Miss USA Host Needs to Take a Dump of the Day

Firstly, I want to say that Miss USA is Not Miss America, but rather the preliminary round of Miss Universe – owned by Donald Trump, started by a bathing suit line in the 50s as a marketing tool, and now used to find him 50 girls who have worked their way to this level for him to jerk off on – after the big event. CLICK HERE Last night, Miss Nevada, Nia Sanchez, who I assume was a showgirl and bottle service girl before last night, won…and I don’t think anyone really cared other than a few feminists who had pageants for objectifying women in this male-centric world…you know focusing on their beauty and not their bull dyke lesbianism that is spent hating men – that feminists want you to focus on.. Apparently, one of the contestants was a product of rape, and said the way to end rape is to learn self defence, which I think is a better answer than “wear panties with your short skirts”…. But I think the highlight was when the hose made a reference to taking a dump…see above video. Judge Throws Out Case Against Gangbangers Accused Of Kidnapping Shaq’s Wankster/Ex-Friend For Sextape Of Baller Creepin’ With “Multiple” Broads

We been said this isht was sounding suspect as the fizzuck! But Shaq is breathing a lil bit easier today now that the judge and prosecutor have agreed his ex-friend Robert Ross is a shady wankster. According to TMZ reports : Shaquille O’Neal indirectly won an enormous victory today … after a judge threw out a case against 7 gang members who were accused of kidnapping a man in order to retrieve a sex tape of Shaq. Robert Ross — the alleged victim — claimed he had a sex tape showing Shaq with multiple women at different times while he was still married to Shaunie O’Neal. Ross claimed 7 gang members kidnapped him at the direction of Shaq and tried to beat him into submission so he would cough up the video. Today in court — in the middle of the preliminary hearing — the D.A. shocked the courtroom, stating they no longer had confidence in Ross based on his testimony and his actions outside of court. Lawyers for the 7 defendants asked the judge to immediately dismiss the case — which is exactly what the judge did. As for why the D.A. lost confidence in Ross, for starters, during his testimony in the prelim, he admitted he had lied about having a sex tape — something Shaq had denied all along. We can’t say we’re surprised because we already knew this Ross character was doing the MOST. SMH. Wonder if there was ANY truth to any of that ish he said in his lawsuit .

SAG Awards Set Designer Says Show’s Vibe Will Be ‘Elegant’

Joe Stewart tells MTV News that Sunday night’s festivities will look ‘beautiful.’ By Mawuse Ziegbe, with reporting by Kelly Marino Joe Stewart Photo: MTV News At Sunday night’s SAG Awards, Hollywood’s best and brightest will be lauded by their peers. And it’s up to the show’s production designer, Joe Stewart, to make sure that this year’s winners collect their hardware in a venue that is as spiffy as humanly possible. Stewart spoke to MTV News on Friday while preparations at the Shrine were well underway, and broke down the glamorous atmosphere of the production. “This year, what we wanted to do was have a beautiful, elegant environment,” he said. “The vibe of this show is always pretty elegant — because first of all, I mean, you’re at an awards show; the attendees and the recipients are always wearing gowns and tuxedos. It’s a black-tie event, so you always have to have a set that … people can settle into and look good. So this set is supposed to be a sort of swell interior where ladies in gowns can look at home.” Setting up a venue worthy of a televised, A-list trophy handout takes planning, and Stewart said that putting the look of the event together took months. “We prepare for this show in advance quite a while. I think that we started working on this in October, maybe even September with the preliminary conceptual ideas to get us going,” he said. “It’s a committee, we all have to get together, find time and meet and sooner or later we come to a consensus and start the work.” Outfitting the legendary event space with a glitzy look appropriate enough for SAG nominees like Natalie Portman and Nicole Kidman to sashay into is no easy task. However, Stewart pointed out that the space not only has to appear super glam, but the room also has to be transformed into a top-tier set able to accommodate a live coast-to-coast broadcast of the ceremony. “Always, the challenging part of this is the space,” he said. “There’s a transformation that happens in this space. We completely black it out and then rig it, and the rigging you can see above head is how we hang everything up. And we basically take a room that isn’t supposed to be a television studio or a theater and turn it into a glamorous event. But it has to function and have all the whistles and bells that a television studio would have and catering an event.” After months of planning, Stewart’s job will finally wrap up Sunday when the show airs. While he admitted that handing over his handiwork to the stage managers makes him “pace backstage,” Stewart revealed the special way he gets to indulge in the excitement of the evening. “I get a little place backstage and I can see and congratulate winners, and I really enjoy doing that,” he smiled. “When they come off the stage it’s fabulous.” Stick with MTV News for SAG Awards coverage throughout the weekend and from the red carpet on Sunday night! Michael Jackson Doctor Conrad Murray To Be Arraigned

