R.I.P. Or Not?: Arrest Warrant Issued For Tim Dog Faking His Own Death To Escape Payback! [Video]

A Desoto County,MS judge has issued an arrest warrant for Rapper ‘Tim Dog’ who is supposed to be dead. Tim Dog, or Timothy Blair, was convicted of swindling a Southhaven women in 2011, but it was reported he died in February. Hernando Prosecutor Steven Jubera says if Tim Dog is alive, he’s pulling of the greatest scam ever in the history of hip hop. And if he’s alive, he’s also going to jail. “I need proof,” said Jubera. Proof is not easy to get when it comes to Blair. “Come to New York and see who gets robbed,” says his lyrics. Tim was known in the 90s for his song about Compton and more recently for his swindling ways. “I believe he was so angry that he had to pay me back,” said Victim Esther Pilgrim, who lost money to Blair after meeting him on an online dating site. Pilgrim, who fought to get Blair convicted, now believes Tim Dog’s pulling off his biggest scam yet. “This is amusing to him, she said. Pilgrim believes the rapper, reported dead in February, is really alive. The prosecutor who convicted him, agrees. “I need proof,” said Jubera. “I need a death certificate showing that’s he’s dead because as far as I’m concerned, he’s alive.” Jubera, with the Desoto County DA’s Office, filed a petition with a judge Tuesday To have Tim Dog’s probation revoked. The rapper was supposed to be making monthly payments to the courts after being convicted of grand larceny, but stopped paying when he was reported “dead.” Information about his death, however, is lacking in Rolling Stone Magazine and other publications that reported it. “Nobody said where he died, nobody said where he was buried, which is very odd for an obituary,” he said. In fact, even one of Tim Dog’s closest hip hop colleagues Ced Gee tells News Channel 3 that he refused to speak at Blair’s funeral because Tim Dog’s family could not produce a death certificate. Ced Gee believes after that, the funeral never happened. News Channel 3 also used a private investigator, who found no death records anywhere for Timothy Blair. If he’s alive, investigators say they plan to find him. “At the bare minimum he would get arrested and sit in jail until his court hearing,” said Jubera. The rapper owes $19 thousand in restitution to Pilgrim. Prosecutor Jubera says he will drop the arrest warrant, if Tim Dog’s family members can come forward and show proof of his death. youtube Continue reading

Other Wife Found on Facebook: Man Charged With Bigamy After Spouses Both Appear as "Friends"

A Washington man has been charged with bigamy after Facebook revealed he was married to two different women, unbeknownst to either of them. Guess someone needs to up his privacy settings. Alan O’Neill, a 41-year-old state corrections officer, married a woman in 2001, separated from her eight years later, changed his name and remarried. The two wives revealed O’Neill’s deception when – you guessed it – they both noticed the other one as a “friend” on their husband’s Facebook profile. “Wife No. 1 went to wife No. 2’s page and saw a picture of her and her husband with a wedding cake,” Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist said. O’Neill’s first wife then called and confronted the mother of wife No. 2. “An hour later the defendant arrived at [the original wife’s] apartment, and she asked him several times if they were divorced,” court records show. “The defendant at that point said, ‘No, we are still married.'” With his deception revealed, O’Neill allegedly asked his first wife to not alert authorities to the bigamy, which is illegal under federal and state laws. However, she went ahead and reported his duplicity. The accused was previously known as Alan Fulk and currently works as a Pierce County corrections officer, sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said. He was placed on leave from his job after being charged with bigamy, and officials say O’Neill faces up to a year in jail if convicted of that offense.

Lindsay Lohan Lawyer Destroyed By Judge: You’re INCOMPETENT!

Lindsay Lohan has an incompetent lawyer representing her. Straight from the mouth of Judge Jim Dabney, the man in charge of her criminal case. Dabney reamed out Mark Heller, saying he was incompetent to practice law in California and Lohan has to get another lawyer who knows what he’s doing. That or waive her right to a competent California lawyer. Seriously. The judge informed Heller he screwed up the legal documents he filed by not following California law, and denied his motion to dismiss Lohan’s case. Heller tried to blame the previous lawyer, but the judge had none of it, questioning his knowledge of criminal law or competence to handle the case. To make matters worse, the California lawyer who’s sponsoring Heller to appear in LiLo’s case didn’t show up today, and the judge made note of that. Prosecutor Terry White made it clear that he’s ready for trial on March 18, where Lindsay Lohan faces jail time for lying to cops and violating probation. Quick refresher: She wrecked her car in June and said her assistant was driving, which was not true. This also triggered a probation violation, potentially. Heller pleaded that Lindsay Lohan should be shown both “mercy and compassion,” but offered little in the way of legal specifics … or competence. There was also no mention made of the ongoing plea bargain negotiations, which Lindsay has put the kibosh on so far because they involve rehab. She’s a moron , but it sounds like Heller far exceeds her in that arena.

