Lady Gaga has officially found herself a lifetime Monster. A couple months after tabloid reports erroneously stated that Gaga was engaged to Taylor Kinney , a far more reliable source now confirms that the actor proposed on Valentine’s Day. ( UPDATE : Lady Gaga has confirmed the news and posted a photo of her engagement ring !!!) According to The Times Herald-Record, the couple celebrated at Lady Gaga’s family’s restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, after the Chicago Fire Season 3 star popped life’s most important question. The newspaper’s Executive Editor, Barry Lewis, was actually at the establishment at the time and witnessed Gaga showing off her sparkly new engagement ring. “Kinney, standing, seemed a bit embarrassed as they talked about trying to find the right ring and time to give it to her,” Lewis writes, adding that he overheard Gaga telling a loved one “it was time” she and Kinney agreed to wed . The artist and the actor met on the 2011 set of Gaga’s “You & I” music video, which was filmed in Nebraska. Lady Gaga actually wore her mother’s wedding dress in scenes for that racy video, which featured Kinney as the object of her affection. They started dating a few months later, briefly split in May 2012, but have now been back together for over two years. In a recent Q&A with Howard Stern, Gaga admitted she would marry Kinney if he proposed. “He is the right guy,” she gushed of her boyfriend, who is now her fiance. “How do we know? Separated from his actress wife Bianca Kajlich for more than a year, U.S. soccer star Landon Donovan has filed for divorce to end the union. The World Cup hero filed the papers Tuesday. “We remain the closest of friends and will always be important parts of each other’s lives,” the pair said Tuesday in a joint statement. Landon Donovan wed Bianca Kajlich on New Year’s Eve 2006. The couple separated in October 2009, but numerous reports surfaced they were possibly reconciling after the World Cup this summer. Fays later, Donovan faced rumors that he had fathered a love child with an unidentified British woman, but that turned out to be false. He said Kajlich was aware of the rumor and it would not hurt his attempt to reconcile with her. Then they attended the ESPYs in July. It was not to be, however. Citing irreconcilable differences, Donovan is seeking spousal support, as well as legal fees from his wife.
Bianca Kajlich, 33, currently stars on the CBS comedy, “Rules of Engagement.” U.S. soccer superstar Landon Donovan has filed for divorce from his actress wife, Bianca Kajlich, Access Hollywood has confirmed. Though the date of separation is listed as October 31, 2009, the 28-year-old footballer sparked rumors of a possible romantic reunion in June, when he blew a kiss to Kajlich after scoring the game-winning goal for the U.S. in the 2010 World Cup match against Algeria.
