Ain’t Isht Daddies: 2-Year-Old Toddler Dies After Father Tosses Her Into Creek While Still In Her Car Seat

How could a parent do something so cold-blooded to their own child? Dad Tosses 2-Year-Old Girl Into Creek That poor baby must have been scared to death. According to Yahoo News: Arthur Morgan III of Eatontown is charged with killing his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, in what prosecutors claim was a premeditated, jealous rage because the girl’s mother would not get back together with him. Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Jordan Williams told the jury that Morgan was driven by extreme jealousy and anger toward the girl’s mother, Imani Benton. She had refused to let him see Tierra the previous weekend because he was homeless and living in his car, Williams told the jury. Despite her initial reluctance, Benton eventually agreed to let Morgan take Tierra to see “Happy Feet 2,” a movie about a dancing penguin. As he drove away with the girl strapped in the pink car seat that Benton had provided, he yelled at Benton, angry over the missed visit and suspicious she was seeing someone else, the prosecutor said. Instead of taking Tierra to the movies, he drove around for four hours, calling her mother 57 times on a cellphone before making his way to Shark River Park in Wall Township, about 20 miles north of Benton’s Lakehurst home. Authorities say he attached a car jack to the back of her car seat and tossed her into the chilly waters of a creek inside the park. Then he went to a liquor store, bought alcohol for rum and cokes that he downed with a friend and caught a train to begin his escape to San Diego, where he was tracked down and arrested days later by a fugitive task force. The child’s body was found partially submerged in a creek at a Jersey shore park on Nov. 22, 2011, one tiny black and purple sneaker sticking out of the water. In his opening statement, defense attorney Ryan Moriarty told the jurors their task is to decide “what form of homicide applies to this defendant.” “We’re not asking you to presume Arthur Morgan innocent of responsibility,” he said. “It is our contention that he did not act knowingly and purposefully on that day but, rather, recklessly. Can your ability to think clearly be affected by lack of sleep, losing your job, staying in your car? By homelessness, by the end of a major relationship in your life?” When asked why he attached a tire jack to the car seat, Morgan replied, “To keep her where she was,” Williams told the jury. “Like an anchor?” the detective asked. “Yeah,” Morgan replied, according to police. “Like a ball and chain. SMH. There aren’t enough words to describe how disgusting this man is.

Michael Dunn Convicted of Attempted Murder For Firing on SUV Full of Teens Playing "Rap Crap"

