The Bachelorette Season Finale Recap: Who Did Andi Dorfman Choose?!

The Bachelorette finale is upon us, and it’s shaping up to be one for the ages. Or as Chris Harrison would say, like nothing we’ve seen in Bachelorette history. Andi Dorfman, the beautiful and charming Atlanta attorney, spent the past two months on ABC whittling down 25 suitors to just Nick Viall and Josh Murray. Did she give the final rose to Viall, the quirky, regular looking 33-year-old software sales exec with the undeniable mental and physical connection with her? Or did it go to Murray, the affable, 29-year-old brother of Aaron Murray and financial services rep who was pegged as her type from the start and still is? Will The Bachelorette spoilers be proven correct, or was there a twist? Did the producers conduct an elaborate ruse to throw the Internet off the scent? After both upstanding gentlemen met her parents, and some serious hemming and hawing, Andi faced a difficult choice, but one she felt was right. So who got the rose, and did they get engaged? And what was in that note Chris gave to Andi?! Let’s break the finale and aftermath down right here and now, card-carrying members of Bachelor Nation. The winner of The Bachelorette Season 10 is … Josh Murray! Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray: A Bachelorette Romance 1. Josh and Andi Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray on The Bachelorette. They are a great-looking duo. It wasn’t an easy decision for Andi, and Nick Viall certainly gave Josh Murray a run for his money over the course of The Bachelorette Season 10. Both men earned stamps of approval from Andi’s family, further complicating her choice. After dates with both men, Andi chose Josh Murray because Nick Viall didn’t know how to have fun. Okay, so that’s a gross oversimplification, but when she broke up with him–after showing up on his doorstep when he was expecting a visit from Neil Lane–the reason she gave for not choosing him was that if they ended up together, their lives would be over-analyzing and over-thinking everything. She’s not wrong. With Josh, however, things were easy. He was capable of being serious and letting loose. During their final moment, just before he proposed, Andi said that she’d loved him from the moment she laid eyes on him. Oh yes, you read that right: Andi Dorfman is engaged to Josh Murray! And Nick Viall is heartbroken. So heartbroken he’s been trying to get a sit-down with Andi since she dumped him and when she refused to talk to him, he wrote her a note. The same note which Chris Harrison delivered during last weeks’ Men Tell All special. Will it matter? Probably not. Josh Murray is the one she loves.

The Bachelorette Spoilers: What’s in the Note?!

Between an awkward live ultrasound, a stage-crashing Canadian and a rehashing of this summer’s racism scandal, The Bachelorette: Men Tell All episode had it all. The quasi-reunion show featured so many twists that one of the most dramatic segments was buried in the show’s credits and almost overlooked. The Bachelorette Clip – The Note Usually, the credit roll slot features some quality bloopers from that week. Fun stuff, to be sure, but nothing impactful. Not the case at all last night. Instead, we saw host Chris Harrison enter Andi Dorfman’s dressing room (or sitting area, or something) to present her with note from one of her final two. His tone was serious, as was the look on Dorfman’s face. It’s hard to glean much from the brief clip, but this didn’t look like the glowing Andi we saw last night, but rather a conflicted, emotionally drained Andi. “Between you and I, you should read it,” Chris said, handing a folded-up piece of notebook paper to Bachelorette Andi, who looked on with grave concern. You don’t need The Bachelorette spoilers to tell you that this didn’t necessarily take place during the Men Tell All special, despite it being packaged that way. Andi’s wearing a different dress than she did on Monday’s show. In fact, it looks a lot like the one she’s wearing in the new season finale promo (below). This would imply the note was delivered before the proposal … The Bachelorette Season 10 Finale Sneak Preview The timeline is the real key here. Is it possible that the Andi-Chris note exchange did take place before or after an outfit change at the Men Tell All special? Obviously, but it’s not a given is our point. With all the rumors swirling around the finale, namely the runner-up still pining for Andi and/or the winner cheating on Andi , the note is all the more interesting. So what’s in it? Here are some theories: Assuming this was presented after the finale, the Season 10 runner-up is begging Andi to pull a Jason Mesnick and change her mind. Assuming the note was given to her prior to her final decision, it could the end of Nick’s book, a fairy tale which he notably left blank. Or, rather than an illustration of Prince Nick getting down on one knee, perhaps Josh is reassuring her for the 20th time that he loves her. It’s something regarding the lie detector test results, which would be beyond lame but not out of the question for the show in question. The most likely scenario, given The Bachelorette spoilers we’ve read, seems like #1 … though the dress and the timeline skew make it far from clear. And the Winner is? The Bachelorette Season 10 Episode 9 Recap: Who Made Andi’s Final Two?

