Chanel West Coast Shakes Her Ass of the Day

I would write a poem for Chanel West Coast….because I am a poet and not a rapper like her..you know culturally appropriating the black folks and their culture while being some white Southern California bullshit girl who was on an MTV show where she played the secretary, a job she probably should have kept, a career she probably should have focused on, filing paperwork, rather than single-filing men into her cunt to get a music career that still hasn’t happened 10 years after being first introduced to us…I mean being on MTV in 2008 was a solid way to be more than what Chanel West Coast has become…but at least she’s still a whore. Blac Chyna Loses License To “Lashed” Business… Meanwhile Kylie Is Koming With Her Own Lash Line!

Source: Patricia Schlein/WENN.com / WENN Blac Chyna Lash Business Suspended Over Failure To File Tax Return Bad news in Blac Chyna land … The Blast recently confirmed that Lashed, LLC was suspended by the Franchise Tax Board on November 1, 2018. That’s Blac Chyna’s cosmetics company for those who are unaware. California-based businesses can be suspended by either the Secretary of State’s office or the FTB for a handful of different reasons, a spokesperson for the tax board tells the Blast they suspended Lashed for its “failure to file a tax return.” Due to the suspension, Chyna’s business has now lost to conduct business and she’ll also be put in the position where she’s unable to sue on behalf of or defend Lashed in court, file a claim for refund, legally close or dissolve the business. According to the FTB, the California agency responsible for collecting and enforcing personal and corporate income taxes, suspended companies are also subject to a $2,000 penalty. But we probably shouldn’t feel too bad because these repercussions follow a failure to respond to over two months-worth of notices. Since launching Lashed in late 2014, Chyna’s beauty biz has sold cosmetics, including lashes and lipsticks, both online at LashedCosmetics.com as well as her actual Encino store, where services like eyelash extensions, waxing and teeth whitening were offered. While the suspension won’t affect Lashed customers ability to make purchases online her Ventura Blvd based brick and mortar has been looking mighty empty. Chyna held a grand re-opening back in September but a neighboring business owner told The Blast they haven’t seen her back since. Meanwhile, to add insult to injury, Kylie Jenner filed to trademark the term “KYLASH,” for the purposes of artificial eyelashes, eyelash tint. You already know Kylie’s a beast at the beauty biz, so this could be a big area of expansion for her. Blac Chyna might want to get things right with the taxman quickly because businesses lose the right to use their name when they’re suspended, which means another enterprising Californian could come in and stake their claim.

S tacey Abrams is still fighting for every vote in Georgia to be counted, while  Brian Kemp ‘s campaign is claiming he won the governor race. However, the Associated Press , NBC and CNN  did not call the race. Therefore, Abrams filed a new lawsuit on Sunday. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction According to the Associated Press , Abrams’ camp “filed a federal lawsuit Sunday asking a judge to delay vote certifications in Georgia’s unsettled governor’s race by one day and to make officials count any votes that were wrongly rejected. If successful, the suit would prevent officials from certifying county vote totals until Wednesday and could restore at least 1,095 votes that weren’t counted.” In a conference call, Abrams’ campaign manager  Lauren Groh-Wargom  said the state’s numbers “can’t be trusted” and “that 5,000 votes came in Saturday.” She also said, “This race is not over. It’s still too close to call.” Brian Kemp’s team have not responded to the lawsuit. There was another lawsuit filed last week by five Georgia voters asking for Kemp to stop being involved in the election results. He was the secretary of state, which means he oversaw his own election. Even former President Jimmy Carter called on Kemp to resign .  Laurence Schwartzol of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan nonprofit, is a lawyer for the voters and said, “This lawsuit is all about a fundamental unfairness — to have Kemp run the rules of this election, where Secretary Kemp has showed he misused his office in hyper-partisan way.” Kemp resigned on Friday, but many people felt like it was too late and his voter suppression tactics had already done damage. A s NewsOne reported yesterday, Brian Kemp ‘s campaign claimed he won the governor race of Florida. However, the Associated Press , NBC and CNN  did not call the race. Stacey Abrams ‘ campaign has now spoken out. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction According to CNN, the Abrams campaign said, “Our opponent has had his office declare himself the victor and we do not accept that.” They continued, “They are trying to force an outcome … without proof … and expecting everyone to go along with it.” Cody Hall, the Kemp campaign’s press secretary, stated earlier, “Based on counts released by the Secretary of State’s office, Brian Kemp’s margin is so large that the number of provisional ballots and overseas ballots will not change his Election Day victory. Simply put, it is mathematically impossible for Stacey Abrams to win or force a run-off election.” Brian Kemp  is also the secretary of state of Georgia, which means he is supervising his own election. Kemp has been sued repeatedly for voter suppression and even former President Jimmy Carter called on him to resign  from his position as secretary of state. Late Tuesday night Abrams said, “I’m here tonight to tell that votes remain to be counted. There are voices that are waiting to be heard. Across our states, folks are opening up the dreams of voters and absentee ballots and we believe our chance for a stronger Georgia is just within reach but we cannot seize it until all voices are heard. I promise you tonight we are going to make sure that every vote is counted. Stacey Abrams Refuses To Concede Georgia Governor Race

