How YOU Doin? Wendy Williams’ Mystery Man Is A 27-Year-Old Convicted Felon (Exclusive)

Talk Show Host’s New Love Interest Marc Tomblin Served Time For Robbery Spree She’s getting back on the dating scene after her 25-year relationship with her allegedly cheating husband broke down. But there are fears for Wendy Williams after she’s been spotted in the company of a felon who was convicted of violent crime, BOSSIP has learned. Just last weekend, the paparazzi interviewed Williams in LA while she spent time with a handsome young man beside her. And Williams herself has alluded on social media that she’s boo’d up with a man young enough to be her son. Sis has been out zzdippin’ & zzdoin’ it while she’s been in Los Angeles and has even snagged herself a lil’ bae! _________________________ Earlier today we reposted, a photo she uploaded where she’s seen hand-in-hand with her “special someone” as they watched the sunset together. ___________________________ Last night Wendy was picking up some soul food with her new (alleged) boo  and even spilled tea on what’s REALLY going on at home. Though Wendy seems to be in good spirits, she did break down into tears while talking about her situation. Make sure to watch the WHOLE video #Roommates, lets say… it gets interesting. Enjoy! #HowYouDoin A post shared by The Shade Room (@theshaderoom) on Jun 10, 2019 at 8:49am PDT BOSSIP can reveal that the person in question is Marc Tomblin, a 27-year-old, who according to his LinkedIn page is a financial investor and blogger. However, Tomblin got out of prison in 2014 after being convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon (conspiracy) and breaking and entering, according to state records obtained by BOSSIP. The North Carolina native was convicted the year before for the crimes, which he allegedly committed within days of each other, public records show. He later served fifteen months – the minimum – for the two convictions, which ran concurrently, as well as probation. It’s unclear how Tomblin got on Williams ’ radar, or if the talk show host is aware of her new beau’s criminal past. But we’re told that even though it’s still early days, there are concerns about Tomblin’s motives for being with Williams – and whether her estimated $60 million fortune may be the reason. Williams is on hiatus from filming her talk show until next month. Source: Sarah Morris / Getty Our efforts to reach Tomblin weren’t successful Tuesday.

#UCCShooting: Crazed 26-Year-Old Shooter Identified, Described As “Angry Young Man Filled With Hate”

Religion May Have Been A Motivation For UCC Mass Shooter Yesterday the nation stood in shock, again, after news broke that there was ANOTHER mass shooting that took the lives of young people seeking an education. Umpqua Community College lost 9 students as a 26-year-old shooter named Chris Harper Mercer arrived on campus armed with 3 firearms with murderous intentions. According to the NYDailyNews, the shooter’s social media profile revealed that was a “fan” of the IRA (Irish Republican Army), other mass shootings in America and may have been hinting at his plans to terrorize UCC. Police believe that religion was a motivation for the violent massacre. Those victims had been forced to say their religions at gunpoint before Mercer fired on them, according to widely-cited eyewitness accounts. “The shooter was lining people up and asking if they were Christian,” according to a Twitter user who said a relative had survived the shooting.”If they said yes, then they were shot in the head. If they said no, or didn’t answer, they were shot in the legs.” Also of note… A dating profile from the religious singles site Spiritual Passions also may hold some clues. Mercer identified himself as an “introvert” and “teetotaller” who was “not religious, not religious, but spiritual.” He called himself mixed race, a conservative Republican and said he was “always dieting.” The profile is titled “IRONCROSS45,” which could be a reference to the German military medal last used by Nazi troops in World War II. A blog that has been linked to him was last updated on Wednesday with an uploaded documentary on the 2013 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., according to CBS News. In another post, he discussed Vester Lee Flanagan, the shooter who gunned down two Virginia journalists on live TV in August. “I have noticed that so many people like [Flanagan] are alone and unknown, yet when they spill a little blood, the whole world knows who they are,” Mercer wrote. “A man who was known by no one, is now known by everyone. His face splashed across every screen, his name across the lips of every person on the planet, all in the course of one day. Seems like the more people you kill, the more you’re in the limelight.” Sounds like this guy was not only a psycho, but looking for a lil’ bit of fame at the expense of 9 human lives. What the HELL is going on in this world?! SMH.

There’s An App For That: CEO Of “Peeple” Defends “Yelp For Humans” From Backlash Over Inevitable Cyber Bullying [Video]

Peeple CEO Defends App That Allows Reviews Of People This sounds like “Don’t Date Him Girl” all over again… According to Fox 4 Kansas City reports: Peep, slated to launch in November, lets mobile users rate the people they know personally, professionally and romantically, according to WPIX. According to the app’s founders Julia Cordray and Nicole McCullough, the app was created to “find the good” in people and not as a cyber bullying tool. The women documented the development of the app in a YouTube series. “I think this app does really help find the best in each of us but it would be pointless if it was all positive,” Cordray said in the online documentary. In order to write a review about someone on Peeple, you need a Facebook profile to link to. People can only review profiles they actually know. A review made by someone the user doesn’t know can be reported as abuse. The review and the user’s profile would be deleted. Reviews are based on a 5-star rating. Negative reviews, a rating of two stars or less, are not immediately published. The reviewer and reviewee get 48 hours to hash it out. If they can’t come to an understanding, the negative review gets published. The reviewee than gets the opportunity to defend themselves on the app. “It’s like Tinder, Facebook, Linkedin and Yelp all in one app,” Cordray described. Critics slammed Peeple, calling it “irresponsible “and “the third circle of hell.” The response was so aggressive, the company’s CEO attempted to shut off the comments section of their Facebook page — an attempt that was met with irony. One critic tweeted, “founder of #peeple, an app designed to collect unsolicited feedback doesn’t appear to like unsolicited feedback.” This definitely sounds like something that could go all the way wrong. Humans by nature are sensitive and it’s way too easy to rub someone the wrong way. Seems like this would be a tool people with petty gripes would really embrace. In a statement to WPIX, Peeple CEO Julia Cordray responded to the backlash: “With any new concept there is naturally fear. When the people found out that the earth was round instead of flat and that we revolved around the sun instead of the sun revolving around us naturally people were upset and confused and they pushed back with all that they had,” she said. “Bringing a new idea to market when people don’t believe that the world is genuinely a good place filled with amazing people there will be push back and fear. We look forward to proving that the people in this world are genuinely good and positive and they will uplift you on our app with over 80 percent positivity.” Do you think this app should be shut down before it even launches? Will it really be over 80 percent positive? WPIX

Infinity Ward Loses Two More — One Lead Designer, One Software Engineer

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 developer Infinity Ward, who recently lost leadership over an internal dispute with publisher Activision that’s now in litigation, has last two more employees. Kotaku originally broke the news, citing the Linkedin profiles of lead designer Todd Alderman and software engineer Francesco Gigliotti . Both Linkedin profiles reflect working at Infinity Ward as part of their “past” employment status. Neither has updated with their future plans. Alderman has worked at Infinity Ward for more than eight years. Gigliotti had been at the studio for nearly as long, clocking in just under eight years with the Modern Warfare developer. It’s unclear if Alderman and Gigliotti have left as a consequence of former Infinity Ward studio heads Vince Zampella and Jason West leaving. An internal Activision memo obtained by G4 indicated Activision suspected Zampella and West were in conversations with Electronic Arts. I’m a little late on reporting this one, but I wanted to make sure G4 readers were aware of the latest developments. Keep your eyes on G4 for more, as the status of Infinity Ward changes.