Michael Dunn was found guilty on four charges, including three for attempted second-degree murder, in connection with a shooting involving an SUV full of teens. Dunn allegedly got into an argument with them over loud music. He is looking at decades in prison, and yet there was no verdict on the first-degree murder charge related to the death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis. Michael Dunn Guilty of Attempted Murder Dunn’s lawyer, Cory Strolla, told reporters on Saturday that his client was “in disbelief … even as he sat next to me, he asked, how is this happening.” “It has not set in. I don’t think it will set in anytime soon.” The incomplete finale to this emotional, hot-button trial, largely because of the fact that Dunn is white and the teens who were shot at, including Davis, are black. For many, the Florida case echoed George Zimmerman ‘s trial for the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin about 120 miles down the road in Sanford. While the state’s controversial Stand Your Ground law wasn’t used by Dunn (or Zimmerman), his lawyers similarly argued that he fired in self-defense. Given the partially hung jury, State Attorney Angela Corey said prosecutors would press for a new trial in Duval County, Fla., on the murder charge. “Justice for Jordan Davis is as important as it is for any victim,” said Corey, whose office also famously handled the Zimmerman case in 2012-13. Dunn is not a free man , unlike Zimmerman. Nor may he ever be. Prosecutor Erin Wolfson explained on Saturday night that each attempted second-degree murder conviction carries a minimum sentence of at least 20 years. “You are looking at basically at life in prison,” Strolla said, even as he vowed to challenge the convictions. “At 47, that’s a life sentence regardless of count one.” The decision to convict on these counts, and not on murder, didn’t come easily for a jury that had deliberated for about 30 hours since getting the case. Judge Russell Healey said earlier that the jury of four white women, two black women, four white men, an Asian woman and a Hispanic man was “struggling, obviously.” “But it’s not for want of trying to reconcile all of this,” he said. “I think we’ve got some analytical people trying to do just that – trying to analyze this from every possible angle.” The lack of a murder conviction upset some, including protesters who marched outside the Jacksonville courthouse calling for Corey to lose her job. “The people united will never be defeated,” they also chanted. Yet Davis’ mother, Lucia McBath, didn’t express any anger when she addressed reporters last night. Her family, she said, is “so very happy to have just a little bit of closure.” “It’s sad for Mr. Dunn that he will live the rest of his life in that sense of torment, and I will pray for him,” McBath said. “And I’ve asked my family to pray for him.” It was back on November 23, 2012, when Michael Dunn pulled into a gas station in Jacksonville, parking next to a red Dodge Durango full of teenagers. The teens pulled in for gum and cigarettes; Dunn ad just left his son’s wedding with his fiancee, who’d gone inside the convenience store for wine and chips. Dunn didn’t like the loud music – “rap crap,” as he called it – coming from the teens’ SUV. He asked them to turn it down, and what came next depends on whom you ask. Dunn says Davis threatened him, and he decided to take matters into his own hands upon seeing what he thought was the barrel of a gun sticking out of the Durango. But prosecutors asserted that it was Dunn who lost control, firing three volleys of shots – 10 bullets total – at the SUV because of the music he didn’t like. Prosecutors challenged specifically what he did after the altercation: He left the gas station and drove 40 miles away to a bed and breakfast in St. Augustine. There, Dunn walked his dog, ordered a pizza, then drank rum and cola, “stunned and horrified, (shocked how) things escalated the way they did over a common courtesy.” After learning almost six hours later that he had killed Davis, Dunn testified that he became “crazy with grief,” experiencing stomach problems for hours before napping. “My intent was to stop the attack, not necessarily end a life,” he testified. Yet his fiancee, Rhonda Rouer, testified that Dunn never mentioned any weapon to her – be it a shotgun, a stick, a barrel or a lead pipe – unlike what Dunn said. In fact, police found a basketball, basketball shoes, clothing, a camera tripod and cups inside the teenagers’ Durango, but no evidence of any firearm. Dunn himself never called police, either. The first contacts he had with them were at his home in Satellite Beach, 130 miles south of St. Augustine, as he was being apprehended in the case. Arguing that he wasn’t in a rational state of mind, Dunn admitted, “It makes sense that I should have (contacted authorities). We didn’t. I can’t tell you why.”

Christopher Lane Murder: Racist Tweets From One Teen Suspect Uncovered

James Francis Edwards, one of three teens charged in the killing of Christopher Lane, posted racist Tweets on his account, according to a new report. One tweet from him reads, “90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM.” Another reads, “Ayeee I knocced out 5 woods since Zimmerman court! :)” The Daily Caller says “woods” is a derogatory term for white people. Christopher Lane Murder Suspects Charged Edwards and Chancey Allen Luna, 16, were charged with first-degree murder as adults Tuesday and are being held without bond in Duncan, Oklahoma. Bond was set at $1 million for 17-year-old Michael Jones, who allegedly drove the vehicle carrying the suspects accused of murdering Chris Lane . Jones is considered a youthful offender but will be tried in adult court along with his cohorts. Jones named Luna as the gunman, police said. The “thrill kill” slaying of Lane shocked the nation due to its random nature – the trio allegedly admitted they did it “for fun” and because they were “bored.” Police Chief Dan Ford said the victim, 22, appeared to have been “targeted” at random after he jogged by a house where the teenagers were. Australian Lane was on a baseball scholarship at East Central University and was in Duncan, Okla., visiting his girlfriend when he was shot and killed. Some bystanders tried to perform CPR on a dying Lane, but he was unconscious and had stopped breathing before an ambulance arrived. Prosecutor Jason Hicks called the boys “thugs” in court as he detailed the senseless murder they allegedly carried out at the end of last week. Edwards has had run-ins with the law previously and had been in court Friday, the day of the killing, to sign documents related to his juvenile probation.

SMH: 22-Year-Old Teacher Popped By One-Time For Chopping Down 15-Year-Old Student

We’re tired of the teachers phucking the students. Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Student According to Mail Online A 22-year-old teacher in New Jersey was arrested on Friday for allegedly having sexual contact with one of her 15-year-old students at Wall Township High School, where she is a 9th-grade English teacher. A complaint filed against Warnick – who in addition to teaching at Wall Township High School, also graduated from the school – accuses her of aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. Warnick, who has been working as an at-home summer instructor since June, was arrested July 30 and released after posting $50,000 bail. According to the criminal complaint, the incident was reported on July 14. Monmouth County prosecutors would not provide further details. Charlie Webster, spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, told the Asbury Park Press that his office could not release any information as to how police were made aware of the alleged sexual contact between Warnick and the student. ‘It’s an ongoing investigation. The complaint will have to speak for itself,’ Webster said. Wall Township Board of Education President Eva Applegate said she is aware of the allegations against Warnick, but also declined comment. ‘The board will be discussing the employee’s contract renewal in a closed session next week,’ Applegate said. The teacher’s attorney, Alton Kenney says she will plead not guilty ‘because she is, in fact, not guilty.’ He says he expects her to be exonerated and return to work as a teacher. Attorney James Maggs, who is assisting the boy’s family, says he has gone through a ‘horrible ordeal.’ Warnick is due in court Aug. 6. Where were the parents?

