But commotion over that sapphire frock is nothing compared to the absolute frenzy that has broken out over who will design this beauty’s wedding gown. According to the betting firm of William Hill, Phillipa Lepley has become one of the favorites to land this honor. Late yesterday, a number of three-figure bets were placed on this British designer. Really. People are gambling on who will design Kate’s dress. “There is rarely smoke without fire, and I would suggest she is possibly in the running and on a shortlist,” said a spokesperson for that wagering agency. As for the month in which the wedding will take place? The firm has taken April off the board because so many people were placing bets on it. Amazing.
