Shawn Booth on Kaitlyn Bristowe Breakup: I’m Heartbroken …

They were one of the couples that seemed to have beaten the odds, but Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe are over . Now, Shawn is opening up to fans with a heartfelt message. He’s thanking them for their support — over the years and now, as he experiences real emotional pain. Shawn Booth took to Instagram to deliver a heartfelt message about his not-so-secret breakup with Kaitlyn Bristowe. “I just want to thank everyone who has been so supportive of my relationship with Kaitlyn over the years,” he writes. After nearly three years together, the couple accrued a lot of fans. “You’ve made me feel incredibly special,” he shares. Shawn continues, noting that fans have made him feel “supported, and very loved.” “So from the bottom of my heart,” Shawn continues. “Thank you.” Shawn writes: “It truly means a lot.” He’s thanking fans for more than just their support during the relationship. Shawn appreciates the outpouring of respect that has flowed from the Bachelor Nation following their split. “And,” Shawn says. “Thank you to everyone who has sent their love & support during this painful time.” He gushes: “I love you guys.” According to a recent report by People , Shawn isn’t the only one feeling heartbroken. Kaitlyn’s in the same boat. “This was the last thing Kaitlyn wanted,” and insider reveals. According to the source: “she was willing to fight for the relationship.” Ultimately, however, she and Shawn realized that they had lost their forward momentum. “But,” the insider laments. “There was nowhere for it to go.” “It’s only natural to think about the next steps when you’ve been together for three years,” the source explains. “Kaitlyn,” the insider says. “Wants to be married and have kids.” “But,” the source notes. “It didn’t seem like they were on the same page.” Kaitlyn is two years older than Shawn. She is 33, he is 31. Did that slight age difference make her the one who wanted to settle down first? Fans cannot help but wonder. Despite this key difference, the report says that neither of them simply quit on the other. “It wasn’t one of them who broke things off,” the source reports. In other words, it sounds like this painful decision to break up after nearly three years together was mutual. According to the insider, Kaitlyn and Shawn are still “on good terms.” That is great. But Kaitlyn is not doing so well internally, apparently. “She’s devastated,” the source reports. “There is a lot of hurt,” the insider says. The source notes that “Kaitlyn tried to make it work.” “She never thought this would end,” the insider concludes. The hardest thing about relationships is that they inevitably end, one way or the other. After three years of engagement, Shawn and Kaitlyn still have their memories of happiness, at least. In time, those should be a source of comfort as the reasons for their conflict fade. Who knows? Maybe they’ll even get back together, though we don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth Split, Break the Hearts of Fans

The Bachelor Nation is still reeling from the news that  it's over between Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth . They were together for so long! They gave fans hope that love is real! Now, after three years together, they've announced that they have broken up. Here is why his breakup might be the hardest ever for fans of the Bachelor franchise.   1. It’s over! This week, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth broke off their engagement and their relationship. 2. They had been together for three years Most couples on The Bachelor break up within a year — and plenty part ways after just a few months. Three years is like a lifetime for the Bachelor Fam. 3. Kaitlyn and Shawn even released a breakup statement “This difficult decision comes after thoughtful, respectful consideration,” the couple issued in a statement to People. “Even though we are parting as a couple, we’re very much committed to remaining friends.” 4. These things are always sad — and awkward “We have both evolved as people, which is taking us in different directions, but with the hope that we will continue to support each other in new ways,” they said. 5. Breakups are personal, but breakup announcements are not “Due to the nature of how we met, our relationship has always been very public, and we have enjoyed sharing it with all of you,” they concluded. “But we ask that you respect our decision and our privacy at this time.” 6. Aaron Carter: Visited FOUR Times by Police in 34 Hours!

