Thomas Markle to Daughter: Let Me See My F-ckin Grandchild!

It’s been a few months since we last heard from Thomas Markle. In case you were wondering, however, the bitter father of Meghan did not exactly change his angry tune during this mini media hiatus. He still wants to know if he’ll ever meet his grandson , Archie — and he still thinks the Duchess of Sussex totally sucks for keeping the lad away from his grandpa. Speaking to The Mail on Sunday — for the first time since Meghan Markle gave birth — Thomas reiterated several points he’s made before, telling the outlet: He is yet to meet Archie. Meghan won’t return his calls. And this whole situation just stinks, you guys! “I would like them to send me a picture of Archie so I can frame it on my wall beside the one of Meghan,” Thomas said, referring to a photo of himself and his daughter together at a football game. “Isn’t that what any grandfather would want? I’d love to know if he’s got the famous Markle nose,” he added. Thomas, of course, has been estranged from his famous daughter for decades. He’s been living a reclusive existence in Mexico for years, yet he made headlines early last year after confessing that he accepted money from the paparazzi in exchange for letting them take pictures of him. Thomas then suffered some health problems and did not attend the Royal Wedding in May of 2018. Markle now claims that neither Meghan nor Prince Harry reached out to him in the hospital and “never once has Meghan ever asked me how I’m doing. Not then, not since.” He also told the Mail on Sunday that he has apologized many times for staging the photos in the manner described above — and most recently sent Meghan a card for her 38th birthday. The response? Crickets. “I sent her a card via her financial adviser in L.A. but received no acknowledgment,” he told the publication. “I have no idea if she got it.” Thomas has said on numerous occasions that he just wants to be a small part of Meghan’s life, but that the Royal Beauty refuses to give him the proverbial, or actual, time of day. “There was never any problem between Meghan and me until recently,” he continued in this interview, adding: “I’ve stayed quiet because Meghan was pregnant with Archie but I’m speaking out now because they and their PR people are continuing to ghost me out of her life.” Does he hope to someday see and interact with his is grandson? D’uh! “Of course, I’m disappointed not to see Archie,” he continued. “I had hoped becoming a mother would mellow Meghan and she would reach out.” Meghan and Harry are both well-known for their humanitarian efforts. They’re considered an especially charitable and giving couple, but Thomas thinks the twosome have failed to live up to this billing. “Everyone raves about how gracious and wonderful they are, but they are not wonderful to their own family. That’s hypocritical,” he said simply. “You can’t portray yourself as being charitable and bringing people together and then ghost your own father and your entire family. Their treatment of me has left a lot to be desired.” Still, Thomas holds out hope. “I believe all family differences can be resolved and I believe that can still happen for me, Meghan and Harry,” he concluded. “I always hoped I would be as close to Meghan’s child as I was to her when she was a child.” View Slideshow: Meghan Markle: 19 Cruelest Things Her Own Family Has Said About the Duchess

Amber Portwood to Andrew Glennon: You’re a Legit Nut Job!

Amber Portwood has spoken out for the first time since her arrest for domestic assault on July 5. Like, truly for the first time, we mean. Yes, the troubled Teen Mom OG star has shared the occasional cryptic social media post . But she hasn't directly addressed what went down between her and Andrew Glennon (and their young son, James) during an incident that led to her being charged with THREE felonies. Most specifically, she hasn't directly addressed the accusation that she attacked Glennon and James with a machete… … until now. As part of a Teen Mom reunion special that aired on September 3, Amber spoke to Dr. Drew Pinsky about this arrest and this allegation. Here is what she said: 1. Let’s Go Over the Arrest Again, Shall We? Glennon texted 911 early on the morning of July 5 and told the operator that he thought Portwood really might kill him or little James, who was around 14 months old at the time. 2. Portwood Was Then Arrested The reality TV star was subsequently charged with domestic battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, per court documents obtained various outlets. 3. What Did She Do? This is the main question, right? Amber has admitted to throwing a shoe at Glennon, but told the police that it barely grazed him. 4. Did She Threaten Suicide? Yes, Glennon has said. He told authorities that Amber actually swallowed a number of Klonopin pills, only to later throw them back up. 5. Amber Has Denied This Claim Not personally. We haven’t heard her say it. But sources have indicated that Portwood denies the suicide/pill allegation. 6. Okay. Now Let’s Discuss the Machete. Glennon has said he ran into a bathroom with James in his arms and slammed the door shut, locking Amber out, prior to contacing 911. View Slideshow

