James Safechuck, one of Michael Jackson’s molestation accusers, says the King of Pop used secret code words for the sex acts they allegedly engaged in. Safechuck says Jackson wanted a full-blown relationship with him, keeping him out of school and performing a full-on wedding ceremony with the boy. If it’s even possible, the allegations actually get worse. He says Jackson took him to a place nicknamed “The Hideout” in Century City to drink sweet, pink wine and watch porn of small children masturbating. On a bizarre note, Safechuck says at one point he developed a crush on Sheryl Crow, who was one of Jackson’s backup singers … and Michael was furious. Showing him unflattering pictures of Crow without makeup, a jealous Jackson clearly tried to dissuade the youngster from these heterosexual tendencies. When he reached puberty, he says, the abuse ceased. The allegations against Jackson, who long denied child molestation claims while he was alive and whose estate continues to do so now, show no sign of doing so. For the past several months, Sherri Shepherd has been involved in one of the strangest celebrity custody disputes in recent memory. It began when Shepherd and Lamar Sally split up back in May. It was particularly bad timing, as a surrogate was several months pregnant with the couple’s child. Earlier today, that surrogate gave birth to a baby boy. Shepherd was not on hand for the delivery, and reportedly wants no part in raising the child. Immediately after their split (which may have been the result of Lamar’s infidelity), Sally and Shepherd fought for custody , with each side wanting to limit the other’s rights to supervised visitations. Suddenly and unexpectedly, however, Shepherd changed her tune and stated that she wanted nothing to do with the child, as she believed it was always Sally’s plan to divorce her and receive child support payments. Now that the baby is born, Shepherd seems intent on sticking to her plan. She reportedly made no effort to be present for the delivery in Pennsylvania. Fortunately, sources say that Sally is thrilled to be a new dad. Shepherd already has a child from her previous marriage. After marrying singer-songwriter Josh Kelley in 2007, Katherine Heigl says they started discussing family plans inspired by her sister, who was adopted from South Korea. “My family had its own unique look,” the former Grey’s Anatomy actress says. “I wanted the one I began with my husband to have the same look, in a way.” The couple adopted daughter Naleigh, now 5, in 2009, and Heigl soon found herself caught up in balancing her new baby girl and being a working mom . “I would come home angry and frustrated that I’d missed everything with my kid that day,” she recalls in an interview with Good Housekeeping . “I didn’t get to wake her up from her nap or do bath time or bedtime. I’d have to sneak into her room and kiss her when she was sleeping, hoping not to wake her.” Eventually, the desire to spend time with her child was too strong and Heigl took a leave of absence, before signing off permanently, from Grey’s . “I felt like my priorities were messed up . I was putting so much time and energy into just my work, but I was raised [to believe] that family comes first,” Heigl says. The star, who returns to TV this fall in NBC’s State of Affairs , welcomed home a second adopted daughter, Adalaide, from Louisiana two years ago. Now the family of four reside in Utah, where the couple got married six and a half years ago, and Heigl can’t envision raising her children anywhere else. “We had big dreams of expanding our family, moving to the mountains and having a quieter life,” Katherine Heigl says of the Kelley clan’s future. 15 Celebrity Moms We Love 1. Jill Kelley – the Tampa socialite who complained to the FBI about threatening emails sent her way by Paula Broadwell – is suing the FBI and the Department of Defense. In documents filed yesterday, she claims that the government agencies violated her rights while investigating what turned out to be Broadwell’s affair with David Petraeus . By exposing her name as the whistleblower, Kelley and her husband say the FBI and DoD ruined their social lives and their connections, both of which are keys to their earning potential. “There was no legally acceptable reason for the government to disclose confidential information about the Kelleys and thereby make them part of the public scandal,” reads the lawsuit. Details about the the couple’s personal lives and their fiscal troubles were widely reported, it adds. “Mrs. Kelley’s reputation is indelibly tainted. She is consistently referred to as the ‘center’ of the ‘sex scandal’ and is often portrayed as the woman who brought down two American generals. As a result, she — the victim and a participant in none of the bad acts in the sex scandal — has shouldered the blame as the villain in the generals’ downfall.” Kelley now says she’s a fighter for greater Internet privacy, telling The Huffington Post in a statement that her experience here “made me an advocate for privacy rights for every American.” The Justice Department has 60 days to respond to this lawsuit.