Ho Sit Down: Ted Nugent Says Black Parents Should “Teach Their Children Not To Attack People” If They Don’t Want To Die Like Trayvon Martin

Ted Nugent Says Black Parents Should Teach Their Children Not To Attack People Like Trayvon Did Idiotic NRA Chairman Ted Nugent, who is known for making radically ridiculous and most times borderline racist comments is back at it with his latest opinion on the outcome of the trial of child murderer George “Triggerman” Zimmerman. The babbling beyotch-made man suggested in a recent interview that if “people” who are worried about their children ending up like Trayvon would teach them not to attack people, then they wouldn’t have to worry. While he didn’t plainly state that he was referring to black people, no other race is currently more concerned about the welfare of their young boys….soooooo…..yeah. via THG Nugent, the legendary rock star and equally well-known gun rights activist, ripped the state of Florida for even bringing charges against Zimmerman. He even went a step further and lambasted President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder for using the case to promote a “racist agenda.” “It was a clear-cut case of self-defense,” Nugent said. “I’m very relieved and hopeful that there is justice in America the ‘not guilty’ verdict came in.” “Number one, the whole thing is a tragedy – that he was charged with any crime after all the evidence that the law enforcement professionals ascertained immediately.” “When we the people do get all the evidence, then we see self-defense as the pure thing that it is,” he added on Dennis Miller’s radio show. After slandering President Obama and all but calling him a racist, Nugent then went on to insult Trayvon Martin, his family and any families where African-American males are present. With the N.Y. Daily News linking Martin to hate crime victims, and everyone from Kim Kardashian to Beyonce lamenting the verdict, Ted has a different take: “I think that the real travesty here is that the prosecutor and the judge and the whole so-called justice system was cowed and pressured by just racism personified.” “It pains me deeply to even have to say this, but when the president and the gun-running attorney general get involved to push for a racist agenda, it’s bad for America. It puts us back.” According to Nugent, the Trayvon Martin trial was just part of what he called ugly race relations, matching only those going back to the civil rights era. “I’m 65 years old this year, Dennis, and I’ve never seen such ugly race relations since the white and black water fountains in Detroit went away,” Nugent said. “We were on an even keel. We were on the upgrade. I think racism for all practical purposes was gone five, six years ago and it’s back with a vengeance and it breaks my heart.” “But here’s the ultimate lesson, if everyone would take a deep breath – I hear a lot of squawking that parents go, ‘Well, that could have been my kid.’” “Well, here’s a little update for you: Teach your children not to attack people. Thank you very much. And again, I take no joy in criticizing my president.” There has to be warm jail cell right next to Zimmerman’s empty one for this guy to occupy……asap. Continue reading

Aaron Hernandez Family Members, Friends Defend NFL Star: He’s Not a Gang-Banger!