Seriously?!? Home Depot Bomb Threat Turned Out To Be A Man “Fixing To Blow Up” The Bathroom

Source: Alan Schein Photography / Getty Home Depot Bomb Threat Was Just A Misunderstanding You really gotta watch what you say when you’re out in public, and this story proves just that…in the most ridiculous way possible. Police were called to a Home Depot  in Wichita, Kansas after it was believed that a man was making a bomb threat while shopping in the home improvement store. The 911 audio was recently released by Sedgwick County Communications, in which the caller tells the operator that someone may have made a bomb threat, according to reports from  KWCH . “We just had a customer here made what may have been a bomb threat,” the caller told the police. “He said, uh, somebody told me there’s a bomb in here and you need to leave the building. He said it three times.” Staff was alerted to the possible “bomb threat” after a person overheard the man talking in the store’s restroom. However, authorities learned later that the threat was actually just a euphemism used by a man who reeeeally had to use the bathroom. “You all need to get out of here because I’m fixin’ to blow it up,” is what the man allegedly said that tipped off fellow consumers.  A fellow witness to the bomb about to be dropped in the bathroom believed it to be a joke and laughed at the man, while police were able to track the man down and clear up the serious misunderstanding. Apparently, this isn’t the first time an incident like has occurred before. Back in November, one man in New Orleans was arrested after he allegedly threatened to blow up Willie’s Chicken Shack, but claimed that he actually said he was going “blow the bathroom up” in the same way the Home Depot customer meant. Arthur Posey, the man in question, faced two charges of communicating false information of planned arson.

Jesus Take The Wheel: Mother Fatally Shoots 14-Year-Old Daughter For Calling 911 During Domestic Dispute

Source: Mihajlo Maricic / EyeEm / Getty Mother Shoots Daughter For Calling Police On Her During Dispute A mother in Washington state fatally shot her 14-year-old daughter as the teenager was calling 911 for help, according to authorities. The girl was on the phone with a dispatcher on Tuesday night when the operator reportedly heard someone say the words “you called 911” and “blow your head off,” according to the police report obtained by ABC News . After that, the operator heard a loud bang and some screams that indicated someone had died. The daughter, identified by KIRO 7 as Natalie Gulizia, was shot in the head by mother Svetlana Laurel, according to the Renton Police Department. The slaying took place at the Renton home of Laurel’s former husband Michael Gulizia, who had custody of Natalie. Michael Gulizia had returned to the home with his daughter to find his ex-wife, who had tied up their 12-year-old son. Natalie then went upstairs to try to call for help, but was still being followed by her mother. Michael Gulizia told police he heard “the sound of a single gunshot” upstairs, according to KOMO News. Investigators say that Laurel went back downstairs and tried to shoot her ex-husband. “The gun failed to fire, with Svetlana struggling to clear the malfunction in the pistol,” read court documents. Michael Gulizia then “rammed Svetlana into the wall with his shoulder, and was able to grab the pistol.” Michael Gulizia held his ex-wife until police arrived on the scene. Natalie’s body was found upstairs. Svetlana Laurel has been charged with first-degree murder.