Jodi Arias Voicemail: Killer Leaves Message For Travis Alexander AFTER Stabbing Him

Jodi Arias left a cheerful voicemail, and sent both a text message and a long email to Travis Alexander on June 4, 2008 … after she had killed him. Prosecutor Juan Martinez showed this to the jury Thursday in ending his cross-examination of Jodi Arias , who is charged with first-degree murder. On the upbeat voicemail Arias left hours after leaving Alexander’s body in his shower, she shot the breeze for a bit, then invited him to see Othello with her. “Let me know. Talk to you soon. Bye!” she concluded. Martinez did his best to drive home the impact of these messages. “Did you send it so he could reach you from the grave?” he asked her sarcastically. Arias claims she killed Alexander self-defense.She cried often during the day’s session, with Martinez meticulously trying to poke holes in her claims. The prosecutor also showed a dramatic flair, once again leaning on the interview Arias gave 48 hours for maximum impact to prove Arias was lying. “No jury is going to convict me because I’m innocent and you can mark my words… no jury is going to convict me,” Arias said during that interview. Jodi Arias Voicemail Several photos of Alexander’s body were shown during Thursday’s proceedings and Arias broke down in tears. Martinez, meanwhile, recited all of her lies. While debate will revolve around the question if Arias’ tears were real or staged, the defendant spent more of the day apparently more rattled than ever. Guiding Arias through Alexander’s last minutes of life, the prosecutor closed the morning session with these powerful questions: “Were you crying when you were shooting him? “Were you crying when you were stabbing him? “When you cut his throat, were you crying ?” She faces the death penalty if convicted.

Love Is Blind: Yandy Does Ride Or Die Duty And Supports Mendeecees At His Trial For Chopping Down A Child

We already told you about the horrific details from the young woman who testified Mendeecees told her she performed better sex acts than her mom but neglected to mention that Yandy has been in the courtroom to support her baby daddy at his trial. According to Cliffview Pilot reports , Yandy was definitely there for the beginning of the trial on Tuesday: “We call it taking candy from a baby,” Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Demetra Maurice said. “An adult like Mendeecee Harris can easily manipulate a child into doing things like performing “sloppy top” – with words, with actions and later, with money,” Maurice said, as Harris, his girlfriend — fellow “Love & Hip Hop” celebrity Yandy Smith — and other family members and friends looked on. (A entourage escorted her into the courtroom and moved with her during breaks — with some holding coats over her face to block photographers. One member of the group even followed a CLIFFVIEW PILOT reporter/photographer upstairs and around a corner when she sat down to write.) The publication did not make any mention of her presence in their coverage of closing arguments however: Harris’ defense attorney Bryan Neary took issue with the key witness not being able to remember dates of specific incidents, citing what he called “contradiction upon contradiction” and “inconsistencies.” Their Lodi home didn’t have locks, he said, and the woman’s brothers were around, running in and out of the house — making the sexual encounters she described implausible. Neary also took issue with Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Demetra Maurice’s attempt to untangle Harris’ relationships with three different women. “How dare the prosecutor suggest that because he had a different lifestyle – that because he had different girlfriends – sometimes at the same time?” Neary asked. “And that he’s a reality TV star who gets $4,000 an episode… How dare she?” “Not one question contradicted his belief, his strong feeling, and the truth that he had nothing to do with this girl, nothing to do with these sexual allegations,” Neary said. “He broke down and said, ‘I didn’t do this,’ on the verge of tears.” Maurice, by contrast, instructed jurors that, as a minor, “the victim has no duty under the law to pull away, to resist, to absent herself from the situation.” “She doesn’t know that because she’s a child and she’s ashamed,” Maurice said. “This is a child, a child who felt shame and guilt,” she told jurors. “The man she trusted stood in front of her pleasuring himself, “splurged” on her breasts. “This child closed her eyes and pretended she was somewhere else.” During the trial, when asked if the girls’ testimony was true, Mendeecees told his defense attorney “No. No way. No, no,” from the stand. If you were Yandy, do you think you would be able to sit in the courtroom and hear all that and still believe your baby daddy was innocent???