U PDATED: 6:34 a.m. EDT, Nov. 7 — After a suspenseful Election Night, Stacey Abrams said she wouldn’t concede the race to be Georgia’s next governor to Brian Kemp, who was accused of orchestrating widespread voter suppression against Black people before and during Election Day. Abrams hinted at a possible runoff election next month because of Kemp’s razor-thin lead that continued to dwindle Wednesday morning, according to the Atlanta Journal-Consitution . This race is NOT over. @StaceyAbrams is now closer than ever. And 9% of voters are still outstanding in heavily Democratic areas. — Shaun King (@shaunking) November 7, 2018 She continued : “Votes remain to be counted. Voices waiting to be heard. We are going to make sure that every vote is counted – because in a civilized nation, the machinery of democracy should work everywhere for everyone.” Original story:   G eorgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp  stooped to a new low, even for him, in his ongoing efforts to keep Black people from voting for Stacey Abrams , the Black woman running against him for governor. Voting machines, which fall under the responsibility of the secretary of state, were delivered to majority Black precincts without any cords to provide them with electrical power for voters to cast their ballots. Kemp’s “dirty tricks” caused delays of up to four hours at polling places where hundreds of voters at a time were left waiting. See Also: Coincidence? Black People In Georgia Typically Get The Oldest Voting Machines, Increasing Chances Of Error “Brian Kemp is playing in the game and he’s also the referee!”  Rashad Robins , president of the racial justice group Color of Change, told NewsOne Tuesday afternoon. “The word we’re hearing is about suppression and dirty tricks, long lines and broken down polling places.” Kemp, who has President Donald Trump ’s endorsement, oversees the election system. He’s also been on the receiving end of multiple federal lawsuits over his attempts to suppress Black votes. They range for rejecting certain absentee ballots , blocking approximately 53,000 voter registration forms and purging some 700,000 voters from the state’s voting rolls—all targeting African-American voters. Here are just a few of the reports that flooded social media about suppression in Georgia. No power cords for voting machines in African American majority neighborhood in Georgia. This is a disgrace. I don’t believe in coincidences. Everyone should assume this is all orchestrated by Kemp. SMH! @tomreganWSB pic.twitter.com/YTXdXLAHzG — Everything Georgia (@GAFolIowers) November 6, 2018 Many of the reported problems apparently stemmed from old, decrepit voting machines that are concentrated in poor communities. “The counties and cities with the fewest resources are voting on the oldest equipment that tend to have the most problems,”  Edgardo Cortés , an election security advisor at the Brennan Center for Justice’s Democracy Program, confirmed to NewsOne during an interview on Monday. Kemp and Abrams were locked in a neck-and-neck race. Abrams has the chance to become the nation’s first African-American woman governor—in a red state that has not elected a Democratic governor in two decades. “Stacey Abrams’ opponents recognize that the only way they could win—when our folks are fired up—is to suppress the vote,” Robinson, of Color of Change said. “What I do think is really exciting is that folks, in the face of all that, are still turning out in large numbers.” SEE ALSO: Make Massa Happy! Source: David Livingston/Paras Griffin / David Livingston/Paras Griffin Oprah Winfrey made her own little history on Thursday. For the second time in her career, the media mogul endorsed a politician running for office. Her first was Former President Obama and now her second is Stacey Abrams , the Black Democratic candidate running to be Georgia’s next Governor. If Abrams win she will be the first Black woman to do so in American history . The creator of the OWN network, who is also a registered Independent, told a crowd today (Nov 1) at a Cobb County town hall, that she believes in Abrams and believes that she is the future of the state of Georgia. “I am here today because Stacey Abrams cares about the things that matter,” Winfrey told a cheering crowd , citing Abrams’ stance on environmental protection, healthcare and gun control. Adding that Abrams keeps “standing strong for the values that matter to me and the values that matter to Georgians all over this state.” Winfrey added that “if you’re woke just a little bit, you know everyone is not treated equally.” “Georgia, you've been on my mind!” Oprah Winfrey says while participating in a campaign event for Democrat Stacey Abrams. “You all are on the very precipice of a historical election.” https://t.co/an3bkmclCP pic.twitter.com/DM3ZgRQoWT — ABC News (@ABC) November 1, 2018 The 64-year-old 60 Minutes  special correspondent  made sure she let the crowd know that she wasn’t there because she plans on running for President in 2020 or because the Democrats paid her. “I came for myself,” she asserted. “I want to tell you…no one paid for me to come here. No one asked me to come here. I’ve earned the right to think for myself…I don’t want any party and I don’t want any kind of partisan influence telling me what decisions I get to make for myself” “I want to make it very clear,” Oprah Winfrey says while campaigning for Stacey Abrams. “I don't want to run, okay? I'm not trying to test any waters. Don't want to go in those waters.” https://t.co/an3bklUKLh pic.twitter.com/Vy6WkdzgVa — ABC News (@ABC) November 1, 2018 Winfrey also encouraged the women in the audience to vote their values and for politicians that have their best interests in mind. “Vote your values,” she emphasized. “Vote your conscience … the vitriol and the ads, they are designed to confuse and confound you with fear … When you know the right thing, and you can feel it … you can’t be influenced by propaganda and fear.” According to NBC News , Abrams is in a super tight race with her Republican opponent Secretary of State Brian Kemp. Last week,  an NBC News/Marist poll  found that the race is tied, with likely voters favoring Kemp by a 49 percent to 47 percent spread, a number within the poll’s margin of error. However, Abrams has some other serious backup coming in soon too. Former President Obama will be stumping for her on Friday. Leaked Audio: Brian Kemp Caught Expressing Concern About “Unprecedented” Voter Turnout In Favor Of Stacey Abrams