Colin Kroll, CEO and Co-Founder of HQ Trivia, Dead of Apparent Overdose

Colin Kroll, the co-founder and CEO of HQ Trivia, was found dead early Sunday morning in his Manhattan apartment. He was 35 years old. According to TMZ, Kroll’s girlfriend called police and asked for someone to check on Kroll after she grew concerned because she could not get in touch with him. Cops then went to Kroll’s’s downtown Manhattan residence, entered… and discovered Kroll’s body in his bedroom. He was face down and there was drug paraphernalia nearby. It is believed that he died of an overdose. At this point (before any tests have been run, we ought to note), law enforcement officials think Kroll passed away due to a mixture of cocaine and heroin. Kroll was named CEO of HQ Trivia in 2015. A year earlier, he was fired from Twitter after he was determined to be a “bad manager,” most notably because female employees alleged his behavior made them uncomfortable. However, no sexual harassment claims were ever filed. Kroll was also the co-founder of Vine and served as the General Manager of this company/platform between 2013 and 2014. Morever, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Jetsetter. Prior to that role, Kroll worked as the Engineering Manager at Yahoo between 2007 to 2009. Here is the official NYPD statement on the incident: On Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 0018 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a wellness check at 56 Spring Street within the confines of the 5th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 35-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive in a bedroom. EMS responded and pronounced the individual deceased on scene. The investigation is ongoing and the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. HQ Trivia is a live quiz app; it was launched in August of 2017 and was one of iPhone’s 10 most-downloaded apps in January of this year. At the moment, however, it has fallen down to somewhere between 250 and 500. Representatives for HQ Trivia were not immediately available to comment. Kroll does not leave behind any kids. May he rest in peace. We’ll update this story with more news as it breaks. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2018: In Memoriam

David Eason Cuts Self on Instagram as Sister Confirms He’s Lost It

David Eason has been throwing up red flags for years now. Maybe for his whole life, even. But in the past few days, things haven gotten even worse. Like, the Secret Service went to his house because of his crazy gun videos. It's not a great situation. But last night, David took out a knife while filming himself for his Instagram story, and … Well, it's not pretty. 1. Where to Start? David is a mess. He is an honest to goodness mess. 2. Ugh We’ve known this for a long time now, ever since Jenelle was rude enough to start dating him and bring him on Teen Mom 2. 3. Yikes He’s aggressive, he’s mean to her kids, there have been claims that he’s abusive to Kaiser … none of it is great. 4. SO MANY RED FLAGS One of his exes had a restraining order against him because she alleged that he abused her and threatened to kill her. 5. So Sad And we can’t forget about how Jenelle herself called 911 and told the operator that he’d knocked her down and pinned her to the ground, and he hurt her so badly she thought he broke her collarbone. 6. Get Ready … And then, of course, there’s his terrifying obsession with guns … an obsession that brought the actual Secret Service down to the Eason swamp on Friday. View Slideshow

David Eason Shows Off Assault Rifle Amidst Jenelle Evans Marriage Troubles

If you’ve been keeping up with Jenelle Evans and David Eason and their marriage, then this may come as a shock to you … But things aren’t going so hot right now. … Wait, what’s that you say? Their marriage has always been a mess, and their relationship before they got married was a mess, too? We can’t expect Jenelle to have a healthy relationship because she never, ever has? Fair points. Jenelle always picks the worst guys, and David is certainly no exception . When they first started dating and he began appearing on Teen Mom 2, he was weirdly aggressive, and he also did his best to alienate her from other people. He was mean to her kids, he was mean to her mom, and he practically forbade her to speak with Nathan Griffith, even though they share a son, Kaiser. Oh, and let’s not forget that his ex had a restraining order against him for allegedly being violent with her while she was pregnant with their child. Things didn’t get better after they got married, either. There’s always been rumors and speculation that he’s been abusive towards her, but she confirmed that back in October when she called 911 after a fight . As she told the operator through sobs, he knocked her to the ground so hard that she thought she heard her collarbone snap. She went to the hospital that night, but since then, she’s been insisting that he didn’t hurt her. Since then, they’ve been a little extra affectionate with each other, even going on a cross-country road trip without their children . But for the past week or so, they’ve been unfollowing, re-following and unfollowing each other again on Instagram. And if that’s not a sign of trouble, we don’t know what is. We still don’t know exactly what’s going on, although Jenelle did post a crying emoji to her Instagram story this morning. But thanks to this new video David shared yesterday, we’re very, very terrified: David Eason: Check Out My Assault Rifle! Yeah, so that’s David shooting an assault rifle in his yard. In his caption, he wrote “They will say I’ve gone off the deep end just wait for it!” Most people wouldn’t say that, though, because he’s very obviously been off the deep end for a long time now. But thanks for trying, Dave! In the comments, he claimed that he was shooting at mosquitos, and when someone asked why he has a gun like this, he replied “To piss off people like you.” And then when someone else told him that this wasn’t the best example to set for his kids, he said “That’s how they learn around here.” Another person commented with “You don’t have much to do, do ya?” “Yea, I got a lot of guns to shoot,” he answered. It’s all just so weird and awful and tragic and upsetting, and so many other bad things. Like, in the time it took to write this, Jenelle deleted her sad-face emoji and followed David again, but as of this very second, he’s still not following her. Whatever is going on down in North Carolina, it’s clearly not great. We just hope that Jenelle and the kids are safe, and that David somehow manages to calm down and work on all the many, many things that are wrong with him . Jenelle Evans Disappears From Social Media Following David Eason Assault Allegations