Once again, things are not looking good for Aaron Carter. The former teen heartthrob has been plagued by struggles with both his mental health and physical health. It sounds like things are getting worse, and not better. In fact, Aaron Carter’s home was reportedly visited by police four different times … during a single 34-hour stretch. Aaron Carter has had a very eventful year. Prior to this latest tumultuous turn of events, Aaron Carter was arrested for a DUI and drug possession last July. (Technically, he refused to take the test for a DUI, which just about amounts to the same thing) As worried as some people were about his arrest (though Aaron Carter claimed that he doesn’t drink ), fans and concerned onlookers were even more concerned about the 29-year-old’s worn, worse-for-wear appearance. This led Aaron Carter to lash out before admitting to having an eating disorder . Then, during August, the “Aaron’s Party” singer seemed to take a turn for the better. Aaron Carter came out as bisexual , and was welcomed into the LGBT community with open arms. Aaron’s been working on new music for the first time in ages, and things have seemed to be going well for him for the first time in many, many years. It’s not unusual for someone’s mental health and overall happiness in life to improve when they come out and are able to live freely and openly as themselves. Unfortunately, some personal struggles are more complex than being closeted, and some demons are harder to exorcise. … Us Weekly reports that police visited Aaron Carter’s home for four separate gun and safety checks within a single 34-hour period. Most people don’t get that many police visits during their entire lives . First of all, the necessary backstory — Aaron was in what he described as a “serious” car accident on Tuesday. Aaron himself said that he was mostly okay, though he received some small cuts and also totaled his BMW in the process. The first call to police came at 11:47am that day, following the accident. The welfare check report indicates that the caller claimed that Aaron Carter had been abusing drugs and alcohol and also “trying to buy a gun for the last couple of weeks.” That’s not usually a great combination. No one answered the door when police arrived at Aaron’s home in St. Petersburg, Florida. The second call came two-and-a-half hours later, alleging that Aaron needed a psychological evaluation because, despite having been in a car accident just hours earlier, he was “refusing medical treatment.” The third call came on Wednesday at 4:18am. The caller claimed that Aaron was “not in a safe mental state” and had been “engaging in drug activity,” which sounds like something that a little old church lady would say but could still be worrisome. Plenty of people do drugs or have mental health struggles, but the caller had concerns beyond just, like, narcing on Aaron, as they alleged that Aaron had “threatened to harm family and others.” There’s no telling what form that alleged threat took. Aaron may have just said hostile things to his brother, as Aaron and Nick don’t get along so well . The fourth call came at 9:46pm last night. The caller claimed that Aaron had threatened to kill himself, that he was no longer responding to text messages, and that he had “threatened” to take Xanax and Klonopin. Alprazolam or clonazepam might have been just what Aaron needed and they might even be things that he’s been prescribed (benzodiazepines can work wonders when used as directed), but no one should take too much of any medication. Aaron was at no point arrested or taken into police custody. Welfare checks are just that — police show up and see if you seem okay or if anything seems to be amiss. It sounds like Aaron had one friend or loved one — or perhaps more than one — very, very worried. Worried enough that they’d reach out to police and risk Aaron never forgiving them. Kaitlyn Bristowe may have gotten her happily ever after with Shawn Booth after The Bachelorette , but that doesn’t mean that her season went exactly the way that she wanted it to. In fact, Kaitlyn says that there was one thing in particular that she’d never planned on — and that was keeping Nick Viall around as long as she did. There have been no shortage of breakups of Bachelor couples. In many cases, people have found that the person they got to know on reality television isn’t the same when the cameras aren’t rolling. In others, the fact that the cameras were rolling at that they were all on a timetable doesn’t give them time for honest communication before they get engaged. And their celebrity status afterwards makes it hard for their relationship to continue even after the season airs. And, obviously, some couples just drift apart. You can look at the breakup of Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins , whose relationship was strangled by a lack of honest communication thanks to the relentless presence of cameras in their lives. (Ben was on Kaitlyn’s season — that will come up in a moment) Then you have breakups like the one between Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton, that involved Josh calling the police . Their split seemed like it would have happened even if they’d just met over Tinder or whatever. But, despite all of the things that can and so often do go wrong in relationships, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are still together. Not married, but they’re together. So what, in Kaitlyn’s view, went wrong with her season? On her own podcast, titled Off The Vine , Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed that she never intended for Nick Viall to make it to the final two. For some time, Kaitlyn knew that she wanted to be with Shawn Booth. (Clearly, he was the right choice, as they’re still happily together) She had also decided that Ben Higgins would be the last man she sent home. As you remember, Ben came in third, not second, and it was Nick Viall who was Kaitlyn Bristowe’s final breakup. Nick Viall ended up going on and getting engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi (though they of course have broken up). Kaitlyn doesn’t say why things ended up the way that they did, but it’s interesting that her own decisions didn’t quite match up with her own plans. Kaitlyn may have gotten her happy ending, but that doesn’t mean that she’s turned her back on the Bachelor Nation. Recently, when it was finally revealed that Rachel Lindsay had made the controversial choice of settling with Bryan Abasolo, Kaitlyn posted this message to Instagram. “Attention Rachel and [Bryan Abasolo]. Today will be one of the best days of your life. When you can finally be out in the real world hand in hand.” She actually referred to Bryan as “Jerome,” which had been Rachel’s code word for her unnamed fiance. We suspect that Kaitlyn wrote this out in advance. Or maybe she just didn’t want to spoil things for those who hadn’t seen it yet. “I honestly don’t think you need advice because you seem to be on cloud 9 and you’re smart af, but here’s mine for what it’s worth.” Awwww, that is so cute. “Do not listen to outside voices. People will try and bring you down, I’m not sure why…But they do.” We, at least, don’t want to bring down Rachel Lindsay. We don’t understand her choice, but we want her to be happy. “As long as you surround yourselves with people who love you, and remind each other that they come first, you will be ok. You both have our full support. #TheBachelorette” This was from her and from Shawn Booth. Adorable. We’re not sure what lesson to take from this. Kaitlyn isn’t alleging a conspiracy by the Bachelorette producers or anything. It just sounds like she had a hard time letting Nick go before the end. Harder than she’d anticipated. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth: SCAMMING Bachelorette Fans???