Image via Jessica McGowan/Getty Images Brian Kemp Talks Absentee Ballots In Leaked Audio If you’ve been paying attention to what’s happening in the upcoming midterm election, you know that Georgia’s incumbent Secretary of State Brian Kemp has been under HEAVY scrutiny for his seemingly shady practice of suppressing the vote for over 53,000 people, 70% of which are African-American. As Secretary of State Kemp is responsible for running the elections and that potential conflict of interest has raised LOTS of eyebrows not only in Georgia but nationwide. According to Rolling Stone , those suspicions have only been heightened with the leak of an audio recording of Kemp making some dubious comments about his opponent Stacey Abrams’ ability to garner support via absentee ballots. “They have just an unprecedented number of that,” he said, “which is something that continues to concern us, especially if everybody uses and exercises their right to vote — which they absolutely can — and mail those ballots in, we gotta have heavy turnout to offset that.” Peep what else Kemp had to say below. Georgia Isn’t Even Trying To Hide Its Racist Voter Suppression Efforts With This Video

Updated October 18, 2018, 2:30 p.m., EDT Outrage on social media prompted Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp to delete a controversial video from his office’s website, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Thursday. The video purportes to educate voters on Georgia’s advance voting procedures. Instead, the video created a furor because it features a Black child actor who failed to bring the acceptable government-issued voter ID to cast a ballot. Although the video was first posted in 2016, it remained on the site until Thursday. Kemp, who’s overseeing the state’s election system while also running for governor against a Black opponent, has been accused of using multiple schemes to suppress the Black vote. The video was viewed as part of his ongoing efforts. Georgia sends a racist voter suppression message with this video. It's one more tool in Brian Kemp's arsenal to target Black voters … https://t.co/Kqkmjet9Yx pic.twitter.com/gTrEFLP3jc — NewsOne (@newsone) October 18, 2018   Original Story: B lack Georgia voters searching the secretary of state’s website for information on advance voting will find a blatant message apparently intended to discourage them from voting. The message comes as a part of Secretary of State Brian Kemp ’s voter suppression package that is meant to help him and other Republicans win elections. He’s competing against Stacey Abrams who could become the nation’s Black woman governor. See Also: Georgia Removed Scores Of Voter From Its Rolls As Stacey Abrams Tries To Make History, Lawsuit Says The video , one of several voter information films on the official state site , explains how advance voting works in Georgia, using children to illustrate the process of in-person voting prior to Election Day. In the opening scene, a white kid walks into the election station and is directed to a clerk who takes a look at his government-issued ID card and allows him to cast a ballot. Moments later, a Black girl walks up to the clerk but searches frantically in her pocketbook for an ID card. She’s given a provisional ballot. The narrator later warns that provisional ballot voters, like the little Black girl, have three days after Election Day to present an acceptable ID or else their vote won’t count. Wow. So on the SOS website #BrianKemp has an advance voting video. Take a look at who gets to vote and who doesn’t. Nice messaging, Kemp. Please just #resign already. #gapol #gagov #TeamAbrams pic.twitter.com/D4gmMeb4Cw — Anjali Enjeti (@anjalienjeti) October 18, 2018 Georgia is one of the 34 states, mostly dominated by GOP lawmakers, which require voters to show some form of government-issued identification at the polls, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures . Kemp, who’s in a tight race against Abrams, discourages Black people from casting a ballot by fueling the view among many African-Americans that the voting system is rigged with obstacles against them, so there’s no point in even bothering to cast a ballot. And Georgia’s strict voter ID law is part of Kemp’s voter suppression arsenal that targets Black people. The law disproportionately affects poor people and voters of color. Kemp has also overseen an attempt to block 53,000 voter registration applications —about 70 percent of whom were African-Americans. Added to that, Georgia creates logistical barriers to suppress turnout in rural Black communities. Election officials make every effort to limit the number of polling stations and place them far away from larger population centers where transportation is a problem. Fortunately, voting rights advocates helped to thwart one of the latest attempts in August. SEE ALSO: Where Is Kierra Coles?
