Camille Grammer is going through an awful lot these days. The former reality star was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in October and underwent an emergency, radical hysterectomy as a result. Just days later, Grammer alleges that boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos abused her inside a Houston hotel room and she’s pushing police to file assault charges against her now-ex. But at least Camille has a few Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in her corner. “All of the ladies – from Kyle, Kim, Lisa, Brandi and Yolanda – called me after my endometrial cancer diagnosis was made public,” Grammer tells Radar Online. “It meant so much to me, and I had great conversations with each of them.” Camille is no longer a cast member on this Bravo hit, of course. But that made the gesture of her ex-colleagues all the more meaningful. “It’s so nice that even though I’m no longer on the show, they took the time to reach out,” she says. “It’s like I have always said, when the chips were down, all of the bickering and fighting was set aside when something majored happened in our lives, we rallied around that person. “It’s truly a sisterhood.” Camille Grammer Obtains Restraining Order Over next few weeks, Grammer will start a grueling round of radiation and chemotherapy in order to prevent the cancer from returning. But at least she’ll have a certain program to keep her company: Season 6 of the series kicked off last night. “Of course I will be watching! I will always be a huge fan of the show, and want to know what is going on with the ladies,” Camille gushed. “With that being said, I don’t have any desire to go back on the show.”

When asked if Team Pusha T would indulge in a rap beef and aim a dis record at Lil Wayne, he downplayed the importance of a response record and stressed the need for a good record. “The only way that we can respond is make great records, and nobody is gonna beat me at that,” The-Dream told MTV News when we caught up with him in Hollywood last week. The-Dream helped Pusha put together his latest single “Exodus 23:1,” the Notorious B.I.G.-inspired track that many believe is aimed at Lil Wayne. Weezy himself took offense and on May 25, just days after Push’s track hit the Net, released “Ghoulish” in response. “F— Pusha T and everybody that love ’em,” Tunechi rapped at the top of the Swizz Beatz-produced record. The-Dream, who has been working with Pusha on his upcoming solo album, said that “Exodus 23:1” wasn’t meant to be a YMCMB dis. “I had actually no idea that anybody would jump out the window [thinking] that personally … it was about them,” he said. “It kinda took me and the clique by surprise.” On the track, the Clipse rapper spits, “You signed to one n—a, that’s signed to another n—a, that’s signed to three n—as — now that’s bad luck.” Many fans thought those lyrics were targeted at Wayne, Drake and their YMCMB squad. Not the case, The-Dream said. The singer/songwriter told us he isn’t down with subliminal disses, remembering a lesson that his grandfather once taught him: ” ‘If you’re talking to somebody, you speak to them or you just walk up to them and slap them.’ I think beef is so ’96. Deeley dishes on the celebs competing on the kitschy dating show. By Jocelyn Vena Cat Deeley Photo: Fox’s new dating show “The Choice” gives fans the unique experience of vying for the heart of a celebrity and getting the chance to go out on an actual date with him (or her), all with the cameras rolling. “It’s basically this idea of, we take celebrity eligible bachelors and bachelorettes and they have to compete for sexy singles across America,” host Cat Deeley told MTV News. “So it’s basically normal people … it’s like ‘The Dating Game,’ and then they go out on a date that night.” The show is like that classic small-screen game show, paired with the more modern idea of spinning chairs as seen on “The Voice.” The kitschy reality show kicked off last week with “Jersey Shore” star DJ Pauly D and performer Romeo looking for love. On Thursday night (June 14), Joe Jonas and “Suburgatory” actor Parker Young will try to score on the show. “I was quite surprised about him,” Deeley noted about Jonas when asked which celebrity booking shocked her most. “I imagined him to be quite conservative, but he was kind of up for it. I think that’s the big thing about the show, it’s just to be fun and entertainment. It doesn’t take itself too seriously. Its tongue is firmly planted in its cheek.” Not to be outdone by his “Shore” castmate Pauly D, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will also appear on the show in an episode airing later this month. “The Situation? Actually, he had a girl that was a real homebody and she sorted him out,” she recalled. “She literally got him out of his chair, and she sat in the chair and, in the end, he was like a little puppy dog with her.” Ultimately, it was a guy who competed on another Fox reality show that left Deeley with a bit of a crush. “I really enjoyed [former ‘American Idol’ contestant] Taylor [Hicks]. I hadn’t met him very many times before,” she recalled. “I think probably Taylor [surprised me the most]. This 20-year old is expected to walk the runway as both a man and a woman, something the model also followed through with last year during Paris Fashion Week, actually making his androgynous look something of a trend. Pejic, after all, covered 14 magazines in 2011. “He’s just this beautiful thing that everyone wants a piece of,” stylist Ken Anderson told The Associated Press of the 6’1″ star, who wears a size two or four in women’s clothing. Her response: “The kids asked me the other day and I asked if it was just because they wanted to have a big cake.” “They see movies that have the people getting married… you know, the happily ever after. Shrek and Fiona are married … We have explained that our commitment when we decided to start a family was the greatest commitment you could possibly have.” “Once you have six children, you’re … you’re committed.” True, in a sense. The couple has offered a number of different explanations for not tying the knot over the years, and despite celebrity gossip reports every few months suggesting a secret wedding is in the works … none is in the works.
