Source: NBC / Getty Smile racists, we see you! Trump Supporters Upset With Mariah Carey For Posing With Colin Kaepernick Mariah Carey has been having one heck of a week! After charting with a 17-year-old Glitter soundtrack, Mariah released her album Caution to excited Lambs and has been on an exciting media run. Now she’s gotten to meet one of her favorite activists. Mariah flicked it up with Colin Kaepernick and shared the photo on Instagram saying it was “such an honor.” Doesn’t she look happy??? Welp! Her fans who are also fans of the MAGA ruler were not too pleased with the photo op. Dozens of comments poured in from folks who called Mariah a “trader” and “disappointing” for siding with Colin Kaepernick’s politics . Did they FORGET she was BLACK???? Here are just a few of the STOOPID comments left under her photo: @bmorr110 @hesaidwhatowho all I said was this is disappointing, I’m a military family and there is many other ways to be an activist than to discredit the very men and women that allow you to even be an activist or to allow you to have the 5th amendment. Being an activist doesn’t mean you bring down others it’s supposed to help bring change, not more controversy. And that’s exactly what happen with this guy. @dewjnky16 Man Mariah! I have loved & supported you through all of your us & downs & defended you!! But THIS!!! Not NO BUT HELL NO!! USO TOURS or was that just about money???? @djjarvisreis How could u take a pic with a terrorist. @julieknoch Why Mariah? Why!! You’re so much better than to stand next to this man. Aww poor thangs! In the words on Mariah, “how about you GTFO!”
T he divider in chief, Donald Trump , took steps to widen the racial wedge between the Florida gubernatorial candidates by implying an education at a historically Black college or university ( HBCU ) was decidedly inferior to the Ivy League. The president made his ignorant statement in a tweet despite growing evidence that the Democratic candidate — Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum — has consistently displayed a far more superior ability to campaign based on fact and policy over his opponent, Republican Ron DeSantis . But of course, Trump never lets the facts get in between him and his Twitter fingers. In Florida there is a choice between a Harvard/Yale educated man named @RonDeSantisFL who has been a great Congressman and will be a great Governor – and a Dem who is a thief and who is Mayor of poorly run Tallahassee, said to be one of the most corrupt cities in the Country! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 29, 2018 Gillum is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, an HBCU. Nevermind the racist dog whistling in the tweet that was Trump calling Gillum “a thief,” an unsubstantiated charge from a president who routinely reinforces negative stereotypes about Black people. DeSantis has shown himself to be an unabashed racist, something that his alma maters Harvard and Yale universities can’t be proud of, no matter if the schools’ histories reflect otherwise (they do). Further, Gillum has twice upstaged DeSantis in both gubernatorial debates held last week, showing a masterful knowledge of policy compared to the racist attacks the Republican and his supporters have consistently resorted to. Trump’s tweet came less than a week after a report that he planned to make last-ditch pleas for votes for controversial GOP candidates. While Gillum has been consistently polling ahead of DeSantis, who resigned from Congress under a cloud of controversy stemming from a House ethics complaint against him , early voting reports in Florida have indicated not many Democrats were going to the polls, which could spell bad news for the mayor. But if the election is decided based on policy plans and not racial rhetoric — DeSantis and his supporters have made multiple “monkey” references about the Democrat who could become the Sunshine State’s first African-American governor — Gillum should emerge victorious, by far. As of early Monday afternoon, Gillum was reportedly ahead of DeSantis by either 1 or 5 percentage points, depending on the poll . While political polling has proven to be an inexact science (see the 2016 presidential election for more on this), polling in the state of Florida has been pretty consistent over the years, especially when it comes to the governor’s race. “Four years ago, Charlie Crist led Rick Scott in eight of the final 20 2014 gubernatorial race public polls, Rick Scott led in six, and six polls showed them tied,” the Tampa Bay Times reminded readers on Monday. “The final polling average showed Crist with by just .6 percentage points, and Scott won reelection by 1.1 percent.” SEE ALSO: Mail Bomber Targeted Andrew Gillum, Too Andrew Gillum Reportedly Has Trump Scrambling In Last-Ditch Move For DeSantis [ione_media_gallery src=”https://newsone.com” id=”3833456″ overlay=”true”]
Rich Polk Getty Images for BET Jemele Hill Isn’t Surprised That ESPN Suspended Her ESPN host Jemele Hill stirred controversy after tweeting what everyone already knows about Donald Trump–that he is a white supremacist unfit to serve in the White House. ESPN gave Hill a 2-week paid suspension and received a lot of support standing with her, inspiring people calling and tweeting the network to let ESPN know we #StandWith Jemele. This weekend, TMZ caught up with Ms. Hill, and she told the publication that she most definitely “deserved” her two-week suspension from the network for violating social media policy. But not so fast, Hill also said she’ll “never take back what I said.” She’s still a real one, after all. Jemele spoke with TMZ at the Los Angeles International Airport, “I deserved a suspension. I violated policy…going forward we’ll be in a good, healthy place.” She also added: “I would tell people, absolutely, after my Donald Trump tweets, I deserved that suspension. I deserved it. Like, absolutely. I violated the policy.” Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists. — Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) September 11, 2017 Hill also said she’d only apologize for putting “ESPN in a bad spot,” but you won’t catch her saying sorry for what she said, because she’s still a firm believer in those sentiments. Jemele also expressed the gratitude for all of her supporters during this time and says that her time off was used for reflection. She is returning back to work on Monday.