On Saturday, Jenelle Evans was rushed to the hospital after being assaulted at her home in North Carolina. While details of the incident remain scarce, it's been widely assumed that Jenelle was attacked by her husband, David Eason. In the days since news of the altercation went public, however, Jenelle went into damage control mode and attempted to sell a version of events in which Eason is not the culprit. Fans aren't buying it — and it looks as though Jenelle may have decided it's easier to hide out for a while than to try and convince them: 1. Angry Eason Eason’s temper is notorious, so when word got out that police and an ambulance were called to Jenelle’s home in response to an assault, fans quickly jumped to the conclusion that he had attacked Jenelle. 2. Damning Evidence It has not been confirmed that Jenelle is the victim, but according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, a woman made the 911 call and informed the operator an assault had taken place. 3. Downplaying the Severity According to officials, Jenelle declined the services of EMTs, but was transported to a nearby hospital in “a private vehicle.” 4. Saving David Shortly after news of the incident went public, Jenelle set about the business of trying to convince fans that there’s no cause for concern and that David is innocent of any wrongdoing. 5. A Strange Defense Jenelle hired someone to issue a statement claiming that her injuries are the result of an accident, and the whole thing is a big misunderstanding. 6. A Party Gone Wrong? “Reps” for the reality star told People magazine that Jenelle and David “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property.” View Slideshow

Editorial: Why Aren’t You Giving Waffle House That Same Energy You Had For Starbucks?

(Photo by Julie Dermansky/Corbis via Getty Images) Just two weeks ago, two young black men were arrested after a Starbucks barista called police on them for simply sitting down in the coffeehouse. Video captured the arrests and the clip went viral immediately. The reaction was swift and unrelenting. The young black men were clearly racially profiled and treated like they were because they are black. Hell, they were only in the Starbucks for two minutes, not even really getting a chance to actually loiter. The outrage towards Starbucks came from all corners of social media – white, black, man and woman – all joined forces to threaten boycotts, write the company and demand they rectify a wrongdoing. As a result of the mobilizing, the Starbucks CEO decided to stand with the young men, offering them working opportunities, making media appearances and even closing stores for a day to initiate diversity training for its employees. This was certainly above and beyond what we’ve seen from most companies accused of racial insensitivities and it’s largely thanks to the efforts of black activists who held Starbucks’ feet to the fire nonstop. Waffle House has been spared this outcome. Chikesia Clemons walked into a Waffle House in Saraland, Alabama late on the evening of April 22nd, a few days after the Starbucks incident. It’s unclear what happened next but we do know, thanks to another viral video, police were called and Clemons was held down, her breast exposed, officer hands on her neck. It was disgusting. The events that led to the altercation are disputed: Waffle House employees say that Clemons walked in drunk and threatened to “shoot up” the restaurant after being charged $.50 for plastic utensils. However, the employee who called 911 never mentioned the threat to the operator. Clemons’ attorney, Benjamin Crump, says he has witnesses who dispel the employee’s claims. Waffle House and its CEO have stood by the actions of its employees and even taking a step farther by saying they “strongly support the actions taken by the Saraland Police Department” (despite the fact that Waffle House as a business isn’t one with an expertise in law enforcement training so they really don’t have any authority to say what is proper protocol or not). And through it all, the amount of pushback directed at Waffle House has been infinitesimal compared to the amount of action directed at Starbucks. There are marches taking place in Georgia, and proposed boycotts and sit-ins, but not nearly on the level of what we saw at Starbucks, which forced the CEO to speak up. Why? Is it because there were so many vocal white cosigners for the Starbucks incident as opposed to the Waffle House situation? The Starbucks incident was one of those acts of resistance that didn’t inconvenience white people while at the same time allowing many to feel like they are about equality – it’s easy to point the finger at one Starbucks worker for her actions. However, we’ve seen how so many white Americans simply can’t bring themselves to question law enforcement. Is the reluctance because there just never seems to be the same sort of thirst for justice when it comes to black women as for literally any other group of people on this planet? We’ve seen these cases so often of a hesitance or flat-our refusal for anyone to stand up for black women, which the exception of black women themselves. Of course, there’s the fact that the Waffle House situation has more dissenting testimonies than Starbucks. That’s undeniable. But no matter what the narrative is, there’s absolutely no reason for Clemons to have been assaulted as she was. That is also undeniable. So Waffle House going so far as to defend the police actions is a reprehensible enough decision to warrant immediate action, even if you feel they are justified in calling police in the first place.. Sadly, though, when it comes to instances of black women being attacked, there’s always a wait-and-see approach. Stories about wronged black women seem to bring about the “let’s let the facts play out crowd.” The same people who have an understanding of lies and conspiracies to keep black men subjugated are suddenly proponents of the American judicial system, despite its history of terrorizing black communities. Where does that leave the Chikesia Clemonses of the world? The same place it left Korrine Gaines or the endless black women who are victims of R. Kelly’s sexual assaults. Alone, defended by only other black women and a few choice allies. So what side do you fall on? If you spoke up about Starbucks but have been silent about Waffle House, then you need to ask yourself why. And what that means about your ideas of justice for black women. Because it needs to be understand that none of us are free until all of us are free. Here’s more information on how you can help bring #JusticeForChikesia and support. Harry Anderson: Cause of Death Revealed

