Dean McDermott: I Never Should’ve Married Tori Spelling!

We generally don’t hear much in the way of good news coming from the troubled marriage of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, and today is no exception. The tabloid obsession with the couple began back in 2013 amidst allegations that McDermott had cheated on Spelling with a woman named Emily Goodhand. The interest hasn’t let up in the years since, despite the very real possibility that Goodhand doesn’t exist , and Tori and Dean made the affair up for publicity. Fortunately for the Spelling-McDermotts, 2017 has been loaded with legitimate misfortune, thus sparing them the burden of having to pretend their lives suck. First, Tori and Dean went broke and were forced to suffer the indignity of selling their lavish mansion in Calabasas and relocating to a rental home in considerably less-posh Encino. That was followed by Tori burning her hand by falling and landing on a hibachi at Benihana, which is a situation that it’s okay to laugh at, because she wasn’t seriously injured. If you thought that was the end of Tori and Dean’s misfortune, you don’t know the McDermotts! It turns out creditors aren’t the only ones Tori and Dean have been evading while taking trips and going on shopping sprees. According to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, Dean hasn’t been paying child support for his teenage son from his first marriage. So not only is she suing Dean, Mary Jo is also giving interviews in which she claims that her ex recently confessed that he regrets leaving her form Spelling back in 2006. “A year and a half ago, Dean confessed to me that he had made a mistake and he wondered what his life would be like if he had he stayed with me,” Eustace recently told UK tabloid The Daily Mail. “He said, ‘Do I love Tori? Yeah. But I’ve thrown my life away.’ It was the most bizarre conversation ever. It made me feel irritated. I don’t want any more drama. It was crazy, extreme behavior.” Eustace has a much healthier relationship with the truth than either Tori or Dean, so we’re inclined to believe her. We’re not sure what her endgame is here, but we’re guessing she wouldn’t mind receiving a long overdue child support check from Mr. McDermott. Take the hint, Dean!

Kate Gosselin vs. Jon Gosselin: Explosive Custody Battle Ahead?!?

We’re very sorry. We know you don’t want to hear any more about Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin. Trust us: we don’t want to write about them, either. But the Former Couple Who Never Seems to Entirely Go Away is back in the news and, based on this latest report, may continue to be in the news for several weeks to come. Because an ugly custody battle is allegedly brewing between the parents of eight. According to Hollywood Life, Jon Gosselin actually has his life together now and, as a result, he wants to spend a lot more time with his children. Kate and Jon, of course, are the parents to 13-year old sextuplets and 18-year old twins. They formerly anchored Jon and Kate Plus 8 on TLC until a pretty nasty break-up and subsequent divorce prompted the cancelation of that reality series. Kate now has primary custody of the kids, so much so that she stars in Kate Plus 8 along with the kids.  HOWEVER… “[Jon’s] doing everything he can to win their next custody battle,” an insider tells the aforementioned website, adding; “He’s totally overhauled his life, he’s even back working a regular job again.” It’s about time, some might say. Jon worked as a DJ and even a stripper for awhile after becoming single, clearly suffering through some kind of mid-life crisis. But he’s now working as an I.T. administrator and earning “decent pay,” the Hollywood Life source claims, expounding as follows: “He knows that’s what he has to do to get his kids back. He’s really hopeful that this will help him get more time with his kids.” Controversy has arisen of late over Kate’s treatment of Collin. The young teenager has been confirmed to have some kind of behavioral issue and has been sent away… somewhere. But no one close to the Gosselins will say what’s going on with him and fans continue to be concerned that Collin has been practically kicked out of the family . “The way Kate is handling things with Collin breaks Jon’s heart, but he has no say,” a source previously told Hollywood Life. “She controls everything, it’s her way or the highway when it comes to the kids, including Collin.” Jon and Kate don’t have much contact these days, but when they do… well… THINGS GET UGLY . We can’t imagine the sort of vitriol that will be spat back and forth if these two end up on opposite sides in court again. Okay, fine, we can imagine. And that’s why we get sad just thinking of writing more about these two going forward. View Slideshow: 19 Most Bitter Breakups in Hollywood History

