Emma Stone’s On a Boat of the Day

I hate that whenever you say that anyone is “on a boat”…some asshole who is overly influenced by social media, pop culture, viral videos, youtubers, the internet…will sing that Andy Samberg song… It makes me hope for the apocalypse, which we are on the right track to hit in our lifetimes, and that in and of itself is kind of exciting…because we need a reset…and I guess so does EMMA STONE, because she’s gone sailing…you know to deal with her rough life being rich as fuck, famous as fuck… The post Emma Stone’s On a Boat of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

SMH: Dirty Doggin’ Kirk Continues To Not Give A Phuck And Drags Rasheeda On Instagram

Kirk just keeps digging a deeper hole for himself. Kirk you gave yourself a hall pass and phucked that hoe Mary Jane? You could have done better than that. Time to hop of Instagram and take a trip to the STD clinic. We don’t understand why women flock to Kirk. Kirk looks like he prefers the rough hands of a man caressing his chest than those of a nice soft woman. We’re just saying. Instagram

‘Catching Fire’ Will ‘Look And Feel’ Different From ‘Hunger Games’

Director Gary Ross has some ‘not fully baked’ ideas about how to change things up for sequel. By Jocelyn Vena Jennifer Lawrence in “The Hunger Games” Photo: Lionsgate “The Hunger Games” owned the box office over the weekend, proving that fans of Suzanne Collins’ best-selling series were excited to see how director Gary Ross and his A-list cast would turn her work into an eye-catching big-screen sensation. With so much enthusiasm for part one of the trilogy, MTV News got some scoop about the next film in the franchise, “Catching Fire,” which picks up where “THG” left off. “The training was never, like, tough. It was intense, but it was fun. So I’m looking forward to the next bout of training,” Jennifer Lawrence told MTV News about part two, adding that she will even have a very different look for it. She joked, “For the second one, I will have a beard.” (Warning: Minor spoilers ahead!) With the latest round of the Hunger Games over and Katniss and her pal Peeta standing victorious, there’s rebellion under way against the Capitol. But that’s not the only upheaval. There’s a special edition of the Hunger Games announced that will raise the stakes once again for the two friends and everyone they know. Ross has some idea of what the next Games will look like. “The arena in the second book is tropical and the arena in [the first] book is forests, so that in and of itself will make for a different wardrobe on the part of the crew,” he explained. “In terms of the cinematic differences in the way I might shoot the movie, I shot this in a very specific way that’s very different than most franchises are shot, obviously, and that had a lot to do with the urgency of what’s going on and Katniss’ point of view,” he continued. “I have some ideas about how to do ‘Catching Fire’ slightly differently, but I don’t want to share them yet. Not because I’m being evasive, but just because they’re not fully baked. But yes, I think it will look and feel slightly different from the first.” What will certainly get amped up is Katniss’ relationship with her escort, the elaborately costumed Effie Trinket. “You know, everything that I loved about Effie in the first place, which is that her stakes are completely tied up with Katniss’ stakes, everything she does reflects on me, and unfortunately everything she does reflects very badly on me,” Elizabeth Banks said of her relationship with her rebellious tribute. “So the relationship between Katniss and Effie just gets more frazzled, and I’m really excited to see how that plays out.” Check out everything we’ve got on “The Hunger Games.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com . ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 1’ Ends In A ‘Very Organic Place’

‘Everybody debated it a lot,’ screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg says of back-and-forth over where to split the finale. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Robert Pattinson in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” Photo: Summit Entertainment If you were among the devoted “Twilight” fans who lined up to see “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” over the weekend, then you already know the film has a pretty dramatic conclusion. But MTV News has learned that the first of the two-part finale wasn’t always intended to end where it does, even if it seems like the obvious choice. When we caught up with screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg and director Bill Condon shortly before “Part 1” hit theaters, the creative duo admitted to a lot of early discussions trying to decide the best place to split the final two movies. While Rosenberg and Condon felt that the current ending was the most “organic” place to pause before “Part 2,” the studio wanted to make sure it was a spot in the story line that would best serve the entire series. “We went back and forth a lot and, initially, this seemed like a very obvious place for the split, but then as the creative process went forth, myself, the studio and [author] Stephenie [Meyer], [producer] Wyck [Godfrey] and everybody debated it a lot,” Rosenberg said. “I tried a couple different things but ultimately this was a natural, very organic place to split it.” Condon said he was always a defender of the existing split, even if many members of the creative team debated him on it. “When I came on, I really felt very strongly this is where it should be [divided],” he told us. Fans of Meyer’s novel should have a general idea of where “Part1” ends even if they haven’t seen the movie. But if you’re afraid of spoilers, we’ll just say that Bella (Kristen Stewart) undergoes some pretty significant changes as the film winds to a close. Rosenberg actually considered a split that would have pushed “Part 1” even further along in the novel. “Pushing from further into the second movie, pushing into the first act of the second movie,” she said of the other options she had toyed with. “But it wasn’t organic, it wasn’t right.” Do you think the filmmakers chose the right place to split the two “Breaking Dawn” films? After ‘Deathly Hallows,’ Tom Felton Goes From ‘Potter’ To Primates

Actor will hit the big screen again in next month’s ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes,’ with a spate of big-screen parts on the horizon. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Kara Warner Tom Felton in “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” Photo: 20th Century Fox Tom Felton may be giving up his bleached-blond Draco Malfoy hair color , but he’s not giving up his “Harry Potter” character’s bad attitude just yet. As “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2” was breaking box-office records and opening to critical acclaim over the weekend, Felton was already looking forward to his first post-“Potter” film, “Rise of the Planet of the Apes,” which hits theaters on August 5. And from what he’s told MTV News about the movie’s plot, his “Apes” character has a few things in common with Draco. “My character, he works at a primate facility — I can reveal that — in which … he’s not the nicest of people looking after these lovely creatures,” Felton teased. But that’s not the only project Felton is gearing up for: He finished filming “The Apparition” last year, a thriller that also stars “Twilight” actress Ashley Greene and “Captain America: The First Avenger” actor Sebastian Stan. While “Apparition” isn’t due out until sometime in 2012, the movie is already earning some serious buzz in the online fan communities because it brings together two major movie franchises. Felton has also filmed the sports flick “From the Rough” with Taraji P. Henson and Justin Chon and director Pierre Bagley. Add to that docket two war movies: “Grace and Danger” is currently in pre-production and “Evac” is on the horizon. With films like “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” and “The Apparition” on the way, Felton seems to be positioning himself as a viable big-screen presence post-“Potter.” But he seemed genuinely surprise that the opportunity to make another big-budget movie had come so quickly after the end of “Potter.” “It was very exciting for me to go from ‘Harry Potter’ on to [‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’],” he told MTV News. “I didn’t expect to go on to that class of set straight away, so it was hugely exciting. We had a great time making it.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com .
