re a shell of a man /I  lost respect for you ni*** / We can never be friends.” Ironically Stretch was killed in a drive by shooting a year to the date of the Quad Studios incident fueling rumors that the slaying was payback for being conspirator in the sneak attack. In 2011 Dexter Isaac confessed to the robbery claiming Jimmy Henchmen paid him $2,500 dollars for the hit. You can listen to the interview below where he also describes the jewelry taken from Tupac. He Got Time Today, Cuz: Mogul Murderer Jimmy Henchmen Hit With Second Life Sentence

James “Jimmy Henchmen” Rosemond Gets Second Life Sentence For Murder Conspiracy No need for calendar… Via NYPost A Manhattan federal judge on Tuesday sentenced James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond — already serving a life sentence for running a drug empire — to a second life term in prison for his December conviction as mastermind of the 2009 Bronx murder of Bloods street gang member Lowell Fletcher. Judge Colleen McMahon called Rosemond’s crimes “heinous” but lamented to the 50-year-old that “there’s nothing I can do to alter your fate.” Rosemond — who declined to address McMahon before being sentenced — targeted Fletcher for his affiliation with the rap group G-Unit, with which Rosemond had been feuding. Rosemond wanted someone to pay for his teen son being slapped by G-Unit co-founder Tony Yayo in 2007, authorities said. The attack on Rosemond’s then-14-year-old son occurred after Yayo, fellow co-founder 50 Cent and others in the G-Unit crew spotted him in Manhattan wearing a shirt that advertised his father’s rival music management company, Czar Entertainment, police sources said. Yayo, whose real name is Marvin Bernard, was harassing the kid at the direction of 50 Cent, allegedly showing a gun tucked into his waistband. He then pushed the kid up against a wall, started asking him why he was wearing the shirt and smacked him. Just another day for Jimmy. Image via AP

It’s Murrrrrdaaaa: Convicted Drug “Czar” Jimmy Henchmen Has Been Officially Indicted For The Murder Of 50 Cent’s Partner!

Is there a crime that this ninja HASN’T committed??? James “Jimmy Henchmen” Rosemond Indicted For Murder They called him Jimmy Henchman — the man with the Teflon reputation, tied for years to the feud that led to the murders of two legends of the hip-hop world. But on Friday, officials in Manhattan said the man, James Rosemond, was being charged with arranging the murder of an associate of the rapper 50 Cent. The news came less than three weeks after Mr. Rosemond was convicted of running a multimillion-dollar cocaine ring. In an indictment announced on Friday, Mr. Rosemond, 47, was charged with conspiring with five other men to kill the associate, Lowell Fletcher, in 2009. “This has not been a good month for Jimmy the Henchman,” Raymond W. Kelly, the New York police commissioner, said in a statement. He said the murder of Mr. Fletcher had been retaliation for an assault on Mr. Rosemond’s son. Messages left for Mr. Rosemond’s lawyer were not returned. Mr. Rosemond, who ran a management company, Czar Entertainment, is perhaps best known for accusations that have trailed him since the killings of the rap music luminaries Tupac Shakur and Christopher Wallace, better known as the Notorious B.I.G., in the mid-1990s. Mr. Rosemond has denied involvement in the bitter feud that led to their shootings. Preet Bharara, the United States attorney in Manhattan, said Mr. Rosemond and the five other defendants had “operated like a mini-gang, allegedly committing a revenge killing, and a host of drug and firearms offenses.” A seventh man was also charged with firearms and narcotics offenses but not murder. For those that are unaware of the circumstances surrounding Mr. Fletcher’s death… Mr. Fletcher was shot to death on the evening of Sept. 27, 2009, near Jerome and Mount Eden Avenues in the Mount Eden neighborhood of the Bronx. Mr. Rosemond and another man hired at least two of the defendants to kill Mr. Fletcher in exchange for drugs, according to the indictment in United States District Court in Manhattan. Jimmy, you’re down for the count. We’re sure that 50 is somewhere poppin’ bottles to your demise. Source