Murray to head to trial in death of Jackson following Tuesday hearing. By Gil Kaufman Dr. Conrad Murray Photo: Frederick M. Brown/ Getty Images Cardiologist Dr. Conrad Murray, the only person charged in the June 2009 death of Michael Jackson, will be arraigned on Tuesday morning (January 25) on an involuntary manslaughter charge. Murray, who was serving as the 50-year-old pop icon’s personal physician at the time, is expected to plead not guilty in the case. According to CNN , the hearing in front of Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Michael Pastor, is only slated to last a few minutes. While Murray has the right to demand a trial within 60 days, it is not expected that a date will be set for one on Tuesday. After more than a week of testimony, Pastor ruled during a preliminary hearing in early January that there was enough evidence to bring Murray’s case to trial. In the meantime, Murray remains free on $75,000 bond, but Pastor blocked the doctor from using his California medical license until the trial is completed. “Michael is not with us today because of an utterly inept, incompetent, reckless doctor — the defendant Conrad Murray,” Los Angeles County deputy district attorney David Walgren said in his final arguments in the preliminary hearing, where a series of witnesses recounted Murray’s actions during the minutes and hours before and after Jackson’s death. The King of Pop died as a result of what the Los Angeles County coroner’s office called acute propofol poisoning, a reference to a powerful surgical anesthetic that the singer reportedly requested as a sleep aid to combat chronic insomnia. While prosecutors appear to be building a case that Murray acted recklessly in attending to Jackson in the singer’s final hours, CNN reported that the doctor’s lawyers appeared satisfied with the results of the preliminary hearing thanks to some testimony they got from prosecution witnesses that might help raise some reasonable doubt about their client’s guilt at trial. “I think the prosecution is going to change their tactics in this case,” defense lawyer J. Michael Flanagan said after the preliminary hearing. “It’s not the same as what they gave in opening statements.” The defense reportedly is set to argue that it was Jackson himself who administered the final, fatal dose of propofol after waking in a panic from a fitful night of sleep. One of the prosecution’s expert witnesses in the case admitted under cross-examination that he made a math mistake and that the recalculation supports the defense theory that Jackson may have given himself the dose of propofol that killed him. CNN reported that Dr. Richard Ruffalo, an anesthesiologist hired by the prosecution, was the last witness to take the stand and his admission about making a mistake on the calculation of the level of propofol in Jackson’s stomach fluid reportedly elicited gasps from the members of Jackson’s family who were sitting in the hearing room. Murray’s lawyers have suggested that a frustrated Jackson may have poured the anesthetic — which is administered intravenously — into his juice bottle while the doctor was out of his bedroom. “Now it doesn’t make sense unless he ingested it orally in a huge amount,” Ruffalo testified. The anesthesiologist added that Murray could still be at fault for leaving dangerous drugs near a patient who was allegedly addicted to sedatives and sleep aids. “It’s like leaving a syringe next to a heroin addict,” Ruffalo stated. “If he’s not getting what he wants, when you leave the room he might reach for it himself … Either way, it doesn’t matter. He abandoned his patient and didn’t resuscitate appropriately.” Ruffalo said Murray should have anticipated that Jackson, who had previously asked to inject himself with the drug, might potentially administer it to himself. “He gets upset if he doesn’t get his milk,” he said, explaining that Jackson often referred to propofol as his “milk.” In addition, the pathologist who conducted Jackson’s autopsy acknowledged it was possible, though improbable, that the singer gave himself the fatal propofol dose. Speaking to police two days after Jackson’s death, Murray told investigators that a sleepless Jackson had begged him for more propofol on the day he died. The King of Pop was in the midst of a grueling series of rehearsals for his planned “This Is It” comeback shows at London’s O2 Arena at the time of his death. A civil lawsuit filed last year by Jackson’s mother against the producer of the concerts, AEG Live, alleged that the company had warned the entertainer several weeks before he died that if he missed any more rehearsals they were going to “pull the plug” on the gigs, which the cash-strapped Jackson was depending on to revive his stalled career. Judge Orders Conrad Murray to Stand Trial in Death of Michael Jackson, Suspends Doctor’s License

Dr. Conrad Murray will be tried in the death of Michael Jackson. Judge Michael Pastor said sufficient evidence was presented at the preliminary hearing. While completely expected, this marks a significant development, as the case against Murray on involuntary manslaughter charges proved compelling. Deputy D.A. David Walgren told the judge in his closing argument that, “It was not Michael Jackson’s time to go” and that Conrad Murray is responsible. As expected, Dr. Murray will stand trial for MJ’s demise . “Michael Jackson is not here today because of the negligence and reckless acts of Dr. Murray,” said Walgren of the defendant, who sat stone-faced. Walgren said Murray cared more about hiding evidence than helping MJ. Judge Pastor’s ruling followed a six-day preliminary hearing in which more than 20 witnesses were called. Murray’s medical license was also suspended. Murray’s lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ , “We are disappointed but not surprised. We knew we would be in trial and that’s where we’re going to end up.” Chernoff’s defense theory, that Michael Jackson killed himself , has not fully been extrapolated upon, but he did put out feelers last week and this week. The D.A. appears ready for it, however, calling a doctor who says that even if Jackson administered the fatal dose, it’s still homicide and Murray’s fault. Judge Michael Pastor ordered the suspension as a condition to Dr. Murray’s bail. The Medical Board of California asked for the suspension repeatedly. Dr. Murray has 24 hours to notify the medical boards in Texas and Nevada, where he was licensed to practice up until now, of Judge Pastor’s decision. Murray’s team says he needs to work to afford counsel, and believes the move is a power play designed to take away his right to defend himself. Not likely, as the evidence against him suggests gross mistreatment. It also wasn’t revoked, but suspended. If he were acquitted, he’d get it back. It is worth noting that Murray is still innocent until proven guilty and convicted by a jury of his peers. All this did was establish that a trial is warranted. What do you think? Dr. Conrad Murray …