Hate Crimes: 3 Men Prosecuted In California For Attack On Interracial Couple Because “A White Man Was With A Black Woman”

This is sad, but unfortunately a reality that we still deal with daily in America’s society… According to Sacramento Bee: Federal prosecutors in Sacramento are once again taking on what they describe as a particularly flagrant hate crime. An indictment returned Jan. 16 by a grand jury and unsealed last week accuses three Yuba County men of an unprovoked attack on a couple because the man is white and the woman is black. The indictment charges Perry Sylvester Jackson, 27, Billy James Hammett, 28, and Anthony Merrell Tyler, 32, all of Olivehurst, with one count of conspiracy and two counts of beating the couple in 2011. The charges are grounded in the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, a 2009 amendment to a statute that criminalizes violence motivated by race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity. Jackson, Hammett and Tyler were arrested by FBI agents last week and pleaded not guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dale A. Drozd. Heading the case for the government is Assistant U.S. Attorney R. Steven Lapham, a supervisor in the U.S. attorney’s office and one of its top prosecutors. At a hearing Friday, Lapham clashed with defense lawyer Mark Reichel over whether Jackson should be free on bail pending trial. After a protracted hearing, Drozd ordered Jackson held without bail to “ensure the safety of the community.” The strictures of the federal Bail Reform Act of 1984, juxtaposed with Jackson’s history of violence, made it “a difficult call,” the judge said. Hammett’s attorney did not challenge Lapham’s request for detention without bail, and Drozd granted it. He ordered Tyler released on a $150,000 unsecured appearance bond. Hate crimes have been a priority of U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner going back to his days as a line prosecutor who handled a number of them and who was the office’s hate-crimes coordinator. Hate crimes, Wagner said Monday, “are intended to send a message of intolerance and instill fear in a larger community. Consequently, it is important that they be aggressively prosecuted and people in the community see that something is being done.” As to the Yuba County case, Wagner said, “In our view this is a pretty egregious incident, and the district attorney up there agreed that a federal prosecution may have a greater impact. “Depending on the circumstances, punishment is generally more severe in federal court,” he explained. In his bid to keep Jackson locked up, Lapham told the judge that a hate crime is random, spontaneous and often occurs so suddenly that a victim is overwhelmed without warning, the prosecutor said. Hate crimes tend to be more violent, Lapham said, because they are not meant to temporarily incapacitate. More often than not, he said, they brutally inflict serious, sometimes lasting injuries. SMH. We must stop this unnecessary violence.

Random Ridiculousness: Woman Faces Prison Time After Man Dies From Illegal Silicone Shlong Injection

Woman Charged For Administering Fatal Silicone Injection Into Man’s Shlong Sometimes it just pays to be satisfied with the pint-sized peen that you were born with…. A New Jersey woman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless manslaughter on Tuesday, more than a year after the man on whom she allegedly performed a penis enhancement procedure died, The Star-Ledger reports. Kasia Rivera, 35, of East Orange, who has no medical training, allegedly injected silicone into the petite peen of 22-year-old Justin Street at her home on May 5, 2011. The substance reportedly went directly into his blood stream, shutting down his organs. He died the next day. She was charged in December after a local coroner ruled his death a suicide. A grand jury indicted Rivera last month. If convicted, she could face ten years behind bars. Though it has not been confirmed, Rivera looks as though she has undergone surgical procedures on her face that she performed herself or someone else. Essex County Assistant Prosecutor William Neafsey said that, while he doesn’t believe she meant for Street to die, Rivera’s actions were responsible for his death. SMH. We’re speechless. Get It How You Live: The Godmother Of Yayo Griselda “La Madrina” Blanco Gunned Down By Motorcycle Assassin In Her Native Colombia

If you’ve ever seen “C0ca!ne Cowboys” you know exactly who we’re talking about. Miam’s godmother of yayo was gunned down Monday and most folks think it’s karma. Earlier today, a motorcycle-riding assassin pumped two bullets into the head of Griselda Blanco inside a Medellin, Colombia, butcher shop; ending the life of the queen of Miami’s violent C0ca!ne Cowboys era. It was a bloody cinematic ending for the 69-year-old retired yayo trafficker who was insatiably fond of the gangster epic The Godfather — going as far as naming her youngest son Michael Corleone. Longtime Blanco family friend Cristian Rios confirmed reports by Colombian news outlets that Blanco died from her wounds after she was transported to a nearby hospital. “It’s hard to comprehend right now,” he tells Riptide. “I’m hoping the reprisals end here.” Two of her four sons were murdered while she was incarcerated in the 1980s and 1990s. She is survived by Michael, a 34-year-old Colombian American who is under house arrest in Miami while waiting for his trial on a yayo trafficking charge from last year. “Michael is just beside himself,” Rios says. “No matter what people think of Griselda, she was still his mom.” According to the newspaper El Colombiano, a pair of suspects riding a motorcycle stopped at the open-air butcher shop, located in the Medellin neighborhood of Belen Parque. An unknown man riding on the back of the bike got off and walked toward Blanco. He fired two shots at her head from close range. The report states Blanco had been in the shop for about 30 minutes with a pregnant ex-daughter-in-law who was not identified. Whoever was behind the hit may have wanted to send an ironic final message since Blanco is the reputed originator of motorcycle assassinations. Known as la madrina, or the Godmother, Blanco was a pioneer in the blow trafficking industry during the 1970s and early 1980s. According to law enforcement, she oversaw a billion-dollar criminal organization that transported 3,400 pounds of perico a month into the United States. She revolutionized smuggling by developing her own line of underwear with secret compartments to stuff drugs into. Blanco solidified her place in Colombian cartel lore as the mentor to Pablo Escobar. But Blanco was also known as a ruthless queen of death, accused of masterminding at least 40 homicides from Miami to New York, including the murder of a two-year-old boy. On February 7, 1982, Blanco hitmen fired at a car traveling on South Dixie Highway and SW 168th Street. The shooters missed their target, Jesus Castro, an ex-enforcer who had insulted her sons, but hit his boy Johnny twice in the head. According to witness testimony from federal informant Max Mermelstein, an American who worked for the cartel, Blanco boasted about little Johnny’s murder, noting she was pleased that the child had been killed “because it would upset the father.” She also earned another nickname: The Black Widow. Blanco was allegedly behind the murders of three husbands. Blanco was arrested in 1985 on federal trafficking charges and convicted a year later. In 1994, she was charged in Miami-Dade criminal court for the murders of Johnny Castro and two drug dealers who were late with their payments to the Godmother. Four years later, when she was released from a California federal prison, Blanco pled no contest to the three slayings. She was transferred to a Florida correctional facility. She would have faced the electric chair if the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office hadn’t bungled the case. Two of the prosecutor’s secretaries were busted having phone sex with star witness and ex-Griselda button man Jorge “Rivi” Ayala. Following her release from prison and deportation to Colombia in 2004, Blanco became somewhat of a hip-hop cultural icon thanks to the Rakontur documentaries C0ca!ne Cowboys and Hustlin’ With the Godmother. According to Rios, Blanco’s murderous exploits have been exaggerated by her former criminal associates who testified against her and the media. “People don’t understand that she was just a figurehead,” he says. “She’s not responsible for atrocities committed by others in her organization.” Nevertheless, Rios acknowledged Blanco had made a lot of enemies, some of whom are still alive and may have still wanted to collect in blood. “Unfortunately, her past caught up with her,” he says. Boy did it ever… But she still lived long enough to turn herself into quite the legend. If you’ve never seen the films about her you’re gonna appreciate this clip below: Source

Mel Gibson Accused of Terrorizing Stepmother

Mel Gibson’s own stepmother, Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson, says the actor spit in her face, threatened her and sabotaged her marriage, according to reports. Joye, who married Mel’s father Hutton Gibson in 2001, has formally filed for a restraining order against Mel in court, claiming she fears for her safety. Joye claims Mel and his sister Maura despise her because she doesn’t approve of all the medical treatments they’ve been pressuring Hutton to undergo. Hutton Gibson, 93, has a host of serious health problems. Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson claims that, among other things … “Mel began yelling and saying, ‘f*ck this, f*ck that’ while leveling other extremely offensive language at me” because she does not approve of “experimental Ozone treatments” Hutton was undergoing. (10/11) Mel warned her “not to f*ck with [Hutton’s] treatments in any way.” (10/11) Visiting Hutton in the hospital, she said something that pissed Mel off and he “began yelling at me in a very loud and terrifying voice.” (1/12) After she refused his cooking on a trip to seek stem cell treatment for Hutton, “Mel looked at me in disgust and said that I was insulting him by not eating. He then threatened that if I did not eat he would have me put outside.” (3/12) During a family meeting to discuss Hutton’s health care, “Mel became incensed and began acting like a wild man … He was so close that I could feel his spit hitting my face. [Mel’s eyes] looked as if they were bulging out of his head.” (5/12) Joye says Mel must have manipulated their ailing father into filing for divorce, which he did in June, as Hutton, a devout Catholic, doesn’t believe in divorce. Joye