It’s Fantasy Suite time on The Bachelorette and Andi Dorfman is ready to get down to business with her final three guys … possibly in more ways than one. Did Nick Viall, Josh Murray and/or Chris Soules get invited in for an overnight date? What happened behind closed doors? Who said what that surprised her? Most significantly, who advanced to the season finale in two weeks? As always, if you read The Bachelorette spoilers , you know the answer … or at least what we thought was the answer going in. Now, without further ado, on to THG’s The Bachelorette recap! Andi Dorfman is really, really excited to be in the Dominican Republic because it’s just SO romantic. She’s so excited she decided to don a bikini for the first time in her two-season stint on The Bachelor franchise. Nick Viall gets the first date in the Dominican Republic and after making out in a helicopter tour, he and Andi embark on a private island for a day together. They swim, they snack, they snorkel, and Nick TOTALLY BLOWS IT when he tries to tell Andi he loves her. He just can’t bring himself to say it out loud. During their dinner together, Nick brings out a book he wrote for Andi. It’s a fairy tale of their journey together with pages at the end left blank so they can continue the story together. After she invites him to the Fantasy Suite, he tells her he loves her. Andi looks pleased as punch to now have three guys in love with her. For her second date in the DR, Andi and Josh walk around the capitol city where he impresses her with his fluency in Spanish and she treats him to a little league baseball game before telling her he loves her like he’s said it a million times. Unlike Nick. Their dinner date turns a little more serious as Andi and Josh discuss what kind of parents they’ll be and Josh says he can see her as his wife. Hopefully that’s enough seriousness for Andi to know that Josh isn’t just a goofy jock. She invites him to the Fantasy Suite, too, and he accepts. For her third date in the Dominican Republic, Andi Dorfman takes Chris Soules horseback riding through the Dominican Republic where he marvels at their lack of modern farming techniques and reliance on doing everything by hand circa the 1930s. After telling him that his family was so inviting and genuine, they play Ghosts in the Graveyard. Andi isn’t sure that Chris should get an invitation to the Fantasy Suite and is waiting on a sign of some sort to tell her what to do. They talk more about Iowa and how it would be a huge transition for Andi to move there and Chris says that he’s in love with her. She says she’s just not sure she feels the same way, or anywhere close to that. (What is wrong with her?!? IS SHE BLIND?!? Farmer Chris is HOT HOT HOT!) Her head and heart just don’t match up so rather than make him wait for a rose ceremony, Andi’s sending Chris home. He just wins even more points by telling her that she’s doing the right thing if her feelings aren’t there. Before the rose ceremony, Andi sits down with Chris Harrison to talk about how she has two guys in front of her who are both so different but whom she likes equally as well. While the rose ceremony is a formality, it’s one she has to go through because there’s always a chance that these two guys who are IN LOVE WITH HER could say “nah, JK! Don’t want your rose!” Both Nick and Josh accept Andi’s rose and her invitation to meet her family. Her dad’s a tough nut to crack, so that should be interesting! Intriguing as that sounds, this bold proclamation overlooks the fact that … The Bachelorette spoilers have been out there for months The biggest ring in show history just isn’t that interesting Perhaps the most eye-catching part of this cover, besides the beauty of Andi Dorfman, is the allegation that a “Fantasy Suite Shocker” swayed the results. Given what we’ve seen in this week’s preview, that wouldn’t be altogether surprising … not that anyone but Andi would necessarily know either way. As for the rest of the article, SPOILERS after the jump: Josh Murray, the purported winner of The Bachelorette Season 10, is engaged to our fair Atlanta A.D.A., and possibly cheating on Andi Dorfman . Nick Viall: The Bachelorette Front-Runner Again After Josh Murray Misstep?