Bella Thorne is a compelling personality – that isn’t compelling at all, but she distracts us from her horse head – with seductive, half naked, slutty pics that are not too slutty to piss the Disney Execs who created her and own her off. It’s just doing the MILEY, all these shameless hookers on social media, it’s what the vapid youth are into…YOU KNOW… Well, she has something for the haters….. Sassy bitch, but not really, because she was paid to read those lines, thanks to being a puppet…. Yeah…I’m a hater, but I still love what she’s doing…and I prefer her walking around in period pants….so young, so fertile, not pregnant…to bullshit empowerment videos that are a fucking lie…and she knows it…without the haters there is no career…she loves and needs the haters…as much as the supporters…and everyone is instinctively a hater, killer, jealous…OTHERWISE..we wouldn’t have laws in place saying “don’t kill each other”…because clearly…WE LIKE KILLING….if we didn’t…there wouldn’t be LAWS about it.. Not interesting, but it’s friday, what the fuck do you expect… TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE The post Bella Thorne Ass in Period Pants of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .
This Nashville School Board Member Deserves A Raise For Trump Tweets We were a little sad to hear that Nashville school board member is now apologizing after tweeting a list of nicknames for Trump that we found very awesome and entertaining. The tweets actually went up on Friday: https://twitter.com/buggsforschools/status/822454783869128705 https://twitter.com/buggsforschools/status/822456451746631680 School board Chair Anna Sephard has since spoken to Fox 17 News , saying she spoke to Buggs over the weekend and Buggs now says she should not have used her school twitter handle to make the comments. Sephard promises it will not happen again. Other members of the board came to Buggs’ defense. Will Pinkston, Nashville School Board member Representing District 7 told Fox 17 News people are free to speak their minds. “A lot of people are frankly worried right now and everyone is expressing opinions in different ways. Taking to Twitter is a way to both mourn and satirize the situation. This is a Democracy and people are free to speak their minds.” He’s absolutely right. It’s insane the way Trump and his supporters try to repress the media and other critics from speaking the truth, when they were extremely outspoken (and wrong and hateful) during the previous Presidency. Let’s all show our support for Christiane Buggs! Twitter
Hey, do you love all things Teen Mom? Of course you do. Just be real with yourself. You love nothing more than hopping on the internet and finding out new things about four random girls who got knocked up when they were 16 years old. It's OK, you're not alone. You're also in for an absolutely amazing treat. Even though the Teen Mom OG season finale aired on Monday, we've still got plenty of new footage to look forward to. We've still got the traditional two-part reunion special with Dr. Drew, there's usually an Unseen Moments special. And MTV was also sweet enough to compile a video series called 100 Things About Teen Mom. In this series, Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, and Maci Bookout all sit down to reveal secrets about filming, about their families, about themselves … It's all pretty special. Did you ever wonder how the moms are able to have a sex life with the constant filming? Or how much money they've spent on their kids (spoiler: Farrah actually claims that she's spent “100 grand in a day for Sophia.”) Or maybe you'd like to know which celebrities the moms are friends with? Whatever you want to know, it's all here. Check out the secrets in the video below:
Justin Bieber has taken a break from punching random dudes in the face in order to punch all of his fans in the base. In a manner of speaking, that is. The singer bid farewell to Instagram this summer after getting into a fight with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez… which was based on Bieber's request that followers give his then -girlfriend, Sofia Richie, an online break. His request that they stop harassing her was met with mockery and derision, which is what prompted Bieber to simply leave the social media service until things calmed down. But we have bad news for all the Beliebers out there: It doesn't sound as if Justin will be returning any time soon. Performing in London last night, he stopped at one point to ask audience members if he ought to get his “Instagram back?” They cheered in approval. But this was merely a taunt and a tease by Bieber, who proceeded to slam the website as follows: “Nah, I don't want to get my Instagram back… Instagram is for the Devil… I think Hell is Instagram. I'm 90 percent sure. We get sent to Hell, we get like locked in the Instagram server.” Considering this marked the final stop on the European leg of his tour, Bieber told the crowd that he wasn't sure what he was gonna do when he went home, teasing that he might just take some selfies and not upload them to Instagram. Seriously, could Justin Bieber be more of a jerk to his supporters? Sheesh! CHECK OUT THE VIDEO BELOW:
