Luann de Lesseps Ditches Probation For The Beach!

RHONY star Luann de Lesseps had one job.  Which was to complete her probation following her drunken altercation with multiple Florida police officers on December 23, 2017. Luann could have faced jail time and multiple felony charges, but fortunately, she pleaded guilty to her three misdemeanor accounts.  As part of the reasonable deal, she was given one year of probation with a lengthy yet simple list of requirements and restrictions. Ones that Luann seems to have completely ignored.  Here are most of the conditions on the list:  As reported by Starcasm.  1. Pay all applicable fines and court costs  2. Perform 50 hours of community service for any non-profit organization at a minimum of 10 hours per month  3. Attend 2 AA meetings per month  4. No possession/ no consumption of alcohol, or illegal drugs, with random testing at Defendant’s expense 5. A letter of apology to Deputy Steven O’Leary 6. Attend a victim impact class put on by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers Luann has paid all of the fines and court costs and she wrote her letter of apology to the officer before her sentencing.  It’s just the rest of the conditions she is having a hard time remembering. The Florida Department of Corrections filed a progress report last week with the update on Luanna’s rather lazy progress:  The subject was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service at a rate of 10 hours per month. Per the subject’s New York probation officer, she has only completed 25 hours.  The subject was to complete 2 AA meeting per week, per her New York probation officer she has failed to provide documentation that she is following the special condition.  Per New York, the subject is to use a soberlink device to determine the usage of alcohol and the subject has been noncompliant with the condition.  The subject has failed to complete a victim impact panel class as well.  The subject has been allowed unlimited travel and has used that as a reason to be noncompliant with her conditions of supervision.  The subject has been under supervision for a period of six months and has failed to complete or comply with any special condition that has been ordered. Despite all of Luann’s issues of noncompliance , the Florida Department of Corrections ruled that there would be “no further action required.”  Luann is allowed to continue her probation in New York, with just a smack on the wrist.  Meanwhile, the reality star shared a picture of her enjoying the beach in Miami on Tuesday.  The 53-year-old does look amazing, but does she really think strolling through the sun will fix all of her problems?  They do say salt water heals everything. The Real Housewives of New York City: See the Season 11 Trailer!

It seems like it was only weeks ago that we watched the The Real Housewives of New York City Season 10 reunion . Now, Bravo has released the trailer for Season 10. The trailer itself, as you can see, is a work of art. We cannot wait for the actual season to begin. The Real Housewives of New York City is returning for Season 11 on March 6. We are nearly at February, the shortest month of the year. March is not far off at all. Season 11 will pick up with elements of Season 10. One of those is Dorinda's “Jovani” heckle. You can bet that Luann didn't forget. Another blast from the past is Tinsley's quest for a husband. But the trailer stars with Bethenny pulling up and calling Sonja Morgan a “hooker,” so you know it's off to a good start. Catcalling is fun if it's from your friends. There is a lot of partying and very little context in early parts of the trailer. We of course recognize the stunning Halloween costumes . There's also a butt. Bravo usually reserves its peaches for The Real Housewives of Atlanta , but made an exception. We also see a number of the Housewives making out with each other, which isn't hugely unusual party behavior. Speaking of parties, they head down to the Sunshine State — to Miami, specifically. If the timing of one of the clips were slightly different, people would be accusing Bethenny Frankel of being a witch. At one point while everyone is living it up in Miami, Bethenny admonishes Sonja. “Go to f–king sleep, now,” Bethenny insists. (You know how some people get super bossy when they're drunk? Well, Bethenny takes that to whole new levels) Sonja just … collapses and falls out of her chair. We don't think that this was what Bethenny meant. Speaking of Bethenny (when are we, in our hearts, not speaking of her?) but on a much sadder note … In the trailer, a tearful Bethenny can be seen coping with the sudden death of Dennis Shields . “There was a lot in my mind about him dying,” she admits. “I could not get off the ride,” Bethenny says of their on-again, off-again relationship. “I feel guilty,” she confesses. “That the only way I could get off the ride is that he’s dead.” It is normal to have mixed feelings about the death of a loved one. It is part of coping. Luann de Lesseps is, of course, doing much better than she was a year ago. “Nine months ago I was in jail,” Luann cheers. “And now I'm a cabaret star, it's insane!” She laughs with glee and is clearly pouring herself into her stage work. This does seem to bring her into conflict with Bethenny for a moment that we just had to turn into a .gif. “I can't even believe you act this way,” an exhasperated Bethenny lashes out. “‘Cabaret, cabaret, cabaret!' Life is not a cabaret!” Bethenny insists, which would make a hell of an audition for the villain in a musical. Finally, Bethenny tells Luann: “You're insufferable!” We hope that the two of them managed to patch things up after this outburst. Bethenny, Dorinda, Sonja, Ramona, and Tinsley are joined this season by Barbara Kavovit and Jill Zarin. While there are a number of friendships among the Housewives, this will clearly not pressure them to hold back. It looks like just about every possible conflict comes to light, and we cannot wait to see it all play out.