The murder case against former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez has shocked the country, but those who know him well say to reserve judgment. He was a fun-loving teenager at Bristol Central High School, where he followed in the footsteps of his older brother, D.J., a tight end at the University of Connecticut. Some recall him struggling with the death of his father, Dennis, in 2006, but staying determined to become a pro athlete, spending hours working out before and after school. As Bristol police assist Massachusetts investigators, arresting one local man as a fugitive from justice, the community is left to ponder the fall of the hometown hero. A former high school teammate, Andrew Ragali, 24, said the troubled street hood he has seen portrayed on TV is not the Aaron Hernandez he knew. “You could maybe say he was immature, but he wasn’t a gang-banger,” Ragali said. “Not at all. I think when he went to college things might have changed, hanging around with the wrong people, but in high school, he wasn’t like that at all .” Ragali recalled seeing Hernandez again, years after high school, at a Hartford bar. He described him as quieter, and with many more tattoos. But said he was still very nice, asked about his family and took pictures with his girlfriend. It was after his father’s death that Hernandez began smoking marijuana and hanging out with a rough crowd, Hernandez’s mother, Terri, told USA Today. “The shock of losing his dad, there was so much anger,” she said. Hernandez’s mother works in the office at the local South Side elementary school, and other family members still live in Bristol, a city now in shock. “All I can say is that he will be cleared of all these charges in the end,” she told the Bristol Press outside her home Wednesday. “Just let it play out until the end.” The 23-year-old Hernandez was arrested Wednesday at his mansion in North Attleborough, Mass., and accused of orchestrating the execution of his friend, Odin Lloyd. Alll allegedly because Lloyd had talked to the wrong people at a nightclub. He was denied bail at a hearing Thursday in a Massachusetts courtroom, where his lawyer argued his client is not a risk to flee and the case against him is circumstantial. Hernandez, who is being investigated for two more murders – this time stemming from a drive-by shooting in Boston – remains behind bars, however. On June 16, the night before the slaying, a prosecutor said, Hernandez texted two friends and asked them to hurry to Massachusetts from Connecticut. A few minutes later, he texted Lloyd to tell him he wanted to get together, the prosecutor said. Authorities said surveillance footage showed the friends arriving. They did not say who they believe fired the shots. Bristol police have been assisting investigators in Massachusetts and that Carlos Ortiz, 27, of Bristol, had been charged as a fugitive from justice. He is being held on $1.5 million bail in Hartford.

Fawk A Dumb Thug: Brooklyn Man Sentenced To 25-To-Life After Bragging “Ville Up Hoe!” On Facebook After Murking HS Hoops Star

This guy deserves to rot in a cell. The family of young woman who was a promising Harlem HS hoops star is finally seeing some justice for her murder two years ago. Via NY Post reports : A young thug was sent silent and sullen to prison today for the random Harlem murder of high school basketball star Tayshana “Chicken” Murphy — instead, his vile Facebook posting from an hour after the shooting spoke for him. “Ville up hoe,” Tyshawn Brockington, 23, had snarled online, a reference to Manhattanville Houses, which was at war with Murphy’s Grant Houses, leaving her as a bloody, innocent casualty in her building’s fourth floor stairwell two years ago. By “Ville up,” the killer had meant that in Murphy’s death, Manhattanville had just notched a one-up victory in the two projects’ senseless war, prosecutors explained. And “Hoe” was the killer’s final blow to the stranger who was his victim — again senseless given her undisputed virtues as a sister, daughter, friend and athlete. “Killing her was not enough,” prosecutor Jeffrey Levinson said of Brockington at the emotional Manhattan Supreme Court sentencing. “He has to call her a pr0stitute, or a sl*t, or a wh*re.” The judge, too, decried Brockington’s Facebook posting before giving him a 25-to-life sentence, the maximum allowed. “Certainly the vile comment – “Ville up hoe” — made an hour later, showed some kind of abhorrent pride in what he had accomplished,” said Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber. Four rows of the fallen basketball stars’ family members, friends and coaches attended the emotional sentencing. “You took her breath,” mom Tephanie Holston said in a victim impact statement, her voice dignified but quavering as she faced her daughter’s murderer. “She wasn’t yours.” Murphy, a senior at Murry Bergtraum High School, had been considered one of the country’s top female point guards. Her dream was to make it big — by shattering the gender barrier in the NBA, the prosecutor said. “She set her sights on playing with the NBA with the men… and she made the promise that once she got there, she was going to bring everybody with her,” he said. Watching the trial had been painful, said the judge. “This is about young people killing other young people. And this is really really tragic to me,” he said. “Sitting through the trial, and watching the videos and thinking about these two housing projects … What could that be,” he said of the bloody rivalries between the two projects, “other than some desire to create a sense of self worth by creating a sense of otherness against people who should be your brothers and sisters. “That to me is incredibly tragic,” he added. “Those bullets ended your life in a significant way as well,” judge told the perp. “I try never to sentence out of vengeance,” he said. “We’re desperately in need of kinship rather than otherness. But I can’t impose in in a case like this any sentence other than the maximum sentence.” Two lives have been effectively lost to gun violence: an 18-year-old girl who died far too young, and a 23-year-old man, who could spend the rest of his life in prison for her murder,” said Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance, Jr., in a written statement issued after the sentencing. “My office will continue to work with communities across Manhattan to put an end to the gang and gun violence that was one of the contributing factors to Ms. Murphy’s untimely death.” SMH. Stop the violence! When you’re young it’s easy to get caught up in gang and turf BS but that ish truly ain’t what life is about. Now this dummy will be spending the rest of his life in jail and this family is without a loved one. Continue reading
