Source: PETER PARKS / Getty Suspect Reportedly Kills Pregnant Teen Then Forcibly Removes Her Child A tragic and grotesque act went down in Chicago that’s surely sent shockwaves into the community. According to the Chicago Sun-Times , police suspect a Southwest Side lady lured a young pregnant mother into her home right before the pregnant woman was killed and the child was cut from her body. According to authorities, a body was found in a garbage can on early Wednesday in the suspected woman’s backyard. The body turned out to be that of the pregnant woman, Marlen Ochoa-Lopez. She was reported missing three weeks ago. Authorities say she was strangled to death and they ruled her death a homicide. Family and friends of Ochoa-Lopez said she met the 46-year-old suspected killer on Facebook. The woman reportedly got 19-year-old Ochoa-Lopez to come to her home in the Scottsdale neighborhood by offering her extra baby clothes for her unborn son. Hours after Ochoa-Lopez was last seen on April 23, the older woman phoned 911 for help, saying she had just given birth to the boy inside the home. The suspect then had the nerve to say she was suffering from “post-delivery issues,” according to a police source. Sara Walker, a student pastor at Lincoln United Methodist Church, has been helping the missing teen’s family communicate with police. Walker said the 46-year-old woman later set up a GoFundMe page to raise $9,000 for her baby’s funeral, claiming the baby boy was sick and about to die. An anonymous tip eventually caused detectives to check the parentage of the baby using saliva from the missing woman’s husband, Yiovanni Lopez, and hair samples from Ochoa-Lopez’s place. DNA tests proved that the child belonged to Ochoa-Lopez and her husband. A pregnant woman gone missing. A Facebook group for young mothers. According to a local news outlet, Stamford Advocate , Shaniqua Jordan’s, 32, of Brooklyn, 2017 fraud case was extradited from New York City to Stamford this week. She is being charged with third-degree larceny, four counts of illegal use of a credit card, forgery, criminal attempt at first and second-degree larceny and three counts of identity theft. Documents from the case claim Jordan made multiple purchases on someone else’s debit card while opening additional accounts without her knowledge or permission. The accused influencer allegedly tried to make $54,000 in fraudulent purchases and $3,300 worth of purchases had gone through. So I would have to say that I’m learning day by day and I’m in search of the knowledge. Because I’m listening, they’re actually teaching me how to become the best partner that I can be. For four long years, Vicki Gunvalson dated the now disgraced Brooks Ayers. Most Real Housewives fans remember him best for having faked cancer , chemo, and chemo symptoms. But apparently he also “borrowed” a tremendous amount of money from Vicki. And she’s now suing him to force him to pay it back. E! News obtained court documents that reveal that Vicki Gunvalson is taking her ex, Brooks Ayers, to court. “Commencing in or about 2011,” documents read. “Plaintiff Gunvalson and Defendant Ayers entered into a series of loans.” These were loans “wherein Ayers borrowed various amounts of money from Gunvalson.” She allegedly loaned him a whopping $184,899 in 2011. Later, she says that she loaned him $81,652 for legal fees that he paid over a number of years. “And,” documents affirm. “Gunvalson agreed to loan such amounts to Ayers.” Apparently, they were both in total agreement … back when the loans were first made. “Ayers acknowledged the balance due on the loans,” the documents read. “In the amount of $184,899 to Gunvalson.” The court papers continue: “Ayers agreed to provide an accounting of all sums paid to him in various income streams.” In other words, she wanted him to prove to her that he was making enough money to pay her back. And, of course, to show her that he was paying her back as soon as he could — and not squirreling away cash for himself. We know that you will be simply shocked to read that Ayers allegedly failed to repay Vicki. The documents also accuse him of having failed to provide her with any accounting of his various revenue streams. (To be fair, that’s probably tricky to produce when you’re an alleged con artist) As far back as 2013, the two of them were joined in litigation in Clark County, Nevada. The involved litigation meant legal fees and expenses, which ran through 2015. You’ll never guess who got left with the check. “Ayers was unable to pay his portion of the attorneys’ fees and costs incurred on his behalf in the litigation,” the documents assert. “The Parties entered into a verbal agreement,” the papers reveal. This was a pact wherein Ayers borrowed $81,652,97 from Gunvalson.” This was all “to pay for the legal services, attorneys’ fees, and costs incurred in the Las Vegas litigation.” It sounds like she has yet to see dime one from that loan. The documents accuse that Brooks “failed and continued to fail to remedy or make good on the said account to Gunvalson.” Vicki suggests that he “had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans.” “Defendant committed the acts alleged knowingly, willingly, intentionally, maliciously,” the documents read. “And,” the papes add. “With the conscious disregard of the rights of Plaintiff.” “Defendant was in the superior position in relationship to his records,” Vicki accused. The documents continue: “Plaintiff reasonably expected trust and confidence in the integrity and fidelity of Defendant’s accounting and records.” Vicki accuses Brooks of “concealing and continuing to conceal accounting of his records.” “Defendant’s continued concealment of any accounting,” documents read. “Is an attempt to intentionally defraud and oppress Plaintiff.” Vicki has asked that the sum that she’s seeking, which is (obviously) in excess of $15,000, be determined at trial. She’s looking for compensation for attorneys’ fees, legal costs incurred both in the past and during this process, plus interest — and more. Honestly? Best of luck to her. Lori Loughlin is ready to fight, people. The polarizing actress is apparently willing to risk her freedom and whatever is left of her reputation by denying she did anything illegal when helping her kids apply for college. That’s right: Loughlin just pleaded not guilty in the admissions bribery scandal that has captivated a nation. Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered not guilty pleas to all charges in court this morning: conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, along with conspiracy to commit money laundering. They entered said pleas via documents submitted by their lawyers. The charges, as you must know by now, stem from the allegation that Loughlin and Giannulli engineered their two daughters’ way into college through very unethical and illegal means. They were indicted in mid-March for supposedly paying a middle man $500,000 . This middle man then bribed an official at the University of Southern California to pretend that Loughlin’s kids were athletic recruits, thereby lowering their admission standards and allowing them to be accepted into the semi-prestigious school. Over the past several days, numerous outlets have reported that Loughlin didn’t take the federal charges seriously at first. Hence why she chose NOT to sign a plea deal similar to the one signed by Felicity Huffman. Huffman, the other famous name associated with this scandal, did plead guilty last week, did issue an apology and did take responsibility for her actions. As a result, she likely will not end up in prison for more than a few months… if she gets sentenced to jail at all. But Loughlin has thus far bristled at any notion of any sort of deal. Previously, the U.S. Attorney out of Boston gave all of the parents charged in this scheme an ultimatum: Either accept a plea or the case would go to the Grand Jury and additional charges would be filed — and this is exactly what happened to Loughlin and her husband. They now could be sentenced to 40 years behind bars . Does this seem likely? No. But if there really are recordings of Loughlin arranging to make her bribe, and if she is eventually found guilty, it seems very easy to believe that she’ll face real prison time in the end. How great would that be?!? “At this point, [Loughlin] is getting complete clarity and she’s scared and in terrible shape,” a source recently told Entertainment Tonight, adding: “She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by. She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn’t do any jail time.” Conversely, after Huffman agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, she said the following: “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.” Loughlin is playing a very different legal game here. And a very dangeorus one as well.
David Eason was in court again last week. No, it wasn’t for his alleged assault on Jenelle Evans back in October. And it also wasn’t for the time he towed a stranger’s car without their knowledge, because he apparently doesn’t know how to pull out of a parking space. No, this day in court was all about a January incident in which David allegedly threatened a woman with a gun. In case you’re having trouble keeping track of David’s many brushes with the law, here’s a brief refresher: Sandra Britt is a North Carolina real estate agent who says she was checking out a listed property near the Easons’ home when David approached her car and brandished a weapon. Eason says he did not have a gun and merely informed Ms. Britt that she was driving on private property. Britt says David is lying on both counts, as he was definitely packing, and she “was parked on a public road, not their property.” According to Britt’s version of events, David chased her down on a four-wheeler and threatened to shoot her if she didn’t drive away, Obviously, no one really knows what happened that day except for David and Sandra, but given Eason’s lengthy history of violent acts and compulsive lying, we’re gonna go out on a limb and assume he’s once again full of sh-t. If you follow him on Instagram, you know that David frequently brags about never leaving the house without a weapon on his hip. And yet, he claims that on the day of his encounter with Britt, he decided to leave all of his guns at home. That sounds hard to believe, but David has the world’s most trustworthy witness testifying on his behalf. We’re talking, of course, about Mrs. Jenelle Evans. (And we’re being heavily sarcastic, in case that’s not already abundantly clear.) “Jenelle testified that his gun was inside of their nightstand at the time that [Sandra] said David had it on him and showed it to her,” a courtroom source tells The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. Astonishingly, the judge apparently bought David and Jenelle’s story, because Eason was found not guilty and the charges against him were dismissed. Of course, the decision was likely the result of a lack of evidence. The fact that David and Jenelle didn’t immediately take to social media to boast about their legal victory is a good indication that the judge in their case issued a gag order. Despite this unexpected win, however, Eason’s legal headaches are far from over. The 30-year-old father of three is due back in court on June 3 for the car towing incident. He’ll face charges of “Injury to Personal Property” and “Tampering with a Vehicle,” and it’s unlikely that Jenelle’s testimony will save him this time: David filmed the incident and posted it YouTube.
