He Got Time Today, Cuz: Mogul Murderer Jimmy Henchmen Hit With Second Life Sentence

James “Jimmy Henchmen” Rosemond Gets Second Life Sentence For Murder Conspiracy No need for calendar… Via NYPost A Manhattan federal judge on Tuesday sentenced James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond — already serving a life sentence for running a drug empire — to a second life term in prison for his December conviction as mastermind of the 2009 Bronx murder of Bloods street gang member Lowell Fletcher. Judge Colleen McMahon called Rosemond’s crimes “heinous” but lamented to the 50-year-old that “there’s nothing I can do to alter your fate.” Rosemond — who declined to address McMahon before being sentenced — targeted Fletcher for his affiliation with the rap group G-Unit, with which Rosemond had been feuding. Rosemond wanted someone to pay for his teen son being slapped by G-Unit co-founder Tony Yayo in 2007, authorities said. The attack on Rosemond’s then-14-year-old son occurred after Yayo, fellow co-founder 50 Cent and others in the G-Unit crew spotted him in Manhattan wearing a shirt that advertised his father’s rival music management company, Czar Entertainment, police sources said. Yayo, whose real name is Marvin Bernard, was harassing the kid at the direction of 50 Cent, allegedly showing a gun tucked into his waistband. He then pushed the kid up against a wall, started asking him why he was wearing the shirt and smacked him. Just another day for Jimmy. Image via AP

Hide Ya Kids?? Drug Dealer Jimmy Henchmen Says Feds Questioned Him About Diddy Chopping Down Underaged Boys!

Touch that, touch that touch that??? Jimmy Henchmen Questioned By Feds About Diddy Having Sex With Underaged Boys Via SmokingGun During a debriefing session with federal investigators, James Rosemond, the music manager-turned-cocaine kingpin, was reportedly questioned about the sexual preferences of entertainers, including whether Sean “Diddy” Combs was “having sexual relationships with under age boys,” according to a U.S. District Court filing. In an affidavit included as part of a new trial motion filed last month, Rosemond recounted his involvement in a series of nine pre-trial “proffer” sessions in late-2011. The meetings were attended by Rosemond, his lawyers, federal prosecutors, and Drug Enforcement Administration and Internal Revenue Service agents. The purpose of the meetings was to allow federal investigators to question Rosemond, 48, about his criminal activities and evaluate whether he should be offered a cooperation agreement in advance of his narcotics trafficking trial. Facing overwhelming evidence of his guilt, Rosemond’s best chance of avoiding life in prison was to strike a deal with Department of Justice lawyers. So did Jimmy tell the fuzz that Diddy had a cravin’ for kids?? The confrontational sessions turned “awkward,” Rosemond stated, when an investigator showed him “naked pictures” of different women. The purpose of this purported investigative technique is not revealed in Rosemond’s affidavit. A prosecutor, Rosemond continued, then “asked about entertainers sexual preferences, including, but not only, Sean Combs having sexual relationships with under age boys.” Again, Rosemond provided no context for these alleged queries. During Rosemond’s trial, Shargel complained to Judge John Gleeson that federal prosecutors and agents were only seeking “trophies” when they questioned Rosemond about celebrities during the proffer sessions. And, when Rosemond provided nothing of substance on the high-profile figures, “disappointed” investigators rejected his client’s bid for a cooperation deal. Prosecutors countered Shargel’s claim, declaring that Rosemond was untrustworthy and lied during the debriefing sessions. Wonder if Jimmy knows something and is just protecting his “cordial” friend, or if he’s just protecting himself from the goons that Diddy might have in the hoosegow… Image via Handout/tumblr

David Tyree, Super Bowl XLII Hero on Gay Marriage: A Step Toward Anarchy!

New England Patriots fans already hate David Tyree, the former Giants wide receiver whose miraculous catch in Super Bowl XLII enabled New York to pull off a major upset. Now, Pats’ fans will likely have some company. In an interview with National Organization for Marriage, Tyree took a controversial stance on gay marriage. If the institution is ever opened up to homosexuals, the wideout said: “This will be the beginning of our country sliding toward… it’s a strong word, but anarchy… “How can marriage be marriage for thousands of years and now all the sudden because a minority, an influential minority, has a push or agenda… and totally reshapes something that was not founded in our country.” Note : Tyree is African-American. Interracial marriage was illegal in the United States until 1967. Seems worth mentioning.

Dexter Isaac: I Killed Tupac Shakur!

Have we finally learned who killed Tupac Shakur? The rapper was gunned down in Las Vegas 17 years ago, though the case has remained unsolved ever since. Today, however, Dexter Isaac – an inmate in jail for murder – allegedly confessed to AllHipHop dot com. He says he was paid $2,500 to rob the iconic artist. “In 1994, James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac Shakur at the Quad Studio,” Isaac claims. “He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewelry I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself. It was the biggest of the two diamond rings that we took. He said he wanted to put the stone in a new setting for his girlfriend at the time, Synthia Ried. I still have as proof the chain that we took that night in the robbery. “I want to apologize to his family and for the mistake I did for that sucker.” Why did Isaac go on record now? Because the statute of limitations on the crime has expired. Do you believe he killed Tupac?