Luann de Lesseps Returns to Rehab, Will Miss Reunion Special

As previously previewed, The Real Housewives of New York City are getting ready to set sail on the boat trip from Hell . But People Magazine now confirms that Luann de Lesseps is getting ready for a very different, far more important kind of trip: She is checking back into rehab. The 53-year-old will be seeking help for the second time after attending an alcohol treatment program last year, following her arrest for some very drunken and ugly behavior in Florida. Bethenny Frankel actually confirmed the development to People. She told the publication that Luann considers the problem so serious that she must begin addressing it immediately and will therefore miss the upcoming Season10 reunion special. “This weekend, Luann was surrounded by her girlfriends and decided – with their support – that in light of recent circumstances, it is the healthiest choice for her not to attend Tuesday’s reunion taping so that she can continue in her healing process,” Frankel explains , adding: “Luann is now surrounded by a core group of people who truly have her best interests at heart and who are working to make sure she gets the help she needs.” Concluded Frankel: “Bravo has been very supportive of Luann during this time. “It’s a brave and honest decision by her, and everyone is rallying around her and wants the best for her.” The long-time reality star was arrested just before Christmas for allegedly kicking a police officer . Reportedly very drunk at the time of the incident, Luann reacted to a confrontation with cops in a Florida hotel room by screaming that she would “kill” them all and by violently attacking at least one officer, according to reports. She was booked on the charges of battery on a law enforcement officer; resisting arrest with violence; corruption by threat. Just days later, Luann checked into rehab for the first time . “After the events of last Saturday night in Palm Beach, I am truly embarrassed,” said de Lesseps at the time. “I have decided to seek professional guidance and will be voluntarily checking into an alcohol treatment center. I intend to turn this unfortunate incident into a positive life changing event. “Once again, I sincerely apologize for my actions. I have the greatest respect for police officers and the job they do. “My actions alleged in the police report do not reflect my core values and my law abiding character.” This is her mug shot from the arrest: In this instance, her cable network home has said the following: Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health. “She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.” Her decision to return to rehab comes days after news broke that her first husband, Alexandre de Lesseps, her daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, and son, Noel de Lesseps, filed a lawsuit against her over an $8 million home sale. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Luann breached a stipulation of settlement in her divorce by failing to create a trust “for the benefit of her two children.” Frankel acknowledges that such “family stress” has served as a “catalyst” for her co-star to realize she needs help. Kendall Jenner & Ben Simmons: Dating!