Roy Halladay Killed in Plane Crash; All-Star Pitcher Was 40 Years Old

Roy Halladay, a former Major League Baseball All-Star, Cy Young Award winner and likely future Hall of Famer, was killed on Tuesday in a plane crash. He was 40 years old. A two-time Cy Young Award recipient, Halladay was the only passenger in a plane that crashed into the Gulf of Mexico, going down near St. Petersburg around 1 p.m. He had just recently purchased the aircraft and couldn’t help but gush over his second life as a pilot in multiple Instagram posts. Wrote Halladay on October 13: “What do clouds feel like? I didn’t know either until I got my new Icon A5! I’m getting bruises on my arms from constantly pinching myself!”  Featured in an article on ICONAircraft.com, Halladay also said the following last month: “I’ve been dreaming about flying since I was a boy but was only able to become a pilot once I retired from baseball.” “I’ve owned other aircraft, but no aircraft embodies the adventure or captured the dream of flying like the A5.” “Not only is it the safest and easiest aircraft I’ve ever flown, it is hands-down the most fun.” “The beaches, lakes, and waterways my family and I get to explore around Florida are mind-blowing.” “Words don’t do justice to what the A5 allows us to experience.” “Even my wife, who used to be uncomfortable in small planes, now asks where we should take the A5 for the weekend. “I’m honored to own the first A5 Founders Edition.” On the mound, Halladay excelled for the Toronto Blue Jay and Philadelphia Phillies. He finished his career with 203 wins and a 3.38 ERA, along with 67 complete games and 20 shutouts. Many considered Halladay to be the best pitcher of his generation. He retired in 2013 and would be eligible for the Hall of Fame next year, following the customary five-year waiting period after a player performs in his final game. The hurler threw a perfect game during the 2010 season and a no-hitter that postseason. Wrote baseball writer Jeff Passan in response to the sad news: “Roy Halladay was an amazing baseball player, a second-to-none worker and, best of all, a genuine, good person in an industry without enough.” “The sadness across baseball right now is overwhelming. Roy Halladay was who everyone wanted to be.” Added the official Major League Baseball Twitter account: We are saddened by the tragic news that Roy Halladay, 2-time Cy Young Award winner & 8-time All-Star, has died in a plane crash. He was 40. Halladay is survived by his wife and two sons, Ryan and Braden. May he rest in peace. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2017: In Memoriam

‘Straight Outta Compton’ Star Jason Mitchell Goes Off On Delta Flight

Originally posted here:

Source: Tristan Fewings / Getty Since becoming an overnight sensation after portraying Eazy-E in the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton , Jason Mitchell has been making headlines for his reckless behavior. TMZ reports that Mitchell started wilding out when he boarded the plane and saw that someone was already sitting in his first class seat. In the video of the heated altercation, Jason goes off on the flight attendants and the pilot — even yelling “f*** you” to some of the passengers sitting in first class. According to eyewitnesses, Jason didn’t get off the plane until law enforcement got involved. Police sources say that Jason was cuffed and detained when he finally left the aircraft, but Delta refused to press charges and he was released. However, Delta officials say that they did not overbook and it was Jason’s fault because he was late to the airport and missed his flight, on which he had a first class ticket. Mitchell was flying standby on a later flight, which is the one he had the epic meltdown on, and the only seats left were comfort plus. The actor’s tantrum comes just months after he was accused of physically assaulting an 18-year old woman so bad that she went to the hospital — to which Jason’s team have denied to this day. Check out Jason Mitchell’s wild outburst above.

Jetblue Boots Black Family Off Plane…Over Birthday Cake [Video]

Cameron Burke’s family, wife and kids, were booted off a Jetblue flight at JFK over his wife’s birthday cake deemed “dangerous.” Burke’s family WAS flying to Vegas to celebrate his wife’s 40th birthday when one-time rushed them and demanded they all get off the plane. The saddest part is the kids crying and wife pleading with them to just…leave them alone, to no avail. IMAGE & VIDEO VIA Cameron Burke

Aaron Hernandez: High on Drugs at Time of Suicide?