A week after the stunning death of Harry Anderson , we can now say with certainty why the actor passed away. As previously reported, the beloved Night Court star and talented musician passed away at his home in North Carolina last Monday morning. The sad news was confirmed by Anderson’s son, with authorities at the time saying no foul play was suspected. Now, however, TMZ has obtained the star’s official death certificate, which confirms the following: Anderson died of a stroke he seems to have suffered the night before his body was found; might have been triggered by the flu and a specific type of heart disease, this document states. To be specific, TMZ reports that Anderson’s primary cause of death was a “cardioembolic cerebrovascular accident.” This is a stroke that is almost always caused by the heart pumping unwanted materials into the brain’s circulation Anderson was sadly dead when paramedics arrived at his home early last week in response to his wife’s 911 call. She told the operator on this call that her husband’s body was cold and that he was unresponsive to CPR. She also mentioned that Anderson had suffered a series of strokes earlier this year, something we were unaware of when we first alerted readers to his passing. Anderson was a three-time Emmy nominee for his role on Night Court, on which he portrayed Judge Harry Stone. The sitcom aired on NBC from 1984 to 1992 and was an early anchor of the network’s Must See TV Thursday night lineup. The actor also memorably showed off his magic skills on Cheers as the recurring conman Harry “The Hat” Gittes, too. After Night Court wrapped up, Anderson nabbed the lead role in Dave’s World, a CBS sitcom based on the work of columnist Dave Barry.  It ran for four seasons. Anderson also made eight appearances on Saturday Night Live and on 30 Rock’s Night Court reunion episode in 2008. His last role as an actor was in 2014’s A Matter of Faith. Anderson is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Morgan, and their two kids. Shortly after his death, co-stars and other entertainers jumped on social media to express their condolences. “I interviewed Harry Anderson when I was 15 years old and he was so kind, and frank and hilarious. The interview is in my book Sick In The Head. He was a one of a kind talent who made millions so happy,” director Judd Apatow wrote, for example, adding: “The last time Harry Anderson played Comedy Magic Club, I opened for him. I was asked because I was a big fan. It was a dream come true. I was just there last night and talked about how wonderful his magic was. If you’re not familiar, google him. He was just wonderful. RIP.” Here’s a look at what others had to say: View Slideshow: Harry Anderson: Mourned, Remembered by Hollywood Stars