“But their love seems so real!” said no one ever. While Bachelorette Kailyn Bristowe and her #1 rose recipient, Shawn Booth are keeping marriage talk at bay, former contestant JJ Lane is calling their relationship a total sham. Lane spoke to In Touch about how Bristowe and Booth are sitting on a throne of lines together in the name of cash.   And though he may be right in his assumptions that this is all a farce, Lane kinda sounds bitter to say the least. “Kaitlyn and Shawn’s relationship is a sham ,” Lane claimed. “They have a business relationship. Shawn is only sticking with her for the money.” What about true love?  What about the televised wedding?   “Shawn is such a jealous, insecure person,” Lane continued. “There is no way that Kaitlyn is going to be able to live her life long-term with a guy like that.” Like any villain, Lane ended his interview with a zinger. “I will revel in their divorce!” he proclaimed. OK, guy.  chill out. Few Bachelor/Bachelorettes have gone the distance with their rose recipient, so everything Lane is saying could possibly be true. However, ABC must have some ironclad restrictions on what past and present contestants can and cannot say. Bottom line: Save it for the tell-all, Lane (be sure to get through the legal tape first). Kaitlyn Bristowe and her Bachelorette winner, fiance Shawn Booth, are still publicly “together” and saying all the right things about their romance. Skeptical Bachelor fans who felt Shawn and Kaitlyn’s engagemen was a sham for the start may end up feeling vindicated before too long. A new report reveals that Booth and Bristowe aren’t even sleeping in the same bed, even as they’re keeping up appearances with their charade. This week’s edition of In Touch claims that they’ve already split; Shawn cheating on Kaitlyn has also been a persistent rumor of late. A witness dished to the tabloid, “They were so lovey-dovey. But, when the cameras turned off, they immediately stopped holding hands.” At Fashion Week, “Kaitlyn jumped on her phone while Shawn sat there checking out the beautiful models. They act like total strangers.” Other sources close to them say that fans at Fashion Week weren’t imagining the tension between Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe. It was real. An insider dished, “Kaitlyn and Shawn really did love each other at first. But, he was constantly on her about who she was texting and talking to.” “Shawn never showed this side of himself during the show. Kaitlyn eventually realized that she didn’t want to be with someone like that.” Still, the couple (or former couple?) are sticking it out, and not just because they want to make sure if this romance can stand the test of time. The magazine goes on to say that Kaitlyn and Shawn are faking their engagement and planning on keeping that going as long as they can. Nick Viall: Shocked By Bachelorette Outcome

Just moments before proposing to Kaitlyn Bristowe, Nick Viall was faced with the devastating truth: Kaitlyn was in love with someone else. “I was in shock,” Viall told People Magazine about being dumped by Kaitlyn. ”And then reality set in and I felt that hurt and pain. It sucked.” As usual, the show made it appear to be an excruciating decision.  But Kaitlyn chose Shawn Booth , deciding that she would rather spend the rest of her life (or few months before they break up) with Booth. Throughout the season, Viall had a good relationship with the other contestants, especially Booth. However, two went head-to-head on Monday’s After the Final Rose special, but Viall doesn’t hold a grudge . The 34-year-old software salesman felt the brief feud between he and Booth “was unfortunate and it was frustrating.” “We looked immature and petty. But I have no animosity towards Shawn. And I didn’t get to know him well, but I did get to know Kaitlyn, and I trust her judgment. No matter what I think, that says something. Shawn and I just butted heads.” Maybe Nick just feels used.  After all, Kaitlyn and Nick hooked up while filming the show.  Viall claims it was meaningful sex.  But clearly, Kaitlyn didn’t think so.