It’s been one week since former New England Patriots tight end and convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his cell at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, Massachusetts. While certain key questions about Hernandez’s suicide have been answered by the ensuing investigation, many more have arisen. Most of those questions concern Hernandez’s mindset in the moments before he decided to hang himself hang himself with a bed sheet. Curiously, the suicide happened just days after Hernandez was acquitted on double murder charges. He was already serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole at the time of the verdict, but there was hope amongst Hernandez’s attorneys that the acquittal would improve his chances of being found not guilty on appeal. Much of the speculation about Hernandez’s final days has centered around his alleged prison love affair with Kyle Kennedy , a fellow inmate at Souza-Baranowski. Sources say Hernandez was devastated when his request to share a cell with Kennedy was denied, and in his already-fragile emotional state, the news was more than he could take. Now, a new factor in the 27-year-old’s tragic decision may have emerged thanks to a Newsweek report that claims Hernandez was high on synthetic marijuana at the time of his death. According to the report, medical investigators found evidence of the drug known as K2 in Hernandez’s system during a kidney fluid screen. It may seem unlikely that marijuana would cause someone to take their own life, but in many cases, synthetic substitutes are marijuana in name only. It’s also been speculated that Hernandez may have experienced highly unusual reactions to THC and other drugs due to the presence of CTE or other brain injuries incurred on the playing field. At one point, his attorneys planned to argue in court that past violent incidents had been prompted by Hernandez’s marijuana use.  Officials suspect that a liquid version of K2 was smuggled into the prison by an associate of Hernandez’s. An investigation has been launched into how the contraband wound up in his cell. Prison authorities say the drug is notoriously difficult to intercept, as such a small amount is needed to get high that it can be sent undetected through the mail. Officials may never found out how the drug ended up in Hernandez’s possession or whether it played a role in his decision to commit suicide, but the fact that he was under the influence is just one more strange detail in an increasingly macabre case. Charlie Sheen Drunkenly Dodges Drug Bust!

If you were worried that Charlie Sheen’s HIV diagnosis would cause the hard-partying actor to change his ways, fear not: Chuckles is still living the life of a jet-setting drug sponge, and he hasn’t lost his ability to narrowly avoid capture from international authorities like he’s James Bond … … If, at some point in his travels, James Bond had developed a serious taste for bath salts, of course. According to Radar Online, the Sheenius’ latest brush with the law took place at Brown Field Airport in San Diego, when his plane was forced to land for an inspection following a trip to Mexico, where Charlie had presumably devoted several weeks to scholarly research of the lifestyle of tequila worms. “Charlie was on his private plane coming back from Cabo San Lucas, where he’d been on a bender, and had to stop in San Diego for inspection,” a source close to Sheen tells the website. To the complete shock of literally no one on the planet, Sheen was more than a little tipsy during the search: “Charlie was hammered, and upon inspection, some sort of narcotic appeared to be found on board,” the insider says. Drugs ?! On Charlie Sheen’s private jet?! What’s next, evidence of corruption and incompetence in the Trump administration?! The tipster says authorities then “took all the bags off the plane, and had drug-sniffing dogs go through the plane and bags.” The insider adds: “A dog sniffed around one of the suitcases on the tarmac. The dog scratched on the case, and it was opened, but it was a false alarm.” A witness to the inspection says Sheen conveniently excused himself when the drug dog came on the scene: “Drunk Charlie scuttled off to the bathroom, saying he had to pee,” the onlooker tells Radar. “Charlie, who may have ditched the drugs in the bathroom, was relieved in more ways than one, and reboarded the plane.” “Relieved in more ways than one”! You slay us, source! Earlier this month there was talk of Sheen undergoing “life-saving” detox following a family intervention, but we think it’s safe to say the treatment didn’t stick. Either that, or Charlie is experimenting with a new form of sobriety that allows margarita-guzzling contests in Cabo. Now that’s a health plan we can all get behind.
