These people in Florida are GENIUSES. Man Poses As Cop, Pulls Over Real Cop In Florida A man in St. Augustine, Florida posing as a police officer pulled over a real police officer…on purpose. SMH! WUSA 9 reports : A 20-year-old is behind bars for allegedly activating illegal police lights on his car while behind an officer. Matthew Michael Lee McMahon, 20, was spotted by a detective in an unmarked with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office while Monday driving on International Golf Parkway at 8:35 p.m., according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. When the Det. Chance Anderson passed McMahon, McMahon allegedly activated a red and blue light bar on his 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. “I pulled over to confront the individual. At which point, he pulled up next to me. Kind of gave me the ‘slow down’ look and pointed this finger at me,” Anderson told FCN. The detective pulled over on the shoulder of the road and McMahon drove away. The SJSO detective conducted a traffic stop on McMahon, who allegedly provided numerous spontaneous statements on the roadside as to why he was in possession of emergency lights. “I was shocked to, number one, see somebody affecting a traffic stop on me,” Detective Chance Anderson said. “We are a rather large department, but I still know a majority of our law enforcement officers.” Detectives continued the investigation and determined McMahon has never been a certified law enforcement officer. Anderson told FCN he has been on the force for 10 years and has never seen anything like this. The ironic thing? Detective Anderson’s work includes catching police impersonators. McMahon has also been charged with unlawfully displaying blue lights. He is currently being held in the St. Johns County Detention Facility on bonds totaling $5,500. This guy must have WANTED to get arrested.

The court battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is heating up. The drama started when Usher wanted to take their sons with him on tour and Tameka said no. He then tried to get sole custody. She followed up with a motion last week for him to be tested for drugs so she could get sole custody. According to Tameka, when he was sick onstage in Germany and had to stop the show, he was “in delirium” and not sick as he claimed. She also alleges that back in 2008 she found “mysterious pills” in his jeans pockets and she believes he gets high. Tameka said: “I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?” Usher filed a response to Foster’s allegations last week, calling Foster’s drug test request “frivolous and unfounded,” and intended to “harass and embarrass” the singer. So we’re assuming that Usher did not pee in the cup! Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is taking taking him to court for sole custody of their two sons. Tameka has filed court papers asking for him to lose joint physical custody of their children. According to TMZ , Tameka filed court papers in Georgia, asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. She’s claiming that Usher has broken several agreements they have in place. A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that. She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened. Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’ According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’ She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him. A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow. Usher just can’t get this woman off his back! I’m hearing that the children are with him more than they are with Tameka!