You’d think after Khloe Kardashian’s recent experiences , the women in her family would be wary of dating NBA players. But the allure of ripped tall dudes who can actually come close to the Kard clan in terms of spending power must be too strong to resist, because Kendall Jenner is dating her second straight basketball player, and unlike her sisters, she’s sticking to household names. Yes, Page Six is confirming today that Kendall is dating Philadelphia 76ers standout Ben Simmons . An insider tells the gossip outlet that Kendall and Ben (who shall henceforth be known as “Bendall”) have been seeing each other “for a few weeks.” Jenner and Simmons have already been spotted on multiple dates — once enjoying lunch at the Beverly Hills hotel, and on another occasion, partying with friends at Manhattan nightclub Vandal. “Security measures seemed to have been taken to ensure Kendall and Ben enjoyed their night hassle-free,” said a witness. “They were smiling the night away with their friends.” Sidelined by a devastating injury shortly after being drafted by the Sixers in 2016, Simmons accomplished big things for the team in the 2017-2018 campaign. The Australia native was previously linked to singer Tinashe following a flirty social media exchange, but it now appears that that relationship was nothing more than a brief fling. The Sixers had their season cut short by the juggernaut Celtics in this year’s Eastern Conference semi-finals, but with a roster of young upstarts like Simmons, the team has a rather promising future. Simmons betrayed a fair bit of excitement when asked recently about the remote possibility of playing alongside LeBron James next season. Asked if he feels he would collaborate well with the King, Simmons replied: “There’s only one way to find out.” Of course, trades might be something of a sensitive topic for Kendall. Jenner briefly dated Blake Griffin  at the start of the most recent NBA season, and it’s been rumored that their relationship fizzled out after he was traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons. Shortly thereafter, Kendall began dating A$AP Rocky , but that romance appears to have been more of a “friends with benefits” situation. No word yet on how serious Kendall and Ben are. Luann de Lesseps: I Can’t WAIT For You All to See Me Get Arrested!

You don't normally see people this excited about having been arrested . But most people aren't Countess Luann. The Real Housewves of New York City star is teasing what viewers can expect to see of her arrest, and more. In the video that we have included, Luann de Lesseps teases to Entertainment Tonight about everything that fans can look forward to seeing. “Wait 'til you see the trip in the 'Bezerkshires.'” The Berkshires estates are located in Massachussetts and Connecticut.  She even gets specific. “I mean, the end of the trip.” She expects that the drama will be very entertaining. And then, of course, Luann teases something a little more significant. “And then it's the holidays, so we all kinda know what happens during the holidays.” In case someone somehow missed her meaning, she adds: “To me.” On December 24 of 2017, Luann was arrested for allegedly trying to trespass into the wrong hotel room while being drunk and disorderly. Oh, and she may have, uh, kicked a police officer. And then, while in the car, slipped her cuffs. Like an action hero. Or an assassin. While Luann's insane arrest video is already available for public consumption, we are very interested to see how it will be covered on RHONY . Of course, Luann's brief foray into a life of crime is not the only story that she's teasing. “There's always drama.” If there weren't, the Real Housewives franchise would not be such an amazing success. She speaks of her costars and how supportive they have been in the wake of her arrest. “They've been great, but there's definitely shifts.” As we've noted for a while, friendships and factions are not a constant. “You're gonna see Bethenny and I get closer, and some of us get … not as close.” For example, Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel are no longer friends. In fact, they seem to be enemies. Entertainment Tonight  mentions that, about a month ago, Luann opened up about how she is recovering following the huge wakeup call that was her arrest. “I think that people are looking at me now and going, ‘Wow. She just, like, fell down the staircase and she got back out and she's climbing again.’” She's making great strides to turn her life around. “And that's how I feel about my life.” Within days of her arrest, Luann checked into rehab . “I feel like I'm taking control of my life again, and unfortunately I had to go to that extent to turn my life around.” Sometimes, you have to hit rock bottom before you realize that you're out of control. “But it's OK and I'm OK with that.” By the way, Luann stepped out with a dapper man on her arm. The guy looks like some sort of fusion of Liam Neeson and Jonathan Cheban (no shade!), and they seemed to be getting along well. That said, Luann says that the two of them are “just friends.” Though she did follow up by saying: “Just friend … for now.” Good for you, Luann.

The Real Housewives of New York City Recap: Sixteen, Minus the Sweet

Birthdays abound on this week’s Real Housewives of New York. Whose party was the hottest? Whose was a train wreck and who wore the shortest skirt? Read on as we analyze all things Housewives in our +/- review! How many birthday parties can they fit into one episode of Housewives? Three must be a new record and I’ll offer up a Plus 5 for giving equal time to them all. Jill is up first as Luann throws her a surprise birthday party at Chez Josephine. Luann says the venue is red and outgoing and reminds her of Jill Zarin. Ramona finds it claustrophobic and cramped. I simply think the entire party was a train wreck.