Nick Viall may be back in the driver’s seat on The Bachelorette after last night, which saw the self-proclaimed frontrunner smooth things over with Andi Dorfman. Meanwhile, Josh Murray seemed to take a step backward (though he did get a rose) and secret admirer Chris Soules is looking like the season’s dark horse. “Nick brought the passion and made me feel so special,” writes Andi Dorfman on her weekly blog, which is free of The Bachelorette spoilers but still telling. “My favorite kiss of the day was when we were floating underneath the famous Bridge of Sighs [where] you’re supposed to have eternal love.” “I had always felt a mental and physical connection with Nick and today was no different. This was the Nick that I have loved getting to know.” As for how Nick Viall handled his less-than-stellar performance on the previous week’s group date, and the allegations of arrogance by his co-stars? “I had my concerns with Nick from the previous week because he seemed to not be getting along with the guys, which was a major turnoff,” says Andi . “Nick actually owned up to his part of the drama. He explained that he was confident, not arrogant, in the relationship that we had been building.” “As if the night couldn’t have gone any better, Nick got all nervous and started mumbling his words and I knew something big was coming.” “When he finally found his courage, he told me that he was falling in love. I was so happy that Nick was allowing himself to have those feelings for me.” Watch The Bachelorette Season 10 Episode 6 Online Things didn’t go as perfectly for Josh Murray , who was far from pleased about having to take a lie detector test on the group date, even if Andi tore up the results! “There’s a big part of me that understood why he didn’t like the lie detector test but it wasn’t as if I had even read his results,” acknowledges Dorfman. “I wanted it to be fun, but it clearly frustrated Josh, which in turn frustrated me because I had just come off such a great date with him in Marseilles.” “There were some good parts of the conversation that you didn’t get to see, but I still walked away from my conversation with Josh feeling defeated and confused.” As for Chris Soules, who was revealed as Andi’s “secret admirer”? “He kept telling me he had a secret to tell me, and I knew that he was the secret admirer! He was so cute when he finally told me!” Dorfman gushed. “It allowed me to, again, see how romantic, thoughtful and most of all, how attentive he was. He was definitely deserving of the group-date rose! Not so lucky in love last night? Cody Sattler. Despite being “one of the most genuine and grateful guys I have ever met,” Andi was just not feeling it. “I hate hurting anyone’s feelings and that night I knew I was hurting Cody and it was breaking my heart. I can’t say enough kind things about Cody,” she says. “I really had to go with my instincts. The Bachelorette Andi Dorfman’s final rose ceremony isn’t for another few weeks, but the spoilers regarding her final pick have already leaked to the web. Our girl’s final pick is the focal point of some shady dealings, too. The Bachelorette rumor mill is churning hardcore today with speculation that he is already running around behind Andi’s back with his previous squeeze. His own social media footprint seems to corroborate this, no less. Is the alleged “evidence” of the winner and his ex-girlfriend a sign that it’s already over with Andi? Or a harbinger of worse things to come for them? We can’t say. We’ll leave it to you to draw your own conclusion. We’ll reiterate that The Bachelorette spoilers appear below, and if you don’t want to know who Andi picks, you best turn back right here, right now. Okay? We good? Nice. Now then … According to The Bachelorette spoilers posted by Reality Steve, who is almost never wrong except when he’s very wrong, Andi chooses Josh Murray. Well, Josh is still in contact with his ex-girlfriend Brittany McCord, and they’ve been communicating on Snapchat, as Steve proved via a screen grab. Not only do they chat, but, Josh interacts more with Brittany than Andi on there, which doesn’t exactly help quell the obligatory cheating rumors. We repeat, Snapchat lists one’s preferred interaction partners in order, and Brittany is leading Andi. That’s as substantive as the “evidence” gets. [No word on whether his handle is supposed to read Scoop It, Son or Scoop, It’s On. Or what adult woman actually picks out the name britty_baby2.] There’s also this, which may or may not erase some of the doubts about Josh: She wished him well on the show and dubbed herself Team Josh … So yeah, there’s that. And it gets weirder. Other reports claim she recently went on a date with Josh’s younger brother Aaron Murray as well, so maybe she just stalks his family in general. Either way, we’d watch out for Brittany McCord if we were Andi Dorfman , and delete the dude’s Snapchat app as soon as the season finale airs. If they’re even together by then.
